It should be illegal to eat here because it's sooooooo good and I might go broke if I want to come here every day Near the 82nd-side of the Cartlandia pod, I actually only found out about this cart from a local vegan Facebook group. I wouldn't have noticed it on my own because the signage and menus aren't really clear (my only real complaint) -- aside from an artistic V near the gentle chaos of the menu, I wouldn't have known this place is 100% vegan. Their menus are small and hard to see from a distance, so if you're like me and like to keep about 30 feet from you and a cart so you can admire their menu from a distance, don't -- get close to look and give this place a chance.
I ordered the Maleficent (a matcha and ube oat milk drink), the pugsley (a slightly sloppy delicious mess of faux pork, onions, and pickles), and the vampire slayer (garlic parm fries). Sooo freaking good. Even the carnivore friends who sampled the fries were amazed how good they were and said they wouldn't have known they were vegan (cause sometimes faux cheese has weird flavors -- this did not and was amazing).
Don't pass this place up. Get some well-proportioned, slightly greasy but not overwhelming, delicious-tasting vegan food!
