Wild Child Libations

My friends and I visited Wild Child for after dinner cocktails and had a lovely experience. The bar is located in downtown Shawnee and they have done a wonderful job reimagining the space for a midwestern "loungey" type experience. We each tried the seasonal cocktails from the menu; our waitress was able to answer all of our questions and wonderings about the libations. The presentation is out of this world, too! They are creative and whimsical. If you are looking for a relaxing setting to enjoy creative cocktails, look. no further than Wild Child in Shawnee, KS!

This place was the perfect place for a fun girl’s night out! It was my first time here and the drinks were different and interesting. You won’t find this anywhere else. There were so many different options for alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks! We will definitely be back to try different drinks next time!

aw man i really love this place. vibes are 10/10.. drinks are 100/10, strong too lol 🤭 they also have a plethora of mocktails for you non-drinkers! highly recommend! (place is sort of small, so seating is limited) had to wait about 10 min or so on a saturday night for seating at the bar.

Emily, the staff member who assisted my party, was not just friendly, but truly outstanding—her knowledge, patience, and attentiveness elevated the entire experience. During my visit, I was delighted by the creative cocktails, which were as visually stunning as they were delicious. In a serendipitous moment, I found myself chatting with the bartender, only to discover he was actually the owner—a testament to his humble and approachable nature. His passion for craft cocktails and genuine hospitality shines through every interaction. The bar's ambiance is nothing short of magical, with a beautiful design that makes you feel like you've escaped to another world. The carefully curated music added another layer of enjoyment to the evening, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable night out. For those seeking a cocktail experience that goes beyond the ordinary, Wild Child is an absolute must-visit. I'm already planning my return trip and can't wait to explore their neighboring spot, Drastic Measures. This is a solid 10/10 recommendation that I'll be sharing with everyone.

Always a go-to for a date or drinks with friends. Every drink is so damn good, that it’s hard to decide whether to stick with an old favorite or try something new. The crew here is friendly and provides above and beyond service. When we came with my friend who is expecting a baby, she loved the N/A options, and one of the bartenders surprised our group with some N/A “shots” to celebrate her good news. Oh, and my favorite party guest tip? Show up with a 6-pack of WC’s cocktails to go, and you’ll be the most popular person there.

This place is a Must!!! Great place to have a couple of drinks with friends or Date Night!!! Just make sure to make a reservation because this cute place gets busy and that tells you how good it is!!! Jay was amazing with his service and the drinks!!! We will come back!! Wild Child is such a great place to get a cocktail (or mocktail). I’ve been several times with friends, always on Thursday evenings after trivia next door at Friction. The staff are always so friendly & put up with my friends that can be a little too silly sometimes. They’re great at explaining tastes of different ingredients if you ask. Each drink I’ve tried has been great. The bar is absolutely gorgeous, cozy, and welcoming as well. One of my favorite things is that I know how much Wild Child + Drastic Measures & their owner do for the community/charity.
