If I can give Zero stars I would. This establishment would not last long. The service here is beyond slow. Maybe I should say not organized. As we sat and waited twenty mins for a server. The server said he wasn't told we was waiting and that other servers resigned this day. The Hostess saw when I approached her with a concern and she act as if I was invisible and was laughing and joking with leaving guest. Than she said " oh I was going to look for your waiter" as I took my bags to leave. If you was really looking you would NOT have been laughing and joking with people who already ate. Now the people I was with didn't want to leave so they ordered and guess what? No calamari, no oxtails, no mussels. This place I do not wish them well and they will close again as they have in the past due to negligence. Not only for service but food, attentiveness, organization and courtesy. It was not busy in here and this should not be acceptable for anyone to come.

Oooohhhhhh Woodland..... I came with my sister for Brunch yesterday, MLK Monday, and I can say somethings just haven't changed. Arrived for brunch and the young woman took our information at the front desk, and as per usual, they were packed. Packed like sardines packed. She told us it would 30-45 minutes for a table. After over an hour, we went to check on our table and she says she's been calling us and we told her, 'No you haven't, we have no missed call.' Reviewed her notes, she'd been calling the wrong number and we had to wait another 20 minutes for a table. Finally gets seated, our waiter walks past us informing us, "he's our waiter" like bro what?! Anyhow, after 15 minutes, he came back, and took our entire order. He didn't tell us the mimosa was flavored because when we got them we were confused. It looked like pee in a cup. It wasn't until we asked the other waitress, " what mimosas are these" and she told us their apple flavored. All in all, we ended up having a good time and ASK FOR LUIS. OMG that man is an ANGEL! He's the sweetest, most attentive and amazing person on staff. He kept the drinks coming and coming AND WE DIDNT HAVE TO FLAG HIM DOWN !

I recently dined at Woodland and had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The atmosphere was inviting and upbeat, perfect for catching up with friends. The food was absolutely delicious. What really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend Woodland to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The combination of delicious food and excellent service makes it a standout choice in the area. I'll definitely be returning soon!

So first off i had reservations for 8pm didn't sit til after 9pm . Then when we finally sat down a waitress didn’t come for about 30 mins to even offer water .. When we finally got food some of the group steaks was raw when we asked for medium well , They ran out of mashed potatoes and the red snapper had fish scales still on it . Even tho the staff customer service is bad The assistant manager Malik was very helpful and accommodating. This location needs more training .

I really enjoyed my first time here! Overall I give Woodland a 4 star. The vibes were amazing and the DJ brought back so many fun memories. The mimosa’s were right on time. Whew! As for the food..I only ordered the chicken and waffles which were great and some wings. My husband and I went for brunch but we do plan on coming back here with friends. Shout out to Naomi… she was very professional and courteous.

Great atmosphere and music, the fun is also super fun. The food is great and the bottomless mimosas are great!!!

Dope spot. The service was good, everyone was attentive. For was amazing. The only minus, the music, the selection was dope, but it was way too loud. If you're gonna be sitting inside, get ready to yell at your party so they can hear you.
