Hip, cozy cafe serving a wide variety of coffee and cocktails with a tight selection of local beers, wine, and food. The atmosphere feels like home with a long bar and a few tables in the back. They’ve got a stack of board games and reliable WiFi for entertainment. We dropped by on a Saturday afternoon and found it to be a quiet, convenient retreat for coffee, drinks, and/or conversation.
The food menu isn’t expansive, but we had to give it a shot. They focus on comfort food fried chicken and pancakes and a grilled cheese and tomato soup pairing. The menu is printing on the chalkboard so I’m assuming it rotates seasonally. We went with the kale Caesar salad with fried chicken. I’d definitely reiterate what others have said...you’ve got to try the fried chicken!
Great spot for a quieter, intimate outing or to grab a cup of whatever you’re craving and get some work done!
