"With Others in Williamsburg nails the modern natural wine bar thing: low-intervention reds, whites, skin contact options, and bubbly stuff by the glass, enticing bottle deals, and an “apero trio” of fancy olives, marcona almonds, and fennel crackers that costs as much as a three-course lunch from the bodega. The lights are dim, the walls are slate gray, and the music plays just loud enough to make this a great first date spot. Don’t count on eating a full meal, but join in on the rest of the patrons’ quest of drinking two glasses of wine, splitting a cheese plate, and calling it dinner. Ideally, you learn a little bit about wine (and someone you're getting to know) while you're at it." - Will Hartman
"A Williamsburg wine bar that enlisted chef Jay Wolman to consult on the food menu, With Others offers dishes such as oysters with Meyer lemon mignonette, crab toast with radishes and bottarga butter, and squid with baby artichokes." - Emma Orlow
"At 340 Bedford Avenue near South Third Street, I found With Others, a new Williamsburg wine bar that enlisted chef Jay Wolman (an alum of Mimi and Babs) to consult on the food; Wolman says it is 'a wine bar first and foremost and not a restaurant,' he's leaning into Italian flavors inspired by Sardinia and parts of coastal Italy, and the menu is expected to include oysters with Meyer lemon mignonette; crab toast with radishes and bottarga butter; and squid with baby artichokes." - Emma Orlow
"This place is inside the Williamsburg Whole Foods - but stay with us here. What’s more laid-back than drinking in a grocery store? And how many grocery stores have bars that serve draft beer alongside corned beef and latkes? This is the only one we know of. So the next time you and your friends want to escape the Sunday crowds of your local sports bar and catch a game on TV, check out N4." - bryan kim
