"At Woodbury, the drinks are strong and the food is great, especially if you’re looking for a spot to catch up with a friend you haven’t seen in far too long. You could start off with a frozen Irish coffee or head straight for the food—their menu includes everything from fried chicken sandwiches to steak frites and fish tacos." - lani conway, julia chen 1

"Woodbury is the kind of bar you’d bring a visiting coworker or client to catch up at. It’s dark enough inside to fade out anything you don’t want to focus on, the drinks are strong, and the food is above average for a place that’s primarily a bar. Grab a Manhattan and a fried chicken sandwich and see how their third-quarter project is going to affect stacked integrations of leveraged holdings with offshore portfolio assets." - Will Kamensky

We had so much fun. The outdoor seating area is super cute and they put a lot of thought into all of the little details. We were surrounded by little flower boxes filled with colorful plants and vine-wrapped poles. The tator tots and the fried chicken sandwich were calling my name...and I'm glad they did. My husband got the beyond burger with fries and he was equally happy. Our server was very kind and perfect. The ambiance was lively and energetic. The music makes you move and groove in your chair.

Service was great! Jameson mule was awesome. The deviled eggs were fresh and different. A Dijon Sriracha with a green onion crunch. The shrimp tacos were light, tasty, and crisp and have some heat after each bite. Shrimp at least tasted fresh caught even if they weren't. Keep it up fam

Stopped here for a drink and something to eat before the baseball game, nice spot and only a block from the stadium. Will definitely go back when attending another game.

Hosted a large party buyout at Woodbury that received rave reviews from the food to the service. Grateful to Phil and team for a wonderful event!

Waterd down drinks...even the Martini's were watered down so I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're desperate. The tater tots were a 10! Lol

Food is good, taste wise. Surprised the two sliders cost 14$ though. Artichoke dip was good, chicken sandwich was delicious (although messy). Don't sit at the end of the bar for food, chairs and your knees don't fit under the counter.

We visited after 11 pm and gave a good vibes with music, people & food. The staffs we're friendly and gave fast service. They have great selection of drinks.

A great happy hour spot in SoMa with solid beer offerings, decent cocktails, comfort food, and video games. I really love the ambiance of Woodbury. This spot is almost always crowded though never full and the entire interior is kinda steampunked with wood and metal. It feels fun as soon as you walk in and the crowd doesn't seem to take themselves too seriously. The food and drinks don't either - a fairly diverse beer offering, well crafted cocktails, and comfort snacks like deviled eggs and tater tots. They even have some frozen drinks! Local tip: check out the old school video games along the bar
