The Best Boba in Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley | Eater LA

"Xing Fu Tang, which translates to “happiness realm” in Mandarin, hails from Taiwan and has shops all over the world. Lines are long, but the made-to-order boba is quite the show. The boba is stir-fried in brown sugar in a wok in an open kitchen. The staff is constantly rolling out tapioca starch and making boba balls from scratch. The signature brown sugar boba milk consists of freshly caramelized brown sugar boba made in-house with organic milk and creamy milk foam, topped with brown sugar that is torched like a creme brulee. Xing Fu Tang serves several other drinks, including dalgona coffee boba milk, strawberry pearl milk tea, grapefruit green tea, rose tea with lime, two kinds of soft serve ice cream, and even a boba milk topped with gold foil." - Kristie Hang

Google
BEST BOBA IN SGV I had been looking for a reliably great boba shop in my area for literally years. One day I’m at the Doctor’s office and the predominantly local staff there were all drinking boba from this spot. I memorized the name, threw it into google and EUREKA I found the best boba in our area. Stuff to love: Friendly staff - really nice workers that make it easy to return. They remember your orders and whip up the drinks super fast! HAND MADE BOBA: I’ve been drinking boba for over a decade now and have NEVER been to a spot where they make the boba right in front of you. And it’s not just a spectacle, these are the best tapioca pearls I’ve ever tried. Beautiful location - I think it used to be a bank building. Lots of natural light and a shaded seating area outside. Plenty of parking - their lot can be tricky to navigate your first time but is a godsend for quick in and out trips

Google
Ordered 2 Brown Sugar Boba Milks ($15.55), which has a cheese cream on top which caught me off guard. I like the vibe inside, you can see them prepping your drink and it gives "luxury" boba. I was not a huge fan of the drink I ordered, but I would go back to try something new. Tempted to try the Fruit Teas next!!

Many years back, this location used to be a car retailer. Then they turned into some restaurants. Now, it’s a Xing Fu Tang. I never actually heard of this boba company before they opened up here, but it’s some luxury boba brand from Taiwan. I’d been passing by for a long time. Finally, I came in today to try it since I know they have the brown sugar boba milk drink. The boba was still hot when I got it, which was odd. It blended in quickly with the other cold stuff, though. Additionally, brown sugar flavor was definitely there throughout the drink, unlike other places where you take two sips and it vanishes to become milky boba. I believe they add a layer of cream cheese on the top. It was similar in prices to other boba shops in SGV, so not too bad. Overall, I was happy with my drink and I grew up on TenRen in LA; this place wasn’t as sweet, which says a lot. I’d come back!

Google
We ordered a hot boba, and when receiving it felt a little light so we opened it and saw that it was 3/4 full. Kinda irritating, and the worker barely put any boba in (maybe 15 balls). We’ve been before and never had an issue.

Google
Boba-liciousness in a cup. I love the fresh tasting boba that comes naturally each drink. We tried it once and I thought maybe it was a one time experience but the 2nd time was just as good! The environment is bright, clean and welcoming with a nice parking lot to pull in and out. They offer variations of less than 20 items (you can modify each one) which makes it easy for them to specialize and focus on what they do which is cost you make brown sugar boba. The big wok that someone is constantly stirring is visible while you order so you can see you drink being made! Glad I gave this place a try. It deserves a return trip!

Google
I loved that they make their own boba and serve it in front of you. I got the herbal boba milk tea and frizz drink that appears to taste like Sprite. For $7 each drink the quality wasn’t as amazing as expected and let me tell you the size of the drink was a total turn off. This is my second time here and I don’t recommend.

Google
They use fresh boba which is pretty awesome and also don't put any added sugar into their drinks. But they're quite expensive... Almost $8 for one boba drink

Google
Let me start with the bad not enough lighting kind of Dim so it feel’s gloomy and staff wasn’t that very welcoming the atmosphere I really wasn’t feeling it who knows how it feels during the daytime, other than that the place was clean and organize now let’s get to the drinks. 1.Brown Sugar Boba Milk: super delicious it kind tastes like Flan 🍮 or subtle taste of Butterscotch candy others say different but the brown sugar boba is really hands down better than any boba that I have tried as texture. 2.Strawberry Boba Milk: was really delicious creamy with the sweetness of strawberry with the great company of a good texture boba, springy, soft and yummy 😋. 3.Matcha Strawberry Boba Milk: I don’t like Matcha but this one was good so if you a matcha lover this would be it for you.👍 4.Dalgona Coffee Boba Milk: not a Coffee drinker but it tastes like pretty strong coffee but pleasant really good with right perfect size springy boba 🧋. I spent +$30 in four drink all large size and I’ll come back hopefully they fix those issues I mention above.

Yelp
After our lunch, we walked over to Xing Fu Tang for a drink. Ordered jasmine tea with honeycomb. The drink came out quickly. It perfectly made. Not too sweet and quite refreshing. It's in the early afternoon so there were not many customers. We got to check out the decor, it's casual and fun. We saw a cute fortune telling stick game.

Yelp
This location has hot air trapped inside and is a bit uncomfortable. The staff takes your order and prepares your drink. The night I visited they only prepared one customers order at a time. Mango Boba Milk- 10/10 Refreshing and tasty. Brown Sugar Boba Milk- 9/10 The brown sugar syrup is very sweet.

Yelp
Get ready for hand-crafted boba at Xing Fu Tang. Upon arrival you will notice an open kitchen concept where boba pearls are freshly hand-made. All beverages are made to order so it will be worth the wait. Their signature product is the Brown Sugar Boba Milk, which has brown sugar boba made in-house, creamy milk foam, and topped with brown sugar that is torched like crème brûlée. This is good, but I definitely love their strawberry or mango milk 100 times more! Whatever, you decide to choose the star is definitely the handmade boba. You will notice the difference and be in love at first sip. Enjoy!

Yelp
My go to spot if I'm in the area. I cannot recommend this place enough. The Boba is divine. And the customer service is always great 10 out of 10.

Yelp
Oh no, what happened? There's such a big difference between Xing Fu Tang when they first opened and now. The inconsistency is seriously disappointing. Over the years, the taste has definitely taken a hit. My last visit was a total letdown--the boba was way too soft, it tasted like all milk and no tea, and the options were slim pickings since they were out of so many things. Really sad, because I used to love Xing Fu Tang!

Yelp
Stopped by for their Happy Hour special, buy 1 drink and get 1 drink 50% off. It is available Monday-Friday from 4-6 pm. We ordered the Brown Sugar Boba Milk & Oolong Boba Milk Tea. Both drinks were very delicious and boba were made to perfection. They weren't hard, too chewy, or too sweet, it tasted just right. Service was quick and pretty good. It wasn't busy when we arrived which is great. They got rid of the Peanuts/Snoopy decor outside, but still have the Snoopy special drink. Their drinks are more on the pricey side and it's a smaller cup (even for the larger size). That's the only con about this place.
google avatar

Raymond V.

Yelp
Boba itself was fantastically made. It was soft and a little chewy and nutty. The brown sugar syrup was made quite well, too. The milk tea itself wasn't that amazing though. The matcha was a little too watery, too. The dalgona, meanwhile, was great! Strong coffee flavor balanced with an extremely creamy top. All in all, not too bad but not great either. Cute spot, service attentive.

Yelp
Xing Fu Tang drink's are okay, but their boba excels. The hot and freshly made boba is the highlight, unfortunately it feels like the drinks and teas themselves take a back seat. This is still a great boba place, but it does take quite a bit of time to get your drink and the atmosphere feels kind of weird, the building has such weirdly tall ceilings that it's kind of like a liminal space.

Yelp
Really don't want to give them another bad review, but the Matcha Strawberry Boba Milk was pretty bad. Took a few sips and toss the rest. The matcha tasted like one of the sweetened matcha powder I've gotten from a Japanese market. It was fine at first especially when it's fresh, but after keeping it for a while, the quality changes. The taste changes dramatically (kinda gross). That is what XFT's matcha drink reminded me of. Unfortunately, it's probably one of the worst (if not the worst) matcha drink I've ever had. Previously, I wrote a bad review, but removed it because I didn't want to affect their business, but this drink is just not good. What a wasted of $7.71. On the flip side, I still like their Brown Sugar Boba Milk. Service was fine the last two times I went in and the wait time is great now. No one in front of me and the drinks were made relatively fast compared to before.

Yelp
A true gem along the strip of Valley Blvd of 626's perhaps most legendary Chinese food street, there's perhaps no better treat than a tall cup of their iconic brown sugar milk tea drinks. The boba itself is of amazing quality, perhaps given its nascent nature of being made completely in-house (to the amusement of onlookers). Any day is made brighter with a cup of this boba, and I urge anyone and everyone in town to give it a try even once.

Yelp
I've been coming here since they first opened, back when the lines were so long you'd think they were giving away gold-plated boba. But hey, that's how it goes when a new spot hits the scene. There was quite the buzz about this Taiwanese boba place and their fresh, made-from-scratch boba. I have to admit, watching them whip up the mango, strawberry, and traditional boba in-house is pretty mesmerizing. The open space where you can see everything being made in real-time is a nice touch. The place itself is great: high ceilings, plenty of parking, and an outdoor area where you can sip your boba and catch up with friends. I'm a fan of their dalgona coffee boba, especially with the warm, brown sugar boba at the bottom of the cup. However, I wish the dalgona coffee had a bit more punch--less sweet, more robust. Sometimes I wonder if they're afraid of us actually tasting the coffee. My daughter, on the other hand, is obsessed with the mango drink. They also roll out seasonal flavors that are a nice, refreshing change of pace. It remains a favorite spot of ours, especially now that the lines and wait times have mellowed out.

Yelp
So many milk tea businesses claim to be Taiwan No 1 and Xing Fu Tang is one of them. After lunch, my boyfriend and I were looking for a milk tea boba spot for dessert, and our actual number one pick had a long line, so we decided to come here instead since it was convenient. There was other customers there so they seem to have steady enough business to sustain the fresh squishy boba, but I was relieved to see that there were no long lines. My boyfriend and I both got their A1. Brown Sugar Boba Milk ($7.05/regular each). So the gimmick here is that they have these fortune sticks you can pick from to distract you while they make your drinks. Sadly for me the first fortune stick I picked up correlated to an empty box. I picked another one, but the feeling wasn't the same. I didn't feel like that second one was meant for me the way I was initially excited. When the drinks came out, they were definitely on the sweet side. What I like best about Xing Fu Tang is their fresh soft squishy boba, but they are definitely overpriced. This place is definitely meant for take-out only cause there are no tables and chairs to enjoy your drinks. I would come back if we were already in the area and it was convenient, and there were no other options, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

Yelp
I went to Xing Fu Tang a lot in New York and loved their handmade boba. When I saw that there was a location in Alhambra, I had to make the drive out to try it. I went in the evening so it wasn't a long wait and the free parking lot was huge so I got vip parking. The staff was pretty helpful in answering any questions. I ordered the Matcha with Strawberry Boba, which was my go-to drink in the past. I was disappointed with the boba because normally you would taste this fresh strawberry flavor, but it didn't really taste like anything and was mushy. The matcha felt pretty watered down too. The handmade boba part is supposed to be the highlight. I don't feel like it compares to the original locations. The location is pretty big but not the type of place I'd hang out in.

Yelp
we tried this place on a friday night and there was no line and plenty of parking. there are a couple tables outside for sitting. the drinks were just okay. a little sweet. the boba had a good texture and it's has a good flavor since they cook it in a caldron brown sugar. the drinks are a bit expensive for the size of the drink. we paid about $8 per drink for the small.

Yelp
We stopped by this boba shop late at night after a wedding, and even though it was late, there were still people in line. My best friend and her husband rave about this place, calling it the best boba ever, so I had high expectations. SERVICE - The service was great--the girl who took our order was kind and efficient. DRINK - We ordered the brown sugar milk with boba, but honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The drink itself was overly sweet, like drinking pure sugar. The real letdown, though, was the boba. The texture was crumbly with no chew or bite, which is a big deal for me. Given all the hype, I expected much more. I would definitely choose other boba spots before coming back here.

Yelp
I always seen the sign that said Taiwan No.1 when I drive past this place and I was curious. I ordered the boba milk tea with boba and my mom ordered the taro boba milk tea. The taste of the milk tea isn't anything special but I like how warm and chewy the boba was. It's also pretty pricey for the size of their drinks, my drink was $7 and the cup was pretty small. The store is pretty clean and staff are friendly. There's a little fortune area where you pick up a random stick and match the number to the box to find out your fortune. Overall I'll give this place a 3.5.

Yelp
It's cool that they make their own boba but the kids were not digging the taste. Son got the Oreo cookie boba and it was too liquid-y. Daughter got the Curacao soda with giant homemade jellies she said it just tasted like sprite nothing wow but a $6. Sprite that is colored blue. Niece got the matcha strawberry said it was ok. SIL got the strawberry boba milk. It was good not bad at all which was one of the two good ones we got. I got the brown sugar milk boba. That was good especially when you mix it up. The boba tasted and texture was way better than the other regular boba time or other boba places so that's a plus. Workers are friendly. Place is clean and neat. would I go back maybe. But they do have a punch card which is cool. Parking is in their lot.

Yelp
I was in Taiwan last week and I had a chance to try Xing Fu Tang in Jioufen. I ordered the same drink I got in Taiwan to compare if it's true to the original. Brown Sugar Boba Milk is their "Best Sale" Flagship Beverage in Taiwan and that's what I got over there. I think the drink over here is definitely sweeter because I don't remember the Taiwan's boba version being this sweet, or rather they don't do honey boba over there. I would say I like the drink here more than in Taiwan because I'm more accustomed to a sweeter boba drink. Although the size of the drink in Taiwan was larger and cheaper than over here, Brown Sugar Boba Milk tasted very close to it's origin, just sweeter :) @tableformin

Yelp
I have to say this place makes pretty good darn boba drinks. I am a NON BOBA DRINKER but I can appreciate a well made milk tea and soft freshly made boba. I have learned to not modify the original recipes too much because then it tastes awful and we blame it on the store. I would keep it 100% or the next level down on sugar at most. The only downside is the price, each drink would added toppings can be upwards of $10 per cup. Definitely a once in a while type of place.
google avatar

Thuan H.

Yelp
This brand is the ONLY boba place that does not give me acid reflux from their milk and freshly made boba!! I've tried a fair number of boba shops but their milk tea all gave me digestive problems except Xin Fu Tang. This is the only place I would go to for high quality and fresh boba, please never close it. I'm so sad that the Rowland Heights location has been closed since it's closer to home :(
google avatar

Kenneth C.

Yelp
The drinks here are good but not the best I've had. I usually just go with the Brown Sugar Boba Milk. The service is awesome though with them having the glass window and see your drink being made. The inside is clean and modern as well. Overall great experience.

Yelp
Xing Fu Tang is a must-visit for boba lovers! Their brown sugar boba is perfectly sweet with a rich, caramel-like flavor, and the chewy tapioca pearls are always fresh and warm. The drinks are made with care, and you can really taste the quality. The atmosphere is cute and inviting, making it a great spot to grab a refreshing drink. If you're a fan of boba, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend the brown sugar boba milk!

Yelp
My first time trying Xing Fu Tang, I was not expecting to have such a negative experience. Ambiance: -Very roomy, theres lots of space to wait for your drink, and seems well organized. They have a pretty small menu and large screens that show the way they make their boba, pretty impressive!! Service: -TERRIBLE!! It was my first time and I obviously had lots of questions and the cashier was very rude. We came 20 minutes before they closed so im not sure why even then she was being very rude. She didnt greet us and looked up at us as if we were taking up time. When I was browsing the menu and finally found a drink she was already walking away ?? She was replying to my questions with broad serious answers in a very upset tone and when we paid she just walked away? She was not friendly, not welcoming, and very hostile. However I do appreciate the other employee (in all white) who prepared our drinks she was very sweet and polite. Beverages: DELICIOUS BOBA! The drinks are very pricey the cup sizes are maybe 10oz ? For $7-8 dollars. The boba was the only truthful part of both drinks. The brown sugar milk tea tasted just like milk with a tiny hint of brown sugar but a very tiny hint. The strawberry milk just tasted like plain water. For the price of both drinks and popularity of the company I expected to be wowed. I am open to coming back because the boba itself was absolutely tasty, however I will definitely choose something else lol!
google avatar

Gabe L.

Yelp
The #1 is the king here. I don't know how they make it so creamy and malt like, and the texture and flavor of the boba is always perfect. We do think it's too much so we tend to order less boba to get more milky goodness. My wife is partial to the mango boba, it doesn't need any additional sweetness. Service is fast here and they've always been friendly. There are seats in a small patio but we mostly take it to go.
google avatar

Jennie N.

Yelp
I'm back, and yet again, in the midst of a SWELTERING heat wave (triple digits) the air conditioner is off. I'm writing this while standing in one spot, waiting for my drink, and I'm sweating profusely. I cannot imagine the employees walking around hot boba and being comfortable. Quite frankly, I feel like a dog left panting and forgotten in a car. Surprisingly, the service here was still very speedy and the employees were pleasant, even as they much be extremely hot. Management - do better and turn on the AC / get window tinting so it's not so hot inside. Pro-tip: they've currently got a BOGO 50% Monday thru Friday from 4-6pm
google avatar

Yelp
We come here specifically for the fresh and chewy boba pearls! If you want quality boba pearls, this is it. I stopped by on a Thursday night and it wasn't busy at all. Perfect to drop in quickly and go. There isn't any seating so it's not really a place to meet up with friends. They do have a small parking lot outside so it makes it easy. They keep their menu simple and so far everything I've tried has been delicious! The milk teas are creamy and sugar level can be adjusted.

Yelp
Haiku: Xing Fu Tang Freshly made boba The store smells like brown sugar Boba sweet and soft. --- Tip: Free size upgrade with a Yelp check in. I was drawn to this store because of their freshly made boba and their various flavors (brown sugar, strawberry and mango). We ordered the Matcha Strawberry Boba and Mango Boba Milk. The taste of the drink and boba flavors were delicious. The only downside was the boba size. My strawberry boba seemed to be a little bit too big because it kept getting stuck in my boba straw. It made for a very annoying drinking experience because I had to keep getting the boba unstuck from inside the straw. However, the mango boba seemed to be fine in size. Their menu seems to change often. I wanted to try their Ube Taro Boba drink (bc of a Bon Appetit video) but it wasn't shown on their menu. I like that this is a stand alone store with it's own private lot. Made for an easy parking experience.

Yelp
This is my regular place to get indulged by sweet treats. Good quality milk tea, especially the boba. Service is fast and the environment is relaxing.
google avatar

Tony Y.

Yelp
The boba is the highlight here and you would be doing yourself a disservice by not getting any. I will say that the prices are typically high for something you can pay cheaper elsewhere. Drinks are pretty small too. Drinks came out relatively quick but there wasn't much of a line. Location was tucked on the corner, so there was an entrance on valley and new.

Fanny Z.

Yelp
I heard great things about this place especially people waiting long lines in the New York location and my coworker said she really liked it as well from this location but I was a bit let down. It was probably due to my high expectations that it was would something different but honestly wasn't anything special compared to the many boba places in the area. I do like that they have fresh made boba in-house and you can see the them making them. I got the brown sugar boba milk and my friend got the oolong boba milk tea. For the brown sugar boba milk, you have to stir very well to fully mix the brown sugar. Mix more than what they say because it was not enough for me. The boba was chewy and tasted good but would probably get it less sweet if I were to ever come back as it was too sweet from the brown sugar. Overall, it's an ok spot but not something I'd go for again due the limited milk tea options. They have a gold foil milk tea but that's too expensive and too gimmicky for me. They have a parking lot but the day I came there wasn't any space so we parked in the lot next door.
google avatar

Alejandro F.

Yelp
I went for the Brown Sugar Boba Milk - A1 Truly in a class of it's own. Having freshly made boba sitting at the bottom of the cup (it's warm) and the milk tea on top of it (cold) and stirring the cup provides an experience unlike no other boba drink I've had so far. The store is super clean, tidy, awesome ambiance. Service is great too. Can't complain. It was my first time trying boba milk tea with freshly made boba and I think it's similar to having had nothing but instant noodles and thinking that's actual ramen, and then going to an actual ramen shop and having a bowl of tonkotsu ramen. It truly opens up your mind to a new realm of flavor and enjoyment. 5/5. Will definitely be back.
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
Super friendly staff and patient and helpful the bobs release honestly one of the softest bobas I've had in a long time probably the best I've had in the area in a long time not too crowded for a Saturday night but pretty tasty drink on a hot day
google avatar

Yelp
Got their boba milk tea & the flavor did reminds me of the boba milk tea that I got from Taiwan. They are known for their brown sugar boba so I highly recommend them. Price for the drinks are on the pricier side. However, they have weekday happy hour from 2-6pm (buy one get one 50% off). There are plenty of parking spots since they have their own parking lot.
google avatar

Mrs. J K.

Yelp
Friendly staffs, quiet corner, bright and clean with pop music playing, did wish was Taiwanese pop though. We have boba milk tea ( sweet and warm boba), mango green tea (white boba, first time for me), and boba strawberry milk tea ( thumbs up from kiddo). They have a little fortune telling box with tiny drawers of cute answers responding to your questions/uncertainty. It was fun! It's average pricing in August 2024, hard to find bargain tasty boba drink.
google avatar

Tony Y.

Yelp
The boba here is lightly sweetened with a consistent springy, chewiness. Best of all, it's made right in front of your eyes! It just needs a little more flavor and it would be perfect! I ordered the brown sugar milk drink and dalgona coffee milk drink and asked for 50% sweetness but was told the sweetness was fixed for the drinks. The woman that took my order wasn't too nice about it. The drinks weren't bad though, but I probably wouldn't order the dalgano again. There are some tables outside but there's no WiFi. They have their own parking lot and it's free.
google avatar

Jennie D.

Yelp
Got a matcha milk with strawberry boba here. I would not order it again. Very mild matcha taste but also very grainy. The strawberry boba or the matcha was possibly made right after I ordered it. It warmed my drink up too fast and melted all the ice after 10 minutes. The strawberry boba ended up stuck together and hard to drink so I use my straw to break them up.

Yelp
Yum x10000. Thank you to the girl who helped me, she was very patient and helpful when I asked for the wifi and took a look at the menu. I do wish they had more indoor seating, but pretty good for my first visit. I love matcha with strawberry flavor, and have never had strawberry boba before! So cool. Very unique and great tasting. I got mine with lactaid milk, but they also have oat milk as alternatives. Thank you for a great first visit!

Yelp
An absolute gem in the SGV. Awesome ambiance. Friendly service. And great drink selection. The shop is wide open to see all the goodness on display. They have a very cozy shaded outdoor patio area for you to enjoy your beverage. Do your friends and family a favor and bring them here for a chill day or evening out. Cheers.
google avatar

Wendy X.

Yelp
The boba here is delicious!! Perfectly chewy, sweet, and fresh. However, the rest of the drink doesn't quite live up to expectations. The flavor lacks depth and feels a bit one-dimensional, almost like just sweet milk.
google avatar

Sidney O.

Yelp
The reason I'd come back is for the boba itself. It's so fresh and soft (for both the brown sugar and the strawberry/mango boba). Mango green tea wasn't too sweet relative to the brown sugar. I'd personally like it even less sweet for the mango green tea but the drink was still good. Brown sugar boba is a classic and definitely with satisfy your craving if that's what your looking for. The store was clean and staff were easy going. It was pretty cool to also get a free fortune from the box against the wall! Price is on the higher end for boba but it's good quality boba. I just can't get it too often or my A1C will be thru the roof

Yelp
Love boba. My husband ordered some boba for the family via online for pick up on a Saturday so wait time was 1 hour. Easy pick up, boba was fresh, chewy and unique. Enjoyed both of our drinks. It was fun and yummy.

Yelp
The videos of the fresh handmade boba from Xing Fu Tang on Instagram definitely caught my attention! We went 15 mins out of our way just to stop by here. Luckily there was no line and I liked that they had their own parking lot, so we didn't need to worry about street parking. There were so many yummy choices on the menu but we definitely needed something with the boba, so my husband picked the Gold Foil Boba Milk. It's $14, obviously because of the gold foil, but looks pretty cool! It's great for the pic but would not need to get it again...even without the gold, the drink itself was actually on the less sweet side. I was expecting a lot sweeter because of the brown sugar drizzle! For my choice, I picked a seasonal one, Strawberry Yogurt Green Tea, because I wanted to have something that would go well with the strawberry boba. It was very refreshing from the yakult. This drink on the other hand was much sweeter, maybe from the strawberry boba. But it was delicious! The menu doesn't have quite as much variety but that's how you know they're focusing on quality. I'm surprised that they had so many milk/non caffeine drinks on the menu, wish they had more milk tea or caffeinated options! The service was great. They must be very used to having people take photos of their drinks because once ours were ready, the guy said "your gold foil drink is ready if you'd like to take a photo." When I took photos he asked me if I'd like him to move the trash can for my picture hahaha. Overall great drinks, but wasn't anything super unique that I couldn't get elsewhere. I'm glad we tried it just to say we did though!

Yelp
Best and the most fresh boba you can find. Staff are super nice and it's a cute small spot. The price is honestly really good for how fresh the boba pearls are. You also cant go wring with their brown sugar boba, so nice and creamy.

Yelp
You can't beat the homemade boba here soaked in a fragrant brown sugar! The drinks are very high quality, with the tea having actual concentrated tea flavor. The oolong was fragrant and the dalgona coffee boba milk is also very delicious if you're looking for a coffee drink! The place has high ceilings and there were no lines on the weekend when we went.

Yelp
When your tattoo matches the boba tea shop, you know it's a match made in heaven! Hands down my go-to Boba Milk Tea spot. There is never any wait, as I take advantage of their online ordering, and their boba is consistently flawless and the right chewy consistency and taste. For those who want to enjoy their drink immediately, there is a covered outdoor patio with plenty of seats/space. Overall, a very clean and modern shop with reliably tasty pick me ups

Yelp
After hearing about Xing Fu Tang's open kitchen concept with fresh, hand-crafted boba, I had to try it for myself. I tried the boba milk tea and got a free size upgrade with my Yelp check-in. It was pretty cool to watch the boba being made right in front of me. As expected, the boba was some of the best that I've ever had. It had the perfect chew to it and tasted very fresh with a nice brown sugar flavor. I enjoyed the milk tea as well. The service was good, but nothing to write home about. Although the boba was delicious, I thought the drinks were incredibly expensive. I'm glad that I tried it, but can't say that I'll be coming back often considering that it's $7 for a small.

Yelp
Hard to find parking in this plaza some times but love the convenient location of XFT. Always good boba and fast service. They also have a stamp card program!
