Wolf & Badger

I discovered the Wolf & Badger website not so long ago, drawn to their concept of showcasing independent designers. I hesitated to purchase online and was excited to finally visit their physical store and try on some pieces. The store itself is pretty small, with a two-level layout. I'd read reviews mentioning rude staff, and while I wasn't greeted with a "red carpet and champagne" welcome (or even a "hello"), I honestly didn't mind. I'm perfectly comfortable making myself at home. When I did select a few items to try, I received kind assistance with sizing and checking availability, which was much appreciated. As for the clothing, the quality truly varies by designer, which is to be expected with a curated collection. However, I found the variety of items surprisingly limited. Despite leaving empty-handed, I'm glad I had the in-store experience. Would I recommend a visit? Absolutely. Just go in with an open mind and tempered expectations regarding the selection.

Yo!! This joint is a TOTAL SCAM - do not buy here!!!! Absolutely zero customer service. My package was lost and UPS instructed me to contact the company to tell them that the package was lost and get a refund. The company insisted that I had to wait and I have not heard back from them and they don’t answer the phone or emails. I do not recommend ordering from here. It is very tempting. It looks nice but they have zero customer service.

I’ve had consistently good experiences with Wolf & Badger. The team is professional and easy to work with, and the process is always straightforward. Jossalin has been very helpful — knowledgeable, approachable, and good at making things feel smooth without any pressure.

It's nice! Didn't have anything I was terribly interested in, mostly focused on female identifying clothes and accessories. Some gifts as well, but not really what I expected. Great wall of art!!

Got a yoga bag from this company.. took an extra month for the bag to arrive. Once it did, it took less than a week to fall apart. First the strap fell off, next was zipper. No suprise since the zipper had no backstop. Everytime I opened the bag I would have to reattach the zipper. I attempted to sew back on the straps, but nothing worked. I reached out to company to ask about refund/replacement options. Took two emails to get their attention, once I did they said that they had to get in contact with the original designers. I had to send MULTIPLE emails to try and fix the situation, at one point I just asked for a refund which they refused to do until I sent the product back (which would take me printing out a label, finding a bag, and a location to drop it off) At this point, I’m just disappointed. Such horrible customer service, cute products but sucky quality. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY.

I ordered a $391 dress online, the dress arrived and looked like a $20 fashionova Dress at best, and it has been a nightmare trying to return the dress. I spoke with a customer representative from their company who told me he scheduled a pick up for me only for me to follow up with DHL to find out he indeed did not schedule the pick up and I now have to drive an hour to a drop off location. So disappointed in this purchase!

Been to this location multiple times and they always have a great selection at varying price ranges. Staff is very friendly and super knowledgable! On my most recent visit I had so much fun jewelry shopping with the help of Katie!! She was so kind and really made the experience extremely pleasant.

If I could give no stars I would. I often order here but NEVER again. I git the wrong t shirt abd received another one of lesser value. It shows that the correct t shirt was delivered. 23 emails and 8 different agents an no resolution. Then i got a 58 dollar bill from UPS before they would deliver. Wouldn't sign it and then when that was sorted i got the wrong item. Try calling? They don't answer. It's been two months and I still don't have my original order and I'm out 69 dollars difference between the shirts. I have sent countless emails and I am being ignored now. What recourse? None. They are based in UK. Worst customer service ever. Don't buy anything from this company. Ever. Good bad WB because I used to order from you all the time. Lucy...please take care of this. Thank you.

I came here for my daughter's birthday this last Saturday. I wanted to show her the bags and just a way of getting into fashion. I came and they were having issues to where the roof was leaking and they had to call for help. Meanwhile they couldn't begin the actual event. They basically kicked everyone out for safety concerns. Everyone seemed pretty upset but yet the people in the store were nicer than the actual owners of the Tara brand bags. It was horrible. The place is cool besides the experience and has many artist selling their stuff x they have amazing candles, fashion and even pins. Cool place with multiple levels.

W & B is a conglomerate of "artists" marketing their products - somewhat similar to Etsy - please know, there is NO costumer service - it is just a bunch of people selling stuff; if you wish to return or exchange or unsatisfied - you are on your own - you MAY get a reply one day, and another reply a month later (after the 7 day return policy) saying something completely different from the first - the so called "artists" - such as Adriana Pappas jeweler - will not respond, they made the sale!

Horrible customer service! Ordered 2 items, in early September. Only received 1 item. I echo the other reviews - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Strongly discourage anyone from buying W&B online goods.

Ordered from Wolf & Badger and received a UPS tracking update indicating that the order would arrive on 9/10/2025, It is 9/25 and the item has not arrived. I contacted UPS a week ago and they told me to file a lost package report, which has produced no results so I asked for a refund with Wolf & Badger. They will not offer a refund.

Do not but the cuff opals! They fall out within a week and I kept well cadre. This is a bad biz. DONT BUY

Would give no stars if possible. Horrible customer service--- acting on behalf of designers and making lots of profit (same hat on amazon from designer 20% of the w&b price)--- do not buy from wolf and badger! Try and go to the designers directly. Customer service acts sweet but are no help at all.

Please I am begging you not to buy from this site. They use third party for their items, which is fine until you don't get the item and they say "sorry not our fault we use third party companies". Zero tracking and zero accountability.

Both times I have placed an order here, they ended up getting cancelled because they were out of stock. The customer service is abysmal, not a reliable business.

GOT FLEECED... Found a great gift for my wife - a silver Mayu vegan wristlet bag. The bag stand in the display case and the price tag attached to the bag both indicated the price was $443. As I checked out, I was stunned to hear the staffer say "that's $715." I said there must be a mistake - showed her the price tag saying $443. She responded that the price must have gone up recently, and showed me the store's website, which listed the item at the higher price. She wouldn't budge on the price, and the bag was honestly the perfect gift on that day, so I went ahead and bought it. Afterward I checked the Mayu website, which listed the bag at $550. Pretty huge markup anyway, but not as bad as the instant in-store markup I got. I guess the moral of the story is... check the store's website and the manufacturer's website first?

Its very hard to get in touch with anyone at this store. Dont waste your time buying anything from here you wont be able to return it because you cant get in touch with them.

Worst service from a clothing store ive ever experienced. Customer service is not their priority.

LOVE this store! Beautiful collection of unique items from designers around the world. I love that I'm supporting new designers in such a wonderfully curated space. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back for more treasures!

Was in from LA and discovered this incredible boutique - All independent and sustainable designers and limited run items. Amazingly curated, and so impressed with the staff's level of knowledge. Best shop in Soho - please open in LA!!

Found the sweetest couture tuile skirt ans I am obsessed!!!!!! The guys did an excellent job finding my fit and something that matches my style and personality. Denzel and his teammate, Dan, were incredible!! so proud of my purchase!

I had a very bad experience with this company. I have ordered a bag two months ago (6th of april). I received it today. I had to call 5 times with Customerservice, they said they were going to fix it, but very few results. A lot of effort from my side for a medium product.
