Food-Service Workers Being Laid Off During Coronavirus Pandemic | Eater

"A grocery-store prepared foods department that saw an initial rush followed by cuts to hours and the closure of its hot bar. A cook there said store management encourages sick employees not to work, but most staff feel they lack the luxury of skipping paychecks and worry about being carriers; despite safety concerns and rapidly changing information, workers continue showing up while anxiety about health and income persists." - Jaya Saxena

This store used to be my go to place for weekly shopping, but lately they've had issues with consistently stocked items. It's too hard to get your shopping done just coming here, so I have been stopping at Wegmans, BJs or Market Basket. I'm going to end up starting at those shops if this continues. Today I've been waiting over an hour for rotisserie chickens and I'm leaving empty handed because I can't wait any longer.

I used to shop at this store every week, without fail, since it opened in Shrewsbury. They had a very good selection of vegan items, I loved the baked goods especially. People working there used to be friendly and welcoming. Now you feel like you are just a nuisance to some of the people working there. The selection of vegan items has dwindled for a while. You get the choice of one vegan muffin, one vegan scone and a tiny croissant, if you are lucky, all wrapped in plastic packaging, ugh!!! No more TTLA, and a lot less variety period. I go to Wegmans a lot more often now. Used to love shopping at Whole Foods, but not anymore. It’s pretty sad after shopping at WF for almost all my food for more than 25 years, I started back when it was Fresh Fields in Maryland and I lived there.

Google
Purchased a rotisserie chicken from their deli department today and both drumsticks were raw. I also bought a pie but the sight of the chicken blew my entire appetite and will not be eating the pie either. Will definitely have to second guess purchasing cooked items going forward.

10/26/2025. Counter 1 bagging. White lady mid age rude as hell! Wearing dark brown hoodie and black apron. She was so aggressive in putting the items in the bag and she tore it, I saw and requested to replace the bag and she didn’t even look at me! And had a very grumpy face. I had to take it myself and put things in the bags. If you don’t like to work or you are having a bad day then don’t work! Atleast you won’t ruin other Peoples day with your attitude!! Pathetic experience, this is my go to store and have been having awful experiencing lately! So sad

Google
I went to the area for supplements and an employee who worked in that department helped me twice on choosing the right item for my needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and I was very impressed. She even helped me weigh the best options based on price!

I’m not really one to write reviews, but the experience of my last few visits here is worth calling out for other’s attention. I can look past the occasional passive-aggressiveness in the tone at the “customer service” desk when I go around to ask when the coffee bar will open (when it is very often closed during its supposed operating hours).. but a couple of employees that work at the checkout counter make me not want to go to the store again. I actively try and avoid the counters that they run. One employee must absolutely HATE working at the counter, because every item that they check out is done with rolled eyes and loud sighs, after which they get thrown across the belt. Items get taken out of the paper bags they are in, and are dealt with so forcefully that either the bags get torn, or the item is no longer in the bag. We chalked it off to someone having a bad day the first time, but she has done it every single time! I’m sorry you hate being there, but don’t take it out on my bagged vegetables. Second employee ran all the items that we placed on the belt, and then just let it stack up on the other side. When there wasn’t any more space to put the scanned stuff, she kept stacking them up to the point that items started rolling off. One of our sweet potatoes got to rest on the cold Whole Foods floor for a few seconds before it got PUT BACK ON TOP OF THAT PILE again. She showed no interest in bagging (which is fine, I can do it, but could you please communicate that politely?), and then just stared at us when we asked if she could scan the Amazon code on our phone. She proceeded to just watch us bag the 20-25 items we purchased and offered zero help. When she saw that we were done to our last 5 or so items, she decided to take the next customer in line. Not a word, not a hand to help us. Thanks for that! I’m not asking for anything here besides requesting that the store talk to its employees. Meanwhile, I’ll keep avoiding these two, and I wish the people that end up in their counters the very best of luck.

I hope and pray whoever was working customer services tonight (Saturday 10/25) sees this, I get your life sucks because you’re working customer service at Whole Foods on a Saturday night but unfortunately your job IS customer service. If it’s so incredibly hard for you to even pretend to be anything but miserable then maybe you should find a new job! Me and mine who have both worked retail / customer service for years left feeling the same way.

Google
It’s brand new so no surprise it’s super clean and organized but it’s extra nice and I appreciate how this company creates a different feel for every store. When you walk in your hit with the smell of fresh cinnamon donuts and coffee. Upstairs there is a legit full bar and lounge. I’ve included photos cause I was shocked. Upstairs has the super intense smells of all the food being cooked and served.

Yelp
Typically, I order Prime delivery from this Whole Foods Market, but on this day I was in the area and did some shopping at the store. I like this Whole Foods, most of their veggies are fresh and well stocked. On this day, the broccoli crowns and avocados looked great, but the asparagus was thin and pricey at $5.99 a pound, and the Bok choy was wilted. They had Bell and Evans split duck breast, which is my favorite. The duck isn't always in stock at this location, though it seems to be in their Providence store. The chuck roast looked great, well marbled and hopefully tender for my upcoming Beef Bourguignon holiday dinner. The store always looks clean and well stocked, with many organic food choices. Their prepared foods are just okay, not as good as Wegmans. They have a large self-checkout which works well. Amazon Prime members receive a discount on certain items (saving me a whopping 89 cents off my $106 order!). Though I prefer Wegmans over Whole Foods Market, I'm happy to shop at both.

Yelp
Whole Foods may be pulling away from its traditional high-end, pure organic wholesome food at high prices, but honestly, they needed to. Their new brand of 365 products is very good. The pricing is reasonable. The quality is strong and it is Organic. They may not wanna go overboard with 365, but it's definitely the way to go and allows the average middle class and upper middle class shopper feel comfortable there. They do a very poor job of selling the actual Market upstairs, which is just awesome. A great place to hang out, have lunch, grab a bite and bring it upstairs for even breakfast or dinner. They even have TVs, but they do a very poor job in my opinion of selling it. They have excellent furniture. The interior design is excellent. The only add I would suggest is putting in some warm carpets in the Market to make it feel more comfortable. Nothing crazy but to make it a little bit more inviting to stick around and enjoy a sandwich soup, pizza, or salad. I don't even know if they have cooking lessons highlighting local chefs or perhaps sushi rolling night for the girls in the suburbs. Or how to make burgers and steaks for the guys with beers. They really could do it up with The Marketplace. To me that is untapped and Jeff Bezos and Team are just letting this standby and not being used at its full potential. I don't know if other Whole Foods have this set up, but this one is outstanding in Shrewsbury. All in all we are lucky to have both Whole Foods and the Market. Very, very cool worth a try.

Yelp
Its been awhile since we shopped Whole Food Market; last time was in the early 2000's at the Cambridge, Newton, Framingham and Bellingham, MA Locations. Its still offering a nice array of fresh foods, as well as organic fresh produce, dairy, baked and dry goods. We were pleased with the Shrewsbury, MA location, which we visited for the first time just in the past month. Not much has changed, except the second floor level to eat your freshly made foods was a newer concept for us. Pricing, as usual, was similar as Wegmans (high end), but we were pleased with the atmosphere, ambiance and the customer service provided by the employees.

Yelp
I truly love this location of Whole Foods and one of the main reasons is that every week when I go, there is an employee named Mina who is just always happy, smiling and just genuinely a nice person. She works the self checkout area and every week says hello to me, remembering my name and little details that I've talked to her about. I already love the food options at this store, and being able to get organic items. Plus the layout is nice and it's always clean when I go. Usually the items I want are in stock as well. But Mina, she's just the icing on the cake! Makes my shopping experience something to look forward to, instead of an errand.

Yelp
Everything!! Such a bountiful selection of ripe produce, and many items that are hard to find elsewhere. Very clean last time I was here.

Yelp
Looking for a quick, affordable, sweet treat? One of the most underrated aspects of this Whole Foods is their bakery! I go here multiple times a week because they have fresh, tasty pastries for $2.50. In comparison, most other pasties in the area are $5+. My favorites include the almond croissant and their coffee cake. Additionally, I love their cheese selection. They have the widest variety around and the employees are very knowledgeable on the matter. I'd recommend the honey clover Gouda.

Yelp
My GPS accidentally routed me to this Whole Foods instead of the one on route 9. Slightly fancier setup then the other nearby locations. The Wi-Fi completely drops off in this area though which I always find odd since lots of business are near by.

Yelp
Buyer beware , made an order and given time for pickup.Whole Foods cancelled my order after time it was supposed to be delivered. Next day we tried again. We cancelled d/t Whole Foods not putting correct credit card on the order. I now have 300 ish on hold in my bank. Whole Foods have no problem taking money that is not theirs. Because they caused such aggravation We will no longer use their services !They lost our business and I will let everyone know how poorly we think of that service. To top things off, I had to make about four calls and got nowhere. Please beware and look elsewhere!

Yelp
Entire supermarket: 4/5 because it's beautiful, has space to sit, lots of fun stations (donut stand, coffee press, etc.) but expensive. Donuts: 2/5 because they're unfortunately super dry (though it's nice that there are vegan options)! -- Vegan Donut w/ Blueberry Icing ($1.50 each) Found 3 types of vegan donuts in the bakery section in a mini donut wall. They had blueberry frosted, chocolate frosted, and vanilla frosted. The donut was dry, but surprisingly not as much than the non-vegan version. The blueberry icing just tastes sweet. If I bought again, I'd try chocolate. Vanilla Cake Donut w/ Chocolate Frosting (came in a box of 4--2 chocolate & 2 vanilla for $6, so $1.50 each) Found these at the donut stand. These cake donuts are pillowy soft but SO dry. It's not glazed, just iced on top, which might be why? The best part of this donut was the chocolate frosting, which might have been dark chocolate. Chocolate Cake Donut w/ Vanilla Frosting Chocolate cake donut might have been even drier than the vanilla, and the vanilla icing was straight up sugar. My least favorite.

Yelp
Costumer service at Shrewsbury MA Whole Foods is deplorable - behind the counter people are not just impolite - they are outright nasty - try asking a question about a product and they will sass you big time - whatever happen with their claim to professionalism and knowledge? here are some examples: seafood counter: me: what is local today? seafood associate: it says on the label, THAT's what's LOCAL! seafood counter, another day: me: what is the difference between the two types of shrimps (it showed a big difference in price) seafood associate: one is red and the other is blue meat counter: me: how do you recommend cooking this ? meat associate: put it in the oven otherwise everyone seems to be in a very mood! a pathetic place to shop!

Yelp
Shrewsbury/Worcester Whole Foods....Whole Foods is great. The delivery great. The food/produce is great. The shopping is great- EXCEPT mostly every item is an excuse for putting it into one of those flimsy plastic bags adding tons of plastic to our environmental destruction. I have tried to communicate this to Amazon through which I order, and to Whole Foods in the past and this issue does not get addressed. The plastic keeps coming.

Yelp
This location is pretty good. The store is clean and neat. They have plenty fresh fruit and veggies. It always seem to be quite busy inside no matter what the weather is. On the downside it can be a little intimidating to shop in there. The atmosphere in there seem to have this uppity "I'm better than you" kind of feel to it, and that can make you feel a little bit uncomfortable and out of place. This store has a way of attracting some of the rudest shoppers. They will stand in your way, and just about run you over with their basket- GEEZ SLOW DOWN, there's plenty for everyone P/S: If you want a nice refreshing kind of "adult" beverage try the non alcoholic TOST dry sparkling white tea, white cranberry, ginger and spice drink they sell

Yelp
So, if you are going to complain about the prices here, what are you doing at a Wholefoods in the first place? The idea behind Wholefoods has nothing to do with competitive prices ... the idea is that you are supposed to be able to one stop shop in a grocery store setting for items you'd usually have to go to a farmer's market to find. Your average grocery store contains a florist that sells wilted, cheap, smaller than average sized flowers ... a bakery which has supposedly fresh baked bread and pastry ... a deli with cold cuts that belong in a Subway ... etc. etc. If you want great quality meat, you go to a butcher. Great fish ... a fishmonger. Fresh produce ... a vegetable stand or farmers' market ... etc. The concept of Wholefoods is that you should be able to get items of the same quality that you'd find at a small shop in a grocery store setting. I normally enjoy shopping at Wholefoods even though lately a lot of the products do seem a bit on the mass produced side at handmade prices. I used to love their Croissants (a very hard item to find done well in suburbia). I am sure you are familiar about the lawsuit which says baked items at Wholefoods are called 'fresh baked in store' but are actually made elsewhere and reheated in the store. I'd believe it based on the croissants I get here. The chocolate which is in the center is supposed to be melty but several times it has not been baked long enough so it is still in hard cube form. Not fresh by a longshot. The deli at this location is lacking in many items other Wholefoods stores have. For example, Wholefoods makes a variety of wonderful (but expensive ... $11 per pound!) chicken salads. Most stores have them available at the deli ... at this location you can only buy one variety which is pre-packed in plastic containers. For some reason its $11+ per pound pre-packed but if you scoop chicken salad into a salad bar container at the salad bar, its $8 per pound. The most egregious section is the seafood market. I've purchased fish there for $30 per pound (Chilean Sea Bass filet) which was full of pin bones and completely inedible. In fairness, I've also had some very good captain's cut cod, which is a hard cut to find. They do have a fairly good wine and beer selection at this location, which you don't find at other spots. (Trader Joe's down the street in Shrewsbury does not have a wine/beer section ... so take that!) The wine actually isn't that pricey compared to other spots (Wegmans or Total Wine and Spirits in Shrewsbury is super cheap!) but the beer and spirits are 10 - 20% higher than you'll find anywhere else in town. Overall, I shop at a LOT of different Wholefoods in CA, MA and FL and would say this is the second worst one I've been to from a selection and quality standpoint. Even the veggies are a bit wilty, which is something Wholefoods seems to hang their hat on. The best produce. If you can make the drive to Wegmans in Northborough, it's a lot better. I really don't find the quality at this Wholefoods much better than a Shaws or Stop and Shop. They have a bar which is an homage to Spags. A nice touch even though the concept and business model of Wholefoods was absolutely everything in business that Spag was against and eventually drove him out of business. However, I would not really go to a grocery store to drink at a bar, so I doubt I'll be in there too often.

Yelp
I went to the Hot Bar, hoping to find some fried chicken, (I just moved back from Texas!) but unfortunately, there was only chicken tenders available. An employee behind the Deli counter, named German, heard me say, "I want fried chicken so bad!", and called me over to him. He greeted me with a smile, and said, "Let me see if someone can make you some fried chicken in the back. Give me a moment!". Within 60 seconds, German had gloves on, and was making me fried chicken HIMSELF! He signaled it would be ready in a few minutes, and before I knew it, German came out with 7 pieces of fried chicken ready for me. Talk about amazing service. I've always had a good experience at Whole Foods, but this was above and beyond what I could have asked for. Thank you SO MUCH, German. You made my night-- and yes, I ate all 7 pieces!!!! Thank you, thank you!!!!!!

Yelp
Clare from the Flower Shop hooked it up for me! Called to ask if they do flower arrangements of bouquets and she absolutely did an amazing job. Gave her a price range and to go crazy and she did not disappoint, my gf loved them!

Yelp
This is where my mom goes in the morning to get her grocery's and it always delivers yummy cookies and cool and spicy guacomole.

Yelp
Whole Foods is a cut above the rest.my only complaint is that we had to drive 30 minutes to get there. Oh well I can say this that Whole Foods Market is worth the drive. If it is wholesome goodness you are seeking, this is the place to come to. My wonderful wife And I love this place! The produce is phenomenal!the butcher shop is phenomenal! The Bakery is Phenomenal! You will find products here that you can't find anywhere else! Trust me. You get what you pay for at Whole Foods Market you will get the best for your family. May God generously Bless my fellow foodies always.
google avatar

Yelp
Generally there food is decent although extremely pricey. Well today I found a gray hair at the bottom of my prepackaged tiramisu. Too late to complain as 90% of it had been eaten. For the record I don't have gray hair and have a shaved head so it couldn't have been mine. Oh well.
google avatar

Yelp
The car charger handle is broken. The ChargePoint folks say the landlord is responsible for fixing it. So, if anyone in Whole Foods land in Shrewsbury is listening please fix it. Also, I'm happy that it's free but I do think you should start to charge for squatters. I read that there's red Prius offender. One star to grab your attention but it really is a five star location.
google avatar

Nathan H.

Yelp
This Whole Foods Market is one of a kind in all the land. It is literally the only one around this area for miles. One cannot help but to appreciate the staff working here for how accommodating, friendly and dedicated they are regarding the extraordinarily refreshing service provided at each turn of an aisle. Whole Foods might be pretty pricey at times, depending on what you're shopping for, but they've nevertheless maintained their status as an outstanding orgasmic organic fresh food provider.
google avatar

Vidya J.

Yelp
The store is great. This review is specifically for the sandwich bar and taqueria. They really have great food but why is nobody interested in making it for a customer??? Literally every time I've been here to grab a sandwich/Mexican bowl, I've had to wait 10 minutes before I can get someone's attention. They're usually busy (doing what!) in the kitchen or in other nearby areas. No clue why they are not interested in making a hungry and paying customer a sandwich!
google avatar

Amy K.

Yelp
Wow this place is amazing. I've never found it easier to shop healthy than when shopping here. It is a bit expensive but well worth the price in my opinion. Very clean, I always feel great after shopping here!
google avatar

Amelia L.

Yelp
I was thoroughly surprised by this whole foods, I have been to others and this by far is my favorite. This one is spacious and well organized, their meats/seafood and bakery aisles are amazing, large selection of pre made foods. Friendly staff and quick service. The building itself is nicely lit and welcoming. It's in a good location with other shops near by like a bank and Starbucks as well as a tavern in the square. I do have to say that some of their prices are more expensive than other places. I found that certain things were cheaper at Wegmans than they were here, but I guess that's going to be anywhere if you really look you can always find something cheaper somewhere else. Whole Foods however is a lot closer to me and plus I can use my amazon prime card and get 5% back, so I'll definitely be back. OHHHH and they have a huge selection of wine and cheeses!! Like a huge selection!!

Yelp
Great job WF !!! Love the COVID 19 precautions!!!! Went in there to get some veggies and to my surprise there was a system in place for entry, exit and physical distancing. And the staff was very polite and accommodating as usual. I miss the food bar tho..but great job packaging the meals!!! From a HealthCareWorker I approve!!

Yelp
Very good service from staff very knowledgeable with smile. Brand new store all of the department are full with fantastic item. Picked few item the Fudge brownie wow. Please keep the service with smile. So far Five Stars

Krissy M.

Yelp
I love this Whole Foods location, and the fact that they added a delivery option makes it even more convenient. On a negative note, ever since COVID hit I feel like their inventory on certain items has decreased or disappeared all together. It's a shame I can't find some of my favorite items anymore
google avatar

Bridgette Y.

Yelp
The staff are all great here. Very helpful and willing. The bar area is great also. Had a lounging area, good food and beer. Love the bartenders!! Shop, eat and drink! You'll be merry

Yelp
Wish this opened up sooner! Super nice and clean and the cannolis are amazing! Will be back for sure!

Yelp
Great location. Modern look inside. Love the coffee bar when you first walk in. The produce section is out if this world. All my vegan friends should be happy! The cheeses section and meat areas rocked as well . The to go area always has something tempting to purchase. They have plenty of seats down stairs as well as upstairs at the bar area. That's a separate review! Last but not it least the bathroom is very modern the self flushing, self blowing and self opening doors made this guy excited to visit lol

Colleen B.

Yelp
I've been a WF shopper for over 10 years. This location has undergone a shift and perhaps others have too. The variety of brands is slowly diminishing and being replaced by WF 365 brand. At one time there were 5+ different brands of ketchup or BBQ sauce. Now there are 2-3 and one of them is 365. Almost every frozen vegetable is 365 now. Amazon is ruining WF and eliminating local speciality items. The chicken has been removed from the butchers case and now pre packaged. Wegmans did the same thing and ruined the store. WF is not the same;the quality and speciality items are fading. Please come back !
google avatar

Yelp
Awesome all around. Well lit, well designed and clean. Prices are average; food quality and variety are above normal.

Yelp
Great addition to Greater Worcester! The heart of this new plaza is Whole Foods, and I'm so glad we finally get one. I've been to plenty of Whole Foods in California, and this one here is actually pretty large. Very clean, always stocked with fresh produce, and this Whole Foods comes fully loaded with stations for your every need. I do not see an Instacart section, which is a super popular service in California, but perhaps that will change as the locals catch on to grocery delivery. I literally came to White City for Trader Joe's but changed my mind instantly as Whole Foods casted it's charm on to me. If it weren't for this location, the closest one would be Framingham!
google avatar

Lizzette A.

Yelp
My husband and I love coming to this location and getting our pizza made by German! The best pizza maker up in there! Really, he deserves that much credit. Recently ordered my pizza through the phone and it was ready when I got there. Pizza is delicious and reminds me of my hometown Brooklyn, NY pizza slice.

Meg L.

Yelp
This place has completely gone down hill. Everyone is just an Amazon worker filling orders. The Amazon workers are beyond rude, don't follow the arrows correctly down the isles which causes traffic jams. They don't social distance at all they come up right next to you to grab items instead of waiting for you to walk away. Today I was in the produce and an Amazon worker came right in front of me to grab produce and proceeded to stand there right next to me while scanning. I backed up and said something to her. I LOVED coming to Whole Foods in the past but all these rude Amazon workers have completely caused this place to be stressful and unsafe! Might as well go to shaws or stop and shop right down the street and not have to deal with these careless Amazon workers
google avatar

Ashlee P.

Yelp
I've been shopping here for over a year and can't imagine shopping anywhere else! It's been a great addition to the Worcester area and love having the options that Whole Foods offers. I don't eat most meats and it's great going to a store that has so many meat alternative options as well as vegetarian and vegan options. They have hot items available and a salad bar if you're looking for something quick to eat and the bakery section has many delicious options. Their vegan donuts are delicious. Prices are higher than other grocery stores around but you get what you pay for! Employees are always friendly and the organic produce is always fresh.

Yelp
You can get THE BEST latte made by Libby in the coffee shop. Her craftsmanship and demeanor puts the mass market baristas to shame! Also, try the sample horchata --- wow! The grapefruit one is fantastic. Thank you for being so kind and customer service oriented, Libby.

Lynne M.

Yelp
So disappointed in this Whole Foods. Much smaller selection than the Framingham one. The meat and fish selections are hit or miss, never consistent for roasts, boneless turkey etc. The frozen foods, yogurts, bakery all limited too. And the ice cream section are missing. Same with yogurts etc. I've tried multiple times and never find everything I need. Just the same "sorry we don't carry that in this store". They have a huge restaurant upstairs and would have been better off utilizing that space to have more of a selection. So I'm back driving to the Framingham store instead of the one 5 minutes away and back to Wegmans for seafood and meats if I don't want to drive that far.

Alessa L.

Yelp
Excellent services. I love going there with my children. Whole food supermarket has a peaceful, clean, effective and respectful place to go, my kids love spend with me time over there and they love the food!!!! The costumer service is amazing. I love Whole Foods Thank you!
google avatar

Micheal W.

Yelp
This location is much larger than I expected! The new location is definitely popular and very busy each time I visit. nice seating area, I got hot bar over the weekend and sat here to enjoy it. Cheese selection was 10/10 as was the bakery. will return often

J W.

Yelp
This is a typical Whole Paycheck, er I mean Whole Foods, store, nicely appointed, but as with other businesses on Route 9 you may have to do a U-turn to get to it. While there is a sign paying homage to Spag's they definitely don't follow Spag's pricing. Since my last visit to this chain there were various Amazon notices up inside the building. With the increasing concentration in the grocery sector I expect their prices will stay high. I came to get a gift card for someone with special dietary needs as the selection is good here, and the person ahead of me was using three gift cards and having lots of trouble. The cashier had to a special tool she had to scratch the cards with. Had I known this I would have selected something else as a gift. I don't expect I will come back unless I win the lottery or something.
google avatar

Yelp
They should open one if these at wachusett plaza in West Boylston on rte 12. They want kill.it. there is nothing like this in the whole northern Worcester county. It is too busy in Shrewsbury. They would make even more money on rte 12 in West Boylston.

Yelp
On a visit two weeks ago and again today I discovered that this place is all about idiots feeling like they are getting healthier choices by paying considerably more than the organic selections at other local markets. Yeah, I get it....organic good, non organic bad. But why would anyone pay more for the wine? I'm just not willing to pay more so that I can be the pretentious dope buying loose rolled oats? Not a fan, of higher than average prices.
google avatar

Lauren M.

Yelp
I love Whole Foods!! (Who doesn't) I know it's a little more pricy than your average grocery store but you can't put a price on your health! Anyways this review is for Melissa in the vitamin section, she was absolutely amazing! I came in looking for a very particular type of zinc and she took the time to go over the differences with me and was so sweet to my daughter! She really made my day!

Yelp
Large store with a great selection of many categories. Tried several soups and a few other things from deli and all were delicious. It does, however, have Whole Foods (high) prices.

Yelp
Love their produce department! Seafood and meats are also top notch! Great selection of products. Bakery makes delectable treats.

Yelp
SO HAPPY A WHOLE FOODS FINALLY OPENED IN THE WORCESTER AREA! This store is so beautiful and I love the Spags tributes everywhere. The Borgatti bar is cool as well as the Squeeze Juice Co. I've been coming here at least twice a week since they opened - I can't get enough!

Yelp
Love coming to this location. It's nice clean and relaxing. The selection great. Prices are a little high but the quality is great. I get my coffee from Whole Foods and I freshly grind it at the store. It's the most amazing thing (if you're a coffee drinker you know what I'm talking about). The fresh grinder coffee smell is sooooo calming for me

Yelp
Love the new Whole Foods. Don't get to it much, because I dont have a car, but I love it. Last time, got a tea, sat, and ate raw doughnut. Shopped prior. So lovely to relax, and look out the windows on a snowy day, in their sit down area. Love that they have great meat selection, and love the soaps, and nice selection of organic veggies, and fruit.
