I had a terrible experience with this tailor. The shirts I ordered does not fit at all. When I ask for adjustments, they refused to make any changes. The service was unhelpful, and the advice given was poor. I've been a loyal returning customer in the past, but the quality and service have seriously declined. It used to be much better. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointing!

Sandy and team will treat you well! You can get a variation of materials. They will ship. Go in for second fitting. I have used them for the past 25 years. Very reliable.

Excellent quality and really good service. I've been in their shop in 2014 for some custom shirts, which turned out really good. And I've been regularly ordering new ones through their website. Adjusting some measurements over the years was no problem and the fit was always perfect. They've also lasted me much longer than most of my shirts from major brands.

literally a patron for close to 10 years, and standards are falling hard. my last 3 suits were ALL done incorrectly, wrong inner layers/ wrong trouser types/ and this time wrong inner layer AND terrible fitting, even after 3 fittings. I asked for them to pick up my suit to make the alterations (was their suggestion) and the replied with what needs to be done???? used to be a great place, now terrible workman ship. why go to them for custom tailoring when only thing tailored are their mistakes. I will not be returning.

I have been a customer here since 2011 and have had 9 suits made, dozens of shirts and about 6 or 7 trousers. I mostly see Mr Cheng and his tailors when they travel to Australia, but I've also visited them at their shop in Kowloon. Their website is an easy way to place an order, and they're also available on email and phone. Their response time is good. On the odd occasion there has been an issue with an order, they have fixed it without hassle. Their fabric selection is extensive, and they have premium cloth from Vitale Barberis Canonico, Loro Piana and Zegna if you're after something special. I love my mohair suit made from VBC cloth! Their prices aren't 'cheap', but for what you get, the fit, the quality and the customisation, it is very competitive when compared to buying a reputable brand off the rack from a department store. As I write this review, I'm actually wearing the very first suit I had made here back in 2011 - made from a charcoal cashmere; it's still perfect and is a good staple in my wardrobe.

I have been a loyal customer of Sandy since 1990. I've had a multitude of suits, shirts and pants made over the years and have always been impressed with the fit and quality. Sandy has always taken care of me no matter how spherical I've become. I'm looking forward to seeing them again in November to catch up and order a new suit or two!

I had one suit and two shirts made here about a year ago, both very poor quality. A few months wearing it, there was a misalignment of inner lining on the jacket which was so obvious that I had to return it to them for rework. They still couldn't fixed the problem and I have to live with a defected product for which I paid $15,000. The shirts they made are of poor quality too - unfit on the back and too short in length which makes me look like a teenager outgrown my short. I was totally disappointed. Don't risk wasting your money at this shop.
