"Rank: #50 "Chef Tam Kwok Fung has long served as one of the world’s leading authorities on refined Cantonese cuisine, earning two Michelin stars for Jade Dragon in Macau’s City of Dreams hotel complex. In 2018, the chef relocated to Wynn’s Wing Lei Palace, finding a luxurious new home for his signature refined, product-focused Chinese cookery."

My family and I came here for lunch about 30 minutes before closing at 3 pm, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was so accommodating and welcoming, even though it was near closing time. We each ordered a drink — my husband enjoyed his cocktail and said it was one of the best he’s had in a while. I got the rose green tea and my mom had the jasmine tea. The tea is served with fresh leaves, and the presentation was beautiful. It was very sunny and warm by the window, but that’s where I chose to sit because of the nice lake view. The staff kindly offered to move us to a cooler table and checked in often to make sure we were comfortable. The atmosphere is elegant and peaceful, with beautiful views of the water. I wish we had more time during our stay to enjoy a full meal here. I’m really looking forward to coming back for dinner next time and watching the fountain show in the evening.

Had a delightful dining experience at whynn palace at Macau! The restaurant impresses with its elegant ambiance and warm service. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with authentic flavours. An absolutely enchanting dining experience at Whynn Palace — where fine cuisine meets a spectacular water musical fountain show! 🌊🎶 The restaurant offers a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and stunning views. While enjoying the delicious spread, diners are treated to a mesmerizing fountain performance that dances beautifully to music — creating a truly magical atmosphere. The highlights of the meal included their signature dishes — each one well-balanced, rich, and cooked to perfection. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out, and the portions were generous too. What truly made the experience special was the attentive staff who ensured everything was served promptly and with a smile. It’s definitely a place worth revisiting for a relaxed yet refined dining experience. Thank you the serving staff Ms Candy - Jiayou

The staff are extremely welcoming. The décor is beautiful. The food offerings are creative. I enjoyed the entire meal from start to finish. The only downside was that the pigeon was a bit too dry. It was my second time being a patron. I will definitely visit again!

Best yumcha/dimsum I’ve had in the world so far! Always knew Wynn delivered exceptional restaurant and this one once again showed me that Wynn is really capable of a capturing my heart. I actually prefer Wing Lei Palace over the Wing Lei Macau, but it is a different experience as the Macau one is more traditional and the Palace is more modern with their concept of combining flavors. Impeccable service, entering the beautiful hallway that just stuns you with the design. At this point you even want to eat the restaurant. So comfortable and it just makes you feel at home with the kindness and smiles of the people. Food was out of this world! With fresh ingredients and not a bit of a feel of being too salty nor oily. I will absolutely try all the restaurants Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau has to offer. Waiting for their second star to match Wing Lei Macau!

Wonderful restaurant. Being a previous Michelin three-star chef, Chef Tam showed us the essence of upscale Cantonese cuisine with his handlings on some of the most traditional ingredients and dishes, such as fish maw soup, caviar shumai, roast goose with crispy rice, seared tilefish, etc. The tastes are incredible. In terms of the environment, it's both decently luxurious (the kind that you usually expect from a casino) and relaxing, with very friendly waiters and a nice view out to the water fountain show on the plaza.

Truly amazing Cantonese restaurant in Macau. Made a reservation few weeks ago prior to arriving. When I got there I was guided to my reserved table. First impression I got was all the staffs were very well trained and each one of them were very professional. We ordered the lunch set menu for adults and for a kid we asked for non salted fried rice and beef which were kid friendly without much sauce to it. The waitress kindly took this order and brought a perfect meal as requested. Food. The dimsums were amazing. Also the rest of the food lobster, soup, noodles and rice were as good as the dimsum. No wonder this place has title of Michelin 1 stat and Asia's 50 best restaurant #36. Highly recommend for everyone. Would def want to visit again.
