"Yalla Yalla Soho is a great spot when you feel like ordering a few more mezze plates than are realistically needed, and maybe getting hummus on your chin. Their menu of Beirut street food has something to please everyone. There are lots of vegetarian options, chilli cherry caipirinhas for that person who got promoted, and freshly squeezed pomegranate juice for that warrior who normally spends their lunch hour at Gymbox. " - Oliver Feldman, Heidi Lauth Beasley, Jake Oliver, Rianne Shlebak

"You’ve spent four days playing an elaborate new game with your child called Pass The Hand Sanitizer, you deserve to sit down and eat some great hummus and a must-order halloumi wrap. This Lebanese spot in Fitzrovia has a long menu of classics like falafel, moussaka, and tahini. Their mezze platter is also a great shout if you want something sorted for lunch tomorrow too." - Heidi Lauth Beasley, Jake Oliver

Google
What a lovely little find!!! Absolutely yummy food tucked in a tiny street. Small, cozy, aesthetically decorated, very kind staff and the best Lebanese food that I have ever had. I was recommended Tony's hummus and flat bread. It was a bomb of flavours in the mouth. Loved the Lebanese wings. Highly recommend their milk based pudding.

Small hidden gem. Almost family feeling, like visiting your grandma for a proper home made meal. We absolutely loved it, the food is delicious, gives you that warm fuzzy feeling in your tummy. Definitely recommend 👌🏻

I had the most wonderful experience at Yalla Yalla Restaurant! Despite not having reservations, the owner greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. The restaurant's ambiance was both beautiful and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing meal. The food was an absolute delight – delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care. It's definitely a family-friendly spot, and I can't wait to return for another memorable dining experience.

Loved the taste! I ordered a Village Platter (veggie) and it was a lot of food! The pitas with hummus, baba ghanoush and salad were quite a lot and I couldn't finish it. The decor is pretty and the whole ambiance is more of a warm place where you can catch up with friends. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely casual restaurant in the middle of Soho. Very friendly staff and nice cosy interior. The food is simple but healthy and well executed. My personal favourite is the halloumi with figs which is absolutely to die for. The portion sizes are good and for Soho it’s great value for money. Would recommend for a lunch or casual dinner with friends!

Honestly we had the best time. My dad and me had booked a table to celebrate his birthday and we were surprised with some baklava and wine on the house. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was great. This place was recommended to me by a friend and im definitely coming back!

Google
Fast service and excellent food. The shop was relatively small but honestly I didn’t care as it felt cosy enough for me and the food was just so good. The sauces, salad, rice and meats were just packing with flavour! My mouth is watering just typing this up! I would honestly come here again. It’s a clean meal to have whenever you’re out. Really good place for a date night. The atmosphere is perfect for it.

Did a Google search before my day out in London for Lebanese restaurants near Central London and found this place to have the better menu and reviews, easily found the place using Google maps and walking from Oxford Street. Place is tucked away down a quiet side street, decor was quirky yet traditional. Food was excellent, good service too. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and highly recommended to those who enjoy Arab/Lebanese food thats authentic 👌

Yelp
One of our first stops whenever we are in London. Cute and quaint place with yummy cocktails and tasty dishes. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Excellent dinner here. We were tourists (two adults one rambunctious two year old) and based on what we'd read the place was family friendly. They didn't have a child's seat, so my son sat along the wall and bounced around all night. They were family friendly in that my toddler's whines and messiness did not appear to offend the waitstaff. THANK YOU! We ordered falafel and the Palestinian chicken samboussek. Both were excellent. My husband got the lamb and halloumi burger--massive portion size! He only ate half as it also came with fries. I ordered a variety of things to share with my son. When I ordered the lamb and chicken kafta, I don't realize they were plates and not just skewers. I ended up with two plates that had rice, salad, and meat. I would have preferred to have one of each skewer and one plate with rice and salad. My son loved the rice! He also really enjoyed the Palestinian chicken samboussek. I enjoyed everything we ordered. The food was prepared in under 20 minutes and the service was good. Great spot! Thankful to have had the food here. Please note: the setting is incredibly intimate and not large at all.

Yelp
Wanted something local and not touristy. Figured Mediterranean in London would be close to the best I could get without going to the Middle East. WOW!!! Yalla Yalla crushed it. Don't let the photo fool you, we got there right at noon but it was packed by the time we left. Probably the most moist chicken kebab I have had and DEFINITELY the best hummus we have ever had. Highly Recommend!!!!

Gustavo G.

Yelp
Small family style restaurant with seating for about 20 inside and a couple of tables outside. Located on a side street. Excellent. Split chicken touak plenty for two. Also had lamb wrap. All very good. The hummus that came with the wrap was amazing.all the dishes came with a salad with balsamic vinegar dressing.

Yelp
In a courtyard full of choices, Yalla Yalla does not make the cut. Today ordered a salad. The lettuce was wilted and yellow. It was uneatable. When I went back to return it, they refused to give me my money back. According to the lady behind the counter, I had eaten some. Yes I ate two olives, some feta cheese, and the tomato. The kibbeh was dry and they don't offer any sauces. Terrible customer service for a salad that needed to be thrown out.

Yelp
We were disappointed to find that the Yalla Yalla that we loved in its tiny shop off Brewer Street had closed. We went to their new, much larger and comfortable, restaurant near Oxford Circus but, when we opened the menu, found that it had been taken over by Le Comptoir - where we had eaten the day before. Same menu, not nearly as good as the older restaurant. Very disappointing.

Yelp
Yalla Yalla serves up fantastic Lebanese cuisine in a cozy, hole-in-the-wall restaurant in busy Soho. It has a family-run feel, and our table was right next to the kitchen counter. The food is delicious, and I'd recommend the village mezze platter the most--it comes with a ton of variety for a good value. The grilled halloumi with figs was also delectable and a nice mix of sweet syrup with savory halloumi. The lamb kofta was wonderful for something meaty. And of course, you have to finish off with the baklava. Overall a delicious meal in a fun ambiance. Check it out!

Yelp
Awesome spot! The dishes were PACKED with flavor. My wife and I shared the hummus/pita and that was a great starter. As an aside--we are big water drinkers, so the fact that they put mint and lemon in their water was a very nice touch. We both ended up ordering the chicken shawarma (picture attached) and boy was it amazing. We definitely left full but in the greatest way possible. The garlic and chili sauces that they provide are excellent additions to the meal. The atmosphere is very unique and just an fyi, the bathrooms are hard to access if you're not ok with crouching down and climbing down steep stairs. The only downside to me were the prices were a little bit higher than expected for entrees but like I said, you leave very full, so you get what you pay for as far as that goes. All in all, come here! It's a great spot!

Yelp
Such a cute little hole in the wall restaurant. This is a great place to stop by for lunch or dinner that doesn't break the bank. We arrived here at 8pm on a Monday night and were seated immediately. After ordering, it took quite a while to get our food to the table but it seemed like only 2 people ran the store. A salad and bread are given to everyone as a starter. The salad is refreshing and light, featuring mint and cucumbers and a light balsamic. It's a great way to start off the meal. We ordered a fish, a lamb, and a chicken plate. Each came with rice, bread, and pickled vegetables. Everything was delicious! The chicken was definitely my favorite. You can tell how freshly made everything is and how good the produce they use is. Overall, this is a great option for lunch or dinner if you don't mind waiting longer to get your food.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place!! the tabouli is amazing and with the combination of the grilled chicken it was delicious!! A very cute & cozy place and not a whole lot of seating. People get turned away, so make a reservation or go early. I've never been to Lebanon, but here it felt as if I was there and I had walked into grandmas home and received some homemade cooking!

Carlie M.

Yelp
We loved our meal here. The place itself is super cute and inviting inside. It's tucked away in a side ally, so it's a quiter place which we enjoyed. We split the mezze platter for 2 and it was more than enough food. All of it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the homemade lemonade and it was fantastic. Our waiter was very attentive and kind. A very great experience here.

Yelp
If you're in London and in the Soho ares this is a must try middle astern Lebanese family restaurant. Service is amazing and the place is really clean and easy to find on yelp and google maps. Food was made fresh in house and as tasty as you'd expect. Must try the Lebanese strong coffee before you leave to give you some boost to walk :) Definitely recommended

Tammy Y.

Yelp
Delicious hummus (£5), falafel (~£6), and pita bread (complimentary with side orders). Not crazy expensive given London prices but just a touch overpriced if you think about it (coming from an American standpoint where you'd get a whole falafel wrap with hummus for $6). Also had their slow cooked lamb main which came with rice which was okay but not the best so I wouldn't recommend it. They have special lunch wraps which I think are a good deal and they have a card so if you get like 9 or something, you'll get a free one.

Yelp
I've been to Yalla Yalla ever since they opened in late 2008. I loved the food from the beginning and I also liked the coziness that this place radiates. My favourites are mixed mezze plates for lunch, their falafels, the chicken shawarma wrap (with garlic & chilli sauces)...and an absolute staple is their apple/mint/ginger lemonade. Unlike in the beginning, it is now practically impossible to simply show up at Yalla Yalla and expect to find a seat. What I've resorted doing is to take said items to go and sit down at the nearby Soho Square instead. There's one pet-peeve I have with this place: their staff rarely smiles and seems always stressed and overworked...if it weren't for the delicious treats I get here, I wouldn't have the urge to come back here that often.

Chris B.

Yelp
I go to this location at 10:20pm to order a couple of chicken shawarmas for take away and as soon as I got in the lady tells me that they are closed. I'd give a zero if I could. What's the point of saying you're open till 11pm. I won't be coming back to try this place.

Ameena D.

Yelp
Had lunch at Yalla Yalla yesterday...here are my thoughts. Ambiance is where this restaurant loses one star...this place is tiny and very busy. Be prepared to have people standing over you as they wait for a table. And be prepared for a blast of icy wind every time the door opens! Service is friendly although hurried. Food is quite good. I highly recommend the seabass, the fattoush, and the rice. My husband said the chicken shish was dry but had good flavor. Overall I'd return. Just with a heavier coat.

Kanika B.

Yelp
Tiny place with comfort food. Huge portions and friendly service. I ordered a shawarma which came as chicken, rice, salad and a piece of bread on top of it. They also served garlic sauce on the side. Food was good, a bit modernised for the city I feel. Should have come with some Arabic pickles and tahina as well.

Sophie L.

Yelp
Great tasting food that won't cost you an arm and a leg. It's not necessarily cheap though either. I'm a fan of the chicken shawarma, hummus, and baba ghannouj. That's enough food for two people to share. I've also gone the route of ordering two mains and sharing a starter. The place is located in a smaller walk way, just off a busy Soho street. I've seen DeliverRoo folks grab food from here, so I assume they do delivery. It sometimes get crowded, so you may have to wait for tables to clear. Coming after 1:30, you should have no problem with a lunch crowd.

Ida N.

Yelp
Cozy and romantic place in Soho, great for a dinner date. Very popular as well. Went there on a Saturday night and it was packed. Not too noisy, though. The food is Beirut street food, I wish I could have tasted the whole menu. A lot of kafta and shawarma, but also other exciting things. I had a slow cooked lamb stew which name I will never remember. You'll know it when you see the menu. Very nice with a tomato/bell pepper sauce. The staff is busy but very friendly.

Sophia L.

Yelp
It's eh at best...we went for a late lunch and despite having an extensive wrap menu, we were told that they didn't have any. For starters, we shared hummus, babaganoush, and falafel. The babaganoush was not smoky enough for my taste and the complimentary pita was straight from a bag and chewy. For our mains, we got the chicken kebab and a chicken/lamb mixed kebab plate. While the chicken was tender, it was nothing particular special. Probably any other place it would be fine but the competition for this kind of cuisine in London is pretty stiff, hence the three stars.

George C.

Yelp
Great Lebanese restaurant in central London, just a few steps away from the busy Oxford street. Vast selection of small plates to share with company, delicious lebanese main dishes and decent prices.

Martina C.

Yelp
FRIGGING UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIRS/STOOLS. I popped to Yalla Yalla for lunch last Thursday: the room is extremely small and it's more of take-out place I'd say, even though they managed to squeeze in a handful of tables. Ours was right in front of the door, which was for some reason kept open with a stool. We sat down and I had no space whatsoever where to put my coat and handbag (I don't mind leaving my stuff on the floor but...there's no space on the floor. And it being a stool I couldn't hang anything on the back of a chair either). Particularly peeved at how uncomfortable it was. That said, the food was really nice. My friend ordered a wrap and I had lamb cutlets with an aubergine and pomegranate sort of salsa. I couldn't spot any aubergine in there, but the lamb was very very nice nonetheless. I could have eaten double that. It was also a bit difficult to get the staff's attention, which is weird considering how small the place is, and our table was nearly in front of the counter where people queue to order/pay. I think one of the tables against the wall would have made for a better experience, but alas we didn't get one. So I'll have to leave it at that.

Mei L.

Yelp
Beirut Street Food? What? I randomly walked by this place recently when it was closed on a bank holiday and had to go back to check out the food. I'm happy to report that this tiny hidden gem on Green's Court in Soho is fantastic! It's a small sit down cafe with cute wooden tables and pillows made out of middle eastern scarves turned hipster fashion signature turned cafe decoration. They've got a counter filled with seriously droolworthy snacks and desserts, from multiple kinds of baklava to a selection of meat, spinach, or cheese pastries, to some incredible looking tarts like fig, apple cinnamon, and rosemary. Then they've got a kitchen hidden somewhere that turns out fabulous hot dishes at great prices. We sat right next to the counter, where the smell of the desserts was overwhelmingly delicious. I think i basically stuck my face in them to inhale the scent, so my apologies if you get a nose print in your pastry next time. We ordered a bunch of different things whose names I can't remember - a really fresh, lemony, zesty salad of greens and crunchy pita chips , a spinach pastry, a kibbe appetizer of small chunks of lamb, and a fantastic slow cooked lamb casserole with rice where you could cut the meat with a fork. Yum. I also had a big pot of mint tea and they brought ample warmed pitas to dip in the olive oil they have bottled on every table. We chatted with the owners, who let me try a baklava for free. They just opened and will hopefully soon have a liquor license as well as tables outside. They're super nice and the food is fantastic. I will definitely be going back soon to try everything else on the menu. Best of all, we were stuffed with the four dishes and the grand total was under 20 pounds. You can pop in for a sit-down meal or grab a tasty snack to go. Beirut street food...who knew?

Laura N.

Yelp
Yalllllllllllllaaaaa! It's a good thing I like the food as much as the name, cause I just can't get enough of either. Tucked away on a wee back road on the seediest of Soho streets, this humble shop serves up some of the tastiest Beirut street food I've ever had the pleasure of noshing down. Ok, so maybe it's the only Beirutian street food I've ever had, but it has definitely piqued my interest in the cuisine of this country. At one point my darling dining partner actually said "I could bathe in this hummos. Dare I say... it's better than my Mum's... and my Mum's is the absolute best." 'nuf said.

Mashael Z.

Yelp
Tiny restaurant, huge amount of love for it! This is lebanese food done right. Tucked away in a little street in Soho, the place is small but cozy and bright. I have enjoyed rainy afternoons in here and no matter how crowded it gets and how difficult to squeeze between the tables, the atmosphere is always friendly and the decor is cute. There have been times so busy that newcomers just make the rounds and hover near crowded tables in the hopes that you and your coat and bag will evacuate the tiny table and give them somewhere to sit and I don't blame them, the place really is great. The food is inexpensive and delicious!! It's the perfect place to order lots of small dishes to share with a friend and just have a good time. I like to get a lot of little dishes to share and one main. There are lots of great small dishes on the menu, from the standard hummus, which is decent, to my favourites the yummy kibbe lahme (minced lamb and wheat) and the delicious arayes (pita bread with minced lamb). The tabbouleh is not to my taste because it has more onions than I like but others might not mind. They also serve soujoc, a lebanese sausage that I like and don't find everywhere, but this one is just passable and I wasn't a big fan. The rest of the food more than makes up for it though. My favorite mains are the classic chicken shawarma and the slow cooked lamb casserole is very tender and fantastic too and I recommend it wholeheartedly. A trip here for me is never complete without a pot of perfect mint tea to share and chat over. This place is a gem and I never mind the crush in here because I'm so happy with everything that is on my tiny table:) Get here early if you can though!

Ashley T.

Yelp
Yalla Yalla has had raving reviews, and the consistent line outside the door of their tiny shop is testament to how popular it is. My family and I waited an hour and a half, so I highly recommend you make reservations or come at non-peak hours! For starters, we had the baba ghanouj, spicy potatoes, and the deep fried seafood plate. The baba ghanouj had an amazing charcoal flavor, which was elevated by the pomegranate seeds, lemon, and mint leaves. We sopped up every last bit of the dip with the warm pita bread, and was still craving more! The spicy potatoes reminded me of breakfast potatoes in the US, but I did like how crispy they were without being greasy. They also had a delicious spicy seasoning that made it unique. The seafood plate is also a great deal, with calamari, shrimp, smelt, and eggplant that had a light fry on it. I loved that it was paired with a yogurt dip that cut the grease and heaviness of a deep-fried dish. Next, I had the chicken shawarma, which was a little disappointing. The chicken was a little dry and salty enough to keep me chugging water for hours after the meal. I loved the basmati rice though, which was fragrant and fluffy. My brother had the shish taouk, which was marinated chicken breast cubes on a skewer. His meat looked much more tender and well-cooked than mine, so if you're looking for a chicken dish I recommend this one instead! My parents both had the sea bass, but were doubtful about whether the fish really was sea bass. It was lightly pan-fried, then covered with a delicious tomato sauce. I really appreciated the freshness of the ingredients, but the food had a few missteps along the way that took away from the meal as a whole.

Snehal W.

Yelp
Went here for a late night dinner, almost close to 10:00pm. The ambiance is very traditional. Service was decent and food was pretty good! We had the Hommos and Falafel to start with. Really wanted to try the Batenjan Mehshi but they had ran out it so we settled for the Chicken Shawarma. We enjoyed our meal and they didn't really rush us! They were so kind, they even packed us some Baklava on the house as we headed out :)

Joanna L.

Yelp
On my first visit to London, I managed to go to Yalla Yalla 2 nights in a row. I really couldn't get enough. I grew up and lived in an area with AMAZING middle eastern food, and Yalla Yalla really hit the spot for my cravings. Fresh hummous, delicious pitas. Recommend the arayes (pita bread stuffed with minced lamb) and kibbe lahme (deep fried lamb and cracked wheat parcels filled with onions confit, minced meat and roasted pine nuts). The next time I'm back in London, I'll go for a main dish! Upside: Authentic Lebanese Downside: Small space with little seating

Yasser A.

Yelp
Great place with great service. Food was nice with great options and the staff was friendly. The place isn't very spacious so it's not suitable for large groups(i guess 4 would be fine).

Ben W.

Yelp
It's small. It's cramped. It's uncomfortable. The service is scatty. But you'll forgive it all that for the excellent food in cute surroundings slap bang in the middle of soho. Fresh ingredients, well put together, generously served, authentic menu. Great stuff. Something's got to give if you want all that in that area at that price. I loved it and will deffo be going back, even if I do decide on their extensive take-out menu instead.

Schelly Y.

Yelp
HOMMOS SHAWARMA-Chickpea purée topped with marinated thin slices of lamb fillet. SOUJOC- Homemade spicy Lebanese sausages with tomato, parsley and lemon juice. KAFTA MESHOUE- Charcoal grilled spiced minced lamb, onion and parsley skewers, grilled tomato, sumac onion salad. I loved everything here except there was a bit too much lemon juice in our soujoc. Hommos was smooth and delicious. Service was super friendly and efficient even during the workday lunch time rush. The minute we walked in, everyone was very welcoming.

Sam H.

Yelp
They should call this place Yummy Yummy. The mezze and entrees were terrific. We ordered a hummus, arayes, falafel and raw kibbi. For the main entrees, we had the chicken sharwma and lamb kabob. The arayes was probably may fave of all the mezzas. Crispy and sweet with flavorful lamb and pine nuts - yummy (there I go again). The raw kibbi was served with a lot of marinated onions and parsley. I've usually had it served with just raw onion. While good, I found it to be slightly underflavored. The chicken sharwma was very tasty. The lamb was good, but I found it slightly cooked to much for me (it was medium). Overall, even though this place is small, it has an intimate feel and the food overall was very good. Check it out, you'll enjoy it.

Kaoru T.

Yelp
Food was excellent! But the lady in blond was so mean and luck of hospitality. One of the worst experience ever. She just ruined my entire lunch break at this Restaurant. Another lady in black hair was nice and kind thought. Only wish the one with blond hair is not working here, I'd love to come back this Restaurant..... Disappointed.

Meena L.

Yelp
very small venue. Welcoming staff, more of a cafe atmoshere than restaurant. The dishes were expensive for the small amounts that they were but this is soho so probably not as much value for money as the outskirts. The dishes were tasty and i loved their fried white bait, calamari and prawns. They had a problem with their grill so couldnt have the mixed grill so chose the lamb shwarma. Not thin slices like in a shwarma takeaway but thick pieces that were tasty but salty. I enjoyed their homemade lemonade and pomegranate juice

Sara J.

Yelp
We were really disappointed by Yalla Yalla. We ordered the lamb/beef wrap and falafel wrap. The meat was not all the way cooked and there was no flavor to the falafel. It wasn't horrible, but we wouldn't go there again.

Chris S.

Yelp
Stopped here while in town on holiday/business with a friend who was raving about it. The spot itself is small and very intimate. Perfect for a date or small gathering of friends. We literally ordered every small plate on the menu and gobbled all of it down. My personal favorite being the hummus with chicken. So very tasty. Also the chicken wings were really good! Definitely check YY out if you are in the neighborhood!

Lauren B.

Yelp
Of all the foods across the globe, Lebanese is by far my favourite cuisine. I love the fact that you can order lots of different plates of food which can be shared amongst friends, allowing you to nibble a bit of this and that - and importantly allowing you not to get food envy across the table! I headed down to Yalla Yalla, located just behind Oxford Street on Monday evening for a catch up with an old work colleague. I arrived a little earlier, and as guests aren't seated until the whole party arrives, sat down to wait for my companion at the bar whilst enjoying a glass of apple, mint and ginger lemonade and taking in my surroundings. The vibe of the restaurant is very noisy and lively, owing to the fact that you sit on long communal tables (think Wagamamas/Flesh & buns) so it makes it a great place to socialise in big groups. Once we were seated, we got ahead with ordering a selection of dishes to share, which arrive as they are cooked rather all at the same time - for this reason I didn't get a snap of some of the dishes as I was too busy scoffing to remember! 'Tabboule' - my go-to Lebanese dish a salad comprised of chopped parsley, mint, spring onion, tomato, olive oil, lemon juice and cracked wheat. A little lacking in in lemon juice- the best tabuloueh, for me, packs a real zing! 'Halloum meshoue' - chunks of grilled halloumi cheese served with with tomato, black olives, fresh mint dressed in olive oil. Hommos - deliciously creamy and very moreish! The Chicken Rakakat (delicious fragrant fried pastry filled with marinated chicken, garlic and harrisa) were the star of the show and the Falafel served with tahini and garlic youghurt sauce were moist and delicious. Sadly these were devoured before I got the chance to photograph them - but I can vouch for how delicious they are! All the above, plus two drinks came to £15 each which I think is great value - highly recommend if you're looking for an informal lunch or dinner venue!

Biza S.

Yelp
I was very disappointed by the false advertisement the menu offers and what you actually get served, the misconception of the order is absolutely not satisfying to the Custemer and what I I payed for and what I ordered, with some of the servers not even understating what your saying, and the manager when I discussed with him the issue, he didn't want to do anything and offered me to order and pay for another one to get what I ordered the first time, This is one of the worst places I feel I got ripped off, my personal advice look for another place that serves better Quility food

Faz A.

Yelp
One of the best shawarma joints around. I tried the chicken shawarma which came with rice and also some light salad. This was by far the best shredded chicken I have had because of the sauce they use- unreal taste! Cozy place with super friendly staff.

Anu R.

Yelp
So good! So good! We always look forward to eating in London, especially middle eastern food and Yalla Yalla delivers. Hummus, baba and falafel are divine and I didn't taste the tabbouleh because my daughter ate the whole thing without uttering a word!

Dj H.

Yelp
Fanastic Food in a charming little spot just off Oxford Street. Very reasonable. Even the kids loved it.

Christian S.

Yelp
My first experience with what I would assume was an authentic Lebanese kitchen. One of the participant of the SoHo food fare was Lebanese and in her opinion it was right on the money. We had two dishes: Baba Ghannoujj and Soujoc, and they were both brilliant. Just brilliant. The smoothness of the Baba and the spiciness of the Soujoc sausages was perfect. This place is a must-visit in SoHo is small and intimate - almost secret. And according to the prices on the chart a bargain! I'm coming nexttime I'm in London. === Disclaimer; this was a stop on a SoHo food safari-thing, so the review may seem rather slim but we only had a few items.

Yelp
Great food, great service, one of our favorites. Perfect to share plates. Love the hummus, babaganouz, mixed grill plate.

Yelp
Great place to eat if you're a vegetarian or as in my case, a friend who's a vegetarian. That way i didn't have to compromise with a strictly veggie place and order myself a nice Meshoue. He was happy with his falafel, I was happy with my lamb skewers and we both went out quite full. The place is pretty small and cosy and you will definitely have to hear what other people have to say to their comrades. Well, we went for the feast and weren't exactly sharing nuclear secrets so we didn't mind the close seating. My advice is to go with someone, order a few mezze dishes, a couple of mains and I guarantee you'll be in for a real treat.

Yelp
I'd like to say that with my Jewish roots I genetically have the last-bubs that can identify a decent falafel. Yalla Yalla does some decent falafel! Actually all of the dishes Larissa and I ordered were pretty yummy. A little greasy (but what do you expect from street food) yet yummy. We decided to go here as it was rated so highly on Yelp, and yes I agree with the others but I'm a harsh marker. It's also hidden between the not so secret sex shops of Soho, making it a somewhat intimidating search for non locals, this actually plays to it's advantage, making it a hidden hot pot for a great lunch out. We had the tapas style dishes but I have to say, there was a tasty looking selection of wraps and juices up for grabs too.

Yelp
Beirut may probably be the most exotic food origin in London. Blink and you could miss this place. It's located on a small side street off the main drag of Brewer Street. While the side street is located in a 'colourful' area of Soho, Yalla Yalla is pleasantly decorated and warm inside. The menu is typically Middle Eastern. I didn't spot anything advertised as being specifically from Beirut. However, the zingy salads and meat stews are packed with flavour. If your have a sweet tooth, the baklava looked moreish. Worth a look but don't let Google Streetcar catch you heading down a small side alley in Soho!

Yelp
We had dinner here last night. The hummus and shawarma, kibbe lahme and mixed grill were all delicious. We were fortunate to get a table before things got very busy(although it is a tight fit). The price was also very reasonable.

Yelp
My friends and I found this place as we were heading home after a few drinks. Someone had told me about this place before and I really wanted to like it. I do like the decor, and I like that they have some sandwiches on display. But I don't like much else. We made our order and were waiting for it to come out. The sandwich was on display and just needed to be heated. It took a good 15 minutes for them to heat and wrap 4 sandwiches. They also rudely asked us to wait outside as we were crowding them. The staff was generally rude, as when I asked about other items they had, they were rude and told me that what's on display was all they had left. I understand that it was late and might be the end of their work day, but it wouldn't kill them to be nicer. Then the sandwich: dry meat, very underwhelming. Maybe they are better as table service? I don't know.

Yelp
Fresh and healthy ingredients, rich flavors, friendly and helpful servers, good prices, and a welcome world away from the surrounding Soho scene.
