Came here for breakfast and had a poor experience. First they were out of sourdough bread, no big deal. I planned to come back another day to try the avocado toast, but I won't be back.
I ordered the cinnamon roll French toast which was not good at all. I decided to create my own biscuit to go. I asked for cheese and an egg with honey butter. They were out of honey butter, so I asked for regular butter.
I get my order and I leave. Once in the car, I check my order and all I have is a biscuit with butter on the side. So I have to go back into the store to ask for my correct order.
The girl says, "I thought you just asked for cheese, there's no cheese on there?" So I show her the biscuit and she says they'll make another one.
Then she comes to my table to ask how I want my egg. I say fried. She asks over hard or over easy. Where I'm from, we don't use those terms so I just said fried. Apparently there was a break down in communication.
She goes to the back and I can clearly hear her mocking me to whoever is in the back preparing the food.
If you're going to talk about your customers, maybe try doing it in a tone where they can't hear you!
Anyway, she comes back to the front and because I heard her talking sh!t, I ask her if she has a hard time understanding me. She said no. I said, we'll it seemed like there was a communication breakdown. She says, no.
I got my new biscuit and left. First of all the biscuit was overly salty. I took one half bite and as soon as I got home I threw the food in the trash. What a waste of time and energy.
If you want poor service and nasty food, come here. But if you want to be treated respectfully and eat good food, look elsewhere.
