Wonderful restaurant. Being a previous Michelin three-star chef, Chef Tam showed us the essence of upscale Cantonese cuisine with his handlings on some of the most traditional ingredients and dishes, such as fish maw soup, caviar shumai, roast goose with crispy rice, seared tilefish, etc. The tastes are incredible.
In terms of the environment, it's both decently luxurious (the kind that you usually expect from a casino) and relaxing, with very friendly waiters and a nice view out to the water fountain show on the plaza.
