Watch: Peach Empanadas Perfectly Blend Mexico and the American South | Eater
"The club’s head caterer, Karla Ruiz, who was born and raised in Mexico City and learned to cook from her grandmother and mother, has used local Tennessee ingredients since moving to the Nashville area in 2000 to create Mexican-inspired dishes without limits. She sources produce from local markets and is especially known for her peach empanadas, which began as a way to use leftover peaches and spare bits of handmade dough; local peaches are cooked with sugar and cinnamon and wrapped in a dough made with flour, lard, and beer. Ruiz frames bringing food to the table as an act of love, and her story and this signature dish are documented in a short film produced for the Southern Foodways Alliance." - Eater Video
Went there for the House of Spirits-Casa Vega. That was not a very good event and would not recommend it. Just walked around in a somewhat decorated haunted house and talked to actor ghosts for clues.

Can't speak to the wedding offerings but they're pretty terrible neighbors to the residents of Green Hills. In a part of the city where there are very few safe places to walk, the Woman's Club of Nashville yells at people for walking through their behemoth of a parking lot. Sad :(

The Woman's Club has been a life saver. These ladies welcomed me into the club from the first moment I set foot on the property.

This was a Son's of the American Revolution meeting just using the facility and contracted caterer. Very nice facility.

Their parking lot is the eyesore of Green Hills, and is melting.
