Excellent, delicious food, with delicate touches. The complementary starter, gazpacho soup, was a nice surprise, keeping the simplicity of the Spanish dish with all its flavors. The grilled avocado starter with shrimps was amazing. The salmon in basil crust with citric tasting quinoa was very nicely done. The crème brûlée with absinthe was one of the best I’ve had.
The portions are of good sizes, considering the Michelin standing of the restaurant. The prices might be on the higher end in town but would be cheaper than many average places in Zurich. The service is professional and friendly. The ambience excellent in a cosy garden.
At the gastronomic level, the place is great for people looking for food prepared with a creative touch, but tend to dislike the over preparation of the food served in higher gourmet restaurants. All in all, I enjoyed the visit and recommend the place.
