Xi'an Famous Foods 西安名吃 | Hunter's Point LIC

I’ve probably been to various Xi’an’s over a dozen times, and my favorite is the Spicy Cumin Lamb Noodles. The noodles are thick and since they are hand ripped they have a nice texture that lets the sauce cling onto them. The lamb was soft and easy to pull apart. Also for the price I think it’s a great deal since the portion size is enough for two meals. This location was a bit smaller than others with around four-six seats, but it was clean and the service was very quick.

I’ve been to Xi’an Famous Food before in multiple locations in NY. I personally like this one because it’s closer to me and I like the area. The food is always good, flavorful and most importantly, SPICY! Always get extra spicy as “If it’s not spicy, then it’s not good.”. Staff is always friendly and makes the food in a timely manner. It may not be life changing food, but it’s always delicious and convenient when you need some hand ripped noodles. Great to go with friends for some casual and quick food or alone.

Ordered Ns1 without noodles, but the soup was bland. It appeared water was added to the broth, because the broth was not temp hot as it usually is. I drove my car. Less than 5 minutes from home. I'm referring to the flavor of soup, it's bland. Not referring to the texture. I've ordered at your Jackson Ave. location many times before with the noodles. BTW, the noodles you make are of cheap quality, that's why I ordered it without soup. Have to say things have changed at that location. I'm only referring to that location.

Always delicious, the quality is very consistent, and the staff are very nice. This location is smaller than the larger location just down the street, but there is still a sitting area and the food is the same. If you haven’t tried the food from Xian, it’s a must!

Love this place, the spicy noodles combined with meat options are fantastic. The chrysanthemum tea is great too. They have the option of ordering from a kiosk.

Very delicious noodles and great flavours. During my 2 week stay in NYC I ate here three times.

So happy this opened here. The food is excellent and the prices are fair. The prices also include tip, so there are no pesky 30% tip requests on take out.
