Craving bibimbap on a Tuesday night, we decided to give this place a try despite Google’s $30–$50 per person estimate. For vegetarians, the menu is limited to just two options. We ordered two hot stone bibimbaps, which arrived in a refreshing departure from the typical presentation you see elsewhere. The bowl was filled with mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, and tofu, served over crispy rice in the sizzling stone pot. A side of house-made gochujang accompanied the dish. Adding a generous dollop of gochujang to the hot bowl truly took the dish to the next level. We opted for fried eggs instead of raw, and I’m glad we did—it blended beautifully with the rest of the ingredients. The tofu was fried and coated in a flavorful seasoning that I can’t quite recall, but it tasted great. Portion-wise, this is easily enough for one very filling meal. Was it worth the $23 price tag? I’m not entirely convinced. The complimentary miso soup was comforting, and the after-dinner drink, Sujeonggwa, was a first for me pleasantly sweet and surprisingly enjoyable. Overall, it was a decent experience. I’d rate the food a solid 4/5, the ambience a 3/5, and the price a 3/5.

We had the all-you-can-eat Course C at Woomadang KBBQ and it was amazing! The meat quality was great, everything was fresh, and the side dishes were delicious. The place is super clean and they have free parking, which is a huge plus. Rani was so sweet and helped us cook at the table, even giving us some grilling tips. Austin was really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, one of the best KBBQ experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Woomadang Korean BBQ was such a great experience! They offer halal meat options with a separate menu and grill for Muslim customers, which is so thoughtful. We tried the beef bulgogi, chicken bulgogi, ribeye steak, and short beef, all super flavorful and tender. Sides like mashed potatoes, grilled corn, fish cakes, tteokbokki, and sweet & sour chicken were amazing too. The restaurant is beautiful and cozy, with warm lighting and cute decor. Service was top-notch—staff checked in on us often, refilled drinks, and the chef even came out to thank us personally. Highly recommend Woomadang if you’re looking for delicious Korean BBQ with halal-friendly options. Can’t wait to come back!

This Korean BBQ is hands down the best BBQ experience of my life. Server Rani was incredibly professional, and one of the staff members honestly looked like a K-idol—both of them were extremely kind and attentive. The meat here is truly top quality. It felt like dining at a premium meat omakase—everything was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. The signature “Jajak Naengmyeon” pairs amazingly well with pork belly and pork jowl, creating a combination I’ll never forget. What impressed me most was how the server explained which cuts of meat go best with which sauces and sides. I actually learned so much while eating, and it elevated the entire dining experience. I think this might be the first time in Seattle I’ve ever had such high-end service, top-tier food, and this level of hospitality at such a reasonable price. Truly outstanding. I highly recommend this place—easily one of the best restaurants in Seattle. The quality really is on another level, like a meat omakase experience. Once you try it, I’m convinced you’ll want to keep coming back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great time having our dinner here. The food was just delicious 😋. The waiters were very friendly such that they even helped with the food cooking on our table on a portable stove and then also explaining us how to prepare another traditional Korean dish that we had ordered. The place was quiet with a peaceful atmosphere. They even have live music 🎶 🎵 on weekends.

Very nice Korean BBQ restaurant with all you can eat Halal menu. I tried them for the first time today. Good selection of meat. Good service by Justin and a very nice owner who was so kind. The place is big. Easy parking. Very clean too.

This place checks all the boxes. High-quality food. Delicious flavor. Enjoyable and enthusiastic wait staff. Live music, theme, and karaoke nights. Our server, Rani, was a major highlight during our last visit. Out of the 5 times we have eaten here, we have been fortunate to have her for 3 of them. She has a lively and kind personality. You can tell she is a fellow food lover. She goes above and beyond to not only serve food, give advice, and tend to the table, but she connects and provides a happy and vibrant experience. She overheard we were celebrating a birthday and she played an amazing birthday song and provided an extra little desert. It was a great touch to an already fantastic meal.

Ordered their bento for takeout. The bento comes with Kimchi, a small banchan, 2 pot stickers, and a slice of orange. Well worth the price and super delicious. If you didn't know before, come checkout their takeout menu. Two thumbs up.

We've been to Woomadang many times since our first visit during Thanksgiving of 2025. The service is awesome and the food is very good. We like their ribeye, pork jowl, beef belly, marinated boneless short ribs, and many more. The cinnamon ginger drink that they offer at the end is also very good.

This KBBQ spot is pretty solid overall. The service is very friendly, and the quality of the meat is decent for an AYCE restaurant. We went with the premium option so we could try all the meat selections, and the premium ribs were definitely the highlight. The non-marinated ribs weren't as tender, but the marinated ones were really good. The only downside on food was the clear soup they served as we sat down, one of the soups tasted very biter and chemically. All the other soups tasted fine so not sure what was going on there. They used to have a self-serve sides and snacks bar, but it seems like that's no longer available. When we asked, they said sides are now just served from the menu, which is a bit of a bummer since the self-serve bar really helped justify the price. Also, there was karaoke going on the day we went, which was pretty interesting and added a fun, unexpected vibe.

Solid bbq Lots of sides and the kimchi pancake was yum Maybe just a tad bright with the lighting but misc was killer.

Really good value for AYCE. We chose the middle option and weren't disappointed. Very attentive service checking back if we wanted order anything additional (limit 5 items per order) within our time limit. Things came out quickly and they change the grill grate on demand. So many different options. Nothing fancy like some Korean BBQs (no American or Japanese Wagyu, Prime, dry aged) just solid quality offering.

I stopped by this restaurant for a quick lunch and had a very good experience overall. I ordered à la carte, which was perfect for a shorter visit, and everything came out quickly without feeling rushed. The food was flavorful, well seasoned, and clearly prepared with care. Even for a quick meal, the quality really stood out. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and efficient. From the moment I arrived, they made sure everything was clear and easy, which is always appreciated, especially during a lunch break. Service was smooth and well organized, making the whole experience pleasant and stress free. One thing I particularly appreciated is the availability of a halal menu. Having halal options clearly offered adds real value and makes the restaurant more inclusive. It is great to see that effort being made, and it definitely encourages me to come back. Overall, it was a solid choice for a quick and tasty lunch. I am already looking forward to coming back to try the all you can eat option next time, as it looks like a great way to fully enjoy what they have to offer.

I tried this place today for the first time. I appreciate they have a Halal menu and serve Halal meat. Nice owner and nice serving staff. The Halal menu is simple. It's all you can eat for around 53.00 with some restrictions but it was good enough. Another great Halal option.

We came on a Saturday evening, and there was no wait for a table for two. Place was nice and clean. There was live music; there was a person playing the piano. There were three course options to choose from for AYCE; we chose Course B. I ordered three meats, and my bf ordered three meats. I was pretty full off the three. We also added sides. My bf ordered one more meat after his three, but struggled to finish it, so I had to help. My favorite was the Marinated Beef Rib Finger. I wanted to get a second order of it, but I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it all. My bf's favorite out of his orders was the Marinated Beef Top Blade. Service was quick and friendly. They always checked in, and made sure we always had water.

Solid AYCE kbbq. Opted for Course A as we prefer unmarinated meats and we probably only wanted 1 or 2 cuts from the upgraded options. No regrets! Decent quality meats, with some rounds of the same cut being better than others.We did have to ask someone to bring us sesame oil to add to the salt, which was unusual as that's pretty standard sauce.

Ok I have to update my review now that this place is under new management. This is my first time back in a while/ under new management and I have to say I was impressed. This is in my opinion the best AYCE Korean bbq in the eastside. The quality of the meats is good. Service is friendly- even on a packed Xmas night we had people checking if we need anything. I love that they don't limit how much you order. The portions are honestly super generous per order. And best of all, the price is really reasonable for how much you get and no limits on amount of orders per round. Definitely highly recommend and would come back!

We ordered the BBQ for two. It came with lots of tiny side dishes and a huge platter of meat. We had the leftovers for the next night, so I'd say it feeds four people. We had fun cooking our meats. Unlike other similar restaurants, there was no smoke in the air. They have an excellent HV/AC system that keeps the air clean. We really enjoyed all the food, especially a few things we'd never had before like mashed potato salad. The servers kept checking on us to see if we needed help BBQing. Once, a server helped us by cutting up our cooked meat with the scissors on the table. Fun food adventure!

Wow! Now I know why my children and their spouses love it here! We were invited by my children to have lunch at this Korean restaurant. When we came, we were seated right away, the staff is attentive, checked on our table frequently. They come right away when we need a grill change, refill on banchan, or another round of meats. We had the $49 All You Can eat (Course C ) they offer a top quality meats. We had premium rib eye, marinated beef short rib, pork belly, spicy baby octopus, scallop, mussel and pork jowls. The restaurant is spacious and can occupy large groups, they also have live music on Friday nights. We all had a very nice dining experience here. I highly recommend this Korean BBQ place!

Overall, the food is 3.5/5. I rounded up to 4 for the service and the wide variety of dishes available. It's an AYCE with three different categories to choose from. We tried a mix of meats, cuts, and marinades. I liked the beef belly and spicy pork bulgogi. They serve generous portions for each order. You can select up to five items per round for a table of four. The marinated kalbi and pork jowl were fatty. The brisket and thin pork belly wers okay. The beef tongue had a rubbery texture that I personally would not recommend getting. They provide a lot of banchan, which I loved for the variety. The japchae was delicious with a nice sesame oil aroma and flavor. The pink radish paired really well with the fattier cuts of meat. There were only three servers on the night of our visit so they were busy. We had to wave them down for orders and water refills but they were always super nice and never seemed annoyed. One server noticed us waiting and helped double-check our orders. Overall, this could be a good spot for group dining if you're craving Korean BBQ.

Nice place that really know how to make ya feel special for your birthday. Came here with my wife and our friend...during our meal they had 2 birthday celebrations where the music is played throughout the restaurant and the staff sings all together. We had the Course A AYCE and love how they come out with the perfect portions of proteins to make sure you don't waste the food. Spicy pork bulgogi is always my go to and it was perfect. I didn't ask if they had the soybean paste or lettuce leafs to make wraps...but if they do I'm definitely coming back. Their potato salad has apples in it, which I'm not used to that. I prefer no apples. Brisket was great. They have some nice dipping options to pick from. Their gyoza was nice...but I'd prefer the gyoza sauce I had when I was in Korea. The service was great and altogether...I'm down to go back again.

Amazing quality and experience dining here. Staff were attentive and quick, meat was all fresh and tasty. Opted for the course C which gives you everything on the menu - definitely worth it for the marinated short ribs! Lots of seating great for groups of all sizes. They have somek towers (soju + beer) for those that like to indulge. Great spot for AYCE kbbq in Redmond for coworkers and friends.

I went here because someone recommended it, but it was a big letdown. I brought my friends for AYCE (about $55 per person), and the meat was not fresh at all. The brisket and other cuts were chewy and rubbery. Some of the meat even had marinated ginger on it, which made it taste strange. The staff were strict and grumpy whenever we asked for refills, which is ridiculous for an AYCE place. And the sauce? They only have one--ssamjang--and it tastes bad. Honestly, go somewhere else. This place is not worth it.

Galbitang is very good. Complimentary soup and donation drunk at the end was a nice touch. Lunchtime was not busy, service was nice but a tad slow

Came back after exploring a few other places closer to Seattle. Found out ownership has changed, along with a few other things: 1. Menu has changed - more selections, specifically the thicker pork belly is now part of AYCE 2. No more hot bar. This is a bummer but most items are included and brought straight to the table. Distinctive from other AYCE places - full lettuce leaves. And their beef radish soup - still bomb. 3. Their meat quality is always superior than other AYCE places. Compared to places like Grill King in Shoreline, this is far superior. Come see Rani eemo who will always take good care of you. Don't sleep on this place.

This last visit was our 4th time visiting this restaurant. Each time the food has been delicious and the service outstanding. It's such a fun place to eat. We enjoy cooking our own meats on the grill and trying all tasty options available. We'll certainly be back for visit 5, 6, etc. Give this place a try. It certainly is worth it!

A pretty average K-BBQ spot that offers a "hot" bar, which was barely lukewarm. The AYCE price (currently $44) has decreased since they've opened, but honestly the value is still questionable. I generally only order the LA galbi, brisket, and pork belly which were just ok. The bar offerings were mostly just room temp, dry, and bland. Side note: I happened to stumble across an IG influencer who featured this spot and they got dessert ice cream. My party definitely did not receive any such thing after our meal so I'm a bit jealous.

Solid ayce bbq with quality meat. Do know that if you get there close to closing you will not get the full allotted time to eat. Seoul meat is a little better in terms of the meat quality, but it is really convenient to be able to make a reservation and not have to wait an hour which would make Woomadang my preferred place for groups. Solid ambiance, friendly service. All in all a pleasant experience. Would go again.

Rani the manager was incredible as she managed the lunch rush. Sat for a single AYCE which is often hit or miss for service... not here. Amazing attentive monitoring of my courses, a mid course grill swap and some gentle suggestions on cooking certain cuts differently for better end. Not a cheap option but the meat quality was great and if you don't leave full you weren't trying! Sides were great and the corn cheese is a fun addition. Ginger lemon honey digestive offered at the end by Rani was appreciated. Bring your family, friends or team this place is great!

The AYCE selections were OK. Thick pork belly was not available for the AYCE but only in the a la carte menu. The ribeye was chewy. There were more selections at the bar (side dishes, soups, vegetables) and I thought the food quality at the bar was better. The interiors were nice and clean. With a traditional Korean vibe. The staff was very nice and attentive. Parking was easy as there was a parking lot.

You can eat fresh and tender meat to your heart's content. 3 options for all you can eat.

K-BBQ Woomadang is located in Redmond, within the same shopping center as the movie theater and other restaurants and a health center nearby. Parking is plenty and it's easy to find. The space itself is large, with plenty of tables for large groups. You can make a reservation ahead of time, especially for large groups. The first time I came with a large group, only some in the group wanted to do the AYCE option while others did not. With that said, in order for some in a large group to do the AYCE option, ALL members of the group must participate. They are very strict about this rule. Therefore, for our group of 12, we ended up just getting a la carte options, which is when I tried the soft tofu soup with beef. It was solid. And you do get AYCE banchan. But compared to other Korean spots around, it's nothing to brag about. In my most recent visit, my partner and I tried the AYCE option. They're currently offering a $39 anniversary special for the AYCE option versus the $50 it normally is. We visited on a Saturday night and the place was busy, with many people dining in. The AYCE option includes a variety of meats to choose from to grill, as well as the buffet of hot and cold food items. The cold items were mostly the banchan they serve for a la carte dishes, and I'd say this is better than the hot food items. The hot food items were bad. I had a chicken wing, which was super dry. I could tell it was sitting under the heat lamp for a while. The tteobboki wasn't even fully cooked as it was hard to chew and cold. Yuck! This hot food buffet is not good. As for the meats, we tried the beef bulgogi, brisket, ribeye and short ribs. Of the bunch, I'd say the beef bulgogi was the best because it's marinated so has good flavor. The short ribs were also fine, but pieces were fatty. The ribeye was the worst, as it was a thick piece of frozen beef that was so bland. You really need to hit up the sauces at the buffet station to enjoy the meat here. All in all, I wouldn't visit K-BBQ Woomadang again. I came, I saw, I conquered and I wasn't impressed. With so many other Korean restaurants around, especially news ones popping up all over the Eastside, I can't say this is worth checking out.

Love this place! Come here with my friends all the time. I moved out of state but I will always come here when visiting. The people are so nice and friendly. They are also very attentive to your needs and refills. The food is tasty and a great price!

Yes, the price point here is a bit higher than other AYCE kbbq joints I've been to, but the quality of meat, selection, and service match the slightly higher prices. We were seated and served throughout the meal by a hospitable and friendly Korean lady. Even though we didn't explicitly mention it was my brother's birthday, she came out at the end of the meal with a small dessert and candle. We were touched and amazed by her care and attention. The meat here tastes very fresh, and the side dishes express a variety of Korean food beyond what you'd normally expect for side dishes; I never thought that teokbokki would be served as a side dish at a kbbq restaurant. All the vegetable dishes taste fresh, and our orders came quickly. Maybe my only gripe was that they put cheddar in the corn cheese, which made it taste a little more sour than I would've liked. Perhaps the best thing about this food that sets it apart from other kbbq joints is that the grill is nonstick. It seems a simple matter, but we didn't have to keep requesting grill changes, and our meat always cooked well without getting unwanted char; don't worry, the pork belly can still get super crispy. We came at a relatively non-busy time, but the restaurant is spacious and homely. They mentioned live music on many nights as well as karaoke on the stage at 8 pm. Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely come again!

We went to Woomadang for a birthday dinner and were slightly disappointed. We had a group of 7 people with us. We all ordered the unlimited buffet option and due to the amount of people we had and differing palates, we wanted to try every meat option. We ordered that and were only given about half of them. The service was incredibly slow and it's like our server neglected us halfway through. We kept having to call over people to help us order more food and get more water and they treated us like we were an inconvenience to them. Most Korean BBQ places will change the cooking plate every 20-30 minutes and ours were not changed out once. Food was absolutely caked on the bottom by the end of it. I do not envy whoever had to clean it (it was probably easier to just toss it because it was so dirty). The food itself was pretty good. The beef bulgogi and short ribs were our table's favorites. Overall, the service was so disappointing and despite the food being fairly tasty, I likely won't ever come back.

Food and services were both fine. We did have to ask to move to a table with 1 working stoves since there were 4 of us. Not sure why they put us at a table with just one. Overall nice experience.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday and we had a blast! We had a reservation but the place was surprisingly not crazy packed. They've got 3 options for AYCE with different meat options, and honestly the cheapest option ($32) was enough for me. Brisket, pork belly options, mushrooms, and all the sides and Korean appetizers you could want. I enjoyed the meal so much I want to come back for my birthday in a few months. I just wish they had rice paper

I've only just started exploring the ayce K-BBQ scene in the Eastside after moving here, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with Woomadang. Yes, it's not cheap, but this isn't Korea. Food: let's start with the hot/cold bar offerings - admittedly, I steered (pun intended) clear of the hot bar items for the most part, since... this is KBBQ. I did hit up the cold bar for banchan (a must) and some salmon sashimi type appetizer which was a nice surprise. Everything seemed fresh and flavors were on-point. This is pretty similar to the "self" bar setup you find in Korea where you serve yourself sides and rice. Meat-wise, the portions for each type of meat were generous and they had all the usual selections you would want - bulgogi, samgyupsal, chadolbaegi, kalbi... you'll be full. Service was great, and the servers are happy to bring you more meat as long as you have room for it!

Excellent lunch with lunch boxes specials available until 2 pm. Other dishes are available until closing time. Service impeccable and atmosphere agreeable. We got coupons for drinks It reminds me of Seoul.

Delicious food. Lots of options. Attentive staff. They changed the cooking table when it got charred which was nice. Pace did seem slow for refills and the time limit came quickly. Will try again.

Pros: Endless self serve banchan Tasty food Roomie Cons: Pricy but comparable really to other places Not as many choices compared to some places All in all there's not a lot of cons.... I've definitely been to better places and definitely worse ones out there. All in all it's a place I'd recommend and would go again. Service was great, once we got it, and I never feel rushed.

They are having the 1 year anniversary all you can eat for $39 per person. I think this is a really great price in Redmond. Their meat quality is great, and the hot bar and salad bar have great options to choose. The staff here is very friendly. Free parking

My new favorite Korean BBQ place!! Have been here many times in the last few months and have always had a great experience. The AYCE is reasonably priced and the meat is always of decent quality. The selection of banchan is always great - I especially recommend the pickled radish wraps for any of the grilled meats. By far the best part about Woomadang is the service - the folks are always so nice, helpful, and attentive with our needs. Love this restaurant!

Do not trust this place with your halal food! We were served pork and lied to multiple times. We ordered the chuck eye round steak and this came out. We were certain it was pork. We asked our server and he asked the kitchen and they insisted it was steak. We were still skeptical and sure it was a mistake, so we asked another employee and they doubled down saying it was the steak. Now after going home and asking around, everyone is certain it was pork. Thankfully we chose not to eat it. If they had admitted the mistake and not lied to us, I wouldn't be leaving this review. Also the bill ended up being $407 for 6 people getting the all you can eat halal menu. Which is crazy expensive for a place that's LYING ABOUT THEIR HALAL FOOD.

6.19.2023 Second time visiting Woomadang. The restaurant wasn't busy and there were only 6 tables. I like this KBBQ spot because we have good selections of Hot Bar & Salad Bar. (Included one order person for every a la crate BBQ order)

3.5 truly but overall it was a great value. Came here for the first time and enjoyed their 1 yr anniversary AYCE. It was nice they had a hot bar and banchan buffet style, even with veggies, sauces and garlic to grill up for ssam! I'm sad to say the banchan was super bland. I just came back from Korea and this was my first kbbq experience since. The cucumber kimchi wasn't spicy, the tteokbokki was good, the potato salad was horrible, the regular kimchi was good, radish kimchi bland. I didn't try to soup but maybe next time. The lady was super nice who greeted us and went over the menu. We started with the bulgogi, pork belly and brisket. Fair meat quality. The ribeye and LA style ribs were the best quality and taste by far - definitely recommend! Now that I know what to get/what to avoid I feel it'll be a nicer experience. The bathrooms could definitely use a deep cleaning, I like the overall decor and vibe of the place.

Not my favorite for All You Can Eat (AYCE) because of the limited options but steep price per person ($55), but quality and service are pretty good. Their unique thing is having a cold & hot bar, with the typical banchan items such as kimchi and lettuce for ssam but they also have hot items including fried chicken and tteobokki. The hot bar is priced per person at $30, unless you get AYCE or order an ala carte meat to grill in which case each order includes 1 hot/cold bar entrance. You can also have the option of adding the hot/cold bar to an entree order for $8 extra, per entree. We ordered steamed egg and seafood pancake, which unfortunately didn't count for the hot/cold bar. We also got an order each of beef brisket, pork belly, and marinated short ribs; as well as an order for the combo soft tofu soup, which all came with 1 hot/cold bar entrance. In total, 4 out of the 6 people in our party were able to go to the hot/cold buffet bar. The meat and food quality here will definitely be a lot better than most AYCE places, so it's up to personal preference what you want most; either affordability and quantity or quality. Would this be my first choice for AYCE kbbq? Probably not, since I'm looking for quantity and variety when I eat AYCE Kbbq. However, I'd come here more for the quality ala carte meat options if I wasn't too hungry because I'd still get the hot/cold bar.

This place is unlike other Korean restaurants I've been too as they offer not only KBBQ and Korean dishes, but also a cold bar buffet that comes with all the yummy banchan sides and sauces AND a hot bar which is included in the AYCE price or an add on for $8 that comes with different friend chicken wings, cooked marinated meats and tteokbokki. AYCE is probably the most expensive KBBQ place ive been too, but there are A LOT of options to choose from since it comes with a large variety of meat and the hot and cold bar. The radish and beef soup is something I love and also ended the meal with some really sweet cold and refreshing oranges. The servers are nice and attentive. We came with a party of 11 at around 4 PM and the table was ready when we arrived. It was empty so the server was very attentive to us. Overall, this place has options for everyone. If you don't want to get AYCE, you can definitely get full off a regular meal and have the option to add the hot bar to the meal. Would definitely recommend.
