Denver’s Best Tacos | Eater Denver

"Purists beware, iconoclasts cheer: This colorful Cap Hill taqueria (with a second location in Berkeley) dares to top its tortillas with everything from bulgogi and kimchi to ahi tuna and cucumber-wasabi aioli to coconut shrimp in sweet chili sauce. But if the inspiration’s freewheeling, the execution’s quite thoughtful: Don’t miss the buttermilk-brined, waffle-battered chicken taco with bacon, scallions, and chile–maple butter sauce or mouthwatering monthly specials like the bánh mì–inspired version with tamari-, ginger-, and garlic-marinated tofu, pickled veggies, and spicy aioli." - Ruth Tobias

Wild Taco Denver is a must-visit! Whether you're in the mood for lunch, Happy Hour, dinner, or dessert, this spot delivers every time. Their menu is incredibly inclusive and delicious, with exciting monthly specials that keep things fresh—perfect for those who love trying new drinks and tacos. Don’t miss the delicious Taco Tuesday special featuring two hard shell tacos, a generous portion of chips and salsa and a margarita! The Queso Fundido is my go-to appetizer and an incredible way to kick off your meal. I highly recommend adding chorizo and pairing it with their Pineapple-Habanero salsa for an extra burst of flavor. For tacos, the Buffalo Chicken is a standout with its unique twist—crispy chicken, cotija, ranch, habanero-buffalo sauce, cabbage-carrot slaw, and scallion. Another favorite is the Bulgogi taco—the kimchi takes this taco to the next level, offering an amazing Korean twist on Mexican classics. You can’t miss the Quesabirria Plate—these tacos are rich, flavorful, and served with delicious consomé, along with black beans and rice for the perfect meal. For dessert, treat yourself to the Churro Waffle Sundae. It's a showstopper, featuring warm cinnamon-sugar churros, vanilla ice cream, chile-maple butter sauce, fresh berries, and more. It's indulgent and unforgettable! Also if you are sober curious don’t forget about their amazing selection of NA beers and mocktails. The service is incredible, the hospitality is warm, and the space is spotless. I can’t recommend Wild Taco enough—5 stars all the way!

Google
We went in for the first time because we had a dining out coupon and the happy hour looked good. We sat at the bar, had margs, tacos and the salsa flight. All were delicious. The staff was friendly which makes the experience even better. We’ll be back.

Google
I wandered in with the initial intention of going to the Thai spot next door. Initially wanting happy hour despite it being 8pm I noticed HH all day Mondays on the menu and decided to stay. Since tacos are my favorite food but I was in the mood for Asian I was delighted to see the fusion options on the happy hour menu. Got the bulgogi, tofu and rejas tacos and a marg. Salsa was also great with perfect level of spice for me. Abby the bartender was great and I couldn’t be happier!

Google
The drinks we're great , We enjoyed the food. Cute spot love the open concept. The service could've been better but I would definitely go back for the margaritas they've got a great bartender ....

Google
Chips, salsa, six tacos and two margaritas was almost $70 (not including tip). The food was good but way to spicy for my taste. I wasn't expecting to be crying from the heat. Even my friend from Mexico said it was way too hot (like ghost pepper hot). The server was nice and the drinks were tasty. Three stars because it was alright for one night but too spicy and too pricy for me.

Google
Wild Taco is one of those places that frustrates me because the service and atmosphere outshine the food. The queso appetizer with chorizo just didn’t pack a flavor punch, and the mini skillet contained enough cheese for about half of the chips. The tacos looked delicious but fell a bit flat flavor wise. The price point is on the more expensive side for tacos. Lastly, the restroom was very clean and on a par with Buccee’s!

Google
Pros: good vibes, great waiter who never let our glasses get empty and was very attentive overall, tasty food, clean & we found parking pretty easy Cons: portion sizes were very small. I ordered the quesabirria plate. I got 2 very small Birria and maybe a tablespoon of rice & beans. Overall, an okay place to go if you’re looking for something light to eat & good vibes

Google
I absolutely enjoyed every single dish at Wild Taco! Phenomenal! Queso was the only dish that was lacking in my opinion. Every single taco was bursting with flavours, and there were so many unique interesting combinations that I would’ve liked to taste every single one. Carrot margarita was also unique and delicious. Enjoyed the setting inside, albeit a bit loud, and the service was just perfect! Definitely a gem worth a detour!

Yelp
Super tasty fusion tacos. I got a bulgogi taco and the shrimp esquite taco. Both were super tasty. Also had to try the featured jalapeño popper spring rolls. Also very tasty. So many good looking items on the menu, I will definitely be returning to try more. Also they made a great michelada.

Yelp
Enjoyed our experience. Tacos were delicious with nice portions. Cute location with a patio and roll up door for warm days. Will be back!

Yelp
If your in the area I wouldn't miss this spot. I ordered the buffalo chicken taco and a steak with chimichuri taco (forgot their name for it). Both were excellent. I also got the Chips with the salsas. The spicy one was Espically tasty. Onto desert. It hasent come out yet but judging from the ingredients of it, it will be awesome also. Service was top notch. Didn't miss a beat. Inside is small and cozy. With upbeat music playing.

Yelp
Wild Taco has a taco special of $10 for two hard tacos with basic toppings (lettuce / pico), chips and salsa, and a classic margarita. The taco Tuesday tacos were okay, nothing too crazy to write home about. But they also have some great happy hour specials for their tacos which we enjoyed better. It was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday. They also have great patio space if you want to sit outdoors.

Yelp
We have patronized Wild Taco twice I. The last two Months. Both times the food and service were solid and the outdoor patio is just right after 7pm. Tonight with had the carne asada yucca fries which are amazing. A meal on its own but definitely a nice way to start. For tacos we had the coconut shrimp special which had just the right amount of sweet and spicy. I could have used a tad more slaw but loved the pineapple and fresh coconut. The chicken tinga are on the Monday night HH all night special for 3.50 and are a big portion of chicken. In Our last visit we had the taco Tuesday special with tacos and a margarita for cheap. It was good too. The drinks here are very good and reasonably priced. It's worth the 1.5 mile walk to eat here.

Yelp
Food: overall, all the tacos were a bit too liquid-y causing the tortilla to be soggy (1) Al Pastor Taco: wanted it to be good but the pork was a bit dry. Good amount of pineapple chunks. (2) Chicken and Waffle Taco: The chicken was fried but was a little dry. Bigger chunks. It had a nice sweet flavor. Overall was the favorite though. (3) Beef Bulgogi taco: Unfortunately also a bit dry. Nice sauce, a little sweet and spicy. (4) Chicken Tinga taco: Great flavors, too watery though causing the tortilla to rip. Good portion of chicken. Nicely shredded (5) Carnitas taco: Interesting sweet sauce on it. It was good but I would have preferred the classic cilantro, onion. Good portion of meat (6) Steak taco: By far my favorite. Had crispy cheese on the tortilla. Cilantro, onion. Was moist and delicious. Overall, decent tacos. Nothing I'll be dying to go back for but was in the area, I may stop back in. Service was good but they were slammed! Seemed short staffed overall. Bar is open seating.

Yelp
This place was good, but for what you got a little spendy. Service was good and establishment was clean.

Yelp
This menu was CLUTCH during Restaurant Week. For $25, it was one of the best deals and definitely makes me want to come back for a non-RW meal. We had some not-so-light bites before tacos and churros. It was so much food, I went into a total food coma. Service was fantastic. The place itself was fun and vibrant. Everything was delicious. Just don't get the Korean BBQ tacos. Next time I'll have to try the margs, though. Cheers!

Yelp
Came here for a late lunch on a recent visit to Denver and was not disappointed! I'd seen on Happy Cow that this place had some vegan taco options so I figured we'd give it a go. I came with a friend who is not vegan so there were plenty of options for her as well. We started with the 4-salsa sampler so we could taste all of them. Our waiter was good enough to point out where the mild vs hot were (I like it hot, my friend does not). While I loved the hottest one (chile de arbol?), it was too hot to eat much of unless you like a smoldering fire in your mouth. The tomatillo-avocado was also very good. I had the 3 taco plate so I could try all of the vegan options - KFT, nopal, and calabacitas (no cheese). All were very good but the KFT was different than anything I'd had before - great texture and flavor. The drink menu was where we had a hard time making a choice - everything looked so good! We settled on the carrot margarita and the La Luna de Primavera and both were delicious! The coconut flavor in the La Luna paired well with the mild green tea and the tequila itself wasn't too overpowering. The carrot margarita was slightly "earthy" but not weird - still a margarita. I would go back for the food any day but I'd just as soon come to try the rest of the drink menu as well! The only thing that suffered here was the ambience but it certainly was not the fault of the restaurant because there was construction right across the street from the outdoor seating. Can't wait to come back the next time I'm in town!

Yelp
Stopped in yesterday for lunch. It wasn't too busy and we were seated right away. Our server was friendly and attentive. We had chips and salsa and then ordered the birria sandwich and 3 taco lunch specials. I had the birria sandwich and man.. it was a stunna. Seriously packed with flavor. The bun was toasted with butter and it came with an au jus. The sandwich was seriously slamming and I'm thinking about when I can have another one. My man liked his tacos but after had some of my birria, now he's planning when he can go get one. If it wasn't noon, I would have had a margarita too. Next time!

Yelp
The best damn fish taco I have ever had. This MAHI taco is so delish, the slaw, the sweet spicy sauce on top with that crisp fish is just wow. Love it! Can't wait for more. The only thing avoiding a 5 star review is I did try their asada taco and didn't love the queso on the bottom, also the queso flameado was clumpy not great after a few min right out the fire. Also tried the pastor and I've had others I've loved. But I will be back for fish tacos, also want to try ahi nachos.

Yelp
Wow this was a great meal. I came alone and it was so nice. I had 3 tacos and chips and salsa and it did not disappoint. The esquite taco was the best taco I've had in Denver and i will be back. The combination of fried battered shrimp and pickled onions were genius. The Al pastor was simply okay the pork chunks were a little big for my liking. The steak was fine just simple and easy. The salsa wow the flavors and the way that it was made Perfect. Street parking was easy to find today but could be a challenge going forward. 5/5 would Come back again

Yelp
Unique combinations like chicken waffle tacos, jala-piña margaritas and Korean beef tacos, coupled with amazing happy hour deals, festive atmosphere and great service. This place has it all for the right price.

Kenna G.

Yelp
Lovely restaurant and outdoor seating! Cute vibe. I had the poke nachos and they were great! Spicy marg was pretty good, nothing to order again. Service was okay, could of been better. Overall good experience !!!
google avatar

Amy B.

Yelp
Casual vibe & good food at good prices. 3 vegetarian taco options, plus a handful of bowls/salads that are vegetarian, with the option of adding tofu. Table service but casual!

Yelp
What fun flavor combinations! I had come back to check this place out after noticing it when I tried Aloy Thai, which is next door. I got the chicken and waffle and bulgogi tacos. The chicken in the first taco was cooked perfectly and the flavor combination was interesting (there is definitely syrup involved), but this is probably more of a brunch dish than a dinner one. I'd get any taco with fried chicken, though - it was so good! The bulgogi taco...meh. I wouldn't order it again. It needs a sauce to pull together the ground beef and the kimchi. Instead, it was a little dry and not as cohesive other Korean tacos that I've had. The tortilla chips were good and service was attentive and friendly. I'm excited to come back and try their happy hour!
google avatar

Yelp
Solid taco joint located in the cap hill area, and conveniently attached to one of the best Thai spots in town (Aloy Thai eatery). Comes in handy if you have a stubborn lady friend that can't decide what she wants...I digress. The restaurant itself is nice. Cool bar that opens up to to the street so it's a good place to grab a beer when it's nice out. Outdoor seating that's dog friendly, and quality tacos. Not usually a huge fan of corn tortillas but these were seemingly nice n fresh. Particularly w noted the bulgogi tacos. I'd go again. I'd give it like a 4.1

Yelp
Our first stop just had to be for tacos on Saturday and Wild Taco understood the assignment. Loaded yucca fries, fried pork rinds, and a variety of tacos is always a win in my book. Everything was delicious!
google avatar

Mercedez B.

Yelp
YUM. This place had delicious food, speedy service, and adorable, pink ambiance throughout. My partner and I came for lunch and we're not disappointed. We each ordered a lunch special which were $12 each. The bulgolgi tacos were unique and unlike any tacos I've ever had. The marinated meat was so flavorful and we ate it all up. Will definitely be back for. More! The chicken club was also very yummy! The chicken was nice and crispy and the avocado, jalapeño aioli was the perfect spread and pulled the whole sandwich together. Mine came with a side salad with sriracha ranch and it was SO good. We will absolutely be back to order more bulgogi tacos and try more menu items!

Yelp
Stopped by to try some tacos. It was pretty good. Slightly salty for my liking but overall good food. We sat outside and service was quick and helpful. Definitely a nice spot for a Sunday snack
google avatar

Alana L.

Yelp
This is about as average a "trendy" taco place as you can find in Denver. I didn't think the menu was especially creative or special, but the Taco Tuesday and happy hour deals are well-priced and it would be a good group spot. The menu uses pretty colors and nice fonts. It seems like the aesthetic is the important thing here. Even with the insane grocery store prices, you can definitely make the Taco Tuesday special at home. It came on a trendy baking sheet with 2 hard shell tacos, chips+salsa, and a margarita. The margarita tasted like tap water, although the room temp table water tasted like nothing, so I imagine the mix they use isn't great. I had a Bulgogi taco and a Rajas taco. Both were great, although a little salty.
google avatar

Jen B.

Yelp
Yummy margs ! Tacos are pretty average. Server was nice. If you're looking for a quick bite in the area this is a fine stop. The app we ordered never came so I didn't get to try anything other than the pastor tacos

Yelp
Fun Fact: Wild Taco Denver aims to delight and surprise guests with imaginative twists on classic Mexican fare. This taco spot boasts some classic flavors as well as world inspired twists. But at the end of the day, what matters is the three bites of explosive flavors that all tacos should deliver, and Wild Taco does just that. * Bulgogi Taco with Kimchi~sweet, savory and tangy Birria~perfect with a rich consomé Chicken Tinga~cotija cheese and crema Al Pastor~love the interplay of pineapple and pickled onion Ahi Tostada~I couldn't stop eating these one bite wonders Also try the: Guacamole Aqua Fresca Spicy Margaritas * With open, airy searing inside, as well as outdoor seating in the shut down street outside the restaurant (a COVID silver lining), this spot creates a fun, hip, community focused atmosphere. And the attentive service and quick food and drink delivery made this one awesome evening.

Yelp
The food is great, as are the happy hour and Taco Tuesday deals. I'm updating my previous review from the past summer due to the unfriendly service experienced during my past two visits: After dining at a table with friends, I decided to stay for one last night cap since I live two blocks away. I sat myself at the bar (with permission from the cook) and had a waitress confusingly stare at me for a solid minute after I politely asked for a house marg (to the point where I blatantly asked if I should simply leave). The blonde bartender commented it was strange I spoke to the cook prior to being seated, and I reiterated I simply wanted a house marg. I had one drink prior to the bar seating, and both the waitress and bartender made me feel unwelcome and awkward. I was truly about to leave when the bartender handed me a house marg. I finished quite quickly, left a tip, and headed home. This wasn't the first "cold" experience I've received from the bartender after bringing friends from out-of-town to this neighborhood hangout. I've been rushed, shut down, and had eyes rolled at me. I believe there are four other similar restaurants I'd feel more comfortable investing in than this one. I most likely won't return after being treated in this manner the past couple visits.

Yelp
Loved their happy hour deals. Get there before $6 for discounted margaritas and tacos. I really liked the Strawberry house margarita, KFT (Korean Fried Tofu), and NOPAL. Staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was amazing.

Yelp
My new fav taco happy hour! Located in CapHill, their happy hour is great and daily from 3-6pm. I visited on a Friday around 5:30pm and had no issues being seated immediately and making it for happy hour. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. We started off with house margs ($6) and trio of salsas ($7). The three salsas were great but not very spicy. The marg was great! For our meal, I ordered the KFT and Queso tacos and my boyfriend ordered the chicken tinga and bulgogi tacos (all $3.50 on HH!). Everything was delicious but I enjoyed the KFT for its unique flavor. There are tons of other tacos I can't wait to try on the regular menu! The dining area was great and the doors were open for the beautiful weather. They also have outdoor seating in a covered patio but it was a little chilly for us.
google avatar

Sophie W.

Yelp
Yum!! The tuna nacho wonton chips were a bit too thick - could be easier to enjoy with a flakier chip! The tacos were so yummy. Definitely recommend the ahi tuna - they were all delicious though.
google avatar

Savanna R.

Yelp
Had found this spot on tiktok - and what a fun little place! The food was great, and we enjoyed the margs as well!

Marika A.

Yelp
Wild Taco in Denver exceeded our expectations! From the moment we tried their guacamole to savoring the last bite of their bulgogi nachos, every dish was bursting with flavor. The quesabirria tacos were a standout, but the al pastor and carnitas tacos were equally delicious. The rice bowl was hearty, and the bulgogi taco packed a punch. Portions were just right, leaving us satisfied but not overly full. What truly impressed us was the exceptional service - accommodating our group and even letting us move inside when the weather turned chilly. Wild Taco is a must-visit for anyone craving Mexican cuisine in Denver!
google avatar

Scott T.

Yelp
Food was terrible, service was terrible, tables were sticky. Not sure how this place has so many good reviews.
google avatar

Ashley A.

Yelp
Small indoor space with all high top tables, but an awesome tented outdoor space. The block is still sporting their covid tents and are done nicely. Came here due to Dining out passport, but two tacos get two free - good deal, tacos are $4-6 each. Happy hourly is during the week and starts at 3 pm, food and bev deals. Chicken and waffle taco was unique and yummy. Magi one was on point - great sauce. Carnitas was a ton of meat. Ahi was good- a little over cooked but it's a taco size piece. Eternal Summer drink was yummy and pint glass sized so for $13, I'll take it!
google avatar

Patricia H.

Yelp
I usually come here during their HH which is pretty good for drinks and tacos. Their tacos off the HH menu are tasty but a bit pricey but overall the service is great and it's a nice chill spot to go during the week.
google avatar

Heidi P.

Yelp
Everything we had was incredible. The server was so kind and friendly. She recommended the carrot margarita to start and it was amazing! Not too sweet, not too carrotty. It was just what I wanted. The cheese quesadilla was okay- it's hard to mess up a cheese quesadilla. The guac was an additional cost but it was very good guac All of the tacos we had were phenomenal. My favorite was either the shrimp po boy or the bulgolgi... i dont think I could choose a favorite between the two... both flavors were top tier! I will definitely be back and had an awesome experience here.
google avatar

Ruba A.

Yelp
Pretty hardy and delicious tacos, definitely one of the perfect over easy eggs I've had in Denver. Our server was welcoming. And I loved sitting outside with the cute ambiance. The margs were perfect too!
google avatar

Hector T.

Yelp
Shrimp Esquite taco was . Carrot margarita was different but gave it a try and it was tasty. No lingering carrot flavor. Worth trying.
google avatar

Maura S.

Yelp
This was a great quick brunch spot! We showed up at open and we're out in 45 minutes and stuffed with tacos! The chicken and waffles taco was one of the more unique tacos we've had and it was delicious. The staff were great and we enjoyed the decor also. It did get a little noisy once it was full since it's a small space but not too bad. My only advice is if you go first thing, wear layers you can strip off in case you get seated in the sunny window! It was quite toasty.
google avatar

Connie H.

Yelp
I went for happy hour with a friend- we ordered the chicharrons, bulgogi nachos, a couple tacos each, and the churro waffle sundae for dessert. The service was great- very friendly staff. The seating is all high top with metal bar stools which weren't very comfortable. The chicharrons were good- the seasoning was tasty and the portion was huge, so it's great for sharing. The bulgogi nachos were okay... there was something a little off about them (maybe in the cheese?) that will probably prevent me from getting them again but that's probably just a personal preference. The tacos were street taco style- decent flavor, impossible to eat without making a mess. I would come back for the tacos but I've had them better at other places (La Calle Taqueria for one). The sundae took a while to come out-- overall, it was very tasty. The portion was huge so I'm glad we ordered one to share. My only complaint was that the ice cream portion was small and very hard/frozen (I wouldn't be surprised if they had a hard time scooping it out and just gave up). My friend said she would come back again. I wouldn't mind getting just the tacos next time but I'd probably recommend a few other places if I had my pick.
google avatar

Emily M.

Yelp
I actually really enjoyed this place! My friend and I sat at the bar, which was full of hustle and bustle. The variety of tacos to choose from too - wow! I really liked the veggie options and the spicy tofu one was great. I like that they list everything that goes into their unique offerings. It's loud in there, but I think that's to be expected from the space. The dessert churros - yum!
google avatar

Paul C.

Yelp
If you are in the mood for tacos and live in Denver or visiting..don't go here to satisfy that craving. I tried 4 in total (2 for me 2 for my partner) and we had to force them down- they were soooo salty! Quality was poor and they were too small for the high price. Don't really care to try their other items if this place has the word "taco" in their name but can't even succeed in making good ones. Ahi Tuna Poke Nachos we're decent, best thing we tried that night. They are stingy on the tuna portions though.
google avatar

Megan B.

Yelp
They literally mean wild taco haha The flavor pairings they offer here are super unique and therefore, wild. Unable to recall the other two I ordered, I can comment on a chicken and waffle taco that was absolutely delish and a "Mexican Old Fashioned" that didn't have ANY whiskey or bourbon in it but instead was mezcal and tequila which I would call a smoky margarita and no kind of old fashioned haha Thankfully, they were kind enough to offer a replacement regular old fashioned. It's a small joint that always seems to be busy and best visited on Taco Tuesday. Service was fine/nothing to complain or write home about. I'd go again if someone asked.

Debbie M.

Yelp
I REALLY wanted to like this place. But it's totally gringo! Food. 1star Margarita. 4 star Server/bartender. 5 star Ambiance. 5 star All tacos include store-bought hard shell tacos. Taco Tuesday -every taco included in the $10 special is served with chopped lettuce, tomato (and maybe cheese, don't recall), no matter what type of meat/poultry. This is the only time, in 40+ years that I've had a hard shell taco served to me in a restaurant,
google avatar

Gabby S.

Yelp
Wild taco is a cute new taco joint that has some really creative taco and cocktails!! I went with a friend and we got a few different types of margs and shared some tacos! The beet buck and carrot marg were out favorite cocktails! I am not a huge fan of beets normally but it was so delicious! As for tacos, we loved the chicken n waffles taco, shrimp po' boy, and the pork pastor! There wasn't a taco that we tried and didn't like. The birria tacos were not super big so I don't know I'd get those again, especially with so many other good choices to pick from. I will definitely be coming back for brunch and happy hour!!
google avatar

Craig A.

Yelp
A great place to get tacos. Friendly service and the food has been delicious. I've had the Buffalo chicken and steak tacos and both were terrific. The prices are a little high but it's a good value. There is an outdoor patio as well as indoor space. Definitely recommended.
google avatar

Pedro P.

Yelp
Highly recommend this place! The restaurant definitely has a trendy appeal to it. They have outdoor seating, as well as indoor. We sat inside due to a random downpour of rain. The staff was friendly and the ambience was great! They were playing music at an energetic level, which I loved! Our waiter took our order and we ordered drinks. One drink I found interesting was the carrot margarita so I ordered that. The carrot margarita did not taste like carrot but it was still good. I enjoyed it! I would definitely order it again! I did also order a Jala-piña drink which was so freaking spicy! I normally order spicy margaritas and I'm able to drink them with no issues. This one was a kicker! I had to ask for a side of extra pineapple juice to get through it. LOL Our waiter was kind enough to bring some over. The tacos. I don't know where to begin. Honestly, come hungry and fry them all. I had the ahi, carnitas, and shrimp po'boy. All were a 10/0. I got full pretty quickly but I sat there wondering if I should just go ahead and get more food. We decided we would need to come back soon! Such a fun place with great food and drinks.
google avatar

Annette T.

Yelp
Taco Tuesday deal was great! Two hardshell tacos and a margarita for $10! I had the carnitas and bulgogi tacos. The carnitas were good and the bulgogi was really really tasty and delicious! Will come back next time for some soft tacos since hard shell isn't really my thing. My partner got the rice bowl with crispy tofu and the tofu was way too salty, but other than that, not too bad.

Yelp
During our 3 week stay in Capitol Hill, Wild Taco was the place we looked forward to eating at on the reg. Every taco we had/ tried was amazing, though I was quite partial to the shrimp esquite tacos & the fish tacos. My partner's favorite tacos were the seared ahi tuna tacos. We've just moved to Broomfield & already missing frequenting Wild Taco for their amazing food, delicious & refreshing drinks & cocktails & sincere & welcoming hospitality. Their Oaxacan Seoul margarita was hands down the best margarita we've ever had. The ambiance was always lively, good music, inviting covered outdoor seating available. It is an open kitchen & the chefs & staff are mindful about food handling, preparation, plating/ presentation & you can sense the chefs really care about the food they are preparing for each person. Oh how I wish you'd open a place in Broomfield asap.

Yelp
My husband and I had a date lunch here and I can say that I really enjoyed it. The food is a mash up between Mexican and Korean food. During the week they have lunch specials for 12 dollars. That is what we ordered, it came with 3 tacos, rice and beans. I had Chicken Tinga Tacos that were so good. My husband had a chicken and waffle taco which was chunks of chicken battered (I think in waffle batter) fried and topped with a sweet and spicy sticky sauce (which I am assuming had maple syrup in it). We also ordered an appetizer called Fundito which is like fondue with chorizo, and to die for lol. The bartender/server was very attentive and helpful. The place it self is cute and trendy and I would definitely go back soon!

Yelp
This was our first time here and it did not disappoint! The pineapple habanero salsa was phenomenal and it was hot. Definitely recommend starting off with that. We also have the Rojas Corn Queso taco, breakfast taco, Korean BBQ, and the Buffalo. They were all really good but the Korean bbq was the best. The space is super and in a weird location which makes parking tricky. The spicy margarita wasn't anything special.

Yelp
Service and friendliness 5++ I've heard the brunch is quite popular so if you're trying to go on the weekend go early! Otherwise it's a cute little spot for happy hour or a casual dinner. We love the margs and cocktails and the Chile de Arbol salsa is a must!

Yelp
I really really want to give a 5 star review. The only thing stopping me, is I asked the waitress about the waffle. I asked her if it was filling, she said it was very filling, I told her I had been disappointed in the past, and was concerned, as I was really hungry. As you can see from the picture, it is NOT filling, don't get me wrong, it was delicious. But I'm writing this less 30 minutes after eating, and my stomach is rumbling for food. It did not do anything for my appetite. This is more of a snack. My friend had the Huevos Rancheros, which was my 2nd choice. He really enjoyed it, he was a little surprised by the presentation of the dish. But thought the meal itself was very good, he didn't leave hungry. I just wish the waitress would have told me that it was a small (tiny) waffle. Than I would had switched over to the Huevos Rancheros myself. The restaurant itself is small, but organized well, staff is very friendly, and the owner came over to the table and introduced herself, also saw her bussing tables, and delivering food to the tables. I will be back, but next time it won't be for the waffle.
