"Wooga is a descendant of a Ft. Lee Korean barbecue that specializes in beef steak, which is dry aged in a glass cabinet on the premises. The steaks include rib-eye, galbi, skirt, and tomahawk, all grilled tableside with sprigs of rosemary and served with banchan, including house-pickled kimchi. Seafood, pork butt, and truffle fries also available, but note the place doesn’t open until 4 p.m., seven days." - Robert Sietsema, Eater Staff

Delicious Korean food in NYC! So happy we got to spend time here ☺️ Nate was incredibly kind and welcoming. If you’re a fan of Korean cuisine, you’ve got to try this place! Their grilled squid, fried chicken, and clam soup were absolutely delicious and tasted so authentic. The atmosphere is chill, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or coworkers. Highly recommend checking it out!

Came into town stopped here while walking. Went back two days later for the food. Espresso Martinis were delicious especially for the price! Can’t find that quality for $9. Spicy pork skillet for lunch was great! Enough for both of us to share. Definitely recommend! Service was fast and friendly as well!

This is a Korean restaurant . It’s not too fancy I feel like you can dress cozy or dress up . The atmosphere was great, but the food could have been better. I ordered the Bulgogi and it was not well seasoned. The complementary soup was very good as well as the fried chicken. The drinks were also made strong . You can dress down or up .

Stopped by Wooga for happy hour in the afternoon, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was laid-back and perfect for unwinding. Kevin, the bartender, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. He made sure everyone felt taken care of, which made the experience even better. The highlight? A mouthwatering burger that was absolutely incredible—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and paired with an ice-cold beer that hit the spot. Exactly what you want during happy hour! Wooga is a must-visit for anyone looking for great food, refreshing drinks, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back for another round! Let me know if you’d like to tweak it further!

Despite being a Korean restaurant but they have very good steaks, especially during the daily happy hour, the price is unbeatable. Everyday they serve a different cut during happy hour at a discounted price. They change from time to time. I was there on a Monday when the served galbi, the meat is so tender and flavorful. Two of us ended up ordering two because it was so good. The chicken wing are also amazing, very crispy and flavorful, still very crispy when glazed heavily with sauce. Service is fast, just wish the table is a bit bigger feels a little tight as we were trying to fit everything on the table with the complimentary sides

My friend and I found this location because we were early for Cyndi Lauper concert, a Madison Square Garden, and wanted to kill some time. Great, we did. The location vibe was great. They have music in the background. The decor of the location is great. Nice, chill place.

Immaculate vibes, incredible food, and lovely service! If you are ever by Madison Square Garden, you have to stop by and get one of their steaks. The rib eye with all the different sauces and kimchi is so good. I also recommend the spring rolls and Pepper fried chicken!

Great dining experience, so close to a great area. Super delicious food! Atmospheric k-pop music brought the entire South Korean vibe, made the food taste better! Order "dim sum" style - more than one entree per person, for sharing. Thank me later. Service was great, the manager was present and super friendly and helpful with customizing the meal. Wait staff was super friendly and awesome, really made the experience better by 100x. Definitely love Wooga!
