Wingstop

My big homie and I have a tradition of having a monster chunkster day on the first weekend of college football. An authentically American experience that the European mind could never fathom. This year we got a whole pizza delivered and picked up wings and fries from this Wingstop on the warzone that is 14th street. We went with BBQ, lemon pepper (boneless), and buffalo. As we walked in to pick up our feast, the big homie tapped his Amex platinum and said “This one on me little bro…” I responded with an enthusiastic “BIG BRO!! You didn’t have to do all that…” I’m not gonna lie, the bone-in wings were a little cold and thus disappointing, but those boneless lemon pepper wings made me feel something… Aren’t boneless wings just chicken tenders though? Idk… but either way, lemon pepper chicken tenders are FIRE. Fries were phenomenal as well. All in all, a great day brought to you by pizza and Wingstop while watching USC football DOMINATE the perennial powerhouse that is Missouri State, and Texas losing. Hello. The service was good, but the atmosphere was kind of low quality in my opinion. Regardless, the food there was okay. It might be a personal preference but the ranch tasted like milk to me and no garlic flavor, but the fries were nice! So was the corn. I think the chicken was quite tasty but it was a bit soggy. Overall, it was fine but could be better! Worth a try 👍🏼

The food was good but too salty (like everything in the US). The service was good and it was empty when I arrived. I recommend hot honey with a side of ranch because Louisiana rub is a bit too salty.

I haven’t been back to this spot in a minute! There was a sign I saw so I checked it out But let me tell you Des is great I seen her dealing with a difficult customer with so much grace and ease had to get her name. Anyways my experience quickest service I got anywhere food came out in less than 3 minutes . Des recommended the hot honey wings best thing Wingstop has to offer! The guys helping her in the back were so friendly , orders were flying in and out . They were great , music on point and it was spotless even though there was a lot of kids. Go try the hot honey!!!

worst wings i’ve ever had. they were watery and had no flavor besides the sauce. i have had the exact same order from another location and it was great. such a disappointment of a dinner. the chicken literally took away my appetite it was so gross. just tasted like the cheapest chicken ever. i don’t know if they’ve switched distributors but it’s awful.

These were the potatoes they gave us. Big uncut chunks and old, raw potatoes. We ordered a lot of wings with it. Very disappointed and this does not pass any type of cleanliness standards. Hope this will be fixed

Great store, with great management. My experience as quest was very nice, and Raffael the employee were very sweet towards us.

Ordered through DoorDash and This is what I got, So this is what you guys do. The nerve to knowingly put these charred buns on and under my chicken and send it out like that. I rather you put two pieces of raw dough and I’ll bake it my self. SMFH who does that, this is the type of service you give people . Had to call up DoorDash for my refund won’t be ordering from here ever again.

I really enjoyed the sandwich and fries. Definitely the lemon pepper sandwich was a shocked to me because I never had a sandwich in that flavor before. My mango habanero sandwich was spicy but not that much in my opinion since I take spicy food well. The lemon pepper chicken sandwich taste like lemon obviously but was still enjoyable. This place have a lot of flavored sandwich with you can get with fries and soda as a combo. Just pick the flavor you want your chicken sandwich to be. There other things on the When you ask for any of the sauces they have available to choose from it comes in the big room container in the photo, that is a lot of sauce for one person but if you love love sauce then this is the place for you to sauce your sandwich up more. Iam not a ranch sauce guy but the ranch here was not bad and I enjoyed it with a slight dip of the fries in it.

Who waits 25+ minutes for chicken? Roll your eyes at me? Ignore me ? I can't wait till you all are out of business. Maybe someone else with better customer service takes over. Don't waste your time.

A week and a half ago I went to Wingstop on 14th Street Avenue A. I ordered some boneless chicken and curly fries It was my dinner for that day when I took a bite out of the curly fries I felt something in my mouth and it was a thumbtack. I immediately called Wingstop and spoke to a worker who was supposed to reimburse me and to this day I have not got no return I also reached out to the service representative who took my information and stated that someone for upper management was going to contact me as of yet no one contacted me. I am furious because I have not been the same since that day I thought I was going to choke. Doing this review is making me feel better because I am warning people. 14th Street Avenue A Wingstop is not to be trusted.

i tried their chicken sandwich and it was extremely delicious. not only did it taste good, i was very impressed by how appetizing the bun itself looked. my one complaint is that it took 30 minutes for them to be done with my food, which was odd because people who ordered after me got their food before me AND it wasn't done until it was past their closing time? i saw them prepare my fries 5 minutes before i actually got my food and i don't understand why it would've taken longer than anyone else's food. i was very disappointed by this because i was extremely hungry. although this was extremely odd, the staff was also super nice and kept me updated with my order when i started to get agitated. this was such a strange experience but at least my food was good.

Ordered 2 wing combo meals, 3 sandwiches. The food took over 35 minutes to come and then when I got home, i found that both wing combos were missing. We called the store and they said they'll remake the wings & we should come pick them up. When coming it took a further 20 minutes. By the time I got home the rest of the food was all freezing. Really poor service, I'm extremely disappointed

Waited over 30 minutes for these mid-ass, overpriced wings. Come to find out they never even made my wings. Cashier was indifferent. Completely forgot the reason I stopped coming here. Thanks for the reminder.

I think this photo says it all. The lemonade is bad. They gave me the wrong order (drink, food, fries - everything was wrong).

this was the worst wingstop experience i ever had. and don't get me wrong! i loove wingstop. but if you want unseasoned fried chicken? this is your place to go. absolutely criminal to call themselves a wingstop location. 30 minutes for cold chicken and fries with no seasoning or sauce. spend you money at your own risk!!!!!

Wrong order , service can be better . Staff don't wear gloves . I was excited for this place to open now I'm disappointed
