Dlila was training Fiona, they both did great. I had a costume drink I wanted and they handled it like pros! Definitely prefer this Starbucks over the other two on Sepulveda because the Starbucks staff in Ralphs are always in a great mood! This is such a great Starbucks! They always make my drinks perfectly here. The staff are great! The ambience is nice. They also have great hours. If you haven't already, I would highly recommend trying this Starbucks.

This Starbucks has "order ahead" signs posted all over but they fail to note that they don't get their order ahead orders until 5:35am. I placed my order at 5 and now have to wait until after 5:35 to get my drink when I could've just stood in line the whole time! When asking the worker she was not helpful at all, didn't even care to help me or offer to make my drink sooner and now I'm stuck here waiting for my drink for over half an hour for them to tell me that the order won't even go into their system if it's placed before 5:35. Talk about inefficient! 3 staff members and not one could help me. I had to call Starbucks to get a refund. If you are here before 535 DO NOT ORDER AHEAD!

This Starbucks location inside Ralphs is amazing! All the employees are so kind. And they all the make the drinks perfectly. One employee memorized the drink I would always get and I didn't even need to tell him. That was so nice!

If you're not afraid of Covid this this is the place to order from. The nice young man that makes your drinks unfortunately wears his mask incorrectly. While he prepares your order you get a clear viewing of his upper lip, mustache and nostrils. This was my second time seeing him her like that in a month.

I am absolutely addicted to Starbucks. No matter where I'm traveling West, East Coast or Spain, I have never had a bad experience and there has always been diversity when I visit. That's just my experience. What I know about this particular store is that the restroom is open to the public which I love because I can wash my hands upon arrival and before I leave. That's a win for me.

nice starbucks but i went here to work and there were no outlets to plug my computer into so i had to leave once it was going to die

If you come here for a Starbucks drink make sure Shatani is your barista- she greets you worth a smile always and is so friendly, I enjoy doing business with people who are passionate about there job. It puts me in a good mood. Thanks Shatani (I hope I spelled your name correctly) my caramel ribbon crunch frap is SOOO DELICIOUS!

This is a Starbucks in a Ralph's. Enrique took my order and he was very friendly and cheerful. He brightened my day. Especially during covid when many people are a little tense.
