Excellent food, freshly prepared. Service was exceptional and the ambience is nice, especially if you are lucky enough to be seated upstairs. Downstairs is a bit noisy but that wouldn’t stop me from eating here because it’s the BEST!! Honey chicken was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce. The crab Rangoon dip Was tasty and the won ton chips were good even on their own. Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Prices are fair for the quality of food. Portions are large and definitely shareable. My husband and I shared the honey chicken as did my two daughters. We also shared the crab Rangoon dip and an order of the garlic noodles between the four of us. With tip it was around $100 which is more than fair.

Best place I’ve eaten at on vacation! Ahi Tuna Nachos Cantonese Pork Belly Bowl Shanghai Lemonade - desert pear flavor Best nachos I’ve ever had. I don’t typically enjoy pork belly, but the cut was very nice and my husband really enjoyed the plate. The lemonade was super good as well. No complaints, awesome service!

This was our first time at Yak and Yeti and our experience was excellent from start to finish! Our server Alyssa did such a great job answering our questions and giving us recommendations from the menu. She was so pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout our meal. The manager Esteban was also extremely helpful and accommodating to us. He checked on us twice to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. We would highly recommend this restaurant!

Always a great time at Y@Y at AK in Walt Disney World. Portions always a lot; and we always over order and over eat. We had server Capree and super friendly, attentive, and attentive. Another great experience.

Plenty of seating in the shade! I had the Kobe burger and it was nothing short of marvelous! Considering the quality of the food, it was prepared mega fast! Staff was very patient and kind. Atmosphere was hella cool 🤙 the seating area was our groups favorite quick service seating area for sure. We sat next to the fountain which was enjoyable to watch. There were ample amount of condiments as well as napkins. Overall, stellar experience!!

Google
There are two Yak & Yeti options next door to one another. The sit down restaurant is more expensive but the servings and food are much better. We ordered egg rolls appetizer which were good. The Kobe burger was much better than most on property. We also had the beef wok entree. That was somewhat spicy but good. I’d eat here again for sure. Interior was really neat too.

We loved our dining experience at Yak and Yeti. The food was so good!! The atmosphere was just so cool- from the decor to the music- it was just so neat. The service was amazing. Our waiter, Dave C, was so friendly and always kept our drinks filled. He made the experience that much more awesome. Will for sure be coming back on future Disney World visits

Google
The best food and the best service. Chris was so friendly and so attentive to my friends and I. Gave us recommendations on food and had everything out in a reasonable time. He was so personable and we could not have asked for a better waiter for our graduation trip.

Yelp
Can't believe I haven't reviewed Yak & Yeti years ago, but it's one of our very favorite restaurants to visit whenever we are at Disney World. Located in the Animal Kingdom park, it's a great place to enjoy the a/c and get some elevated Asian fusion dishes. It's shocking that a restaurant of this quality is located within a theme park, and it's amazing. They also offer season ticketholder discounts, so be sure to ask. Also, if you are a Landry's Rewards member like I am, we have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seated even WITHOUT A RESERVATION! Reservations are so hard to get here, but don't be discouraged if you're a Rewards member -- it's worth every penny! You can also redeem and earn Landry's Rewards points here. We save up our points to spend when we know we have a trip to WDW planned. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu here, but some things are better than others. I'm a huge fan of the basil chicken and my husband almost always gets the Korean rib bowl. Both are excellent quality with vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients. There are tons of vegetarian options as well, making this a breeze for vegetarians and even vegans! The fried rice is better than the garlic noodles, and the seafood is sometimes hit or miss. The salmon is my other favorite dish and it has never disappointed. Check out my photos, you'll see the yummy dishes! When we know we are going to be dining here, we bring a cooler to stash in our rental car because the portions are absolutely massive! Since I don't eat beef, we can't share main entrees so it's always a coin flip who has to run the leftovers back to the parking lot, LOL. But it's a joy to have the leftovers the next day (or even that evening) in our hotel! YOU MAY NOT LIKE YAK & YETI IF: * You are a light eater and are unhappy with large portions. * You are looking for a traditional theme park meal (think fried chicken fingers and mediocre burgers and fries). * You have picky eaters in your party. * You prefer more mild, basic flavors. * You are in a hurry. Service can also be hit or miss, so plan at least 90 minutes to two hours for a meal here. YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE IF: * You want elevated flavors and quality theme park food. * You want a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the parks, especially on a hot day. * You aren't in a hurry and have time to relax and unwind. * You're a Landry's Rewards Member and / or WDW season passholder.

Yelp
After a harrowing Expedition to Everest, our party was in great need of nourishment! We popped over to Yak & Yeti (putting a reservation in on the way) for a short wait--honestly fortuitous as you know you're really rolling the dice when it comes to walking up to a sit down Disney park restaurant! And even though they were hella busy, we had excellent service! Shoutout to Joel. For my own lunch, I absolutely housed the ahi tuna nachos. This is definitely a shareable plate, unless you're like me and obsessed with ahi and really hungry from the miles you'd already walked that morning! The nachos go great with the house sangria. Don't skip it!

Yelp
Fabulous family meal here for four adults and one child. All of our dietary and food requests were handled with a smile. 2 of us had rice meals which they loved as well as 2 pork belly meals which were devine. The child enjoyed Mac n cheese and French fries. Overall, the meal was great and the price was right for Disney

Yelp
Yak & Yeti has been on my radar for a while, and on our honeymoon trip to WDW, we decided to stop by to try it out. Unfortunately, we weren't sat on the 2nd level which seemed to have a great view. As always, I perused the menu prior to coming but they also had a special menu, pictured below. I was really tempted to get the Thai whole fish, but I didn't think it would be that good here. I like mine really spicy! For Americanized Asian food, I thought it was a decent meal. I got the Cantonese Pork Belly Bowl; the 'char siu pork belly' wasn't quite char siu-y enough, but it was reminiscent of char siu. Definitely a pretty big portion of pork belly as you can see, but it was also $35.99, which I thought was on the higher end for what it was. Fried runny egg on top was nice, noodles were just okay. Could've been more al dente and a bigger portion. The two potstickers included were absolutely terrible. Completely overfried and the pork inside tasted odd. My husband got the kalbi ribeye fajitas at a steep ($48.99), and we both thought the ribeye was tender and flavorful - but definitely didn't have the traditional kalbi marinade flavor. If anything, I thought it tasted more like teriyaki sauce because it was quite one-note and did not have the typical more fruit-forward taste of kalbi. Regardless, if you don't consider it as kalbi, it tasted pretty good. Also a big portion, and he enjoyed it for what it was. We both got daiquiris, which were pretty strong and fruity. Nothing much to write home about - basically Fat Tuesdays, if you've had that before! Overall, the experience and food were both okay. Probably wouldn't come back again anytime soon. No glaring issues, but also nothing stood out.

Yelp
Huge thanks to Yak & Yeti for their participation in tonight charity event at the Orlando science center! As an annual pass holder, I will be most definitely be dining in person and perhaps becoming a regular. Everything served was beautifully prepared and flavorful. I can't wait to bring family to the restaurant and get the full experience!

Yelp
Well, we have returned once again to Yak & Yeti, this time to redeem my Landry Select $25 birthday reward. Again I say, if you plan on eating at Yak & Yeti (or the dinosaur restaurant at Disney springs) more than once, I highly recommend joining Landry's. It will pay for itself. Anyways, the food was once again delicious. I got the skirt steak with all the fixings that come with it (Asian slaw, rice, bok choy and a delicious miso dressing). Outstanding flavors! My husband got the pork belly bowl which comes with veggies and noodles. Also incredible flavors. I got a kid's meal for my son. It came with chicken tempura tenders, two sides and a drink. Was a good portion size. Actually, all the plates were huge portions. We left with enough leftovers for another meal. Noise levels were higher than normal, as it was a chilly day and everyone wanted to be inside. The place was packed, so it was to be expected. As Landry's members, we didn't need a reservation, as we are able to walk up, flash our card and get put on the immediate seating list. Another plug for Landry's. I don't work for them, by the way. It's just worth it. The star of the show today was our waiter, Juan. We have actually had him many years ago and that's how memorable he is. He is EXCELLENT at what he does. Probably the most attentive server, seemed like he could almost read our minds. Will for sure be writing a customer compliment for him through Disney's system. All this to say, Yak & Yeti truly is a delightful place to dine at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Reservations are highly recommended (if you're not a Landry's member).

Victoria S.

Yelp
Great experience coming with some coworkers. Jumped to the front of the seating line as a walk-in because of my Landry's membership. The waiter was friendly and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The portions were huge and the prices were high, being a theme park I wish both were slightly less. But, dragon roll bowl was delicious and I could see myself ordering it again. Looking forward to my next visit to the bar for an expresso martini!

Alexa D.

Yelp
This place is great! We added ourselves to the waitlist after walking in and just smelling how good the food is. Took about 40 min to get a table, but we enjoyed the beautiful walk around the park. Our server was fast and kind. He brought me a gluten free menu and I was so happy with all the options I had! Ended up getting shrimp skewers with rice and veggies. The whole thing was lovely. Simple, but lovely. I am not even sure what my boyfriend got because he loved it so much that he ate it quickly. The vibes and decor are really cool here. I thought a lot of Disney Dining was a waste of time when the quick service options were essentially the same food, but I was happy we made the time to stop here and I would go again. Take time away from your table to explore for sure!

Yelp
We came here on a rainy night in Animal Kingdom on a weeknight for dinner. We think maybe because there weren't a lot of people here that the food was kind of sitting out for awhile. We ordered 3 sesame chicken plates, an order of ribs and fries, a side of chicken fried rice, and a honey shrimp. Everyone thought their food was okay. The honey shrimp and sesame chicken had too much sauce and it was soggy, not crispy. The chicken fried rice had very little flavor. And the ribs was of mall-food quality. It was nice that each entree came with white rice (and fries for the ribs).

Yelp
This was my second time visiting Yak & Yeti inside Disney's Animal Kingdom. Located in "Asia", this sit down restaurant goes above and beyond with excellent service and delicious Asian food. It's not like the typical theme park food. It is operated separately from Disney which gives the restaurant the freedom to create their own experience. We celebrated my birthday in Disney's Animal Kingdom and of course we had to go to one of my favorite restaurant out of all the restaurants I've been inside all the Disney Parks. We started with the Tuna Wonton Nachos which flavors complemented well together between all the ingredients. Then the Chicken Tikka Masala came with Garlic Nan. I requested it spicy and they perfected it with all the spices. The Crab Garlic Noodles was a great side addition to the meal. Overall, the service, food and ambiance of the restaurant was incredibly refreshing after walking around all day. It gets very busy so I highly recommend making a reservation. But joining the walk in list is available and also they have take out option available next door for quick and less formal dining experience. But you should definitely try eating here!

Yelp
I honestly have no reason to give this Landry's restaurant anything short of a 5 star review. We had a fabulous lunch with a window view seat on the 2nd level. The service was fantastic! It didn't feel like your typical Disney restaurant food. The Yeti theme was on point, and the Asian inspired cuisine was beautifully presented and tasty. It's located in Asia land at Disney's Animal Kingdom. I had called months before to make a reservation since it's so very popular. At that time, they informed me that I could make the reservations early by being a member of the Landry's Select Club. You pay $25 to sign up, but then you receive that $25 back when you pay at the end of your first reserved meal. So, you're getting a great deal. Do yourself a favor and join the club. You'll be surprised at how many Landry's restaurants are in your area. You get a $25 birthday reward as well. Anyway, Yao was our server. He was so attentive, and so helpful. I unfortunately made him work harder by spilling my iced tea after moving it to an uneven part where the two tables meet. My bad! He took care of it like a pro. Thanks Yao! He brought us new straws and napkins. He was great about giving us warnings on spice levels as well. I couldn't resist getting the popular Cantonese Pork Belly Bowl. The fried egg on top came exactly as requested (well done). I like runny yolk, but not over my noodles. Ha! The bowl was such a generous portion. It was tasty with a little kick of spice. I really enjoyed the flavors mixed with the glazed pork belly. The bok choy had a nice fire grilled taste. It even included some crispy pork wontons, and shiitake mushrooms. I'd order it again. Hubby selected the Korean Fried Chicken & Sticky Ribs platter off of the Secrets of the Temple menu. There's even a Thai Whole Fish on that menu. It's only a limited time, but definitely worth a look. The hubs prefers white meat, but the dish is true to the traditional dark meat (thigh and leg). It was better than he expected. I think he liked the chicken more than the ribs. The jasmine rice was very good, and the gochujang-honey sauce provided a great kick of spice for him without being overly sweet. We were too full for dessert, but there were many. It was reasonably priced considering that $25 was discounted due to the membership. Otherwise, it would be just as pricey as most full service food options at the theme parks. It's Disney World. What can I say? We enjoyed it, and would definitely dine there again. Just keep in mind that you may want to schedule at 11:15am if you're wanting to be seated upstairs. We had an 11:00am reservation. Typically Landry's Select members get priority seating, but they don't start seating up there until 11:15am. We gladly waited. It just would have been great to know that when making the res. It's just something to consider when taking guest's requests over the phone. However, we did know that nothing is guaranteed and should never be expected since they are so busy. Not a deal breaker.

Shelby H.

Yelp
This is always a restaurant I find myself coming back too. The food is some of the best you'll have especially for theme park food. The service is polite and pleasant and the ambiance is a nice in between of adventure and peace.

Chris A.

Yelp
We stopped in one afternoon during a long day at Disney's Animal Kingdom. We had heard that this place was pretty good, so we wanted to check it out for ourselves. We made our reservations, came in, had a seat, and got ready for our meal. The ambiance was classically Disney well-themed. You're inside some sort of Himalayan hotel and there are all sorts of knick knacks and artifacts everywhere. The façade of building also does not give you the proper scope for how big this place is. It's huge inside. Our server was a really nice guy who provided good conversation. He was interested in the basketball game we had going on our phone, and he kept the drinks flowing for the whole meal. Really good server. As for the food, we ordered a few things and split everything. We started with the Ahi Tuna Nachos (Sushi grade Ahi Tuna, Asian slaw, crispy fried wontons, wasabi aioli, sweet soy glaze). This was a fun little dish! A fun, colorful, fresh slaw. The wontons as chips were genius. We need more of this in the world. The aioli wasn't too wasabi-y, so don't fret. And of course, there wasn't enough tuna, but what was there was good. A very nice dish. We also got the Bhaktapur Duck (Roasted half duckling, plum BBQ sauce, Jasmine rice, stir-fried vegetables). This was ok. It was a nice dish, but the duck didn't deliver an amazing duck experience, and the sauce was just sugar of course. Rice was nice. I'm glad there were veggies on the plate. For dessert, we split the Pineapple Upside-Down Cake (Served warm, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce). Also pretty ok. Overall, a classic typical Disney restaurant. I had a good time, and we had a good meal. Would come back, if we had to eat in the park.

Brittany N.

Yelp
Pros: Gotta love the location right in Disney's Animal Kingdom. It seems to small on the outside, and then when you get inside, you see how expansive it actually is. Service was good. The guy was talking to us about the football game we were watching on our phone. Friendly. Food was pretty good. No glaring issues, and everything was pretty tasty for Disney food. Cons: No real cons. The dishes just weren't taken up to the notch they could have been. Gotta appeal to the general public, I know. Tips: Get the ahi tuna nachos. The crispy fried wonton chips were very unique, very fun, and very tasty!

Samantha S.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now, and we finally made reservations while here celebrating our anniversary and expecting our first child. Couldn't be happier that we chose it. We were seated promptly and had a lovely view of the park from upstairs. Our server was excellent and recommended the desert pair lemonade as a drink and it was delightful (and pretty!). We ordered the tuna nachos and the crab Rangoon dip to start. I didn't really eat much of the nachos being pregnant, but our group said they were amazing. I liked the sauce on them for sure. Great flavor and the crunch from the wonton chips and veggies was perfect. The crab Rangoon dip was 10/10. We got extra of the chili sauce because it complimented the flavors so well. For dinner I had the teriyaki chicken bowl. So flavorful and a great portion. Had plenty leftover. Rice has been making me sick so I got that on the side and everyone said it was amazing. The husband had the butter chicken and did say it was spicy. He loves spicy so was a-ok with it. Said the flavor was on point and the naan was perfect.

Yelp
I was really lucky to score a table at Yak & Yeti by walking in to the restaurant. Customer service was phenomenal. I was dining alone and everyone made me felt welcome and comfortable. Restaurant has a lot of character and was super clean. The interior made me feel like I was dining in a cabin. Food was delicious! I was quite impressed about the quality of the dishes for it being in a theme park. I ordered a calamari appetizer and scallop entree. The calamari was a tad too salty for me but the scallop dish had excellent flavor. I would say this is definitely one of the top places to dine inside Disney World. Prices weren't the cheapest but that is something I tried to mentally prepared for entering the restaurant. I would definitely visit this restaurant again in Animal Kingdom since I appreciate a solid table service restaurant after a long day of fun.

Jimaye F.

Yelp
The food was absolutely delicious, filling and unique. The service was good for the most part but water service was a little slow. I believe that's due to them expecting most ppl to not have or care about their water. Our server was nice but I didn't feel like he was super attentive. I only saw him the beginning and end we had to flag down a couple people to get more water. I still had a great experience and loved the immersive ambiance Disney provided. Also I think the waitlist is super efficient and I would come back to eat here.

Mandy C.

Yelp
Our favorite restaurant during our Orlando trip and was a nice place to escape from the heat. The prices are in line with theme park prices but I felt the value was there because the portions were large. We also took advantage of buying gift cards from Costco for additional discounts. My husband and I shared the ahi tuna nachos (got the wonton chips separated so kids can just nibble on it) and the dragon roll bowl. It was filling, delicious, fresh, and felt like a relatively healthy lunch. My oldest son had the ribs which was ok- was a bit too charred/overcooked. My youngest had the kids meal with the chow mein (served plain), stir fried veggies which were tasty, and the fresh fruit (apple slices in a bag). Service was fast and good too. Our server did not have any issues doing our Landry's reward and two gift cards. Would highly recommend! Get a reservation or get the Landry membership to dine without a reservation (waited less than 10 minutes during peak lunch hour).

Joe M.

Yelp
Get the ahi tuna nachos, trust me! This place gets 5 stars every single time we visit. The ambiance is always beautiful and the temperature is always nice and cool. After walking around the parks all day, this is the perfect spot to stop when you need a cool down with some chilly drinks and some fire snacks. Pro Tip: If you are a Landry's member, you can go to the front desk and jump to the head of the line for a table. The servers here are top notch as they always ask about food allergies and they are quick to recommend the hot new item on the changing menus. Each food item we have tried here has been outstanding, but we always seem to find our way back to the Ahi Tune Nachos. This plate has wonton chips, a ton of tuna, and all the fixings of a tuna sushi roll. Make sure to checkout the Disney Day Drinker's secret menu - if you know, you know.

Annie C.

Yelp
We visit Yak & Yeti on almost every family trip. It's just about the best food you can get at a Disney park.

Jamie J.

Yelp
Yak and Yeti is a popular Animal Kingdom restaurant. We were able to get walk up availability today and were seated in 30 minutes. You typically need a reservation to eat at this table service establishment. Our server got triple sat in pretty sure to no fault of his own. The hostesses should have known better. As a result it took forever for our server to get to our table. And it took forever to get our drinks once we ordered. Not completely his fault. We're passholders, so presented our passes for our discount only to learn the dishes we chose didn't qualify. Apparently only entrees qualify for the discount unbeknownst to us. We ordered 2 shareables, the ahi tuna nachos and the firecracker shrimp. Both were really good dishes and fresh! My only complaint was the nachos (wonton chips) seemed stale in terms of quality. In addition, you don't get much for the amount you pay. There wasn't anything appealing to me for dessert. So we skipped dessert. I'd go back again just to keep trying other dishes. One thing I like is most of the dishes are healthy choices. There's also a bar to sit at. You may not need a reservation to sit and drink or eat at the bar as long as there's room.

Steve L.

Yelp
When visiting Disney World, I would recommend visiting Animal Kingdom for your dining needs. While there were no reservations available for the day I visited, they were able to accommodate a table for 2 in less than 15 minutes although they stated a possible 1 hour wait. It was very busy there as it is one of the most highly rated restaurants in Animal Kingdom. The restaurant offers a fusion of Asian cuisines. Service was good and the waiter was attentive and friendly. The restaurant can get quite loud too so you might have to yell at the person sitting across from you. First off, portion sizes are huge, which is really nice especially if you've been walking around all day without much to eat. The calamari appetizer was very tasty and is even good for a party of 4. Drinks were also huge, but was alright in flavor. Once again entree sizes did not disappoint as they were massive. I ordered the Korean chicken/ribs dish, which included a gigantic piece of chicken thigh, drumstick and a couple ribs. There was a slaw salad and rice also included. Unfortunately, the rather than the typical batter used on Korean fried chicken, it was more of a panko/bread crumb so it lacked the crunch and crispiness. The flavor also wasn't what you'd expect from Korean fried chicken and tasted like a fusion of regular BBQ sauce and something I couldn't really identify, but wasn't really for me. I would not order this again, however there are many tasty looking choices on the menu I would try instead. All in all, I would visit Yak & Yeti again, but choose a different entree.

Yelp
Sitting at the bar! Cory is the absolute best Bartender!! The best Old Fashioned and Fortune Teller along with the famous Ahi Tuna Nachos! Chicken fried rice to go- you are missing out if you don't eat at this hidden gem!

Christina A.

Yelp
The food here is amazing! Service is a little slow at times but as long as you're not in a rush it's okay. Everything we had was delicious!

Billy B.

Yelp
This place is one of our go to cant miss places to eat at Disney in Animal Kingdom. We have ate here 4 times now over the last 5 yrs a d has always been great. We always wanna try new places but we always add Yak bc we know how great it always is from the staff to our severs great top notch all around. Cant beat the price. We got crab Rangoon nachos,Calamari, Cantonese pork, chicken lo mein, hibachi steak and coconut shrimps, dragon bowl. Everything was great , the family was happy all around

Cristina M.

Yelp
First time here, the ambiance was amazing! When a restaurant makes me want to travel to the countries' cuisine it's serving or representing, makes me think it is pretty well done. Aside from the ambiance, the server was very nice, gave recommendations, feedback and was very personable. We ordered the calamari appetizer and it was very flavorful, different textures, heat levels and not greasy for being fried. I got the scallop special, the scallops were not rubbery, but also not flavorful. The flavor came more from the garnishes, salad and sauce. I wish they were seasoned better. My wife got the Kobe burger was cooked to temperature, the pickles, fries and sauce it came with were phenomenal. Would have loved a giant plate of the pickles, haha!

Bill M.

Yelp
Dropping a quick review to give a shoutout to our sever Joshua. Awesome service and great to talk with. The food is always great here. Today I wanted spicy and he mentioned the chef can spice up most of the dishes so I got chicken lo mein kicked up a little. So delicious! And it was spicy! The heat sneaks up on you. Very good first bite but then it slowly builds to a nice heat. Not for the faint of heart. Great tip to have the chef spice it up instead of just adding sriracha. Still our favorite place at AK and top 5 in all of Disney.

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
Yak and Yeti hack: join the Landry's club. You'll be seated in ten min even when there is a wait. The club membership is something g you can sign up for in your phone. It costs $25 but comes with a $25 voucher for your first meal at any Landry's restaurant. So it pays for itself! And you get a $25 birthday reward also. And you get a discount on your meal each time. This is like a winning lottery ticket when it comes to dining in Disney (it's located near the bird show in Asia in Animal Kingdom). It's a sit down two story restaurant known for the Ahi tuna nachos. Get them. Love them. Devour them. They are NOT STINGY with that tuna either! Tikki masala was decent. Coconut shrimp were good. Next time maybe we'll try something different (we always get the nachos and tikki masala lol) although I have had the fried chicken and something else just can't remember right now bc we go to Disney so often. This most recent visit was really nice. Management visited our table to check in and make sure all was well and to make sure we knew we had the $25 birthday voucher. Great experience. Beautiful decor-it's Disney! Another review giving if to you straight no chaser! Enjoy!

Lisa T.

Yelp
Great food! This was a quick snack we shared before our dinner reservations at another park! And oh man the nachos!!! Just do it! So goood!!! Best flavor party in your mouth and I am not a raw fish person and loved it! The scallops were good too and had a spicy kick and cooked to perfection! but I wanted more nachos!! Ha ha! Great service! The inside is very nice and the bathroom is huge! So many stalls!

Stan M.

Yelp
Too bad this place is inside of Animal Kingdom at Disney World. This would be a great place just to have dinner. We had a 3pm reservation, checked in about 2:50pm and was seated by 3pm. Our waitress was great, attentive answered all of our questions. One recommendation would be to let customers know that the servings are huge, 1 order could be shared. I ordered the won ton soup bowl, had 3 won tons compared to 1 in the cup serving also came with won ton strips. Soup had great flavor and the won tons were flavorful. For dinner my wife and I ordered the same and we could have definitely shared it. It was the special sticky ribs & fried chicken with a side of cabbage and veggie salad. 4 sticky rib bones, 1 breast and 1 chicken leg. It all had good flavor. My wife ordered a specialty drink which she loved and the shaker cup was a souvenir. We should have checked before we left, if appears the dish washer switched ours with a scratched up one. Needless to say my wife was upset. I would highly recommend if your in the park, you need a reservation.

Yelp
We found this place during some extensive research on where to eat while visiting Animal Kingdom. It did not disappoint! The amount of food you get at this restaurant is beyond impressive. I tried so hard to finish my food but I was stuffed after our calamari appetizer. I highly recommend this restaurant. The employees were so sweet and the inside of the restaurant is beautiful.

Yelp
My husband was and will forever be OBSESSED with the burger he ordered at YAK and YETI. He said EVERYTHING was PERFECT. He just wishes he had more of the spicy aioli he got as a side. That's saying something because the man is insanely picky about food. If it's not good in his opinion, he won't eat it. Ha! He cleaned his plate at Yak & Yeti though. My son got a cheeseburger too and he also cleaned his plate. I got the grilled salmon and a side of grilled chicken and I will say they were pretty perfect as well, hence my 5-star rating for this restaurant!

Yelp
Surprised that I did not leave a review here last time I visited - which was two years ago. This was a core food memory of that trip. Everything was so good then, and so good now! One thing we learned from our first visit is that the portions are MASSIVE - if you are not big eaters, do not even order 1 entree per person unless you want to be carrying around leftovers or leaving some behind. Our perfect portion for two was the ahi tuna nachos ($22), side house fried rice ($16) and Korean fried chicken ($17). The nachos are a MUST try - but the portion is extremely big so we had to cut down on another big item. The house fried rice is also amazing, with great flavours and a wonderful medley of various veggies and meat. It was a bit drier than I remember but we also ordered more saucy entrees last time (such as the tikka masala). The Korean fried chicken was a great final addition to our meal, although I'd admit that it did not resemble traditional Korean fried chicken. It's just tasty fried chicken. I would recommend for sure, the portion is great for the price and it's not dry at all. Overall we were very happy with the meal, service, and price ($60 before tax and tip). The meal could add up depending on what you order, as a lot of entrees are $30+ and the appetizers all look so tempting. But beware the portions are huge so don't overorder! Please also make a reservation if you're keen on eating here to avoid disappointment. It's basically always booked up.

Yelp
Make reservations! It's worth it. The service is top shelf and the food is worth the money. Love the way the place is themed.

Yelp
After a long day at Animal Kingdom we needed a spot to sit down and rest our legs. Even though it was a very busy day at AK we joined the wait list and it was only a 20 minute wait for a party of 5. Our server was great, he would bring us drink refills and wait on the kids without us even having to ask. The inside of the restaurant was kind of dark but I guess it goes with the theming of the area. The food was all delicious. My kids enjoyed their hamburger and Mac and cheese kids meals while the adults were able to have a more upscale experience. My husband ordered the BBQ Ribs, they tasted delicious and were so tender they fell off the bone. I shared the Ahi Tuna Nachos and a bowl of wonton soup with my mom and both were delicious. The kids also loved the wonton soup and ate most of it before we had a chance. Overall it was exactly what we needed, good food, a place to sit and rest, and service that was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
Food was great !! Chicken sandwich was the best out of all the meals we had there . Sesame honey chicken was good , maybe needed a little salt. Pot stickers were ok . Would probably pass on those . Teriyaki chicken salad was a hit also .

Yelp
As many Disney restaurants are, these meals seem mass produced to satisfy high numbers of parties. Ambiance - I couldn't tell what the vibe was in this restaurant. Just "Asian". The surroundings and decor was very Indian influenced but the menu has maybe 1 Indian option. Everything else was eastern Asian options. Food - okay and as expected. Nothing special for Disney. The portions were sizable, that is the good thing. Pricing looked really high but it based on the amount of food we got, it made sense. Even for the sides/apps, the portion was huge. For myself, I got the side of crab garlic noodles and the fried green beans and it was way too much. The side of garlic noodles was practically enough for 2 people! The fried green beans surprised me and tasted nothing like green beans, and was more like potatoes. We also had the bang bang calamari. This was quite enjoyable and the various veggies mixed in was a happy surprise. Service - fine. No complaints.

Yelp
Very good food & ambiance. A nice break from all the other theme-park grub. The host & server were very enthusiastic and friendly. More importantly, they took great care to make sure my food allergy issues were taken into consideration and suggested dishes that were both safe & flavorful. The Seared Tuna Salad was spectacular and huge! Chilled, seared blackened Ahi Tuna, mixed greens, grape tomatoes, wonton crisps & ginger dressing $24.49 We also ordered the Chef's Fresh Catch, which was halibut over rice and Thai Curry Sauce. Very sophisticated food for a theme park! Definitely worth the reservation and price.

Yelp
The restaurant was super clean despite being incredibly busy. The decor is adorable & our server was excellent. We got the vegetable lo-mein with added tofu and the dragon roll bowl. Both were cooked fresh & tasted super yummy! The star of the show was the pineapple upside down cake for dessert. It has this delicious sugary glaze on it, and the cake is super tasty with the perfect texture. Don't pass on this treat! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Great service and a menu that doesn't make you think you are in a theme park! The ahi tuna nachos are an appetizer but eat like a meal. This is a go for me at AK.

Yelp
Our server Jordan was absolutely amazing! Loved the food and drinks as always. Came to AK just to get the nachos!

Yelp
We did the takeout service here and WOW delicious. The staff was super friendly as well. I got the Korean fried chicken sandwich and it was amazing. We also got the fried pot stickers which were very flavorful as well ! Would definitely be back. Animal kingdom has the best food by a landslide.

Yelp
This place is delicious. I ordered the pork noodle bowl. It was so good and so filling. We love this spot and look forward to the next time we can eat here. The service was outstanding and they have a little bar in here too, so if you don't have time for a meal, the bar is a fun spot to get out of the sunshine for a few minutes.

Yelp
You must eat here! Don't worry if you did not get a reservation - they don't book the entire restaurant. The food is delicious! We nearly did not go here because, three weeks out, the place was entirely booked. I'm glad we asked how long the wait was - because it was well worth the ten seconds it took the host to grab a menu. We had the chop chop salad and the coconut shrimp. The salad was AMAZING. I normally don't rave about salads, but I was blown away by this one. You must order it!!! The coconut shrimp were delicious. They were butterflied to make them even more crispy and coconut-y. The sides were not as great - fried rice was just okay (I would get jasmine rice next time) and the stir fry pretty mediocre. But the shrimp were nonetheless fantastic. Great atmosphere. The restaurant is Nepalese themed. I love all the Buddhist art and the movie posters. Really fun place to sit down and relax. My drink was way too sweet. It was a coconut milk - kiwi drink of some sort. Would not get it again. My wife got a lychee martini which was much better than my drink. You'll forget this is theme park food. A must stop at the AK!

Yelp
Great place to sit down and eat to beat the heat and get a great meal at Animal Kingdom. We split the Ahi Nachos and Fried Chicken and could NOT finish the chicken! I swear it was pterodactyl! Crazy big! I don't know how one person could finish this meal. We fed 3 people with cocktails for around $100 so not bad at all for theme park or really anywhere these days! We were happy with the service, food and setting and would definitely eat here again.

Yelp
Josh was an excellent server. He had great food and drink suggestions. The restaurant was well decorated. Bbq ribs and honey chicken were good. Manager Tom came by our table twice and we had a pleasant interaction each time.

Yelp
Our first meal in Animal kingdom and it was great! We ordered a variety and shared three dishes between four of and still had a ton of leftovers. The fried rice was great and the serving was huge. I enjoyed the ambience and the rich displays throughout were beautiful. The service was great as well. I would love to try this place again.

Yelp
Yak & Yeti is located in the Asia section in Disney World's Animal Kingdom. It serves pan-Asian food in a Nepalese-style restaurant with a full bar. We made reservations on the Disney app ahead of time and I recommend you do the same because there was a long wait when we left. FIRECRACKER SHRIMP ($13.99) - it had a nice kick but I wished there was more shrimp. 4/5 GARLIC NOODLES ($12.99) - we were expecting a small side of noodles but the portions were a lot bigger than we thought. We asked for extra garlic and they definitely delivered because it was really good and garlicky. The sauce was also delicious and this was my favorite dish. 5/5 CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA ($27.99) - this was pretty good and wasn't a place where I'd expect a good chicken tikka masala. The garlic naan was not garlicky at all but I guess it was made up in the extra-garlicky garlic noodles. 4.5/5 For drinks we ordered the mumbai margarita which was very easy to drink. We were thoroughly surprised by the flavors of the food and we really enjoyed our meal.

Yelp
We had to try as many of the recommended dishes we had seen on Yelp reviews, and will definitely go back! Loved the Korean Fried Chicken! It was a good portion-size and so delicious- had a bit of a kick with crispy batter and juicy chicken! Another great dish was the raw Ahi bowl... it was huge and the ingredients were very fresh! The Chicken Tika Masala was ok, but not the best sauce we have had due to it tasting a bit more sour than we like. The naan bread was great though. The Shrimp Lo Main was good. Would have liked bigger shrimp but there were a lot of medium shrimp in the dish and the lo mein was chewy and tasty! One of the best dishes of all was the Pineapple Upside Cake which was AMAZING... not a bite left on the plate!
