Willie’s has always been a comforting choice—a reliable spot where you can enjoy a simple, consistent meal. When the restaurant introduced its app with a rewards program, it was easy to see the value. Points were earned at a reasonable pace, and the rewards, such as free food, felt worthwhile.
However, as of August, the rewards program seems to have changed, and the value has diminished. For example, the monthly 30% discount for members has been reduced to 25%, and when redeeming food rewards, the variety of options has narrowed significantly. Previously, there were plenty of appealing choices; now, the options are more limited to basic items.
That said, the food quality has remained consistent—never bad—and the service is generally good. In the past, the rewards program encouraged us to visit more often, but now we tend to stop by only when we’re looking for something familiar and satisfying. While Willie’s may no longer be our first choice, it remains a dependable option for a straightforward meal.
