Everything we ordered was FANTASTIC!! Wife says it's the best duck she ever had. Everyone was very happy with the service, ambiance and the food. Pricey, but worth it!

Google
Food was super tasty, super hot is actually spicy unlike many Thai restaurants. shout out Miykael, #1 waiter. Also seating is nice and food came out very fast.

Google
One of the better Thai joints in this area. Great flavors and fresh ingredients. Website is excellent for placing orders with details. We liked the Tiger Noodle and Pad See-Lew for meaty dishes. Pad Thai is very pedestrian but my daughter said it's the best she's had. I really enjoy the coconut shrimp. PRO TIP: They have 5 levels of spicy: Mild, Medium, Hot, Very Hot, Thai XX Hot. I really like spicy food but hot is what I order. Very hot is too much for me. Check out my profile for more great eateries and cocktail bars. -VanPort Insider

Google
I am so glad I found this place. The food was delicious, portions were more than adequate, and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere is great, too. Nice booths, clean, spacious. We had a server plus the manager/owner providing service for our table. They came to refill our water, asked us how the food was, checked on us throughout the meal, and were extremely knowledgeable about vegan food. Any questions we had about ingredients they didn’t hesitate to go back to the kitchen and ask about (if they didn’t already know the answer). That means a lot to me when they’re meticulous about giving you the right information. Our family loves Thai food and we’ve tried many places around Vancouver. We’re excited to have found a spot so close to home, and we’ll definitely be coming back. We had the Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Yellow Curry. Absolutely delicious.

Google
I ordered the thai peanut combo chicken and shrimp dish thinking it was pad thai. No noodles but excellent veggies! It was the bomb! Glad I got that instead of pad thai!

Google
I had the pleasure of visiting Wild Tiger Thai Place in Vancouver and I must say, their Tom Yum soup is absolutely fascinating. I couldn't resist going back for a second visit just to indulge in this delightful dish. However, I found the rest of the food I tried to be rather average. The Masuman curry didn't quite meet my expectations and the chicken in various dishes was disappointingly tough. If you're looking for a protein option, I highly recommend the shrimp as the other meats tend to be overcooked and difficult to chew.

Google
Wild Tiger Thai offers a variety of dishes, including vegan options. They will serve you **generous portions**, flavorful dishes, and friendly atmosphere. Menu items will include **Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Mango Sticky Rice**. The crew is very customer focused. One done side of this restaurant is I think it is a little too pricey. I would highlight the delicious food and good service, there are occasional of slow service during busy times. Overall, it’s a well-loved spot for Thai food enthusiasts.

Yelp
We went here for a late dinner on our first night. It was about a 10 minute walk from our hotel which we did not mind at all because the weather was gorgeous. We started with chicken satay, which was a generous portion of chicken thigh meat. The chicken was tender and moist. Well grilled and marinated. I did not really care for the peanut sauce though. And there was no sweet and sour vinegar sauce that is usually served with satay. I had the drunken noodles and it was a very good dish. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the chicken was tender. Good veggies included such as broccoli, red pepper, and tomatoes. I liked it. The wife/kid shared Pad Thai and liked it. The kid ate a lot which means it was sweet. Service was a bit slow. The ambiance is ok. Not as Thai-ed up as some restaurants I have been to, but not offensive. Overall, it was a good meal and we enjoyed it.

Yelp
I was recently craving Pad See Ewe with tofu and extra veggies and Tofu Salad Rolls. It had been a while since I'd had Thai and even longer since I ordered from Wild Tiger Thai. I ordered take out and picked it up promptly. While the salad rolls were fine, the noodles in the Pad See Ewe were mushy and clumpy. It was a real disappointment. I ended up throwing a majority of it out. What a let down! It was definitely not what I remember in regards to their former quality. I will not be back.

Yelp
Entering with trepidation and hoping for the best....and the best is what we got! The best service, by the host and the server. So friendly and so welcoming. The best Panang curry I have ever had, so rich and creamy with just the right heat. I had the grilled prawn and my husband had the chicken. The best seating, a comfortable booth with a view of a gorgeous sunset out the window (and Walgreens) and a view of the TV with pre Super Bowl festivities. The bar is only beer and wine, but they had good choices on tap. Try a pot of tea. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Great place. The young man serving us was especially courteous and consistent. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, there was nothing out of place.

Yelp
Wild Tiger lives up to its name. It was wildly delicious including the lemongrass chicken, green curry, and tom yum soup. Speedy service and after patterning with grubhub, we had a steamy, out of this world dinner at our door in no time. I was quickly reminded why I choose Wild Tiger over other locations closer to home.

Brionna W.

Yelp
They are very friendly and accommodating! We ordered our food to go and it was still nice and hot when we got home.
google avatar

Bevis P.

Yelp
Ordered lemongrass chicken with pad Thai. Chicken was rubbery and noodles were overcooked and mushy and absolutely drowning in a very ketchup forward sauce served in an awkward bowl which matched its soupy consistency. The gangster rap in the background didn't help the experience.

Chuck H.

Yelp
Went here for lunch, they have a variety of items. I had shrimp wonton soup, wife had yellow curry chicken Both delicious, would order again. Service prompt and friendly. Come try lunch, or dinner. Nice atmosphere very clean.

Yelp
The food is always amazing here and they are so friendly. The server we had today was absolutely a gem he was very kind and attentive, talkative but (gave you the space you needed) very very friendly! Thank you Miykael so much. And the other young server was great too today!!! Place is clean and very comfy and beautiful:)

Yelp
We haven't been to Wild Tiger physically in a long time. It's usually take out. However, celebrating an early Father's Day. We went inside. Inside decorative, yet they had items stacked on floor or in different areas of the restaurant, not quite sure. It was distracting to look at. But, anyway if you can look past all of that, they have made some changes. Their menu is very nice, decorative and with great pictures and details about their dishes. One item that was listed as a special by the front door, was Salmon Avocado in a Green Curry sauce. Sounded interesting and I was in the mood for Salmon. It was Ah-mazing!! Creamy, warm, flavorful and served with rice. Everyone at our table was impressed. I would definitely order this Special again. A few other dishes that needed recognition, was their Fried Duck, super delicious, served with stir fried vegetables and rice. The next one was the Papaya Salad, beautifully presented in a unique silver bowl. All of us were very satisfied and will definitely come back.

Yelp
I recently moved to the area and this is my new favorite Thai restaurant! I've tried a few things now including their drunken noodles, volcano beef, and Khao Soi, all of which are incredibly flavorful and generous in their portions. I've order takeout multiple times and recently dined in at the restaurant, the service was great and I will be a loyal customer for as long as I'm here

Yelp
Came here for the first time and overall it was a good experience. Service was decent, staff was very friendly and made sure to check in on us. Husband got the Dungeness crab fried rice and I got the chicken pad Thai, we enjoyed both. The space is welcoming and has a nice vibe. I will for sure be open to coming back when I'm in the area and want Thai food!

Yelp
I had wanted to go to this place when they were a combination Thai and Laotian restaurant but had never gotten around to it. A friend from Portland was visiting and wanted to try it so we went. I got salad rolls to start, as well as sharing an appetizer of crab puffs (crab rangooon) that my dinner companion ordered (not thai, but that's ok). I ordered the Tom Kha as my entree. The service was pretty good and quick, and the wait staff friendly. The starters were good and came out relatively quickly. I appreciated they had the Thai condiments when I asked to make things spicy, since I found most dishes to be rather bland and overly sweet. Even the Tom Kha, which is usually a very flavorful dish was just rather bland, and my dining companion said the same of her pad Thai. I'd give them a chance again...maybe it was an off night. But everything was just kinda so so when we went, which surprised me. The interior is gorgeous so I hoped for greater things. Maybe it was an off night.

Yelp
Their service ruined my experience. I had an 11:30 pick up scheduled for a large order for my team at work. I arrived at 11:26 and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I stood there while the delivery drivers stacked up, waiting to take orders (some were already waiting when I arrived). I didn't receive my order until just after noon. The meeting this was for started at noon, so by the time I got to the office and set up, the meeting was underway and this disrupted their discussion. I will not be returning there.

Yelp
The food was great, but the service was amazing! Michael was the best waiter that I have had in quite a while. His professionalism, courtesy and overall serve was top notch! If you want great food and amazing service visit this place and ask for Michael.

Yelp
Wild Tiger is close to my work, so I will stop in on occasion to take an order of Drunken Noodles to go, dragging my "kill" back to the sanctity of my cubicle to devour in private like, well...a wild tiger! Like its namesake, Wild Tiger is a feral beast that takes no prisoners when it comes to serving delicious food, although their operations have stuttered a bit since, and in the wake of, COVID-19. During my most recent lunch hour visits, the dining area, while open for business, doesn't always seem that way: it is dimly lit, almost shuttered looking, with most of the light coming in from the windows. The bar is empty, and the host stand is frequently unmanned, the employees relying on a doorbell to be informed of a waiting customer...and they don't always hear it. Sometimes you have to flag someone down to grab a table or place an order. Once you DO manage to place an order, their turnaround times are ludicrous. I've waited less than 10 minutes (and closer to five) for a walk-in lunch order before it was handed to me, hot and fresh - very important for those on a tighter lunch break than mine! Portion sizes are variable during the lunch hour: you can opt for the lunch or dinner sized entrée, the latter being a few dollars more, but I've found that the lesser of the two is more than satisfying enough. Spice levels are similarly variable, but as my heat receptors have long since died, don't ask me for any critical review of their Scoville score. Overall, Wild Tiger provides quality, well-portioned and delicious food at as-expected prices (for the area), with the swiftness of a pouncing tiger's master stroke. It's just a shame that the interior of the restaurant itself seems to be dying the same, slow, agonizing death of a wounded gazelle caught in a predator's vice-like jaws.

Yelp
So happy to find this local gem! Few restaurants offer vegan options in Vancouver, and the choice(s) in the ones that do are pretty predictable, bland (mostly a frozen 'burger' patty that you can buy in any grocery store) and obviously an after-thought. Not so at Wild Tiger! They have many vegan dishes on the menu AND many of the rest can be made vegan- which they are happy to do! And they are full of flavor. They use a vegan 'fish' sauce that is off the hook! This is now my only go-to Thai restaurant in Vancouver!
google avatar

Yelp
Good service...food was legit. Had shrimp fresh rolls and wild tiger noodles with shrimp medium spicy, on the recommendation of the server. Was great as advertised.
google avatar

Yelp
Great fresh food with authentic flavor. Staff is efficient and friendly Close to work and easy to pick up

Yelp
Nice selection of food. Every meal has been well prepared and tasty. Nice, quiet setting for lunch or dinner. Service has always been prompt and courteous.

Yelp
This is a decent Thai place. Nothing to brag about and cannot say I would be back. We ordered the Khao soi, pork fried rice, shrimp salad rolls, and the pork larb. The khao soi was fine. No complaints. The fried rice was pretty good. The larb is where I was really thrown off. Larb traditionally should have the toasted ground rice in the meat and they had none. It definitely wasn't a strong flavor and just fell short. Larb made correctly is one of my favorite things. Also it's served with squares of cabbage that you cannot really use to wrap. Just an odd way to serve all around. Salad rolls were also fine. Nothing to complain or brag about. Still on the search for the best Thai spot in Vancouver!
google avatar

Greg M.

Yelp
I had the mussaman curry and found the flavor to be very good. But the potatoes were undercooked which ruined it for me. When you're paying 30 dollars for lunch you expect everything to be cooked properly
google avatar

Lila M.

Yelp
Went for our anniversary dinner tonight. The food was fantastic. We had crispy tofu and crispy calamari for our appetizers and Pad Thai with tofu and Mussamman curry with chicken. Since it was a Wednesday night it wasn't too busy but we were seated right away. The service was excellent and the staff came and checked on us numerous times. We will definitely be back! Thank you Wild Tiger for a perfect celebration dinner.

Yelp
I ordered online beef pad see ew and chicken yellow Curry for delivery. I ordered medium and it is too hot to eat. I normally eat hot Thai food. There was no beef in it and the order was supposed to be gluten. The curry had breaded fried onions on it. I am Celiac. I couldn't eat anything.

Yelp
Great little restaurant near our hotel... found it on Yelp and the reviews were really helpful. The food is fantastic ! For me the lemon grass chicken was the best dish. The pot stickers were really good and should be ordered as an appetizer. Big portions with great service! We will be back next time we are in town.

Mike F.

Yelp
Came to an early Valentines visit. First time for both wife and me. Not impressed at all. Our server was ok. Polite and helpful. Our food was terrible. Little flavor for Pad Thai chicken and lemon grass chicken... the spice tray they brought was very dirty - we barely touched our dinner. The prices were about average although $7 seems a little steep for a simple beer. As we paid the hostess asked how we enjoyed it and we told her it was disappointing. She apologized that we didn't enjoy it and asked what was wrong- we told her it just didn't have much flavor. She took our money without further comment.... Best thing was getting to enjoy my wife's company but it was a sad dinner experience.

Whitnie O.

Yelp
Delicious!! I got the Panang Curry and it was amazing. We got our food togo so no comment on dinning in. But the togo service was great we got there a little early so it wasn't ready yet but service was really friendly. We also got a mango lassie and it was really good. Those and be hit or miss and it was a hit! Great veggie options and would recommend them to anyone in the area.
google avatar

Pierre D.

Yelp
I saw the reviews saying best Thai in Vancouver. mehhhh, not in my opinion. Portions are way too small for $14, hardly any chicken and partially full Togo. The value isn't worth the $14 bucks like, yooooo, it's rice noodles. Don't be afraid to fill the box up " Wild Tiger " I'll probably never go back cause I don't see value in wasting my money to be hungry afterwards. The taste was okish but not 5 star.

Rj D.

Yelp
Good food, fast service for online orders, competitive pricing. The menu selection is good and the in house dining ambience is good.
google avatar

Eileen H.

Yelp
We were visiting family in the area. We were all interested in Thai food. Our local family member recommended this restaurant because they like the peanut sauce. We all had a spring roll as an appetizer and then shared the Pad Thai, Penang curry and Tiger noodles. The peanut sauce was good but different from what we had at other Thai restaurants. I described it as creamier and smoother. Everyone enjoyed the food. Stop in. We think you will like it as well.
google avatar

Dan L.

Yelp
Lunch menu was great. Server was friendly and helpful. Food was awesome and good size had leftovers of yellow curry and Pad Thai. Nice and clean very comfortable.

Rowie T.

Yelp
The food was really good and the customer service was great - fast, friendly and efficient.

Yelp
Love the family vibe of this place! Inside was very nice but definitely had a strip mall vibe to it. Service was pretty good - could definitely tell it was family run. We tried a few dishes - pad Thai, drunken noodles, and kao soi. We enjoyed them all - we thought the pad Thai was a bit sweet, and the drunken noodles could have used a bit more flavor. Loved the kao soi though!
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent Thai food. A friend told us about Wild Tiger Thai so we joined him for dinner one night. The food was excellent as was the service.

Yelp
Used to be my fav Thai around our home because they are the only restaurant with Jungle Curry on the menu... Unfortunately, that is no longer on the menu... :( Please bring the jungle curry back on the menu!

Damon B.

Yelp
Our first and last time here. Extremely rude and unprofessional service. The rude behavior came out after we had already paid, of course! Our party of 5 arrived about an hour before close and we ended up being the only table shortly after arriving. Staff had to be reminded to deliver a single glass of wine, which arrived after all of the food and about 20 minutes after other drinks arrived. Before the restaurant closing time, staff increased the pressure for us to leave by shutting off lights and music. When we insisted on finishing the glass of wine delivered late, we overheard the senior server complaining loudly to the kitchen staff. As we were leaving the same server started complaining loudly again. We got back to our car at 8:59pm on a Saturday night, before the advertised closing time and we had spent over $150 before tipping.

Steve K.

Yelp
Was in the area so I stopped in for lunch. The place was busy and I liked the ambiance and the yellow curry was very very good
google avatar

Krystal H.

Yelp
We are new to the area and Thai is my favorite cuisine. We've tried 2 places that we didn't enjoy at all and so we were hesitant to try another. Luckily, 3rd time was the charm! We loved everything we got and it looks like we found our new go to!

Andrea M.

Yelp
Came for valentines dinner but didn't even get to the dinner portion, sadly. We ordered spring rolls, curry and pad Thai however after waiting over 30 mins just for an appetizer and never being checked on, we waited over another half hour trying to be understanding, only to see 3 other tables (sat after us even) get their plates before us we decided to leave. Sadly we paid for the appetizer and left. Didn't want to wait all night for two dishes. Will not return. Waiters didn't bother to check in which Was even more disappointing.

Ethan V.

Yelp
Great take out food and the owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I've never had a problem with them and they're very honest, they won't lie about wait times for your takeout, which I'm a huge fan of.
google avatar

Jeff G.

Yelp
Slow to greet us at door a few minutes after opening. Slow to take order. Food was good but expensive. Extra $3 charge for beef at lunch. Extra $3 for a cup of rice. Way too much for lunch almost $20 with tax.
google avatar

Tarasa F.

Yelp
Wild Tiger Laotian & Thai Cuisine located in Vancouver, WA is currently open for take out during the Covid-19 pandemic. After walking in the front door, I was quickly greeted by one of the Wild Tigers employees who promptly took my order and disappeared into the restaurants kitchen. Less than 10 minutes after I ordered, my food came out, bagged and ready to go. My order consisted of the fried tofu and the papaya salad. I would recommend both to anyone, as they tasted great and the portion sizes were plentiful. I look forward to my next visit, so I can try different menu items.
google avatar

Cindy M.

Yelp
Came here my second time and I still remain impressed. It was during their lunch hour when I was here. Prices are cheaper by a few dollars, but portions are actually larger. The service was quick and food was brought out fresh & hot. This place still remains clean, and it does not give me any reason to question to integrity of their food. I recommend coming here if you're looking for Thai food. Ordered items: Yellow curry: Excellent. Rich in flavor, and comes with a side of rice. I am impressed and stands up pretty high with other delicious curries that I've had. Pineapple fried rice: Could be better. The rice consistency and texture felt a little pushy and wet. I feel like there was no actual pineapple flavor, but was still average and good enough to eat. The portion was HUGE, and was honestly worth the money paying for. Pad thai: Great! This is the second time I ordered this dish here and it still remains above average. I love that there are peanuts and bean sprouts included. I am impressed with the flavor, consistency, and quality that this dish brings.

Yelp
The food is good, but nothing to write home about. I always get the curry. Last several visits I get my order to go. I'm noticing the front of the restaurant is a mess. A storage area with a big handwritten "do not enter" sign. Just beyond the sign you can still see all the mess. Why have this be the first thing patrons see when they enter?

Lisa R.

Yelp
We used to love this place. The quality and quantity has changed so much,we will not eat here anymore.
google avatar

Cherri W.

Yelp
They used to be the best Restaurant in town. The last couple times I was very disappointed. Smaller servings and sky high prices. I know most restaurants are trying to make up for the loss covid caused, but like many restaurants they quality has gone down hill. Customer service included. Won't be going back for awhile. Have to say that they have the best peanut sauce in town.
google avatar

Miles K.

Yelp
Me and my family have been eating here for a while and the food is delicious. We usually get take out but the scenery is very pretty. The service is ok, sometimes takes longer than usual. But otherwise would recommend, 9/10 experience.

Yelp
called and Ordered here cause I was really carving LAO STYLE PAPAYA SALAD. Because I was 600 miles away from home! Lol Even asked the lady on the phone if they make Lao style papaya and she happily said YES. So you know I was EXCITED!! Sorry no pictures because I was to excited when I got my food! Lol 4 stars for customer Service! And some food Ordered Fried chicken, house fried rice and papaya salad! FRIED CHICKEN - was good. Had good flavor but! just your average fried chicken. FRIED RICE - was good. just a simple fried rice with carrots, peas, side of lime and cucumbers and your choice of meat. PAPAYA SALAD - this is why I even call to make an order. Was really disappointed!! Lao style papaya is spicy, kinda salty and sour!! Lots of flavors! Well, didn't get that, just got sweet and kinda sour and not much flavor.

Yelp
Excellent food, always fresh, plentiful, tastefully created. Service is attentive and prompt, but I prefer to eat out in the comfort of my house. This is one of my favorite restaurants!!!
