Willet's Corner

My husband and I make it a point to stop at Willets Corner every time we go to a show at the Beacon Theatre on the Upper West Side. It has truly become part of our monthly routine. If you’re looking for a great restaurant near the Beacon Theatre, this place is perfect before or after a show. The atmosphere mixes intimacy with comfort, making it a great spot for a relaxed dinner date. Plus, the walk to the Beacon Theatre is incredibly easy. The service is always reliable and welcoming, and it’s easily one of the best spots to eat near the Beacon Theatre. Highly recommend for anyone heading to a show in the area.

Finally, a new favorite spot in the UWS! Friendly and understanding staff. Loved the beet tartare — so delicious and healthy you’d lick the plate. The roasted chicken was perfectly done and full of flavor. Loved the flatbread and pastas, too. The Red Lion is a must-try non-alcoholic cocktail with refreshing notes, including coconut water — a runner’s dream. For something bolder, the Smoky Orchard is so well-balanced and addicting, you’d swear it had alcohol in it. Ended the night with a flourless chocolate cake made to perfection — the perfect sweet ending.

I visited Willets Corner yesterday for their opening. such a beautiful spot in the Upper West Side! From the moment you walk in, you can feel an amazing energy. The place is gorgeous and has a really special vibe. I got to try the roasted cauliflower, which had an incredible flavor, and the bolognese pasta, everything tasted so fresh and full of flavor. I also had one of their cocktails, and I loved how refreshing it was and the beautiful presentation. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I’m so happy to see places like this opening in NYC. I’ll definitely be back!

New neighborhood gem! The service is cheerful and responsive. The food is delicious! Cocktails are on point. Atmosphere is lively. Big win for the neighborhood. Can’t wait to try more. Had the fig toast, beet tartare, short ribs, bolognese, and the tuna tacos. Each of us loved what we ate. The desserts were abundant and flavorful. The flourless chocolate cake is rich and fluffy at the same time. We’re ready to come back anytime! Welcome to the neighborhood Willet’s Point!

Pleasantly surprised by this new spot on the UWS! We were catching a show at the Beacon Theatre and decided to grab dinner here beforehand. The space is really warm and beautiful and the staff is lovely. The food was exceptional! I got the mafaldine bolognese which was delicious and the pasta was very fresh. My friend got the short ribs and said it was melt in your mouth tender. I'm not a big drinker so I was happy to see there was a good selection of mocktails. The location is super convenient, will definitely be stopping by again!

Loved coming to Willet’s Corner! Came for brunch and had the Pancakes, French Dip Sandwich and Midas Touch mocktail! Everything was delicious and the service is amazing! The staff really cares about your experience and the staff ingredients are top notch. I’m definitely coming back for lunch!

I recently dined at Willets Corner and unfortunately left feeling disappointed. To start on a positive note, the ambience is lovely and the service was attentive and warm. The space has a great vibe — stylish, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxed evening out. Our server was courteous and checked in regularly, which we appreciated. That said, the food and drinks simply did not live up to the setting. We began with the Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice, which should have been a standout appetizer. Instead, it was served so dry that it genuinely felt like chewing dried gum. The rice lacked freshness and texture, and the tuna topping did little to rescue it. For the main course, I ordered the Seasonal Vegetable Tagliatelle, which was perhaps the biggest letdown of the evening. It had virtually no flavor — it felt like eating unseasoned vegetables tossed with dry pasta. There was no depth, no balance, and no seasoning to tie the dish together. The only saving grace of the meal was the short ribs, which were thankfully tender and properly prepared. It was the one dish that felt thoughtfully executed. As for the cocktails — let’s just say they were underwhelming. They tasted like colored water rather than crafted drinks, lacking both balance and strength. Overall, while Willets Corner nails the ambience and service, the kitchen and bar need serious improvement to justify a return visit.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great service. We got their flatbread, salad, crispy rice with tuna, and branzino. All were delicious and the drinks were great too. Will be coming back.

A very welcome and cute new addition to the UWS neighborhood. While it's brand new and they have a couple of minor kinks to work out, we really enjoyed our evening. Our server was friendly and accommodating and the food was good. Only thing we didn't love was the flatbread. It truly felt thrown together. By the time we left, the place was hopping. Will definitely go back and check out the bar.

Clean, delicious food. A great (and needed) addition to the neighbor! I really appreciate that they use organic ingredients. We started with the cauliflower, which, unlike many restaurants, was not overly oily or fried. The sauce and fried capers were a nice touch. We then had the pasta, which was super tasty but did need a little Parmesan (which I did add). The branzino was very good, but the rice and spinach under it was delicious! Finally, we ended with apple crumble which was tasty. I also was impressed by their drinks selection, including the mocktail I drank. Look forward to returning.
