Didn’t expect to have this much fun — but we were smiling the entire time. The layout is clever, and each hole has its own twist, so it never gets repetitive. There’s a good flow to how people move through the game, which keeps things moving without feeling rushed. The space itself feels well-designed — open enough to breathe, but still cozy in its own way. Even when things got a little competitive (and they definitely did), the vibe stayed light and full of laughs. Between rounds, we hung out near the bar area and soaked in the energy — not too loud, not too quiet, just the right kind of buzz.Whether you're with a group or just two people looking for something different to do, it’s a solid choice. We left already planning when to come back.

HORRIBLE, GREASY & BURNT, I tried the salmon, Grnd beef, turkey & turkey &potato, 2hour wait 5-8 dollars for ONE taco Annnd the shells are box, Don't believe the lies on TikTok And instagram....ok so to follow up I went back about three days later , and I actually met the owner, She was amazing she didn't ask any questions all she did was re-made my order & Everything was fabulous

This place is AMAZING! I’ve been going to this place for years! Beware of the wait though, for me I order a lot of tacos and burritos because I’m with a big group. My order usually takes around 2-3 hours! And it can be pricey especially since I order for a big group, but SOO WORTH IT!!!

All I will say it took 2+ hours for the food it ain’t worth that. Tacos don’t take that long to make. All ingredients came out of Walmart. You can make this food yourself for way cheaper and make it taste better. This was bottom tier of a taco experience.

This place is rated the best taco place in LA but it's also the most expensive place but it is that good just don't get the hotsauce it is fire. It will burn you stomach get it to the side. But everything else is Bombay you won't be disappointed. The customer server was the best. Also remember it takes an hour to make since the tacos are gourmet. It's worth the wait!

I came from North Carolina!!! Of course I was on vacation and had to try these tacos out. Found out about this place off of Insecure tv series with Issa Rae. THE wait was an hour. So, of course I didn’t like that!! But, I went to the L.A. mall to shop and look around while I patiently waited. And, the wait was well worth it. I ordered the vegan buffalo chicken mild, and mango salmon. When I tell you I smashed them tacos !!! Omg. So tender so flavorful so worth it..!!!! When I come back to the West coast I will be sure to purchase again. But, next time imma need a whole dozen not just two ❤️🌮🌮

I came from Carson I bought 3 tacos Lime chicken. Lime steak Bbq chicken. No onions No tomato No cilantro $21.00 was my total Got my order. All 3 tacos had onions tomatoes and cilantro Hard shells were cool Steak was greasy, only ate 1 bite and bbq tacos was fire 🔥🔥 Took 30 mins to get my order

I didn’t get to eat here bc it was a two hour wait. Also the tacos were about $5 - $6 each. I hope the tacos were worth the wait. There was a large variety of flavors. There was free parking.

Like a lot of the reviews on here, I went to try Worldwide tacos after watching Issa and Molly rave about it on Insecure. I ordered the BBQ Salmon, Blueberry Shrimp, Jerk Chicken and Curry Chicken. The Blueberry Shrimp was probably my favorite! Each taco is packed with flavor and enormous. You'll be full after two. They have a large menu and (I believe) prioritize fresh ingredients which is why your order might take long. They might be shopping! If you want to go here, prepare to go on a nearby excursion - like a hang out or gym sesh. Usually I hang out in Ktown at a coffee shop or stop by the museum in Leimert Park. I think the Baldwin Hills mall is close too, for a movie or a walk. The first time I went with my friends we chit-chatted and played some games at a coffee shop. Knowing the story of the place, we didn't want the wait to tint my experience. And the food didn't dissappoint!

Ok. Let me start by saying....NEVER GO HERE HUNGRY. Yes you will wait an hour + Yes they have a combination of 100+ flavors Yes it is worth the hype... Staff is helpful, food is AMAZING, and they are very inclusive of alllll dietary needs. Give them a try!

Is Worldwide Tacos still around? They were closed in January with no sign or anything, and didn't respond to texts. Wasn't able to get my fix on the annual LA trip.

I ordered the garlic chicken, bbq lamb, and potatoes taco! The wait was 1 1/2 hours! Was it worth it? Hell, No! One thing all three tacos had in common was salt! They were very salty and had a very similar flavor profile! I wanted to try the exotic tacos that everyone kinda raves about but you gotta purchase them in orders of 5! That was kind of a bummer but such as life! I came, I waited very long to try it, I was very disappointed in the product! I'm good!

This was so good. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the prices, which are definitely high. $15 for two tacos is no joke but it was delicious so I'll definitely be going back. Here's the scoop: - Food takes a while - our two tacos took 30min so we walked around for quite a while and came back - took a while because made fresh - I think the best part is the meat: the lamb was cooked PERFECTLY. a little red, super moist and juicy - hot means hot. I love this. I mean not overly hot but it's refreshing to see a place that actually serves spicy food rather than just claiming it's hot. - the amount of meat in the taco was very solid! Not skimping at all - the taco shell and the cheese were probably the lowlights. they were fine but nothing to phone home about. The meat's where it's at for sure Will be back as often as I can but will try and order in advance if at all possible. Great little taco spot thanks!

Finally got to experience this place. Not sure how it works exactly but I was the first one to order-first customer once they opened. Got my call a few hours later and there were still folks getting their food before me. Maybe we all just got called at the same time and they returned before me. Not an issue but had me curious. I ordered a grilled salmon taco, a bbq salmon taco and 3 veggie tacos. I can say everything tasted great. I would have to try them again and eat everything fresh and hot because I let these get cold and ate them while driving so I didn't do them justice the first time. As far as the ambience, well if you didn't know about this place you would most likely pass them on by. It's a hole in the wall looking place, there are what looks like punctures in the order window from bullets and as my first time here before it opened I wondered by the looks of the place if they were still in business. But, that's just the looks from the outside. Not like you eat there. What they do inside, by the taste of the food, is delightful

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but these tacos ain't it!! I got the Belizean shrimp, beef and potato, grilled lime chicken, grilled salmon and the turkey. I could make better tacos in my kitchen for way less money. The lime chicken and the beef and potato were an ABSOLUTE NO!!! The service was cool and the wait time was about an hour. Not sure if the tacos have always been like this but I will not be back.

Three words: WORTH. THE. WAIT. Its 2023 and I visited this taco stand in 2019. You know who still thinks about it? ME! I ran across a picture of me recently standing outside and realized I had never done a review. This place literally has some of the BEST tacos and fries I've ever eaten in my life. It's been years so I honestly cannot remember what I ordered but I DO remember absolutely LOVING it and the 2 hour wait being worth it! All I've got to say is Issa Rae knew what she was doing showcasing this business on Insecure. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in LA!

Placed my order earlier this week at 4pm and I did not get my 4 tacos until 7:15. I left and went home and came back twice still not ready. Legit could have gone to the store and made everything faster. What are they doing back there?! Took them a flight from LAX to Dallas to make 4 tacos. They were good tho. Just the wait is sooooo long.

I came here because I saw they were in an episode of Insecure... i ordered several tacos and 1 burrito. The tacos were okay, I really liked the mushroom one but the gem was def their loaded burrito! The service was fine, they explained the wait time as they cook everything fresh... the ambiance was meh; it's an order and take out sort of a set up.

World Wide Tacos! Literally the best. My faves are the Lobster, Shrimp scampi, and tequila shrimp. :-)

Aye if you reading this do yourself a favor and run, not walk but run to this place. I'm an LA native born and raised here and I've never had worldwide before. My apologies to myself. All the music videos, tv shows, and word of mouth reviews does it no justice. Best taco experience of my life and I've got a few stamps under my belt to justify my opinion. Yes the wait is long, however it's not like its mystery, everyone knows things are made to order, the prepare 10+ items per meal with over 20 flavor combinations so yes it will take some so plan accordingly. Listen we all know oil changes take some time so what do we do, plan ahead. Same principle applies here give yourself 2-4 hour window based on your order for your food to be ready. My wife raves about this place and she's been going since she was a kid so she already had her order memorized! We ordered about 15 tacos and burritos to split between 4 adults. Needless to say we didn't order enough. My personal favorite was the Buffalo chicken and an extremely close tie for 1st was the shrimp lemon lime. And the hard shell taco was really hard shell no breakage or anything. No skimping on meat portions or anything. Worth the wait and the $145 tab. Food was so amazing I had to call the restaurant and tell the guy on the phone to slap everyone that worked in there bc this made NO sense how amazing everything was. I can't speak on the service bc someone else ordered but when it comes to the flavors and what they offer, 5 stars across the board. Keep in mind ordering special tacos/burritos you have to order in bulk but you won't be upset.

Found this place in a Yelp Collection and since it's not far from home, lemme check it out! A permanent taco stand with a parking lot, World Wide Tacos will feed you, but then you better beat it for the facilities, lol... There's no getting into this fortress of fajitas - sorry no fajitas, you knew what I was going for, lol! Open air ambiance of the cool evening air, I'm the last order of the business day! They keep odd hours because they can afford to! So don't be later than 8pm! Ordered at the window; lots to choose from. A sister at the window took my order, so I already know the food is going to be good!! She took my number said she'd call when foods ready in about 30 mi. I decided to try a ground beef burrito. I didn't wait that long. Was hooked up with a bottle of water and dessert sample of banana cream pie: OMG it's so sweet and delicious!! Any more than this sample and I'd need an insulin drip!!!! Perfect fries, not overcooked and seasoned just so =D My burrito was heavy with savory flavors. Feels like a 5 lb weight in my hand!!! I knew this place wouldn't disappoint!!! I will definitely be back to try the lamb!! Whoop whoop Worldwide Tacos y'all, a definite come check it!! =D

Open says 3pm, but they open whenever they want...after the actual open time. Wait time is an hour and you get overly salty tacos that are too spicy to eat and enjoy. Issa Rae...Issa no for me.

Best of the Best... Such an Eclectic MENU of options. A MUST Try. I know they won't disappoint. Don't be detoured by the LOCATION, Nor judge a Book by its Cover... Some Pretty Delish stuff coming from here.

My friend and I are really big insecure fans and this taco stand was the scene of an iconic first date for Issa and Nathan. Obviously when in LA you go to all the food spots from the show, right?! They don't open until 3pm so we arrived maybe at about 3:30pm. I started ordering the tacos that they ordered on the show and I was told that certain tacos are required to be bought in quantities of 5. We asked them nicely (a few times because persistence is key) if we could pleaseeee try without having to buy 5. Like all the reviews before mine, if you come here just know that you should make other plans while you wait lol. It took a little over 2 hours before we got the call to come pick up the tacos. We went and they gave us the tacos we asked for from the show for free! I thought that was the sweetest thing ever! We tried the bbq salmon, Thai shrimp, lemon lime steak, chunky chicken and Belizean shrimp. The Thai shrimp and lemon lime steak were my favorite! They did ask if we wanted them spicy and to my surprise they were actually spicy and that's rare for me because my spice tolerance is through the roof. They were so kind and I feel like you need to at least try them if you're in LA! Support black business!

I've been coming to Worldwide Tacos ever since they opened in the 1990s, and know the owner personally. Back then we always got the turkey hard shell tacos with onions, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, with mild sauce, as the years passed by and the menu got very large with a variety of exotic taco's & burritos it was time to try some new things out. This place serves beef, chicken, turkey, shrimp, seafood, lamb, duck and offers veggie & meatless options. The food is always fresh and hot, but the only thing, and I say only thing is u may wait 2-3hrs for your food. That's my only complaint, but like I said other than that, the food is FIRE, that's why I didn't have 5 stars, but if they get the food out way faster, then I'll change my review..

BBQ salmon tacos is on hit. Actually everything out of this joint be good af. Now, the wait... idk why tacos take so long... but they do. LOL sh!t is good, but sometimes I be hungry and can't be waiting like that.

Quality tacos that are really good. It's just the wait. If the waiting isn't an issue then this is the place for great tasting tacos with a twist. I usually have to wait about an hour when I order perhaps it differs for others.

I know a review is just a matter of opinion, so here's mine. It's definitely not worth the time or price. Overrated in all aspects. Taste just isn't there. The favor combinations they have do not mesh well. Service is sub-par. You are a $, now move on. I will say I liked the hot salsa, good flavor, but not hot enough. All in all, i will not go back or even recommend it.

We left the Pan-African Film Festival and opted to try the Vegan Garlic Chik'n tacos. Like the prior reviewers stated, they have plenty of vegan options. I meant to take a photo after that first bite but the flavors took over and I was told "you destroyed that taco!" I also had the Grilled Jackfruit burrito though I haven't finished it yet. It was decent. The service was good. The gentleman was personable. The wait was long (50 minutes) though.

They are never open! Someone might answer the phone but it's crazy because it is not the same guy! It also takes about 3 hours when they are there.

I like to get breakfast first thing in the morning. So the Yelp says it opens at 11:30am, but the last 3 times I went there, they were not open, and didn't know when they were going to because it all depends on when the cook wants go get out of bed, and actually show up to work. I like to go here when I am around here. But I love the food. So, it's worth the inconvenience.

During our last trip out to LA, Worldwide Tacos was one of the top eateries on my list to hit up - I am so glad that I did! This place freshly prepares (yes, literally) over 150 types of tacos, including various proteins (beef, chicken, turkey, shrimp, seafood, lamb, duck, and combo meats), veggies and meatless options, burritos, combos, family packs, and various sides (such as potato wedges, fries, chips, etc.). Tacos come with cheese, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and cilantro, with a choice of a hard or a soft tortilla shell with the house hot or mild taco sauce; burritos come with cheese, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, black beans, and brown rice in a flour tortilla shell with the house hot or mild sauce. I ordered the Mango Salmon, the Raspberry Chipotle Shrimp, and the Blueberry Chicken, all on hard tacos with all the toppings aside from cilantro, with the house hot sauce. These tacos were SO GOOD! You can tell that the marinade/seasoning were all house-prepared and housemade, and the tacos were assembled with such care. The staff were super friendly, and ordering was a breeze. The only catch is, you'll end up waiting 3.5 - 4 hours for your order. Yes, believe it! Is it worth the wait? I personally thought so, as you could always leave and do errands around the area and come back. They have a private lot for your vehicle. +delicious hard tacos! +minimum wait time is 3.5 - 4 hours! +friendly staff! +plenty of parking in private lot

$14 for to chicken tacos is kinda wild.especially when it doesn't come with rice and beans. The guy who took my order seems nice but when I came to the window nobody was there. I called and said I'd like to place an order. He said he didn't take any Phone orders and I would have to come to the restaurant. I was already standing at the front window so it wasn't a problem. I told him I was out front and he came and took my order and explained the menu to me. It was a chalkboard with a bunch of different items and flavors for the items. I've never waited 45 minutes for 2 Tacos. I figured that Tacos had to be amazing. Nope I was wrong. They weren't good or bad just basic tacos that you can get from the Mexican Mart I've definitely had street tacos better than this. Chicken didn't taste marinated so they put whatever seasoning on top right before they cooked it. I don't know maybe it was because they're closing and short staffed but these tacos are absolutely basic.

It is worth every minute you wait! The service was exceptional. The food is delicious and did I say delicious! The variety might be too much for novice's, so I say go elsewhere! I will definitely be back again and again. I am going to try every item at least once or three times! Get there early though.

I have been to this establishment about 4x and each time I pray the wait will be shorter but it gets longer! The most recent visit was last week. I ordered around 7pm (2 ground Turkey tacos and a chunky chicken burrito), was told it might take 2 hours, "maybe less". I decided to wait instead of driving all the way home. My order was ready at 9:08pm. Not sure why it took 2 hours for 2 tacos and a burrito but it did. The sad part: fries and ground Turkey were too salty so I couldn't even eat them! I think I'll keep my personal memories of this place, along with the Insecure highlights, and be satisfied. But I don't want to discourage anyone else from trying it out, just be prepared to WAIT! It's definitely an experience to try, I just think I've outgrown the up to 5 hour taco wait. Keep going hard for the culture Worldwide! Will I return? Maybe (for the support, experience, and the culture)

If you are hungry and looking for food now, then this is not the place for you!!! The wait is ridiculous!!! With a 2-3 hour wait, you won't get your tacos until tomorrow smh. But I will say, they are good. Order at your own risk lol. What I have learned about this establishment is that they don't make the food until they get a certain number of orders in...

I don't even write reviews but I am so repulsed that I need to warn people. We waited 3 and a half HOURS for 8 tacos for almost $60. We got chunky chicken and steak hard shell tacos. They were absolutely foul. The meat was disgustingly sweet. Every bite was SWEET. The hot sauce was sweet and it was just overwhelmingly gross. The area is not good and it's like one man running it. Someone shut him down because I feel robbed and I didn't even pay for it. Absolutely nasty and sweet

I love Worldwide! Everything everyone else said is absolutely true about the wait time-which is why I can't give them 5 stars. But, the service is fantastic and the food is sooo good! My favorite is the Jerk Lamb burrito- the flavors are balanced, spicy or mild, filling, and makes you say mmm with each bite. I've also had the Blueberry Chicken burrito w/ blue cheese and the Cilantro Lime burrito. The ground beef tacos were my intro and those are stuffed with seasoned ground beef, red onions, cilantro, cheese, lettuce and house sauce. Definitely tastes like the tacos my moms makes- bomb! Oh, and their fries are fire. They call u when your order is ready (an hour +) and ask how far away are you. They will drop the fries when you're close so they are fresh, hot and salty. Still just as delicious, but I got a hella MAJOR allergic reaction to the Thai shrimp taco. It must've had peanuts... But strangely I've ordered it before with no previous issues :( so just FYI for those who have any allergies!!! How I like mine: soft shell, spicy, and with all the toppings!

I had turkey tacos - they were cool. A legit 3.5/5 stars, however they give you a really nice filling. None of that 1 tbs of meat - gentrified portion control $hit. So that's a plus. Nothing worse than an anorexic taco. I also ordered the chili cheese turkey burrito because I was hungry af and with so many options on the menu it's just hard for a person like me to choose only 1. I really bought it for my baby but he just ended up watching me eat it so it worked out perfectly. Now this burrito came in at like a whopping 2.5lbs if I had to guess. Yes it's literally that heavy, as heavy as my wrist weights that are covered with cobwebs. I literally don't even need the weights anymore cause I can just keep lifting these burritos into my mouth. Anyway - it is nothing short of amazing I can't even lie.

Hmmm! How do I put this. Those who are stating "It's worth the wait" are either not being truthful or have never had a taco before. LA is filled with taco places so for the price and the extremely ridiculous wait time I was expecting these tacos to be extraordinary, they were not. Once the young lady told me the wait time was 3 hours I should have left; gone to the grocery store and bought the stuff to make tacos, but I fell into the hype and thought "this is probably going to be the best tacos we've ever had". We ordered mushroom, black bean w/cheese, lemon lime chicken, garlic shrimp, lobster and steak; spent roughly $90+; went home and waited 3 hours for our call only to experience the biggest disappointment of our lives. I honestly thought I was going to have an explosion of flavor and it was lackluster and salty. I fell for the okie doke, I so badly wanted to love these tacos now I get pissed every time I drive by there knowing I wasted my time and money.

The best Tacos in the USA! Yes, that may seem like a stretch but the wait for value goes beyond that 'back-in-the day Girl Scout cookies. This world isn't use to time so it you want Fast food then sure go around to the other Taco spots. Thank you for providing GREATNESS! I'll see you soon

It's all about the hype nothing special different meat that make it different. I'd rather go to Ramona Tito's taco taco Mel basic simple and on point. 2 to 3 hours to get your food shells do get soggy. Burrito cold by the time you get your food.

It's a solid taco. I only had the turkey but I liked it. The wait time is long but you get your food hot and that's a win in my book.

I had a really positive experience with this place. Like most of the others, I wanted to try them because of my fave show "Insecure". I went on a week night, ordered at the take-out window, gave them my phone number, left because I anticipated a long wait, and they called me right away saying my food was almost ready. Thank goodness I saw their call before heading too far. My food was ready within 15 minutes. Out of all the food I ordered, my favorite were the chicken tacos with this spicy adobo sauce. The ground beef tacos were solid and the fries were fresh. I think it's best to just give them a try and don't have any preconceived notions about the place. The owners are very nice and working hard. To demonstrate the kindness of the owner, when he called me to tell me my order was ready, he confirmed my ETA so he could make sure that my fries would be fresh out the fire upon my arrival there. That's stellar service folks!
