A very modern and trendy place offering superb wines and accommodations inside and outdoors with the recent addition of the outdoor “Seneca Pavilion”, which also features floor standing patio heaters. The service staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. There’s live entertainment on Fridays and weekends. Among my favorites are “Seneca”, on the white wine list “Albariño”, “Blanc de Blancs” and “Sparkling Portrayal”. There’s food menus which are really good. Events can also be organized.

I’ve been coming to this winery since they first opened and it just keeps getting better and better. The ambiance can’t be beat - it’s beautiful, classy, and has great service - and the wines are great with something to please every palate. The pre-made cheese and charcuterie boxes are a really nice offering and the in-house food truck is surprisingly good too. Plus, I LOVE that it’s 21+ only now! There are plenty of other wineries and breweries around that are family-friendly; let the adults have their own playground!

Google
It’s a shame that so many people who are bent out of shape about the vineyard going 21 and over are leaving such negative reviews. This is a beautiful place and the wine is getting better and better every year. I love that they showcase art from local artists in the tasting room, and the staff is always very friendly. Bonus- the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen.

Google
Made a special trip to check this place out specifically because I saw they don’t allow children. I love kids, but unfortunately there are too many *parents* that let their kids run wild at places like this and kill the vibe. Windridge, you’ve done good. I can’t imagine a more beautiful, relaxing setting to enjoy such unique and delicious wine and food pairings. Windridge has incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, a picturesque setting, and tons of comfortable and fun places to sit and enjoy food, drink, and good company. I’ll be back soon and often!

We just became wine club members at Windridge Vineyards having patronized this wonderful vineyard for years. What convinced us it was time was the fabulous Valentine’s Day wine pairing event. We enjoyed a delicious cheese plate and mini crab cakes and added the artisanal chocolate wine pairing flight. So good!! The event featured live music which set a festive vibe and the musician got the crowd singing along. We love the convenience of booking reservations online and appreciate the clean, modern design of the tasting rooms, grounds, and event space. We can’t wait to take advantage of the great wine club discounts and invitations to future fun events at Windridge!

Google
Beautiful vineyard, you can go spend some nice time with family and friends and bring your own food and sit on one of the tables they have at this beautiful place. If you want to have some wine you have to get it from the restaurant, customer service is nice

Google
Windridge Vineyards is a charming family-owned winery with stunning vineyard views. We visited just before sunset and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The tasting room, heated pavilions and fire pits provide cozy indoor and outdoor spaces, with options for both adults and families. Brenden and Mike were welcoming and helpful. There are food trucks on-site, offering a small but tasty menu that we sampled multiple times along with the wine tasting. A great spot for a relaxing visit!

Google
I have visited this place since my kid was under 1 year old , since it was just a tiny pavilion with a few tables. Ive had a membership with them. We have celebrated so many occasions there, like my daughters birthday 🎂, watched so many beautiful sunsets 🌇, enjoyed their firepits and food trucks, live music, my daughter loved to run along the vines checking if those got ripe or not 🍇.. I am not recalling any single case when kids would be bothering anyone. My daughter turned 6 this year, and since 03/01/2025 the ruined all that by a new 21+ rule.. You maybe have pleased a few ppl while disappointed hundreds!

Yelp
What a beautiful vineyard. I specifically chose this place to meet up with some friends because they're dog friendly. Their outdoor space is huge and has lots of available seating. Reservations were encouraged from their website so we made one for this past weekend. It was a crowded day given how nice the weather was so I'm glad we had our reservation. We all tried the wine flight selection. I just chose the Classic Flight which came with a white, a rosé, and a red. My favorite was the white - the 2023 Portrayal. My friends really enjoyed The Old Line and ended up getting a bottle of it to share. It's a dessert wine so it's sweet but it was delicious. My friends also brought some food for us to munch on which was really great. My dog loved being out here with us as did we. The service was friendly, views were great, and wine was pouring - can't complain about any of that! I'd definitely come back again as this was a great experience.

Abigael K.

Yelp
Love going in person for tastings and live music + food, but also LOVE the wine to take home. It makes great gifts!

Yelp
Went to catch the sunset & enjoy a flight of wine. This was my first time here so I ordered the classic flight. Beautiful vineyard, views, and wine!

Yelp
If you're looking for a hidden gem to wine down at, Windridge Vineyards has you covered. This winery offers refreshing wine by the glass, flight, or bottle (I enjoyed the classic flight!); is spacious (plenty of outdoor and indoor seating); and is a wonderful place to catch up with friends. Bonus points for being able to bring your own food - perfect for a get togetherwith foodie friends! Walk-ins are welcomed, but reservations are highly recommended (2 hour limit), especially on a sunny day.

Mimi W.

Yelp
What a gem to discover a Vineyard not too far from me in Darnestown! Lots of parking on site and very scenic! They had lots of outdoor space and various seating styles to accommodate casual outings or events. We went on Sunday at 5:30pm and it wasn't crowded and most people were just casually sitting around enjoying the views and sunset. Packed lots of snacks and tried the wines they had which were pretty good. There was also a food truck on site if you didn't bring anything. Not much interactions with the staff but everyone seemed friendly. Make reservations and put on some cute clothes! Lots of ladies wearing dresses for the photo ops (I didn't get the memo lol)!

Zdravka B.

Yelp
Used to like this place...a lot! Brought family, friends, colleagues. BUT...not anymore. This new policy: patrons, members, reservations, priority seating, time limits ... I'm sorry, but it is just ridiculous. What happened to this place?!?!...Oh, I almost forgot, they have a brand new exclusive area where your dogs are welcomed but your kids are not...

Yvonne B.

Yelp
I visited Windridge Vineyards for an acquaintances birthday celebration. It's a local vineyard, and it's a place where it's visited regularly. There are choices of some food items such as your simple char·cu·te·rie boards. However, there are also food trucks onsite if you're looking for an actual meal. They main feature are their wine selection of reds and whites, and bottle service. Reservation is mandatory if you want to be seated inside vs. outdoors, especially when they feature live music, but outdoor seatings are wide open. First come, first serve. Hours of operations vary, so I recommend calling ahead. The sunset few are amazing.

Yelp
A relaxing and serene place to hang out with friends! Went on a beautiful early November afternoon. Many picnic tables were available overlooking rolling hills and rows of planted grape vines! The property also has a tasting room, a bar area that sells charcuterie and wine,, fire pit set-up and rotating food truck. We didn't go on the tour or tasting this time but spent the afternoon socializing outdoors with friends. We did purchase and share their Riesling. It was not overly sweet, but smooth a with subtle fruit note. Also a great place to host parties and events. Will be back to do a tasting and tour,

Philip L.

Yelp
This is the spot to go to when you want to be next to grapes and drinking wine in Maryland. Nothing beats this spacious location and feeling of drinking wine and hanging out with friends outside. You can also bring a picnic and your dog for some fun too. The wine could be a bit pricey but it is the price you are paying to be in this location. I recommend making reservations because it gets packed on a day with good weather and sun. I have been here several times now and has always had a pretty good experience. Not a huge wine fan, but I do appreciate the chance to drink and hang out.

Donyiel C.

Yelp
I'm glad we visited this Maryland winery. I've heard great things, and I've had it bookmarked for a while. My goal this year is to explore more Maryland wineries, and this was a great choice! Beautiful winery with plenty of parking and seating. There was a BBQ food truck. Seems like you can bring your own food but don't quote me on that. The service was great. Shout out to Patrick. He was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful. I did a red wine flight. The Seneca (a red) was my fave. Highly recommend this winery. I'll be back!

Christine A.

Yelp
I love this place. It has such a pretty tasting room. The vineyard looks like it stepped out of Napa (and I'm from California, so I can honestly say it does). We have been members for nearly 2 years now. It's really nice to have a few of the staff know us by name now. It makes us feel special. I truly enjoy nearly every single wine. On the summer weekends, they have music most weekend nights and food trucks. It's just a really pleasant and beautiful place to enjoy some wine. I do recommend you get a reservation. You might not need it, but in the case you do, you will be disappointed if there's no tables available for you.

Rebecca H.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by this vineyard. The wine flight I had was great. The white, rose and red wines were all good. They have seating inside and also various sitting areas outside. I would definitely recommend enjoying your wine outside since the views are beautiful. If it wasn't so cold I would have enjoyed the views for a lot longer.

Alexis B.

Yelp
Was planning a visit to the Poolesville area for a bicycle race on an unseasonably cool Saturday in April. We decided to make reservations to guarantee inside seating versus just rolling the dice. Upon arrival I was taken aback by how nice the grounds are. Sweet ambiance even for an afternoon. We checked in and received a card with our name, table number, and reservation block of time. The block (at least on the weekend) is 2-3 hours. We were seated in the Seneca Pavilion. I was eyeing the fire pits for next time. We ordered a flight which included a red, rosé, and Riesling, For food, we ordered a Mediterranean charcuterie board, truffle popcorn, & a fresh backed brownie. Everything was fresh and tasty. Reminder: It can get really crowded as it gets later in the day. People were celebrating birthdays and we observed a Sip & See. Plan your visit including food accordingly. There was a BBQ food truck on the grounds but we didn't try it.

Samantha L.

Yelp
Windridge Vineyards has a nice indoor tasting room with artwork hanging from Maryland Art Association in Poolesville. They also have a tented outdoor patio. Similarly to Rocklands, they sell baked goods (including cookies and brownies), chocolates, charcuterie meats (including salami and prosciutto), charcuterie/mediterranean boards, cheeses (including blue, brie, cheddar, and goat cheese), cheese spreads, crackers, popcorn, jams (including fig and black olives), and non-alcoholic beverages (bottled water and sparkling soda). Saturday's are their busiest day, and reservations are encouraged. Reservations are good for a 2-hour window. I made a reservation about a month ago, and I didn't like how they handled it. Despite Hurricane Oprelia, they sat our party of 11 outdoors. They said all the tables indoors were also reserved and tables couldn't be combined to accommodate our party. During the first of our 2-hour window, there was an unclaimed couch area that could have fit our party. During the whole 2-hour window, there were 3 4-chair tables that could have been offered to our group. Our group ended up hanging out at the bar, kind of treated us like we were like walk-ins. Most of us got wine flights. Custom wine flights of 3 wines cost $3 more than their listed flights. Among the three wines I tried, I loved the WV Riesling 2022 and WV Pinot Gris 2022. I hated Portrayal 2022 as it was too acidic for me.

Adia M.

Yelp
I have been to Windridge several times over the years. It is a beautiful setting. There is a lot of seating but you need to make a reservation. All of the wines are very good. They have food trucks if you want something more than charcuterie. I really recommend this place.

Mike P.

Yelp
Ok, admittedly this is my first foray into the Maryland wine scene, but I was very impressed by the quality up and down the line up at Windridge. They have options of a tasting, by reservation, a flight of three, glasses, or bottles. My party chose flights with three whites (Albariño, Chardonnay, and Chardonel-a hybrid of Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc). The albariño was fruity and floral on the nose, but drank dry with a nice acidity. I liked the Chardonnay, which can skew sweet, but this one was acidic and tasty. We also tried three reds (Chambourcin, Ithaca Reserve Chambourcin, and Seneca (a blend of merlot, Cab Sauv, Cab Franc, and Syrah). The reds were all complex and tasty, but my favorite by far was the Seneca. Me friend LOVED the Chambourcin. The staff are awesome... and combined with the wine, the views, and food trucks on the weekend, you have a great stop. If this is MD wine, they're hitting it out of the park.

Michael M.

Yelp
Such a beautiful spot with amazing wine selection; they also have live music and they let you bring your own food; perfect place for a party, the umbrellas help keep you cool in the sun. Don't forget your sunglasses!

Alexis T.

Yelp
This is a lovely vineyard and the staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. Abigail was very informative about the descriptions and recommendations for wine. We were pleased with numerous options, which was surprising as I don't typically enjoy much of the wine at MD vineyards (understandably w/ the weather soil). The food is limited but they seem to try to have a food truck or two. We went in the later evening to avoid the high heat and crowds so the good trucks were gone. There are areas set up with picnic tables where some people brought their own food. The chicken sandwich was good on toasted, buttery toast either a healthy portion of havarty cheese and hot honey to bring it to another level of gratification. The old line port was good ( not super sweet), sparkling everything's good. Alberino and the Portrayal were crisp and light whites.

Rebecca H.

Yelp
I don't usually venture into MD for wineries but I enjoyed this one and would come back! We had a large group and enjoyed our time. The staff was friendly and the service was great. We did some tastings and sat outside. It was a bit crowded inside so we didn't have that option although it was chilly outside! They didn't have a heater where we sat outdoors. We didn't get any food but we did wine tasting and ended up purchasing our own as well! I bought the sparkling chambourcin!

Khoi N.

Yelp
My friends and I came here to celebrate a friend's bday. This winery has become my favorite in the area. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Covered tables and event spaces that you can rent out. I ordered a couple of flights and bottles of wine. The Rose and some of the Whites were really good. I like how you can bring outside food and it's a great place to bring kids. There were a couple of food trucks as well. Pizza and bbq weren't anything special. Highly recommend making resys weeks in advance as most of the tables were taken by noon when the weather was really nice.

Nezu M.

Yelp
Great place for a nice Friday night - wine, music, and food. - what else do you need to have good time!

Brandon H.

Yelp
If you love wines that grow very well in the Maryland and Virginia region (or are a wine lover, generally), you will be mostly disappointed with the product and atmosphere at Windridge. Wineries in the area choose their growth route, and this one has focused on accommodating as many restaurant customers as possible. There is no expectation that a visitor or customer would taste wines and make purchases of bottles, or cases. The emphasis is on the lower-end restaurant atmosphere (pre-packaged charcuterie boxes, food trucks, etc.) and glass/wine flight/single bottle purchases. There is no material benefit to being a member of the winery other than having multiple wines pre-selected for you for sale on a monthly basis. Members are required to make reservations for tables, their "free" reservation-only wine tastings, etc. Bottom line: it is a wine cafe with indoor and outdoor seating, reservations recommended. Wine tastings, wine membership and bulk purchases are secondary, or unimportant.

Edgar P.

Yelp
They do say dogs are allowed but... Dogs allowed in outside areas which also all require a reservation. So if you come with a dog you must already have a reservation. We were asked to move outside after already purchasing wines and were told that no reservations were available. So we had to leave (with purchased, open wines & glasses). No one said anything about it before or warned us about areas restricted to animals. However, the check-in kiosk WAS able to accommodate the newly arrived group of 2 girls behind us who also had no reservation.

Aarti M.

Yelp
I enjoy the ambiance and wine flights at windridge! Also really love that you can make reservations and that it is dog friendly on the outdoor patio and Seneca pavilion. The sparkling wines are pretty delicious and I really like their Chardonnay and portrayal. I was interested in their wine club but it doesn't necessarily offer the same perks as some similar wineries in the area (two glasses of wine or tastings when visiting). Overall love the views and the wine and would recommend visiting!

Gloria C.

Yelp
Love the space and huge field at Windridge! You can reserve tables or walk in, but I'd totally suggest reserving a table if you have a big party. Reservation if table does not have a cost, and I think it will allow you to reserve only for 2 hours. I always enjoy their wines! They sell a charcuterie board but you are welcome to bring your own foods and non alcoholic drinks. Usually they have some kind of food truck selling food. Place is dog and kid friendly! Altho they do not allow sport equipment.

Vanessa H.

Yelp
Great service! Bar staff were very helpful with the menu choices. Food was paired with choices you can order. Service was fast. The best part was the atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful.

Thi H.

Yelp
First time visiting this vineyard and it was for my husband's holiday party. His company rented out the pavilion/patio area that had an outdoor firepit and seating. The room was very cozy and service was fantastic. We were offered 3 types of wine to choose from and had a wide spread of charcuterie board to snack on. There was a BBQ truck on site and the company catered that for dinner. We came in the evening during the winter season so the sun had already set by the time we arrived but I heard the sunset is beautiful there. Will definitely be back to try more wine and catch the sunset!

Sharlene S.

Yelp
Vibe- what a beautiful space indoor and out. Simple and clean decor and the floor to ceiling windows allows you to see outside the the grassy areas and open patio and layout. Service- Sydney was really really lovely and took great care of us. She explained all the wines, varietals, and checked on us. Drinks- you could do a red tasting, white tasting, or build your own. I love having those options. And went with all three then later ordering a bottle to enjoy.

Erica T.

Yelp
They are incredibly unwelcoming to families. so many rules--no balls, kids have to stay at their table, no playing, no fun. The staff are so unkind to children. This venue serves Maryland wine at picnic tables in a field, in a highly residential area. Their main customer base has been and logically should be families, but they've ruined it. We have been here many times, and held a private event here. But, our family has decided to avoid this place altogether now, since they started harassing children and families. Rocklands is our go-to now.

June K.

Yelp
Beautiful vineyard and so very family friendly. Would definitely go here with some food to pair with the delicious wine available. We tried the sparkling rose and dessert wine. (Can't really comment on them since I don't know my wines too well haha) Lots of picnic tables and we went on a day where there was a band performance so the ambiance was just perfect. Reservations are free and you're not even required to purchase anything! Looking forward to coming back again.

Shirley A.

Yelp
My favorite outdoor spot just a few minutes from the house. Great atmosphere wonderful wine

Jaime S.

Yelp
I'll start by saying I LOVE this place. Fantastic wine, amazing scenery, and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I absolutely love it and call it my happy place. Now to the con, which is why I took off a star. They really need to do something about the children. They advertise as family friendly, but clearly some people take that to mean they can go drink for the day and let the kids run wild. It's absurd. They should establish a kid-only area outside if they want to be family friendly. They definitely should not be allowed in the tasting room. I was there yesterday and several toddlers were just crying and running around. It's annoying for one, but also not safe. The dogs that people bring are more well behaved. A couple of weeks ago, there were children behaving so unruly outside on the lawn that another patron had to say something to the parents. If they address this problem, the winery would be perfect.

Adam K.

Yelp
Speed limit signs are needed. Brought up serious speeding issue to manager. Was told "can't control Uber drivers, it's common sense" I said okay thanks for worrying about your guests safety.

Samantha K.

Yelp
This place was great! I would recommend making a reservation on a Saturday afternoon - it was poppin' when we went! Service was nice, wine was tasty, environment was beautiful. Will definitely be returning.

Judy C.

Yelp
This was my first time coming here, and I hope it wasn't the last! The scenery, the live music, and the whole atmosphere was so nice, and I think it would be lovely date idea. Our group personally was sad there weren't any sangrias or mixed drinks (could be because it's fall time), but we made do with 2 bottles of wine for a group of 7. Loved watching the sunset and taking cute pics, and you can go the extra mile and make a reservation ahead of time to secure your picnic table, just in case there's a lot of people.

Donna Y.

Yelp
One of my favorite wineries in the area. It's easy to make a reservation online. Easy to find location with plenty of gravel parking. The wines are tasty and you can't go wrong with any of them. They have a few food/snack bites as well as a food truck (check the rotation on the website). Beautiful grounds with grape vines growing in the background.

Maria M.

Yelp
I love love love this place!! It's so beautiful and the place is huge! They have a lot of tables set up and you can bring any food or drinks you want as long as it's non alcoholic! We reserved a table outdoors and it was perfect! It rained a little when we went but they helped us open up the umbrella and we were set! I will definitely come here again! The scenery is nice and on the weekends they even have food trucks come! We enjoyed our time here. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we were very happy we chose this place yo celebrate our friend's bday. I have already reserved for another day! So definitely give them a try!

Melissa M.

Yelp
UPDATE: So I came back to this vineyard and had to ask for the manager. The hostess messed up on reservations and everything went left. The server didn't offer any other accommodations when she asked us to move. After my third visit here I in 2 months, unfortunately it's my last. The manager/owner came over and didn't want to hear from me what the issue was. I'm a former hostess at a five star restaurant and a former cocktail server at a five star hotel, so I know the industry and the headaches. I went to their hostess twice to inquire about tables because I know how reservations work and was told I could sit anywhere... so here we are with 4 food truck entrees, 3 bottles of wine and now we have to move. So sure, we'll move but please get the manager at this point because it's a circus and I ain't no clown. The manager came over and immediately starts asking us to move. I said "Let me explain to you what's going on." His response as he cuts me off before I could, " I know what's going on and these tables are paid for." (Mind Blown ) ...y'all know the rest cause at this point hospitality is not their industry apparently. After the "manager's" response I asked if he was the owner, which he replied, "Yes I am" *insert disappointed laugh and grin* because like I said, I know the industry. So, to make this long story short... there are a lot more vineyards in the sea... choose wisely. I look forward seeing what other vineyards DMV has to offer. IG@iMel_lissa.

Vanessa S.

Yelp
Beautiful scenery, surprisingly good wine! The food trucks sometimes leave early. You can bring your own food as well.

Krishna P.

Yelp
This place is absolutely amazing. We went to celebrate a friend's birthday. We went on a pretty hot Saturday. The place was pretty full. I mean there were a lotttt of people but it still felt super pleasant. We were a large group of people and made reservation like a week in advance. We were seated down the hill closer to the plantation. We felt like we had our own private space. There were options to sit closer to the building if you are a smaller group and prefer not to be too isolated. The umbrella shade wasn't enough for the entire group but it was our fault that some of us didn't take hats on such a hot day. But we enjoyed nonetheless. The wine was good. I liked the rose the most. But we tried red and white as well. We bought the bottles because the math turned out to be way better than the wine tasting options they were offering. Another cool thing about this place is that they let you bring your own food. Filtered water is also available. We prepared charcuterie at home and took that. It turned out to be pretty inexpensive. The wines were great over all, they didn't give me a headache or a hangover later that day. There was plenty of place for kids to play and to take your puppies on a run. I usually go to the wineries in Virginia but I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem in maryland closer to home. Highly recommend!!!

Ramone S.

Yelp
I've been a member for years but this weekend I had my first event at Windridge. The planning was easy, the pavilion was beautiful, and the server was wonderful. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you!

Sharon L.

Yelp
Stopped by around 12pm on a Saturday and we were able to get the perfect table right by a window! Windridge Vineyards is seriously the best little gem in town and I can't believe it's only 30 minutes from my apartment! The employees said that all the wines are pretty dry which was perfect since my friends and I don't really love fruity wines. The wines were all wonderful and a fair price. The best part was that this place also allows you to bring your own food! Most wineries I know in Virginia don't typically have this option so it was really nice to be able to bring our own! There is plenty of seating outdoors and some seating indoors. It wasn't too busy on the day that we came, but I can see it filling up when the weather cools down. Overall, my friends and I absolutely LOVED this place. The bring your own food option and the wines were enough to bring us back. Pro tip: make a reservation before you arrive! ALSO, they have one electric car charger!! Can't wait to come back.

Isabel K.

Yelp
It's a joy to come here when I'm in the area and the weather is nice. Be sure to reserve a picnic table with an umbrella ahead of time if it's hot out, or you might get burnt sitting in one of the Adirondack chairs with no shade like me LOL. Grab the classic wine flight and BYO snacks for a picnic with friends for the perfect outing.

Hannah H.

Yelp
The most perfect afternoon spent with friends. The service at Windridge was incredible, and the bartender had some wonderful recs (and gave us a couple extra samples)! On the afternoon we went, there were two food trucks available, but we were able to bring our own snacks and sweets as well. Highly recommend the rose & the Riesling.

Dona P.

Yelp
Wow 45 minutes from DC & absolutely charming !! Rsvp early enough so you can pay for a fire pitt !! Otherwise - book the Aderondak chairs, they're the best. Indoors in tiny but lovely- two separate bar areas with some indoor seating. The patio is nice but slightly obstructed. If you don't get any RSVP's it's ok just take a blanket and snacks- and head out to the lawn! Food trucks on site were delish :). Customer service at the winery was fabulous, and the wine is actually EXCELLENT!! We'll be back!!

Yelp
We just happened upon this vineyard while out and decided to stop in. What a fabulous 'unplanned' wine experience! My group loved everything about Windridge and are looking forward to heading back in the fall. The service, wine, and ambiance all EXCELLENT!.

Yelp
Can't say enough good things about this absolute gem of a place! I had no idea there was such a beautiful vineyard not too far from where my family lives and a good friend of mine introduced me to this place last time I was here. While it's not exactly the caliber of the wineries near my former home of San Francisco (ahem Napa/Sonoma) - it's definitely a must go if you're in the area and it absolutely takes me back to some of my favorite wineries in Healdsburg - intimate, homey and an absolute ball. The winery is well maintained, the space is stunning and I love that you can reserve seating and bring your own picnic. It's honestly one of my favorite places in the DMV and a must do. They have special events, food trucks at times and you can order snacks on-site. They have great wine tasting options but you don't have to drink, you can simply bring what you'd like and enjoy the facilities. Maybe it's my hardened metropolis heart but I find this so overwhelmingly generous and am such huge fan of this place. You can find me here multiple times a week when I'm in the area....so don't be afraid to say hi! :)

Yelp
Great place to visit if you're in the area! Came here with a group from work for a mini tour of the facility and tasting. The staff were knowledgable of the offerings and answered all of our questions pertaining to the process of making wine. Additionally, the and outdoor seating offered beautiful views of the vineyard.
