I am a big fan of Guo Tie(Baked dumpling) from when I was living in Taiwan. After I moved to US, I haven't eaten Guo Tie for a long time. But finally I had a real Guo Tie!! I ordered 10 Guo Ties(Curry flavor) for to go. It's very juicy and yummy! So satisfied.

These dumplings are absolutely delicious! The wrapper is perfectly chewy, and the filling is juicy and flavorful. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Dip them in the special sauce, and they become totally irresistible!

First time trying these dumplings. Very very good and it’s my go to place now. Thank you for the experience! I recommend the Signature dumplings

These were hands down the best dumplings I’ve ever had—so flavorful and delicious that they didn’t even need any sauce! I drove two hours from Floresville, and it was absolutely worth the trip. If you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend making the drive—you won’t be disappointed!

Google
Horrible. Tastes like they heated up frozen food in an industrial microwave. Note that this is not an actual restaurant - it’s a brand that operates out of one of those ghost kitchens. The AI slop branding is a giveaway.

I didn't get the chance to stop in, but they brought dumpling samples to my work building and they were delicious!! The pork and chicken ones are both really good, and the spicy sauce is a must. I have to try the shroom dumpling when I get the chance to go!

Just stopped by for a quick bite and ended up finding some amazing dumplings! The skin was perfectly crispy and the filling was super juicy. Definitely coming back for more.

XuXu’s Dumplings is a hidden gem and easily one of the best bang-for-your-buck spots in Austin—something that’s rare to find these days! The food is not only delicious but also feels fresh and light. I left feeling energized rather than sluggish, which speaks to the quality of ingredients. I ordered the curry pork, signature potstickers, and the chicken empanada—each bite was packed with flavor. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Yelp
The dumplings are amazing just like I remember in Taipei! After I moved to US, I haven't eaten Guo Tie for a long time. But finally I had a real Guo Tie!! I ordered 10 Guo Ties(Curry flavor) for to go. It's very juicy and yummy!

Yelp
Located in a cloud kitchen and sharing a space with a bunch of other restaurants, Xu Xu's is a great option for getting some takeout or if you're planning to just enjoy a quick meal at one of their few tables. I feel like you will have an easier time if you come here already knowing what you want, just because there are so many different restaurants serviced by this one kitchen. On the other hand, this is a great spot to visit over and over again and be able to try a variety of cuisines. I got the Lo Ba Bung meal (braised pork on rice) and it was so worth! Honestly, the whole of Xu Xu's menu is pretty cheap. The braised pork is so tender, and the rice throughout is flavorful and moist. It is on the oilier side though. And the guo tie was delicious! I was a bigger fan of the signature over the curry, but they were both really good!

Yelp
Dumplings are a dime a dozen, or so you'd think. Finding great dumplings is harder than it seems, so I jumped at the chance to check out newcomer Xu Xu's Dumplings, stationed at 5610 Food Co, aka the ghost kitchen right off I-35, so that's a bummer. The location sucks but at least there's parking. All you can get are dumplings, and for plant eaters like me, only mushroom dumplings. No matter: they're excellent and don't leave me wanting for more. Better yet, you can buy them two at a time, for just $1 a piece, easy to budget for small or large cravings. These are boxy Taiwanese-style pot stickers with a genuine sear on the bottom. Their chewy skins give way to a juicy, umami filling with notes of ginger, garlic, and white pepper; classic, understated, and effective. Definitely spring for some hot chili oil for dipping and you'll have yourself a solid little snack.

Yelp
Dumplings were fine. I liked my pork belly bowl. Surprisingly, the mango cake was the best thing I ate.

Yelp
My first time ever going to a ghost kitchen. It was really cool and this place had a wide selection of restaurants. Xu Xu Dumplings was on my list and I'm glad I got to try it! I got the Lo Ba Bung and it was yummy! The two dumplings were the signature Guo Tie and they were pretty solid. The portion size was smaller than I thought, but it does fill you up. The rice was flavorful with the sauce from the braised pork. The price was not bad either and there's a few parking spots in front of the building.

Yelp
An UberEats spot that specializes in braised pork rice?? My dream come true. My boyfriend and I ordered from Xu Xu's Dumplings recently, and we were impressed by 1) the packaging and 2) the food. I do think it's a big crazy to charge so much for an additional egg considering that's usually expected in braised pork rice. The portion sizes are quite small, but the flavor is pretty good. I also like that they give dumplings and a pineapple/mango/melon cake as a dessert. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Yelp
Good value. I got the Lo Ba Bung Meal and added a braised egg. The meal comes with braised pork belly and cabbage on top of rice and choice of two pot stickers. I also added the spicy mala chili sauce. I got this delivered through DoorDash and just realized I could have added a dipping sauce too; luckily I made my own with the addition of mala chili sauce. The pork in the pork belly and pot stickers was seasoned with a fragrantly - kind of a fusion of the Taiwanese and Bolivian backgrounds. I couldn't pinpoint the taste but as I read into the background of this place it makes sense; I would say a good fusion. The only thing I would ding them for is the rice tasted kind wet and perhaps a day past its prime and the egg was a little over hard. You can't beat the price even with the add-ons (egg $1 and chili $0.50) and you get a bottled water too for about 12.49$. I was stuffed. Plus it's not one but two pot stickers. They also sell potstickers in pairs (1.99) or in 10 piece serving (9.90) . They are a virtual brand in a shared kitchen off I-35 so if you want to save on tip or additional fees you can pick it up as well.
