The Best All-You-Can-Eat Restaurants in New York City, According to Eater Editors | Eater NY

"This all-you-can-eat specializes in the Korean dish tteokbokki, rice cakes in a variety of shapes and flavors, but noodles are also available. These are combined with a choice of broths and sauces — including curry and carbonara —along with other add-ins like lobster, sausage, and mushrooms to create a hot pot of unlimited renewability. This fun time for experimental eaters starts at around $20 for lunch and $24 for dinner." - Eater Staff

If you love tteok-bokki then this is the place to be. I love how you can make your own sauce. Staff are really nice and helpful. We went straight 2 days when we visited NYC as there is nothing like this at home. We visited 3 times(1st time 1 week apart) and never failed and will never get tired of eating tteok-bokki. It’s been a while since I had fish cake skewer soup and I’m so happy they have it. The first time If we go back to NYC, we will definitely visit again. Price is so worth it as there are other foods too.

The price for AYCE is pretty decent (i believe it was 27 for weekend dinner?) although you have to really eat a lot to get your money’s worth. Tteokbokki is a bit of a difficult food to eat a LOT of in my opinion, so definitely pace yourself. Be aware that it’s one pot per two people - it’s not one per person! So you and the other person will have to agree on the sauce together. My major complaint was some of the fried foods. The french fries were just pretty bad and I was super excited for the fried egg, but it was WAY overcooked. Otherwise the food was quite good and it’s definitely worth coming here at least once! Staff was also helpful and patient in explaining how it all works.

This was such a fun experience and extremely filling. $29 per person gets you all you can eat. I loved the customization and despite all the spice blend options, you really can't go wrong and the flavors work really well together. The toppings options are wide. A la carte items are also really good including the smoothies and the fondue.

I really wanted to like this but was disappointed. The whole table has to agree on a broth and there's no way to try it before you commit to making all your food taste like it. You have to put everyone's choices in the same pot. No vegetarian option for the broth either. Good selection of ingredients though and staff was friendly. There are some options you can choose that dont go into the pot though and you can choose to make an individual ramen package. Not a bad price for all u can eat (in 90 min) in NYC. Decor is cool.

This was our first time experiencing an authentic to: Korean buffet at @topokki_witch located at 1 330 7th Avenue, New York, a #DIY All-You-Can-Eat restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and guided us through the process of creating our own hot sauce and assembling a custom hot pot bowl. The restaurant thoughtfully provides clear instructions for each step, ensuring a seamless experience. In addition to the DIY hot pot, the buffet also offers a variety of fried appetizers, pizza, pasta, and an entire section dedicated to ramen noodles, though options for vegetarians and vegans are somewhat limited. Being vegetarian/vegan it’s hard to find a good Korean restaurant-I highly recommend @topokki_witch —it was a delightful experience, with the unique DIY concept making it a fun and memorable dining adventure.

Found this restaurant via Instagram and I can say it was overhyped. Yes it is all you can eat but at one hour they will bring you the check regardless if you’re eating or not. I have food, allergies and informed them. But still received exactly what I was all allergic to. Luckily, I recognize it and question and they informed me that it indeed was. They didn’t apologize or take the plate back. SMH unlikely I’ll ever return. Eat at your own risk.

I see that this was pretty hyped up on TikTok so I gave it a try lol. This is perfect for a casual hangout or if you like fried/spicy/junk food lol. They also have a section for such a cute Photo Booth as well. For the food the quality is not that great/diverse, as it’s mostly carb/cheese, more like fast food theme, but suitable for the pricing you paid for :)

We love this place! They have different kinds of rice cakes and other ingredients to create your own toppoki hot pot. You make your own seasoning for the broth and they also have recommendations posted if you're not sure. You can change your hotpot for free the second time. Mix a scoop of their black bean seasoning to have a smoky flavor in your broth! While you wait, you can grab a few different fried foods (their sweet potato croquette is so good), pizza, fried chicken etc to enjoy.
