Google
BEST CHINESE IN THE SPRINGS.... Found out about Xiang's from a true New Yorker. He said it was some of the best Chinese takeout and he wasn't lying. This food was hot and fresh. The phone kept ringing for orders. The prices are amazing and the portions sizes are too. Probably going next week already. Dare I saw this the best Chinese in the Springs!

Google
Food was delicious and came out super fast. Older couple served us. We will definitely come back. You gotta support local, family businesses when you can!

Google
We have been ordering from Xiangs for about 13 years. I just received the worst pot stickers I have ever had. They were a little burnt on one side and the other side was raw. They flipped them over so I could only see the cooked side. They also exploded. Not good at all. I enjoy Xiangs, however I am very dissatisfied with the pot stickers this time.

Google
Food is delicious, fresh, nice quality! Love the atmosphere, will definitely be a regular here!

Google
I ordered the beef and broccoli lunch special but without the beef. I enjoy the brown sauce. The broccoli or the sauce you could taste had been burnt but instead of them remaking they served to me anyway. The spring roll tasted old/stale was definitely not fresh. I took a bite and immediately spit it out. Everything had an aftertaste. Including the hot and sour soup. I can’t even get the taste out of my mouth. I threw the whole plate along with the sides in the trash. I should have known something was not right when the place was empty during lunch hour. Disgusting, will not return.

Google
Absolutely fantastic food. We had Mushu pork and Happy Family tonight - both were phenomenal. It was very quiet on a Monday evening .. little too quiet tbh, but service was top notch.

Elijah Garduno

Google
Very kind, order was served fast, and food was amazing, about my 5th time and the service in all aspects is always consistently great.

Google
Loved it! We have been 2 times and it has been so good both times. They have all the expected foods, and they are hot and very good portions. The egg drop soup has to be the best I have had in Colorado Springs. I ordered the Shrimp Chow Mein ( crunchy noodles ) and the Pot Stickers. Both were amazing and the Pot Stickers were bigger than other places and packed with pork. Love it!

Yelp
Service was so fast, our server was friendly, thoughtful and polite. Food was amazing, the Honey Glazed Walnut Shrimp was superb and the Crab Cheese Wonton was about the best I've ever had!!! The restaurant was quiet and inviting!

Yelp
Hands down, a great place for authentic Chinese food!!! Large quantities and well priced. We ordered the FAMILY DINNER - B, which was under twenty dollars per person. The family dinner consisted of, Wonton soup, Pupu platter which came with 2 huge ribs and 2 egg rolls, 2 crab rangoons, 2 beef on a stick, chicken wings and 2 beef on a stick . For our entrees, we ordered Sweet and sour chicken and Happy family. What a tasty treat! We literally have enough for dinner for the next two days. I highly recommend this place as this is one of the restaurants we have been able to find in Colorado Springs that comes close to Los Angeles Chinese food! Definitely the place to go. Customer service was a 10+ !!!!! Our check total was $43 !!! What a bargain for two more meals for each of us!

Yelp
Weirdest sauces we've ever tasted. Hot & Sour soup was way too strong. Egg rolls were dry and tasteless. We both couldn't eat our main courses. I've never tasted Chinese like this. No apologies and still had to pay after taking 2 bites each.
google avatar

Yelp
This was a great find! The lunch specials have generous portions and everything was delicious. The owners are so friendly and give great service. We loved the comfy red booths and pretty lanterns too. We will definitely come back often!

Jenn A.

Yelp
Took 3hrs to get my delivery from the time I ordered. One order was beef chow mein but it had no noodles and the sauce was leaking all over. My other order of sesame chicken was Luke warm and tasted old.

Yelp
My favorite place to eat in the springs. Too tired to cook? Xiangs kitchen. Hungover? Xiang's kitchen eggs drop soup. Sick? Xiangs kitchen. Folks are ALWAYS the sweetest.

Yelp
It's been over 10 years since I've had food from here and although it's not drastically different, it does seem to have gone downhill. Makes me sad. It was a go two for me.
google avatar

Yelp
I came here with my family and a friend because they love this place and it was very good. The noodles and chicken were great 5 stars the lemon chicken not so much. The reason I'm giving this place a 3 star is the hostess/waitress was rude as crap. Throwing things on the table seemed like everything we asked bothered her she took forever to bring the check after we asked. I will Only come here during the day when she's not there.

Peter C.

Yelp
Just made an order, and the restaurant canceled without warning at 30 - 40 minutes. Your service sucks.

Cindy N.

Yelp
Food is delicious! Delivered perfectly to my hotel room. Food was fresh and flavorful, and not super salty. The steamed dumplings are huge!
google avatar

Stephanie U.

Yelp
The food is amazing!! The crab cheese wontons are unlike any I've had before and for amazing price I will always return

Claudia B.

Yelp
Delicious food at a reasonable price. We loved the Basil Shrimp with the perfect amount of spice and the sweet and tangy mango shrimp. We are so excited we found this place and will DEFINITELY be back!!

Yelp
Ok, check this out!! So, ordered through Grubhub. Ordered from here several times before and enjoyed the food. Last time and this time the food was not on par. Today I complained to Grubhub. Even though we threw away all the food because it tasted bad, I only complained about 2 things. Grubhub gave me a $20 credit on a $70 bill and I tipped the driver $5 as well. Fast forward to 5 min later and Xiang's calls me and a very rude lady tells me I have to give the food back!! I said "no ma'am. I've thrown it away". She says "No! You give food back!" What????? "You want me to dig the gross food out of the trash to give it back"? We went back and forth a few times. She confirms that is correct and that her driver will pick it up. Ok! So, we did! Normally, wouldn't do this but was really interested to see how this would turn out! We really did throw it all away. Maybe they thought otherwise, but seeing I've ordered from there so many times and this is the only time I complained....hmmmmmm. So, we got all the containers which had lots of food still and put in a bag and set out front. THEY REALLY CAME AND GOT IT! So, you've lost a great customer over $20 and horrible customer service. Enjoy the food and realizing when see it all that you really were wrong. Wont be supporting this local business anymore.

Yelp
I may be biased because this is my favorite Chinese restaurant, but the food here is phenomenal and I wanted to update and say they are open for dine-in eating since it's hard to tell from the outside. I went last night on a date with my husband and introduced him to my favorite menu item: Chicken with Thai Curry. We also indulged in the Szechuan pork as well which has a rich savory flavor mixed with the smoked bitter taste of charred chilies for extra heat. I recommend ordering fried rice and steamed dumplings as well, or even having the donuts for dessert. Everything was so good I unfortunately forgot to take a picture of the gorgeous presentation. If you haven't been here to sit down for dinner I recommend it.

Roman D.

Yelp
Food is really good, I think it is silly that yelp makes you type a lot of for a review when a place as good as this just needs a few words.
google avatar

Jenn B.

Yelp
I'm not knocking any other menu items, I feel everything else is good, maybe? I asked for chicken lo mien without onions and without oyster sauce. 95%of my meal was onions and rice. Hardly any celery, carrots, or chicken. Baby slivers of each. Just mainly rice and onions. Disappointed. Probably won't order an entree from here anymore. I'm sad because I used to love this place.

Makayla M.

Yelp
Good service, friendly staff, good food, good prices. Had a really nice experience, I loved the virgin pina colada.
google avatar

SK P.

Yelp
Ordered take out and everything was a disappointment. The egg drop soup was oily and goopy as in way too thick and salty. Tofu soup did have fresh vegetables and looked inviting but a strong smell of smoke covered all the food. Every dish did have fresh veggies but just not to our taste.
google avatar

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!This place is ridiculous. My husband ordered online and tipped then went in for pick-up and tipped again only to find out they gave us the wrong order... once we got home and realized, I called and the really RUDE lady said I can stop my dinner with my family and bring it back for what I originally ordered.... um no. Here's what we ordered(receipt) and here's what we got (pic). Don't do it!! Pictured is supposed to be chowma Update: After my previous review last Friday I find that this place double charged me!! I called today (Tuesday) and I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE LADY WHO ANSWERED! I didn't get but 3 words out and she started screaming at me. Before I could even explain the reason for my call she hung up on me!!! Not once but 4 times!!! At one point I asked for the manager and she screamed HE'S IN CHINA!!! I ended up filing a claim with my bank. In total I was charged 98.00!!!!

Yelp
The food was pretty good. We ordered sesame chicken, orange chicken, and pork chow mein. Each entree comes with white or fried rice, so we got some of each. I ordered ahead and I'm glad I did. The lady working the front was not friendly and it felt like we interrupted her from messing around on her phone. The place only had one couple sitting down to eat and the place was dead quiet! The egg rolls were lack luster.

Yelp
Where to start? I was down in the area and craving Chinese food so in I went. They had something pretty cool which was called a single dinner so you could still get a bowl of soup, wonton and egg roll that you would get at lunch but for dinner at a bit higher price, of course. I ordered the chicken chow mein. On the plus side it was a lot of food. The hot and sour soup was pretty much the exact same hot and sour soup you get at any Chinese restaurant. The chicken was moist and tender. On the con side the amount of rice was crazy. The chicken chow mein had a weird smell to it and the crispy noodles were stale. They weren't the typical crispy noodles you get when you order chow mein, they were fried wonton skins. The weird smell made me question what was going on in the kitchen. The cheese wonton tasted typical but cold, and the eggroll simply tasted odd and was stone cold. I couldn't even finish it. This was definitely a takeout/delivery place as there was no one in the restaurant at 6:15 PM, but I know based on my meal tonight I wouldn't come here again.

Yelp
We have tried others recently to see what was out there. It was nice to come back to Xiang's. We live about 1.5 miles from these guys and the delivery is very fast! We ordered sesame beef (usually chicken) and chicken fried rice!! Like I said it got here quick and if I knew I would have ordered appetizers too!! The ONLY reason for the knock was they used to put mung bean sprouts in the fried rice and I didn't have to ask! As good as the food was I will remember to ask for the sprouts and it will be perfect!!! Thanks guys!!

Yelp
It's a small, family owned restaurant with amazing food and a great atmosphere. I love their egg rolls and their chicken lo mein, but I've liked all of their dishes that I've tried. You get a good amount of food for a great price. I often end up with a second meal from the leftovers. I highly recommend

Clyde K.

Yelp
This place is short you on your order. Then to complain trying to get what you paid for the woman who runs him place is very rude . Also the food very poorly made and will make you sick.
google avatar

Sahara F.

Yelp
Tried this place on a whim, and boy was it worth it. Took them only 10 minutes to complete our walk-in order (Crab Cheese Rangoons, Sweet and Sour Chicken, General Tsos Chicken, and rice). The crab cheese rangoons were crunchy and delicious. Sweet N Sour chicken was better than most I've had. And the General Tso's Chicken was my favorite item. If you're looking for a good, and decently priced Chinese food place- this is it!

Yelp
Yesterday we ordered lunch to go from this business. The food was really fresh and good. The customer service was really lovely. They packaged everything really well. Please do not overlook this place. Support local business. They have great affordable lunch specials.

Emily L.

Yelp
Hands down the best Asian food in the Springs! It might look unassuming from the outside but the prices are amazing and the food is so fresh. The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. The atmosphere is well kept and clean. I can't recommend Xiang's Kitchen enough. 5/5
google avatar

Yelp
We have ordered take-out from Xiang's several times. We love their pot stickers. They are always quick and accurate and have never forgotten the condiments. The last time we ordered from there, we were disappointed. The pot stickers were still really good and I would recommend those to anybody. The hot and sour soup was not what I expected. There was a tangy ingredient that did not sit well with neither my partner nor me. I won't be getting that again. I also had an order of happy family with fried rice. I have no complaints about that. Previously I ordered the war wonton soup and that was a little disappointing. It tasted like canned chicken broth with almost raw vegetables. The wontons were fine. The soup just didn't taste like it was all cooked together. I will go back to Xiang's for the pot stickers. And I will probably try another entre but I won't get soup there anymore.

Yelp
Not bad at all. My first impression was that the restaurant was hard to find for someone just looking for a place to eat as it's sort of tucked away in a shopping center away from the street. This leads me to wonder where their traffic comes from. My friends and I came on a late afternoon and the place was empty, which I now realize is the answer to my question. We sat where we liked, and received prompt service. The menus were sticky, but filled with many good looking options. By all accounts the restaurant appeared to be clean otherwise. After ordering a beverage and a good look over the menu, our dining choices were: hot and sour soup, pan pang Thai shrimp and vegetables, and lemon chicken. All of these items came out relatively fast and looked wonderful. However, there was one thing. As another Yelper mentioned, there was some sort of "off" smell to the food. If I had to describe the smell, I might describe it as a canned cat food smell. I know, gross, right? Okay, with that, I'm going to tell you that the food tasted good. Was it the best Chinese food we've ever had? No. It was definitely worth the price and not bad at all. I'd say give it a try and decide for yourself!

Yelp
Although this place is decent, they could work on perfecting the orders before they go out and their sauces. Last night I ordered beef and broccoli w/ extra beef and chicken chow fun: The sauce to the beef and broccoli was watery and when I got home they gave me BEEF chow fun. Called them and they asked me to bring it back so they could make me a new one. I drive all the way back - mind you, I don't live very close by - they give me my chicken chow fun. I checked it before I left and indeed this time it was chicken. BUT NO GRAVY! At this point I'm so irked and hungry that all I wanted to do was go home and eat. I don't even mention it. I just thanked them and drove back home. What the heck guys?

Yelp
A lady from my work order this for us for lunch one day. This food was very tasty and we got a lot of food. I took my husband here last week and he was very surprised on how yummy it was too. We will definitely be back. The orange flavored chicken is my fav
google avatar

Yelp
Unfortunately this is the last time we will visit Xiang's Kitchen. We have been going for two years at least twice a month either dine in or pick up. The service has gone downhill, which I would overlook if the food stayed top notch, but the food has gotten increasingly worse as the months have gone on. On our last visit last week, which was a pick up, everything had a terrible fish odor including dishes like Lemon Chicken. We got pork fried rice and it was so burnt in flavor that we couldn't eat it. Even the sweet and sour sauce tasted off. We won't be back.
google avatar

Susan T.

Yelp
I understand things are harder now with Covid, and my expectations are a bit high, so I'll just say our food was not up to your usual and your prices didn't match the quality. Everything was overcooked and your usual serving of Egg Foo Young was not there. The small two patties for the combination just wasn't worth the $11.99 you charge. I'm sure you will be back up to your usual quality soon. We will be ordering again and give you another chance you so deserve!)

Yelp
After one visit for lunch I'll give Xiang's five stars. I came in on Tuesday around 1230 and it was quiet with about 3 other tables occupied. I ordered the kung pao beef lunch special which came with your choice of soup, i went with egg drop, an egg roll, and cream cheese wonton. The egg drop soup came out within minutes and it was accompanied with some crispy noodle pieces on a separate plate. The soup was pretty good, not watery at all, and a fair share of egg, peas and carrots. Throw in some of the crispy noodles and it was a good appetizer. While I was still working on the soup the main dish came out surprisingly quick. I'll post a picture of the food minus the diet coke I ordered. They served a good portion of entree and fried rice. The kung pao beef was just the right amount of spicy, The egg roll and cream cheese wonton were good too. The lunch special and drink were $8.75,plus a $2 tip, it was a great lunch for a little less than $11. And served quick in a nice sit down type setting.
google avatar

Sarah H.

Yelp
Speedy service!! Only waited about 5 minutes for my carry-out. Kung Pao Chicken was pretty good, although I'll ask for more spice next time. Plenty of chicken and peanuts, and very little water chestnuts and celery which is a big win in regard to Kung Pao Chicken. My husband wasn't crazy about the General Chicken because it was too sweet (and again not spicy enough). I'll give them another shot and update my review later.

Yelp
The food is always fresh and the delivery time is 99% of the time-FAST! Thanks for giving such great service + tasty fresh food! I recommend this restaurant for anyone craving some Chinese food. You should try them at least once!
google avatar

Tessa S.

Yelp
I have eaten at this restaurant in person and delivery for years. It was a family favorite for my parents and has become one for myself and my family as well. Great service, amazing food portions (especially for lunch) and FAST delivery! I have food allergies and have to be careful where I eat and they have always been careful and made sure my food is prepared correctly so I don't have to worry about getting sick. Love this restaurant and will eat here again for many years to come!
google avatar

David L.

Yelp
Prices are comparable to other places around town. Portions are great and the food is delicious. We always try new Chinese places and so far, this is my wife's favorite. Personally, I have been coming here for years. Great food. Love their fried rice, lo mein, mongolian beef, thai fried rice. Staff is friendly, attentive, and the dining area is clean. AND there is TONS of parking.
google avatar

John David M.

Yelp
WOW!!! My partner in crime might've been a little apprehensive (since this was new to her) about venturing in but from her reaction to the food and service, we shall return! The Hot & Sour Soup was nearly perfect! Her Happy Family was ample, and more than satisfying-flavors were balanced but not lost in any one veggie or protein. My Kung Pow Combination receives the same accolades as it was the definition of culinary delight. Ya gotta try this place! Really, I cannot wait to return.

Catheryn M.

Yelp
Most decent Chinese place I've been to in the Springs. Haven't been disappointed yet. Being from San Francisco, CA, that's the best review I can give.
google avatar

Travis S.

Yelp
Quiet little mom and pop place. We have tried several menu items, combo lo mein, general Tsos, sweet and sour chicken and Mongolian beef. All were very delicious, the sweet and sour sauce is perfect. The thing that makes this place stand out are the won-tons. Best I've ever had. Seriously just try them. Wow.

Mellanie B.

Yelp
Went in for the first time. Have to say the hot and sour soup is the best!!!! Ordered Mongolian beef, fried rice and meat egg rolls. Everything was so hot and fresh!! Service was excellent!!! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!!!!
google avatar

Gary S.

Yelp
New to the area, made the mistake of ordering from Jasmine Cafe. got food poisoning. Tonite i ordered from Xiang's Kitchen and had a completely different experience. it was wonderful. only complaint is that the sauce for the egg foo s/b on the side, not dousing the pattys. next time i will order that way.
google avatar

Daisy G.

Yelp
Ordered combination lo mein, sesame chicken and steamed rice to go and ended up with just a box of noodles (no meat), sesame chicken and fried rice. Got all the way home and realized the order was wrong.

Nat M.

Yelp
My first time here. I ordered 2 chicken and broccoli dinners. Fast service, lots of inedible food. Leathery chicken, slimy sauce. Very bad flavor. Even the fried rice was bad. I thought this meal would be an easy one. Wow was I wrong.

Jason D.

Yelp
Order to-go most Sunday evenings on my way back Into town from skiing. Always on point. Fast and fresh. My go to is cashew chicken. Or Beef and broccoli. The cream cheese wontons are good too. I also order the wonton soup and save it for lunch the next day. Drop a packet of ramen noodles in it and BOOM! Excellent! They are so quick, they say it's ready In 10 minutes and it's more like 5. Never disappointed.
google avatar

Amber C.

Yelp
Love love love them!! They've been delivering to our family for quite some time; it was time to shout out to their awesomeness! Very kind, timely deliveries, always love their food. Definitely a great restaurant.
google avatar

Daniel L.

Yelp
Big fan of Xiang's. Great Chinese food, and very friendly staff. Love the wonton soup and the pot stickers. This is my go to comfort Chinese food in the Springs. I usually order pickup, but have done delivery before. Delivery was quick and the driver was very friendly.

Yelp
Found my favorite chinese place on the east side. Lunch was great. Hunan chicken was steaming fresh and spicy like it should be. Hot an sour soup was excellent And holy shiz the Thai basil beef is amazing!!!!! Price is right on point. Owner/waitress is super sweet too Will definitely return as this is my favorite place in the springs and i will drive all across town for here!
