"This Venice sausage temple and beer garden offers some of the most creative sausages in town — from a rabbit and rattlesnake rendition pocked with jalapeño to a sweeter buffalo sausage ribboned with Luxardo cherries and mint. The double-fried Belgian french fries, served in a klein (small) or groot (large) cone, are not to be missed. "Wurstkuche is a big, warehouse-y restaurant on Lincoln that may be the only spot in Venice to get a good hot dog. If you’re in the mood for a solid bockwurst - or even alligator - you won’t be disappointed, and the french fries are excellent. This Euro-centric beer hall has long tables for people to gather, a wide assortment of grilled sausages ranging from pork bratwurst to pheasant with herbs de provence, a whole lot of imported beer, and some of the best Belgian fries in the city. "Perhaps not everyone in your group wants to eat exotic sausages in a giant room with a DJ, but once they realize that they can order individually at the front counter, they’ll make it work. Wurstküche has spots in Venice and the Arts District, and both locations are ideal for when you’ve invited a lot of people who are all going to show up at different times. As far as the menu goes, not every sausage is filled with rattlesnake and rabbit (though that’s the best one), so even your less-adventurous friends can find a chicken sausage or something.
