This place is found in Najichang Night Market. Please do know that the line can be very long and you have to get the number first to get your priority. I waited for around 30 minutes to have mine done on a rainy afternoon. They open at around 330, please check on their hours carefully. Please note that there are no seating available. When it’s raining, make sure to bring raincoat and umbrella as there is no proper shade. The taste is good but I’m rating this 3-star since it’s a family delicacy and I can’t help but compare. My family would make so much variety of topping ingredients, whereas this one is very basic. Would I queue for this, yes if I’m a tourist and no if I’m a local. Still worth trying, after all these guys earned their Michelin status for something good!

Imagine a tasty roll stuffed with fresh bean sprouts, shredded carrots, radish, tender braised pork, peanuts, cilantro, and crispy pork rind. It's got the perfect combo of sweet, savory, and crunchy, all wrapped in a soft, thin wrap. You’ve got to try it!! We always come back here when in Taipei

Recommended by the Michelin guide for good reason! As far as Michelin street food stalls in Taipei, this was the best or at least second best in the city for us! They get busy as soon as they’re open, and theit Taiwanese burritos are perfect! Crunchy, savoury and sweet all at the same time. Tough to explain, but worth the trip to try! So affordable! Very well done!

Although they are on the Michelin recommended list, but can't really taste anything special comparing to other 潤餅 I had.

Famous spot for Taiwanese lumpia (like a savory crepe). Able to customize which was nice given our dietary restrictions. They made a sugar free (avoided the sweetened crushed peanuts) and vegetarian lumpia without cilantro for us which was nice.

This is a dish with quite unusual ingredients, but when I tried it, I felt that the taste was also quite unique. It wasn't bad at all, and I could eat it. The main ingredients are pork floss, peanuts, bean sprouts, and cilantro. When I ate it, I felt that the taste of the peanuts and bean sprouts were dominant. If you like this kind of taste, you can come and try it

too sweet for me, but the texture of the rice roll is so good, embodying its name “RUN”

Taste and healthy choice. Each bite is crispy and flavourful. Excellent queue system make it easy for everyone.
