Easily one of the best meal I had this weekend. I thought of unagi as a fishy, spongy, overcooked consistency, but I was wrong. Here the eels were perfectly soft, deliciously cooked and served with the most balanced unagi sauce. We were lucky as we arrived at opening time and we pre-ordered as we were waiting in the queue (n.3). Otherwise from preparation to serving is about 40 min on top of the queue time (if you don’t reserve). Great spot, amazing atmosphere.
