The store is clean and have space but there are few table. It brings different setting of bubble tea compared to other brand. We can see the actual and warm cooked pearls (bobas) all the time. Yet, the bobas are still on mushy side. The cup size is small for the money value. The interior decor is interesting. Ice-cream boba is good.

We did not know how famous this brand is but their signature drink did not disappointed us. You can see they making brown sugar bubble in front of you. Staff is nice, store is brand new and clean. We love their Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Milk, milk is fresh and the bubbles (pearl) is perfect cook. You can pay by credit cards here. We will come back for sure even though I’m the one most of the time try to stay away from milk tea.

This place has the best bubble tea I tried in Montreal so far! It’s so fresh. The bobas are made in front of you and are put meticulously into every cup. I got the signature pearl milk tea. So good! The staff is nice, the decorations are nice, and the place has fun art Pieces and a fortune game that entertained us until the drinks were ready. I would definitely recommend this place

New bubble tea place in town…I tried their Brown sugar pearl milk and it was simply excellent! I’ve tried different places of brown sugar boba milk and this one is definitely one of the best, if not the best. The pearls are soft and soo fresh. You can feel that they are hand made. You can either choose cold or hot drink. I took the cold one because I don’t like drinking a bubble tea hot( my preference). I will sure be back to try another flavour next time. One of the best place for bubble teas in town! I recommend +++

For boba (pearls) lover, you’re in for a treat! This brand comes from Taiwan and their brown sugar pearls are the best!!!! It is just enough of sweet, chewy. It is freshly made in store, and cooked! Pricing is acceptable for bubble tea. For lactose intolerant crowd (me 🙋🏻‍♀️), they have alternative choices such as Brown sugar oat milk latte. Must try!

→ For us, Xingfutang has the best brown sugar tapioca pearls in MTL. The pearls are fresh, soft and chewy since they are always stir-fried well in front of us before serving. Our favorite one is the signature brown sugar pearl milk, which has never let us down. The cheese brûlée on top adds a richer and creamier taste to the drink. We wanna try other drinks from the menu besides that signature one, but we always order it whenever we've been to the store. 😂😂 For the soft serve series, we've tried the milk tea soft serve with brown sugar pearl. Although it's a bit pricey, it's definitely awesome and worth trying. → The store is bright, clean and well-decorated with some wall paintings. The staffs are always nice and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Well the host was so unpleasant when we were ordering. We clearly heard the sound when he put empty plastic cups on the table. No one called us when the tea is ready. They gave us two normal size but we ordered one larger size and one normal. They even didn’t apologize to us after we point it out ! I don’t known why we were treated like this,maybe just because we were speaking mandarin? We ordered mango smoothies and passion fruit tea. The mango was not fresh at all and the texture of jelly was too soft. They may have perfect pearls, but don’t go in if you want to be respected.

I must say, I was impressed by this place! It was my first time trying a handcrafted tapioca in my bubble tea and the taste was great. My choice was their coffee and coconut drink, which was tasty. Although I must admit, the texture of the coconut jelly wasn't quite to my liking.

Nice boba place on Sainte-Catherine Street in Montreal. The menu has some categories (maybe around 5) and there's about 5-8 different drinks in each category. I wanted something that was decaffeinated but unfortunately there wasn't any so if you don't handle caffeine well, I would look elsewhere. Ordered the grapefruit green tea and the presentation was really nice. Slices of grapefruit circled the interior sides of the drink. Drinking it was nice and tart and really refreshing. Would be interested in trying their other drinks if I do go back a second time.

Just like in Taiwan, they make their own toppings and cook the brown sugar tapioca pearls in front of you. The pearls are perfectly chewy and sweet. I also tried the coconut pudding and the coffee jelly and they were both delicious. As for the tea, the matcha was extremely sweet even though I asked for no sugar. The black tea in the brown sugar black milk tea was good but not strong enough. The dalgona coffee was great. The service was a bit slow but the staff were very nice.

Fantastic brown sugar milk tea. They keep their brown sugar boba in a wok at 300 degrees, which means it comes out warm AND soft. You can't opt for less sugar since the sugar is in the boba, but the sweetness is still manageable. The milk tea is quite good, but I think the boba rally carries the drink.

Order the coffee slush!! I normally don't order slush drinks/smoothies but decided to give it a try, plus the place was empty. Not only does this place offer soy/oat milk alternatives, but their boba is fresh and kept warm on a stove. The drink was delicious (although only offered in a large size) and was able to also get a fortune from their fortune wall in the meantime. Highly recommend this place!!

Very Neat, minimal interior.Quick Service. I got my fav go to Jasmine Green Milk Tea. Was a bit less strong since I ask for less sugar the tea levels get changed.

I was intrigued by the brown sugar boba pearls that they make in house which looked super good! I got the brown sugar boba and let me tell you, it was such a disappointment. It tasted like milk , it had no flavour at all .. I have this a 1 star because of the service .. the service was just terrible .. the girls working there were just talking and talking and the line was so long.. it took them so long to make our drinks because they were busy chitchatting

So it was my last day in Montréal and I was craving boba right before my flight back to Miami. Hopped on Yelp and found this spot that was nearby to where I was eating lunch. From what I can tell, the owner seemed like she was Taiwanese so I figured it had to be authentic. I ordered the classic milk tea boba and to my surprise, the boba could've tasted better. Even after watching the entire mixing process while I waited for my drink, the boba was a 5/10 in my opinion. The girls working at the cashier seemed like they were on their first day or something. The cashier register had to be restarted, they couldn't figure out how to input my order into the system, and no one greeted me once I walked in the door. The place looks pretty new so I'll cut them some slack. I am not familiar with the area so I can't say how it fairs to its competitors but the boba was okay. I would give this place another shot on my next visit.

Just walked 30m to get here. Spent $30 on bobba for my group and they refused to give us a cup of water without a separate transaction ... pretty lame for an establishment selling $9 drinks. If it wasn't too late I'd 100 percent take my business somewhere else. The drinks are good, but so it ever other bobba place around. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that shows some compassion

One of the best bubble teas I've had. The boba pearls are made fresh daily. The milk tea is not too sweet and the brown sugar from the pearls adds just enough sweetness to the drink.

Their dolgona coffee is amazing! A bit sweet towards the end because you get all the syrup from the bottom but delicious
