Straightforward simple menu with very affordable pricing. Fast food. The Sausage dog was large and the bread was the same cheesesteak bread, which was soft and pillowy, but with a good chew. It was a good quick snack with the tasty wedges also. The cheesesteak meat never looks that appealing to me. The service is general no complaints. Not a lot of options to eat in this small food hall. You stop by here on your way to somewhere else.

This cheese stake is so damn good. Best one I have tried in Atlanta. Reminds me of a spot up in Philly. Cool to order, hot and super filling. The wedges are good! Nicely salted with season salt. Worth the $12! If you are in the Edgewood area please stop by. The environment was nice and mellow. Minus the open bar.

Nice place. Very friendly and polite staff. Small place with multiple restaurants giving multiple choice. Sandwiches do have excess oil which is why I gave it a 4. Taste is on point, little less oil.

So I ordered food last night and ate a piece of the sandwich and fries wake up this morning to eat the rest to about to put the lettuce tomatoes and banana peppers on and it’s a big bug on my food so I called to be accommodated he said he can replace the sandwich but can’t give me fries to go with the sandwich thats bad customer service because why is it a bug on my sandwich in the first place. I’m calling corporate because how

The food here is delicious. Even without condiments, everything was flavorful and not dry at all. We ordered a BLT with no mayo and it was surprisingly good. We also ordered two cheesesteaks- one with chicken and one with beef. They don't come with mayo, which is a plus for me, and they were so creamy and delicious because of the cheese. The fries were a little salty but you can also order chips. I will definitely be back.

First, let me start by saying I love Woody's however I will NEVER return to this location again. I will just make the drive to Monroe. Last night was my 4th time coming here and I vowed to only come during the day because she made my cheesesteak just the way I like it. However, at night the man that runs the grill is just horrible. The 2 times I ordered woodys steak with EXTRA cheese and every time it has been dry and with no extra cheese. Last night just confirmed that I will not keep wasting my money here. We ordered at 8:40pm and normally it does not take long at all for the food. As I'm watching others get their food before me but they were behind me, I decide to ask about my order. It's 9pm now and they were scrambling trying to figure out what happened. The man at the register finally says their ticket machine hasn't been working (somehow it worked for the customers in front and behind us) so he reprinted out our tickets. The funny thing about this is : I saw when the girl put our tickets up so I'm so confused how they were never printed all of a sudden. I believe they accidentally gave our food to someone else. It's 9:10pm, still no food. It's 9:15pm, finally get the order and again NO extra cheese!! No apologies from the staff! Just nothing!

Wonderful venue, great food. I had a regular cheesesteak, delicious. Clean, staff friendly and personable. House music party near stage, lots of dancing,offered water to us house heads that did not want to stop dancing!

The cheesesteak was delicious!!! For the month of September they are giving 25% off to teachers that show their work ID. The staff is friendly and the service was super quick!!! I would definitely recommend this spot!

Best cheesesteaks in Atlanta! They make other sandwiches but their cheesesteaks are the main attraction. Fries are good as well. If you're craving a cheesesteak in East Atlanta, this is the place to be!

Some of the best fries I've had in recent memory. Perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside, steamy in the middle. Served great alongside traditional Philly whiz. A great snack in the food hall.

Woody's messed up my order on 7/1 (please see below) so I returned for a "remake". The website was down so the order had to be called in. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with peppers, mushrooms, no onions & extra cheese (since there was no cheese the 1st time). I received a cheesesteak WITH onions and no extra cheese. I'm allergic to onions so it's inedible (with soggy bread). I called and didn't receive an apology for the inconvenience. Instead I was treated to lots of talking & laughing in the background while I remained on hold. Then I was told to send in a picture of the sandwich (in case I was lying)? I sent the pic. Then I was told to contact customer service (again). The agent said she'd "find out if there was a common denominator between my two visits." "That may help the staff but what about my lunch?" It's been over a week & I never received a call back, even after following up. A gift card to use at a different location or a refund would have been appropriate. With bland food, lack cheese, an ineffective website, dreadful customer service and a Draconian remake policy, I cannot recommend East Atlanta Woody's. Avoid at all costs!

Went to Woody's on my lunch break and I must say the pepper steak I had was so damn good. I also got the wedges as a side. The location is so dope. I'll def be coming back for other options.

Came in today for lunch with my wife, I was craving a cheesesteak sandwich. I wasn't let down. I ordered the "house cheesesteak" which comes with the steak, grilled onions and provolone cheese; I also asked for a side order of grilled mushrooms just so I could try it both ways. The flavor of the meat is incredible, and with the onions and cheese it is a well-rounded flavor. I ate half with mushrooms and half without and each was very tasty. I had to remove 1 star because from the opinion of my pallet it was a little dry due to not enough cheese, and what little cheese was at the bottom of the roll so you could only taste it every other bite. I think if they added the provolone at the top and bottom they would have a perfect cheesesteak sandwich. The flavor is on par with some of the best cheesesteaks from Philly, though a tad dry. Location is great - inside the Southern Feed Store which a collection of 4 or 5 eateries and a bar inside a community style building in East Atlanta Village. Parking is ample but often tight and cramped. Our cashier and host was Camille, a wonderful representative for Woody's, very pleasant, helpful and efficient! Recommend and will return!

These were just ok, no sweet peppers, kinda dry. I will not be back. maybe I am just use to a different type of Philly Cheesesteak, in any regard nope I did not like this 1.

Let me start off by saying I love Woody's!! I've eaten at the Monroe location no less than 75 times. Their cheesesteaks are amazing and goes great with a shake. Now to this location...I ordered my usual, Cheesesteak with provolone and extra pickles with a peanut butter shake. I ordered it to go and went home to eat it. It didn't have many pickles and seriously, only had half the meat that the Monroe location usually piles on. Every bite was a lot of bread. I was not impressed with this order at all. The shake was good, but I will more than likely skip ordering from here again, I'll use the Monroe location.

Walked into "Southern Feed Store" on a Saturday night. This spot houses Woody's along with a bar, a "waffle" restaurant & a gyro spot. I got a chiclken Philly & potato wedges. EVERYTHING was HOT & seasoned well. Too, Hughetta's smile & kindness, along with Gwen's fast, accurate cooking gave us a great experience! Their service was appreciated, as it was exceptional. The live music made the night that much more enjoyable. Definitely will return.

This has nothing to do with the food since I never had a chance to order but you lost 3 different customers all standing in line waiting to be serviced and the young lady didn't really acknowledge any of us. A DoorDash or Uber person complained, but it was too late for all of us. We all got out of line and ordered from different restaurants at this location. BTW: I've eaten at the other locations and the food and service is good!

Best Philly's in Atlanta hands down! No frills, good old fashioned Philadelphia hoagies! I highly recommend them and they also came highly recommended by my daughter! It's a must try we you're in Atlanta.

Nailed it in every way. Two Cheesesteaks that were better than what we had on South Street in Philly. A little wait that has to be expected when the food is this good. Service was cheery and caring. I cant say enough good things about our experience. The cashier was clearly trying to deliver a positive experience and she succeeded!

Great food, but I was aggressively panhandled in line in front of the counter lady and she pretended it was not happening.

HORRIBLE! I uttered a simple cheesesteak with provolone cheese, I received an over salted steak sandwich with no cheese and no onions. The Monre location is better but not by much. Can someone tell me where I can REALLY get a good Philly Cheesesteak??

Delicious! Best cheesesteak in ATL. Perfect amount of bread roll chewiness, ample meat, onions, greens peppers, with Woody's steak sauce.

This is definitely a decent cheesesteak. I ordered mines with extra cheese. The only issue I had was the cheese was added to the bottom of the bread. If it was split between the top and bottom then they would be onto something.

It was one of the best experiences I had in a long time... I had been craving a cheesesteak... I'm particular about the cheese... I want to have the option to have provolone... they give this... it's incredible how good it is... 50/10... I've been to Philadelphia and woodys is way better... also their employees are nicer... lol I also am a slut and I added "whataburger" spicy ketchup to it... and honestly it made my life a lot better.. that was a great bday present to myself... thank you to woodys and me.

I got the classic cheesesteak, add green peppers with provolone cheese. They made it super fast, it was fresh, and tasted very good. Saw some people complaining saying they don't put enough cheese, looks like they just put the cheese directly on the bread instead of tossing it into the steak so the bread soaks it in a little bit, but still plenty of cheese. Would recommend!

Nothing but awesome. The cheesesteak sandwich is on point!! We go there to eat often and the staff is always professional quick to get our order to us.

If you all have noticed the legendary Wood's has expanded. Unfortunately the food quality is not what I expected. For the most part it doesn't take long to cook a philly, so why do they pre-cook the meat I have no idea. By the time you actually order one the meat is doubled cooked and has no taste at all other than being burnt. I don't I should have to ask for my food to be cooked fresh rather than taken out the pile in the far corner of the grill. When you do actually get meat cooked fresh it is good, but again, why should I ask for this. Hopefully they get it together and start noticing.

This place has to have the WORST customer service I have experienced. Originally I ordered loaded fries with extra meat and chili. It came with no extra meat or chili. I called to let them know the discrepancy. The representative told me "I don't what you want me to do I can offer you a sorry and you can come get another one made" I drove over to the store to get my food remade. I was rudely told they were not doing that and they were going to refund me .60 cents. I didn't even eat the fries because they don't taste good without the chili. So I just gave them $12 to be disrespected. Thanks a lot.

The food was so good that we had to come two days in a row. The staff there is so nice, Gwen in particular was SO sweet. We couldn't recommend this place more, great food and great staff!

Just got a to go cheesecake. Didn't order banana peppers actually can't stand them. Got home opened up n it ruined the sandwich. Meat tasted awful like not fresh too. So disappointed.... they give no crap about quality or customers. Such a waste just threw $16 bucks in the trash. Thanks

For Atlanta they have the best cheesesteaks around. I recommend the chicken cheesesteak those ladies hook you up !! East point Atl Woodys is the truth

I've been a fan of Woody's since the original spot in Midtown. I live in EAV and was ecstatic when I heard they were opening a spot in the neighborhood. It's great value at $8.50 for a massive sandwich that fills you up. I also love that they're open until midnight so If I need to grab a later dinner, I know I've got somewhere to go. The staff at this store has always been super friendly and service is great. Hands down one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood.

Yuck, my sandwich was dry, I paid for extra cheese and didn't get any cheese‍ apparently you have to ask for mushrooms and onions, the server will not offer it either , so don't forget to ask...it's mad funny when you have to come home and fix up the sandwich after paying for it, and not funny haha like funny WEIRD!!! Im will stick to the Buckhead Woody location because they would NEVER!!

Stumbled upon Woody's when leaving Buckhead theatre late one night about 2 years ago. My wife and I stopped in for some late night eats. We each got a cheesesteak and fries. We were both blown away by how good the food was! The cheesesteaks were absolutely perfect! I'm from the northeast, and have had cheesesteaks in Philly. These cheesesteaks are on 100% par with the ones in Philadelphia! The fries were flavorful and delicious as well! This past weekend we took the drive to Buckhead just to get some for the second time, and we were equally as satisfied! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

My Philly cheesesteak came with no cheese. I would not recommend. Very unfortunate. I was looking forward to trying them out

The cheesefakes are so good! Great if you dont want to be vegan. They were fast, friendly, and open late.

Great Cheese Steaks and the people are also very nice. The Buckhead location is clean and has a wide selection of food and great milkshakes.
