Wilde Irish Bar & Restaurant

68 degrees in Chicago early May. Went for a walk on a Monday evening and stopped by Wilde. They had their front doors open for the crisp spring air. Only 3 tables on the patio but we asked to sit near the window and it was only a 20 minute wait. They have a text service that lets you know when your table is ready so we were able to go for a walk around the neighborhood while we wait. We grabbed the Padrig Burger and the Corned Beef & Cabbage dinner. Both were specials available until March 17th. Both did not disappoint. Guinness was an absolute creamer.

When we got there it was rather busy, buy we got a table a lot quicker than we were told. The drinks were excellent, but disappointed that the names weren't all Irish literature themed/wilde themed. My friend loved her shepherds pie and they accommodated my other friends request. I appreciated the large gluten free menu, but for me the Mac & Cheese was a little too chunk, but did have good flavor overall.

What a Wilde experience! We were a group of 4, they sat us down first in a booth, to then be removed a couple minutes after to a table instead using the excuse of saving up the booth for bigger group, despite the other booths being taken by groups of 4, and the place being not full. Atmosphere is admittedly pretty nice and cute. Food wise we had mixed feelings. As a group we got the cheese curds, the Mac & Cheese , the Wilde burger and the fish and chips. We quite enjoyed the cheese curds and the fish and chips, however our order of the fish wasn’t processed so most of us was done eating by the time it was actually processed and ready. The Mac and cheese was good as well. However the burger was a let down, we felt the patty needs better flavor, more salt and cooked better to ordered temperature. Over all can be better for the price that you pay, especially since it is quite nice on the inside and would be cute for a nice special dinner that I don’t want to be ruined by seated at the wrong spot and my food not done correctly!

Wilde is super charming and fully decked out for the holidays when we visited. The food was a bit uneven, however - the cheese curds were a standout and the fish & chips were solid, but the Brussels sprouts tasted quite bland, the French onion soup was overly salty, and the burger patty needed extra seasoning to come alive. That said, the servers were very friendly, and the cozy ambience still made for a pleasant overall experience.

As long-time Chicago residents, we come to Wilde time and time again for the service, great food, and pleasant atmosphere. We almost always have to order the Artichoke dip because it's absolutely delicious. We also enjoy the rotating draft list-this time we had a beer flight that was very enjoyable. There are also seasonable beers, great cocktails, and excellent food. Couldn't recommend enough!

Wilde Irish Bar is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is super chill, and the outdoor seating area is perfect for a relaxing evening out. The food? Spot on! We had some amazing Irish classics, and everything was cooked to perfection. I love that it's a laid-back spot, you know? It's the perfect place to unwind and catch up with friends or family. The service was top-notch too - our server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. If you're in the mood for some great Irish grub and a relaxed vibe, Wilde Irish Bar is the way to go. I stopped by Wilde Irish Bar & Restaurant and it instantly felt cozy and full of character. The dark wood, bookshelves, and warm lighting give it that classic Irish pub atmosphere, but with a slightly more polished, literary twist. Had Thanksgiving dinner here and loved everything about it. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, the energy was merry, it was cold and snowing outside and I can't imagine a more idyllic place to celebrate the holiday away from family and friends. I'll be back on a regular night to try more menu items.

Ambiance is single-handedly the best way to describe this restaurant. It's like a Frank Sinatra disguised as a restaurant. Love the seating options in here, and the wait staff are rockstars. First time having Brussel sprouts here and I was pleasantly surprised, they're amazing here! Loved the chicken wrap and Sean loved the pot pie (his favorite). We both love espresso martinis and this one was great!

We arrived at around 5:15 on a Saturday and were sat immediately. The entire restaurant is decorated beautifully for the holidays and it really looks like something you would see on a postcard or on a jazz video on YouTube! It was not very busy, but the service was pretty slow and our server did not check in on us. She was very nice and pleasant, but not very attentive. The food was enjoyable, but I would not recommend the curry chips. My husband and I love curry chips and curry sauce, but this was just a huge plate of wet french fries. The flavor was fine, but attention she really be put more into an authentic, creamy curry sauce and nicer presentation. The entire meal was quite expensive for how we felt the evening went. Pretty bummed because it is a lovely space!

We had friends in town & were looking for something by where they were staying. We were pleasantly surprised. We sat close to the windows to enjoy the weather. The staff were attentive and friendly. The curds were delicious & the bbq aioli was an unexpected, enjoyable addition. We ordered the strawberry salad for the table & all agreed it was delicious. We had: fish & chips, Maui bowl and shepherds pie. We ended with a slice of key lime pie & slice of cherry pie. All solid meals & good portion sizes. I love this space & will 100% return late fall/winter because it has such a cozy feel - looking forward to trying the chicken pot pie.

We love this place so much. The curry mussels are incredible and 10/10 recommend those to kick it off. I love the vibe here, the ambiance and service is always great, and the food never misses. It's super comforting hearty Irish foods that leave you feeling full and warm.

Had been wanting to come here for a while and it was the perfect spot to bring my family! I went came for lunch and they really have something for everyone. The inside is pretty dark but huge and it was nice that they had the from windows open during the day. I got the southwest salad as a wrap with sweet potato fries and it was pretty good! Not the best salad wrap I've ever had but a substantial size and good fries. My brother got a burger which he really liked and my dad got a fish sandwich. I'd like to come back for dinner because unfortunately they didn't have the curry on their lunch menu and I loveee curry. Great spot for wide range of options to cover all the bases with your group and still get really good food.

The service was friendly and helpful. The food was very good. We shared three small plates and dessert. The sauce on the Brussel sprouts I could have eaten with a spoon. The curry mussels was served with ample bread to soak it up. The artichoke dip was good with plenty of cheese but nothing special. The flourless cake was dense, chocolaty and melted in your mouth. The ice cream and whipped cream added to the yumminess! The bartender did a great job, the espresso martini was especially delicious! It was a cool vibe with cozy seating but the noise level made it difficult to hear each other at times.

I came here for dinner! They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The interior is Irish pub themed, so think dark brown wood and leather seats. The three of us were seated in a wraparound booth, so I liked that type of seating. I ordered the blackened chicken club, which was around $18. The onions, lettuce, avocado, and chicken tasted really fresh! I just thought the bread crust and bacon were too crispy.

Hopping for a Wednesday. Stand outs are the Chicken pot pie, French onion soup, and the Cheese curds are excellent! The shepherds pie, fish and chips, grilled cheese with bacon were fine. Don't get me wrong, it's quality in every bite and it's hard to get a better look and feel not to mention the food of an old English Inn than Wilde. See my previous reviews it still stands

Wilde is a very nice sit down restaurant. It has such a nice vibe on the inside and feels like a Victorian mansion almost. The service was great our server was quick and attentive. They made sure we always had water at the table. The pot pie was not my favorite. The Mac n cheese was amazing and the artichoke dip was delicious as well. One of the best espresso martinis I've had.

A vibrant Irish pub in the middle of Lakeview East. It's spacious, it's cozy, and viby - perfect for everything from getting the whole family together (they take reservations for large groups) or an intimate date (they have cute little tables tucked into the library). For the table, we got curry fries and cheese curds that were both so good I didn't have time to take pictures before they were gone - def get these. Then for entrées, we got a mix of soups, sandwiches, and fish 'n chips, all of which were amazing, but our favorites were the tomato soup and the fish. The staff were also very attentive, filling our drinks before they were even empty. Some of us are also slightly over zealous speakers, and a glass of water got knocked over by gesturing hands. We had dinner here on New Year's Eve. The service was great, and they were very accommodating. The food was also a bomb.

Really cute more traditional Irish pub and restaurant. Lots of great wood work and art. The exterior is always nicely decorated and on point. It's a great vibe just to even walk past their dining section in front. The food and service was great too. I really need to head back for Sunday brunch. Just looks like a nice place to relax in the morning.

Amazing ambiance and Irish/literary theme. Brunch was wonderful. Hugely unexpected portions. Service was great and so was the food. Our local friend takes people there as a place to show off. I totally get it. Happy to come back for the Shepard's Pie.

Stopped in for the first time for their Thanksgiving dinner special and was absolutely not disappointed. 7 different servings, including the best butternut squash bisque that I have ever had. Servers and bussers were johnny-on-the-spot with serving and clearing all the portions. Sooo much food that I had them bring the dessert boxed up. Great beer selection and thanksgiving themed decor with relaxing prewar jazz/big band music.

This review is for bar service only. I used to grab takeout here for a client who loved the shepherd's pie. Smelled lovely, but I never had a chance to taste it. My husband and I were looking for a place to hang after a Cubs win, and I remembered how much I wanted to go to Wilde when I had time to enjoy the ambiance. It's a high-toned space without being pretentious. They have really taken the time to create a cozy environment that amalgamates casual and classy to a distinct degree. Staff are so great. They treated us well as we sipped our beers, and they were always great to me when I did pickup orders for the aforementioned client who was too cheap to give me money for a tip. I always felt the need to explain the slight, and whichever employee handed off the order understood about the tip without looking down on me for it. I will forever be grateful for that. I look forward to when we are in the mood for a nice meal while in the area. We will certainly stop in again.

You can count on Wilde for a great night out! With a gorgeous and unique library-inspired interior and buzzing atmosphere, it's a perfect spot to catch up with friends or visit for a fun date night. We started with the cheddar artichoke dip and cheese curds. Both were rich, fresh, and dangerously addicting. I really enjoyed the creamy bbq sauce with the cheese curds. Wilde also boasts an impressive drink menu- I tried a peppermint inspired cocktail that was excellent, but found another butter pecan inspired drink to be syrupy and overly sweet. I would pass on the second. My friend ordered a shepherds pie that looked delicious, and on another occasion I really enjoyed the chicken curry. It's so nice to find a restaurant that offers some British staples not as easily found in Chicago. Our server was great and very attentive. I will caution that it gets busy so this is a place best enjoyed when you aren't in a rush. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Updating review with the same rating may seem odd, but it increasingly felt like food quality was decreasing post-pandemic and that the gastro pub prices weren't worth it, but I think it's gone from being a more frequent go-to option to being a bit more of an event with friends. The atmosphere is still top notch even if the food has become a bit more average. Service is always really friendly even if a bit slow - guess they really want you to order that second pint of Guinness. Lately my go to option has been the turkey burger - it's got some great seasoning to it, quite sizable, and is definitely worth the price and calories!

Outdoor seating looked cozy and inviting, so we stopped in for a late lunch. Menu had a lot of intriguing options. We opted for one of the specials of the day - a double cheeseburger and a blackened chicken wrap. Both sandwiches came with tasty fries. Food and service was very good.

The ambiance is off the charts amazing. Very relaxing and such a chill vibe. The dining areas are large and the bar is long. There is both Inside and outside seating. Love their open door concept with the patio. No reservations for parties under 6. To me the late hours make up for this. I started with French onion soup. It was very good. This was recommended by other helpers and they were spot on. The broth of the soup was very flavorful. I opted for the fish and chips because they use Haddock!!! Having lived in Maine, I love love love haddock. Was shocked honestly that they had it. Both fish and chips were perfectly cooked. We got the cheese cubes & Mac for appetizers. The cheese cubes were light and the cheese was delicious. Paired with this amazing sauce that kept us all guessing on what was in it. My niece used that sauce on her burger too. Safe location. I felt comfortable walking late by myself by opted for an Uber on the way home. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!!

3.5 - ambiance was dark and similar to armitage ale house. This would be a good date spot but it's more casual than armitage ale house. I sat at the bar and ordered fish and chips. The fish tasted fresh but didn't rly have flavor. The fries were tasty though. The service was good - everyone was nice and I was checked up on. The food came out pretty quick as well.

The meatloaf was super tasty and the server was very friendly. I especially enjoyed the interior decorations and vibe. Great for either just drinks or dinner.

Came here with the family for dinner on a busy Saturday night. We were told a wait of an hour but it only took about 40 minutes to get a table. Server was great and very attentive to us and the kids. We started with the artichoke cheddar dip which was very good. Around the table for dinner we had the reuben, burger, wings and the chicken pot pie. Each dinner was great! The reuben was very good!! Great atmosphere and I'd go here again!

I've been here a number of times and have always enjoyed it. It has a cool vibe inside and is neatly decorated. There are some comfortable lounge type chairs along with the traditional tables. I usually sit at the bar but it was pretty busy so we sat at the far bar which has a waitress. A few beers and a shared salad was perfect!

Back again for st. Patty's! I'm sad to have missed the irish dancers though :((( It's very lively however. If youre on a date and get lucky, there is no wait at the open seating bars. We managed to order food and drinks in less than 5 minutes! We are waiting for our order of Fish and Chips with Irish curry sayce on the side. We are SO excited.

The drinks are okay and the vibe is definitely more detailed and relaxed. Not allergy friendly. Unapologetically.

Came by for dinner with a homie, who happens to be gluten free. This spot has many great gluten free options. We went w the cheddar artichoke dip, baked French onion soup, chopped salad, and a grilled cheese. Everything was delicious. I could not get over how cute and cozy it is in here. I can just tell that during the holidays, it's EVEN CUTER and all Christmas'd up. I'll definitely have to stop by here in December! The service is great, however, they only take reservations for parties of 6 or more and they seem to be very busy. Parking is a nightmare in this area so plan accordingly!

We had a table of 8. Emily graciously and efficiently took our orders and made sure we enjoyed our delicious food. We were seated at a half-circle table and allowed to bring over a chair to complete the circle. We ate at 4:00 PM on Thursday, so the atmosphere was quiet enough to enjoy our conversations. Although she brought the check as one combined list, she took a few more minutes to add up each person's meal, separately, allowing us to pay individually.

It's a love and hate relationship with Wilde. Some days it's good and some days it's ok. I'd say it's better in the summer, maybe because the windows open and sidewalk seating. Went there for Thanksgiving. Holiday menu offered a nice variety and everything was delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. Good cocktails, beers and wine.

This was the most confusing dining experience I've ever had. The inside was beautiful, no doubt about it, but the music choice and general vibe was very strange. Our server was very sweet, but inattentive and served us two flat Diet Cokes before we got one that didn't taste like syrup. The food was pretty standard bar food, but all served lukewarm. I would return maybe for drinks, but other than the decor it isn't nothing spectacular.

Everything here is okay, but the grilled cheese is great!! One of the best grilled cheese sandwiches in the city and a 10/10 tomato soup to pair with it. Very cute outdoor seating, ideal for summer or warmer weather. Cheese curds also usually well made.

A fun Irish pub fun in Lakeview -- was in town for St. Patty's so it was likely busier than usual, but had a great time here. It was all done up and decorated for the holiday. Despite the rush, was able to get a table for 2 fairly quickly and could sit at the bar until one was open! The servers here are attentive and the food is filling. It's super close to the Laugh Factory, where we were seeing a show later that night. The restaurant has tons of seating and is surprisingly large inside! They serve up classic pub staples and more (think pot pies and other traditional Irish fare) -- I got fries and cheese curds to share and the Impossible Burger. It was a lively spot with large portions and great drinks.

This is just your classic reliable burger nothing super special but definitely yummy. The service was really quick both times I went. Definitely would recommend if you want an elevated pub feel.

My parents were visiting from out of town, and we saw the cute patio with the great umbrellas & floral arrangements and decided to stop here for lunch. We got two burgers and the strawberry salad and were very happy & satisfied with the quality & value of our food. Elle was our waitress and she was attentive, kind and respectful. All-around a cute spot for visitors and a nice place for locals too! :)

Worthy of a 5-star for ease, service, and consistency. I hadnt been in over 5 years, but just went back and it hadn't changed a bit (from what I remember liking). Inside is cozy, spacious, and its usually easy to get a table outside of weekends. Thursday at 6 was wide open, but by 7 it was full. I'll mention that the noise level starts to cross the threshold of too-loud, but the booth tables are huge and talking across it was already tough. Our waiter was energized and super friendly. If he didn't know anything, he still gave full effort to help quickly. The service in general is very fast for food, and they don't rush your meal at all - a great feature. Food - (which I tried everyones / shared) -Cheese curds: the table loved them, and they were definitely good. Great batter and sauce. The cheese itself was stringy-er than the more firm style I'd prefer. -Brussel Sprout: I feel like I've never disliked them anywhere, but always just say "standard solid dish". They were exactly that. **Asian Chicken Salad: up there with best restaurant salads around. Really big pile of lettuce, tons of crunchy stuff, veggies, and generous amount of chicken. Highlight for sure **Chicken Pot Pie: Also awesome. The crust taste like a croissant, and the filling was rich in flavor. I'd maybe exclude the potatoes, that was not needed. -Roasted Half Chicken - It was good, nothing to write home about. All of what was described has been the case each time I've visited here. Its like the perfect place if you want a last-minute, no reservation needed, cute place. Take your parents here, its great for that too.

The dining experience felt more like I walked onto a film set. Beautiful and decadent setting, this place has an elegant and Old English atmosphere. At the ceiling drop, one could see literary lines from Oscar Wilde himself. Some of the booths resembled a study. As soon as one walked into the back, one could see a library and portraits of the author himself. As with the pandemic, we obtained our menus via the QR code. I ordered the Kale and Brussels Sprout salad. It tasted fabulous. I took my time to enjoy every morsel. Joseph ordered the burger. He said it tasted fine. The service rates an A+. We did not have to wait long for our food. Come and bring friends, family or even a date. I highly recommend this place.

This review is for the weekend brunch. Friendly service, fun cozy atmosphere. But the food wasn't that impressive (a couple people in our group got the skillets which were filling but lacked any sort of sauce or flavoring). And the prices certainly didn't justify what you're getting. Maybe they're trying to be fancy/upscale, but I really don't remember pre-covid them being this expensive. Chilaquiles, which are essentially tortilla chips with sauce, were $17 or $24.50 with chicken. Add tax, tip, and "credit card fee" and that's over $33! The protein-less Maui bowl is over $28 or $36-45 with protein! I'm not exaggerating. With tax/tip/card fee, this is literally what you have to pay. At the cheap end, even just 2 eggs with bacon and toast comes to $21 all-in. Either restaurants are getting greedy with these price hikes or some of them are just going to struggle if more people like me think that $21+ for breakfast items that I can easily make at home is pushing it.

I arrived here on a Tuesday evening alone and went to the hostess stand to be seated but she seemed a little confused as to what I wanted till I told her I was dining in. Perhaps she assumed I ordered takeout but she directed me to a tiny table at the end next to a father seated with his child. I figured it might get a bit claustrophobic so I requested a more comfortable table just three seats away from them so they could have their privacy and I'd be more cozy. My waitress introduced herself to me right away and I didn't request a menu because I really wanted to try their version of a Ceasar salad. I kind of wish I had scanned their menu code because she went through the 3 tiers of caesar salad too rapidly and suggested I also choose a protein to go with the knife and fork version of their caesar salad. She of course suggested the two most expensive proteins without even mentioning tofu so between the shrimp or the chicken or salmon I decided on the blackened salmon since I wanted to keep my salad healthy. Bread doesn't accompany the salad however so when I asked if bread could be added my server suggested a roll for an additional $2 so I decided against it. Now to describe the salad itself. The romaine lettuce was cut in long wedges and grilled and there was a sprinkling of cheese at the top shredded into slivers instead of large pieces. The salmon was burned but still tasty. I was extremely disappointed that there weren't any hard boiled eggs or anchovies and instead of bold croutons they gave me four thinly sliced toasted slices of sourdough. I found out later my bill came out to $30 plus tip for an extremely expensive caesar salad and 1 lemonade. It really felt like I had been hustled by my server so she could get me to spend the most amount of money for a salad. If I could do a redo I would have picked their traditional caesar salad without a protein added and that way I would have spent much less money on just 1 salad. The couple who were seated next to me chose mussels which come with bread and their meal looked way better than mine and they spent much less money than I did. It would have been nice to receive complimentary bread especially since the croutons tend to be the best part of a caesar salad and their version wasn't as exciting or tasty. I guess because I'm a carb junkie the lack of croutons and bread really bothered me. In summary I was definitely disappointed in my selection. It was the most expensive salad I'd ever ordered in my life and definitely not as creative as I would have liked especially since anchovies are usually included as a major ingredient in most authentic caesar salads. The atmosphere here is casual and comfortable and everything is decorated and painted in a brown motif. It's a very "masculine" vibe a place where people tend to order fancy beers and cocktails with their friends. I would definitely come back in the future but only for macaroni and cheese or some other dish like chicken pot pie or shepherds pie. The caesar salad felt underwhelming and incomplete but I'm a foodie and maybe my standards are higher. I suggest you peruse the menu very carefully before ordering so you don't end up overspending beyond your means. In summary this is a cozy spot for couples or family. But as a single woman dining alone I wasn't happy that initially my hostess wanted to seat me right next to a single dad dining alone with his child when there were so many empty seats not too far away. I'm relieved that she let me choose a seat further away from them because his child got a lot louder later on and they needed their privacy to enjoy their family time. This restaurant is good for couples who want to share drinks and appetizers. I wouldn't call it the best dining experience out there but the vibes are cozy and casual. My salad was overpriced for what I received so I don't recommend it if you're seeking authentic Caesar salad prepared the typical way its made. I'd love to come here again for outside seating with my dog. I'd probably enjoy myself more.

If you get a chance to sit in the library- take it and enjoy. The fireplace felt so nice in winter. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. The cheese curds are the perfect amount of crispy. I would pass on the Buffalo chicken sandwich and get the blackened chicken club instead. The fries are more potatoey than crispy.

Was really excited to order dinner from here. My friends and I ordered a whole bunch of stuff. Two of us ordered the Wilde Burger which was good but we had ordered them to be medium well but they came kinda rare. It was disappointing because it ruined the burgers for us but we could tell how good it would've been womp womp

Wilde is one of my favorite bar/restaurants in the city. I have been coming here for over a decade and it never fails to impress. I love it in every season, but during the holiday season it is MAGICAL. The atmosphere there during the holidays is unmatched. The cozy library with the Christmas decorations by the fire is the epitome of "Oscar Wilde"ambiance and perfection. We went there today for brunch and it was amazing. (Keep in mind all their food is delicious on the regular menu for dinner/lunch as well) we ordered a few round of drinks-a new fan favorite was Buttered Moonshine. It was beyond heavenly and tasted like a very creamy espresso martini. Some other favorites are the Bills Old Fashioned, Elderflower love, and Strawberry Fields. For food we ordered so many items to share (between three of us) food-wise and everything was incredible. The portions were huge and perfect. We got Baked French Onion soups. For brunch we shared the breakfast burrito, the biscuits and gravy and chicken and waffles and it was some of the best brunch food of all time. The biscuits and gravy were the best I have ever had-including in the south. It is made with a savory sausage gravy and I am drooling just thinking about it hours later. Normally we add a side of Irish sausage or share the Mac and cheese for an app but we did the soups instead. All options are equally fabulous. My usually go to and favorite menu item is the blackened chicken club (made as a wrap) with a side of garlic dill. This sandwich will change your life. (Order it just as I wrote it) Our server was fabulous! He was SO sweet and attentive and cheerful. I hope we are seated in his section when we come back. The manager Debbie is so amazing and friendly and makes Wilde such a warm and inviting place. She remembers everyone who comes in and greets everyone like family. If you are looking for a new Irish restaurant/bar (believe me, my dad is from Ireland and I have been to every single one in the city) look no further than Wilde. The ambiance, food, and overall experience is in a league of its own. Already thinking about when I will be back for my next meal. Thank you for a fabulous New Year's Day brunch experience!

Such a unique find- I loved the stained glass and the library corner! Wilde burger was delicious!

Went to Wilde with two of my friends. We ordered Cheese Curds that had a delicious breading and cooked perfectly, served with a BBQ Aioli that was light in color, not the usual dark BBQ sauce. I ordered the Meatloaf Dinner with mashed potatoes, gravy, and tomato chutney sauce on the meatloaf with crispy threadlike shallots. One of my friends ordered the Blackened Chicken Club (Swiss, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion, herb mayonnaise, Tuscan bread) it looked so good and my other friend ordered a Reuben Sandwich that looked good with a good portion of Corned Beef and melted cheese. My only "beef" yes pun intended was the music which had a thumping sound like you're in a dance club, I asked the waiter twice to turn it down. The music was OK just the bass was the problem.

First time for family of 5 and didn't disappoint! Food and service was great! Would def recommend the fish and chips!! Delicious

TL;DR: Great neighborhood spot and cozy vibes This place would be ideal for a snowy, winter night because it is so cozy. It is a great neighborhood spot that has a variety of food. The mac and cheese is my go to and the chopped salad is delicious! The chicken sandwich was also pretty decent too

Absolutely GORGEOUS food, and the place itself is really beautiful, though we always get orders to go because it's a bit noisy when it's busy. The ribs...oh my god...falling off the bone, smoky, sweet, perfection. The fries are good but lately the side order is half the size it used to be, not sure why? The cheddar artichoke dip is crazy good, almost too good, it's dangerous, lol. The mac and cheese, the burgers, the fish and chips are all really, really good. Our only complaint is the prices but at least you know you're going to get a delicious meal for the price, and aside from the weird issue with the side order of fries, the portions are generous. The key lime pie is amazing as well but now it's $11.50 for one slice, lol. I'll have to make due with the memories...
