I stopped by today (Jan 28, 2026, around 3:40 PM) to ask about pricing and portions because I’m hosting a party at my home tomorrow.
I was already speaking with a Hispanic male staff member near the cashier, asking how much chicken would be enough for five adults. In the middle of our conversation, a Korean woman suddenly interrupted, told him to go inside, and said she would answer my questions instead.
However, once she took over, she never actually focused on helping me. While I was asking about portion sizes and whether different flavors are cut and mixed or served separately, she kept getting distracted—talking to other people, greeting someone, hugging a person who works at the neighboring shop, and chatting with others. She repeatedly asked me, “What was your question again?” and made me repeat the same question three or four times.
After standing there for about five minutes without a clear answer, she then told me to ask another man who had just arrived, saying, “He’s the owner, ask him,” instead of simply answering the menu question herself.
This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I was interrupted, then ignored, and ultimately received no help at all for a very basic menu question.
Based on this experience, I have no desire to order from or return to this place.
