The Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy Rice Cooker Is an Utterly Perfect Machine | Eater

"A national kitchenware retailer where the writer’s mom felt disappointed to find a once-import-only rice cooker being sold domestically, highlighting how specialty Japanese appliances have become mainstream and widely available in the U.S.; the mention implies the store carries popular, high-end cooking equipment that appeals to home cooks following recent grain-focused trends." - Meghan McCarron

Williams-Sonoma at Ponce City Market is like walking into a well-organized dream kitchen—everything is pristine, curated, and a little bit aspirational. It’s a fun stop if you’re into cooking, hosting, or just browsing beautifully designed things you probably don’t need, but suddenly want. The staff here is usually friendly and helpful, happy to chat about cookware or guide you to the right spice blend for your next dinner party. That said, it’s not the most budget-friendly place—but you kind of know that going in. Quality comes with a price tag, and here, the price tag comes polished. Worth a wander if you’re in the market or need a gift that says “I have my life together,” even if you don’t.

I had a wonderful experience at Williams-Sonoma! The store was well-organized, affordable, and full of quality items that made it hard to leave empty-handed. I especially appreciated the cocktail mix samples—they were a fun and thoughtful touch that added to the shopping experience. The staff truly stood out: they were welcoming, communicative, and genuinely friendly. Their helpful attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d recommend for both everyday kitchen needs and special finds!

I recently purchased bar stools that I love from Williams-Sonoma. The shipping charge for three was high but I was willing to purchase anyway. Since, we found out we are moving and for the stools to work in my new home I needed one more. When ordering the price was drastically different. The expensive $595 chair was now over $820 for ONE with the ridiculous shipping charge. I called customer and they wouldn’t budge. I then called my local store at Ponce City Market in Atlanta and was basically told the same thing. The manager, Lindsay, suggested I buy more items to bring the cost down, seriously?!!! She made extra efforts only to tell me the same thing, the shipping cost for one chair was $159. I paid $279 for shipping and handling for 3 stools($93 a stool) I have now paid $438 in shipping and handling and honestly could have brought these home in my car but it was not an option. You are forced into white glove delivery. The manager jumped through hoops I guess but was annoyed that I didn't praise her efforts. The very least they could do is to match the per piece cost first shipping. I ordered the extra stool because I need 4 in my new home and have taken the blow of this ridiculous charge but I will no longer support or purchase from this or any of their stores in the future. It is too bad because I have been a long time customer and do like their products but I refuse to be taken advantage of. Shame on William-Sonoma!!

Summer 2024:The blueberry scones are delicious. They are not too sweet with plenty of blueberries included. Great package mix, especially if you live in a high rise and just want to bake without any fuss (just need to buy cream). Package made six healthy size scones (2 were quickly eaten and not shown). Fall 2024: Baked the raspberry sconces today. They are not too sweet and are definitely more like biscuits, tasty hint of raspberry with raspberry speckles. Baked 8 scones for 26 mins.

I could spend hours at this store in PCM. They have everything from spatulas to furniture it it's how it is all arranged and designed to entice customers that makes it special. I love everything from the barware section to the Asian Dragon table setting just in time for the new year. And the service is excellent, they are attentive and helpful. I want to redo my entire life when I am in the store. A 10!

We had a great experience shopping for our home! Parker helped us pick out the right knife and other items. Very knowledgeable and helpful in every way.

We purchased a Breville machine at the Ponce City Market location. Our experience was fantastic as we worked with both Brittany and Lindsey Hart (GM). They were both incredibly knowledgable, answering all questions that we had, and detailing each machine to us. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and these two individuals to work with.

Google
Nice setup, this store is well organized and clean with lots of quality stuff. FYI, they do offer some cooking classes but it's more of a demo than anything, still worth it though.

Yelp
Nice and huge WS location. Located at Ponce City Market. We came in to browse while in the area. The store is well laid out and organized. They had some stuff on sale with additional discount given from the holiday collections. The only thing I found was a small ceramic strainer that I could use when cleaning a serving of fruit. Staff was available to help if needed and did make their way around the store checking in on customers. They were also hosting a class while we were there. Parking is pay by plate.

Yelp
Nice amazing ambiance but it's definitely lacking some good sales I love this place but I only go in here when I'm buying a gift for myself and it's worth spending the money. I bought a vitamix here and when I got home the wrong one was in the box. It was a cheaper version than what I paid for. The lovely thing about this is that the manager is a gem. She sprung into action and gave me the correct one right away by opening the replacement in front of me to make sure the product represented on the box was actually inside. I think they were having a cooking demo and she offered me coffee. Really nice

Yelp
Love this store! It's so hard not to buy everything in sight. This visit I tried some fresh infused water they had, and I purchased a bee themed spatula to add to my bee themed kitchen. The staff is really friendly and welcoming and the store has a nice setup and flow.

Yelp
My husband and I recently visited this Williams-Sonoma location over the weekend. Located in the midst of several retailers, this location is perfect for new homeowners browsing. The store had a lot of inventory (and a great selection!) There were several employees working in different departments of the store. I think we walked in while they were reorganizing displays. Williams-Sonoma is known for providing the market with high-end cookware and tools. They have anything you can think of. I liked that all staff members on the floor were wearing masks and I noticed they periodically wiped inventory down and sanitized it. I felt that they were taking proper COVID-19 precautions, and I think they are doing a good job of keeping customers safe. I'm surprised that so many reviewers complained about the staff "hovering," or not being helpful but we were actually impressed that they greeted us and were so willing to help us find things. The store is also organized, or at least it was on a Saturday we went. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend. Browse at your own risk! You'll want to buy everything in the store.

Yelp
Williams-Sonoma in Ponce City Market is one of the best locations I've been to because the selection is so vast. The store is huge and they have any kitchen item you could dream of. WS also provides some kitchen items for demo, which is very helpful in making a decision before purchasing. The service is not much help but I love this store.

Yelp
Was just browsing and found a couple of items. Worker kept saying she'd be right there to check me out. Another employee was busy talking with another employee and couldn't take the time to ring up a customer. I left the items on the counter and left. The other employee who was busy talking waved and told us to have a good day. I waved and told her she should be more attentive to the customers.

Yelp
Who doesn't love Williams-Sonoma. I could spend all day and my paycheck in here. If you're in love with ginger jars, they have an amazing selection of blue and white, as well as white/gold. I also found the most gorgeous crystal bourbon glasses that I'm adding to my budget (they were about $30/ea). They are big and fabulous. I saw a beautiful mini Bundt cake pan that I'm mad I left behind. Thank goodness for online orders...that baby will be here next week.

Yelp
Stocked for the holidays! Walking through this store made me wish Christmas was already here. All the dinner ware for the special occasion were displayed so nicely. Every corner of the store had a special collection. You have to explore to fine a treasure for yourself or a friend.

Yelp
This is a large Williams-Sonoma with lots of selection. I enjoyed browsing today. However, though I'm a big fan of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (including West Elm, Pottery Barn, Mark and Graham, and Rejuvenation), the price points at Williams-Sonoma have often been a deterrent for me. I was particularly unimpressed today that our only interaction with an associate was as she was trying to dart around us to get to the back room.

Yelp
Grace was very friendly and easy-going. She also turned out to be very knowledgeable on how to use certain appliances. She eventually helped me order the Air Fryer that was not in stock. It was a great experience. She is an asset.

Yelp
My sister and I visited this store last Friday; Carla and Kim were truly amazing, from the moment we walked into the store we were greeted and felt welcomed! They both answered all our questions and demonstrated with such enthusiasm the items we were interested in. We truly had a great customer experience!!

Paul L.

Yelp
Williams-Sonoma furniture looks good and is quite appealing. However quality may be questionable. In 2019 we purchased a four drawer dresser. It had "polished nickel" nail heads trimming the edges. After three years we noticed that the nail heads were rusting. We contacted the store asking for suggestions. Our inquiry was ignored, even after contacting the store manager! Beware!

Yelp
The customer service here was jarring. When I first entered the store, Sandra was so helpful with my online pick up order. But then I was met by an incredibly rude associate who had to come to the register to help with an exchange for my order. Didn't greet or acknowledge me at all at first. She asked my order confirmation and then when SHE could not find the order number on the email, accused me of not ordering the item from Williams-Sonoma ("Did you even order this from here"). She also told me to remove my bag from the counter with extreme brashness. I was merely requesting an exchange but felt like I didn't belong there. I was eventually moved up to the front register and it was smooth sailing from there. Everyone else was sweet (Sandra and Dana were both especially lovely) and made up for an otherwise unsettling experience.

Yelp
ATT: Williams-Sonoma (aka Rejuvenation): I will NEVER shop from Rejuvenation ever again: I ordered two mirrors for the master bathroom. They were supposed to arrive between Feb 23 - Feb 27. Tomorrow, it's April 1. In the past couple of weeks, I've phoned customer service 3 times - to be told every single time that they would call me back to let me know the status of my order. I never heard back from anyone - not a call, not an email. I later learned that not one of the customer service reps I spoke to put in any notes against my account. I emailed customer service to receive an automated response. I still haven't had an actual response. I called the store at Ponce City Market for help. The store/back of house manager lady said she'd f/up personally to let me know where my order was - she didn't keep her word or ever call back. She said she instructed customer service to contact me via email - it was never sent (yes, junk mail was checked) - nothing. I finally asked for the supposed warehouse number, to be told that it is in fact Rejuvenation that is supposed to schedule deliveries - yet; they're claiming to not know where my product is. Yet warehouse is saying that they're sitting there waiting to be delivered and scheduled by Rejuvenation! Wow, wow, wow... NEVER will I put myself through this experience ever again. And I used to absolutely adore this store and their products. Still no clarity, still no visibility, still no product. DO NOT waste your time or money. This is supposed to be a high end store, with great product, yet this has been less than a one star experience.

Yelp
I just came on here to say that this place has absolutely excellent customer service. I came in here looking for a gift and was a helped by a gentleman named Jahmel. He was not only very knowledgeable but gave exceptional recommendations. It was such a pleasure working with him; as a New Yorker, thank you for showing us the meaning of Southern comfort!

Yelp
Sooooo I love Williams-Sonoma. The staff was very helpful and didn't stop until they found the Wusthof knife I came to purchase. I will be back to get my knife sharpened.

Yelp
How is it that Williams-Sonoma is able to plan out such a beautiful shop such that you want to buy everything in there? I'm convinced that they only sell shiny things and well it works. The shiny things always catch my eye! Here in Ponce, there is a beautiful Williams-Sonoma (ok they are all beautiful) that perfectly balances the West Elm at the other end of the market. You walk in and are immediately greeted by friendly customer service agents who are eager to help you. I have found them to be professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. You'd think they'd be snobby towards those who are browsing but the reality is that most people who are walking through are browsing! I have my eye set on an espresso machine and some of the pasta machine addons. Sure they are on the pricey side but I have found that they have solid ware so you'll be able to purchase them a good likelihood that they will last a long while. Grateful that they have moved into Ponce and hope that they stay there!

Yelp
I'm not sure if the floor staff at Williams-Sonoma PCM - Atlanta works on commission, but if you ask me what am I looking for and I say I'm just browsing, that is not an invitation to continue to hoover over me. I walk away from that particular area since the floor staff person decided that all of a sudden she needed to be there, it turned my browsing experience from a possible purchase to let me see what Target has... smh. I'm a 50 year old man, I know how to speak up and ask for assistance - WHEN I NEED IT! geesh.

Yelp
Thanks to Williams Sonoma, my lady and I accomplished most of our last-minute shopping needs without having to drive all over the city. And the fact that they provide complimentary wrapping - at least during holiday season - saved us even more time. Things to know: ***** I. LOCATION & PARKING: It's located in Ponce City Market, which has two parking lots and a ramp, and they all require that you pay. (Easiest to use the Parkmobile app.) Find this store next to H&F. II. PRODUCTS: Need a fancy Breville juicer? Le Creuset pot? Automatic salt and pepper shakers with lights? Bed sheets with a four-digit thread count? The fanciest white plates that Thomas Keller would even use? If you want to upgrade your home, you can probably do so at Williams Sonoma. During our last visit, we purchased several kinds of wine accessories, a pressure cooker, and a cup that instantly turns liquids from hot to cold. All pretty awesome stuff that set us back several hundred bucks. III. PRICES: Everything in that store is of high quality, yet, in my humble opinion, slightly overpriced. So, there's not great value there. If you're in a rush for a gift, it's a great place. However, I would rather order online. IV. SERVICE: Very helpful. They have a legion of staff that will answer any question you may have. V. OVERALL: Williams Sonoma is a great store to buy gifts for loved ones or to upgrade your home, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this place.

Yelp
I walked in the store today (1/29/2020) just before 4pm with my daughter. There were 2 young ladies (employees) in the store having a conversation. These women never acknowledged my presence. There was no greeting even after I walked further into the store assuming they didn't see me when I entered. A couple entered shortly after me, the employees also didn't acknowledge/greet them. Needless to say, I was disappointed as I knew exactly what I wanted, just needed assistance with the color of my purchase. I never got to make my purchase as I was never acknowledged. My experience was frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I will not spend money in a store where personal conversations are more important than giving customers the Williams Sonoma experience. Hopefully the employees get better training to prevent the loss of sales in the future.

Yelp
Hey Russ F. Every time I've gone to the Ponce location, service has been A1. What YOU might want to stop doing is trying to refund products bought with stolen credit cards, dick

Buddy H.

Yelp
Exceptionally disappointed in the service at Williams Sonoma Ponce City Market.. I bought a Breville coffee maker in September. It has been a terrible appliance. Clogs, won't close, lid keeps popping open. I had credit card history showing purchase but not actual receipt (who keeps receipts for months? ) WS washed their hands, nothing they could do. Said I'd have to deal directly with Breville. On the phone they said I needed actual receipt as well. I was willing to purchase another coffee maker from WS, just not a Breville. Guess I now take may business else where. Permanently.

Daniel S.

Yelp
I HIGHLY recommend this store. Tahir, the store manager, helped me with an order and it was the best customer service experience I've ever had. He was clear, patient, and went above and beyond to resolve my questions and concerns. For all of my home needs I plan to return to the store and hope to encounter him again. THANK YOU!!

Kong Y.

Yelp
There was a very snippy and rude employee named Brian who wasn't helpful at all. Someone should retrain him how customer service and being a respectful human being works. Thanks again.

Yelp
I had been a big fan of William Sonoma for decades. I have purchased over the years thousands of dollars of everything from espresso machines to knives. I was happy to get your card, never missed a payment and always paid more than the minimum due. Today I learned you reduced my line of credit from 1500 to 200, leaving me $46 to make purchases? What school of finance or business did you go to? Why would you decrease the credit line of a paying customer? If anything, most places would INCREASE the limit as a reward or to encourage spending. I'm done with you guys. Applicants beware.

Monique E.

Yelp
We loved our experience. Bryan the assistant manager was very helpful. He helped us resolve a situation with great results. He also did an awesome job explaining all the coffee makers. We appreciate his professionalism, friendliness and magnetic personality!

Yelp
Fantastic location! I'm so impressed! I was here on 2/4/17 and I had a awesome time! This big location is welcoming, clean and beautiful. The staff is very helpful and kind. It has a wide selection of merchandise. It is inside the building on the first floor in the back. For all these reasons this is my favorite Williams-Sonoma!

Russ F.

Yelp
Tried to Order a mixer online and they canceled the order without cause or notice. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

Yelp
Last night my husband and child had the pleasure of going to the Alton Brown book signing at the Ponce City Market, Williams - Sonoma in Atlanta, GA. Meeting Alton Brown was a dream come true for my husband, but the service that we experienced from this store, especially Faye Sheppard was a dream come true for this Mommy! It was the BEST service I have EVER RECEIVED ANYWHERE! Faye went as far to walk me out of Williams - Sonoma to show me where I needed to go to get some emergency supplies for my 2 year old. You have gotten a customer for life from my little family. And Faye Sheppard, deserves a raise, an award, or anything else you can give her...she's a superstar in my book! Best Wishes for this fabulous store! Thank you, The Hill Family

Yelp
My review isn't 100% about this specific location...though it added to what would end up being an over all horrible experience. My husband and I came in to buy two of the $900 WS Home end tables for our new bedroom. It was a weekend, PCM was crazy busy as always but WS wasn't crowded at all. We stood around and waited...and waited...and waited for one of the numerous employees to come and ask if we needed assistance. Yes, we could have gone up to the desk and asked for help, but after 3 employees walked right by us we decided to wait and see how long it took before we were acknowledged. Eventually, a really nice lady came up and helped us to buy the tables. Problem #1 (if you don't count the lack of acknowledgement by the staff as the first problem): The website price was wrong once the associate got to the point of completing the sell. The tables were supposed to be 20% off and free shipping. We had to pay full price and be refunded the difference in a few days...not a BIG deal but just get the website together. Problem #2: a few weeks later I'm contacted by the delivery company saying one of the tables is ready and will be delivered the following Tuesday. Ok, no problem...ill take off work and be there since they didn't know a time frame. The night before, we get a call that the delivery truck is now deemed too full and we wont get the delivery until the next shipment. Pain in the butt since id taken off work but whatever...things happen. I was assured id get a call back in 24 hours to let me know the next shipment date. Problem #3: 4 days later, and no call back. So I call WS Customer Service and am told that it shows that the table (just 1 again...more on the second table later) shipped and they don't have any more information...but they gave me the number to the delivery company which I had already called twice before to the same number that tried to set up the initial delivery. 6 voicemails later, I finally get someone to pick up the phone. Problem #4 The delivery company is in NC and only delivers to Atlanta sporadically. The next delivery date is the 22nd. Problem #5...the second table! No mention of it by anyone in any of the exchanges. Today, nearly a month after ordering, the second table was tracked down...BUT the delivery truck set for this Friday is now full so it will supposedly be delivered next week...we will see. Long story short, from what I gather, WS Home is relatively new and until they get their crap together, I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

Audrey H.

Yelp
Beautiful high quality cookware, dishes, etc. We had a nice time looking around. The sales people were super nice and friendly, encouraging us to try several food samples on hand.

Cynthia S.

Yelp
I often visit Williams-Sonoma for many kitchen and home purchases. I visited the Ponce location after Christmas with my family after a meal in the food hall to buy a few items. Experienced an unpleasant employee who was clearly leaving with her personal items and shopping bags. My son and niece were using the espresso/cappuccino (Illy) machine (which had small paper cups beside it) and she rudely asked if an associate had demonstrated how to use the machine. She also reminded them that the machine was $4,000 and abruptly turned off the machine while calling over another associate. In addition, my daughter in law was looking at the Nespresso pods and the same employee said "customers will walk away with these" while removing the Nespresso pods from the area where we were standing. Why were there Nespresso pods on display? Why was the Illy machine on? Why were there cups next to the espresso machine? Little did that employee know, we came into the store to buy the $4,000 Illy and walked out empty handed. Clearly Williams-Sonoma has more business than they know what to do with. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
