Lovely lunch at Yamal Alsham! The hummus was fresh and came with warm bread! 11 courses so come hungry! Not the best food i’ve ever had, however had a good time!

Tasty afternoon lunch. Great for cocktails. Spicy hummus and grilled seabass for starters. Salad and Yogurt Kofte (perfectly cooked with potatoes) and Rice. Must come back again maybe during the evening as it looks like they offer entertainment/music. Welcoming and attentive staff. Excellent job, thanks so much.

The food here was just absolutely spectacular with such amazing staff members. Our waiter Francisco was just lovely and offered to put our food in takeaway boxes as the meal was very filling. We also ordered baklava to take away as well. Slightly pricey but worth it for the experience and the service you’re getting.

Lovely place and great fun however we were shocked to find we had been charged £25 for a cover charge ? This was in addition to a 15% service charge. The cover charge was never mentioned when we arrived and we didn’t notice until we had left. We should have questioned it however we were having a great time. Lovely food and service and appreciate this is Chelsea plus they had a singer and belly dancer who were great so I kind of understand but would be better to know upfront. So in summary a great place but too pricey for us to return.

Wow. Simply amazing. The quality of food was just incredible. I was so sceptical thinking there's so many overpriced high end resturants in chelsea that serve mid-food, but this is definitely not overrated. The ingredients are fresh, the food was filled with flavour, and every single thing we ordered just blew us away. The items all complemented each other perfectly. The service was incredible too - especially with one gentleman who recommended some great items to us and went out of his way to chat with us, give us the history behind some of the food, and just generally was so friendly. The price was slightly on the high side, but we genuinely did not mind at all as the food was so worth it! They had outdoor seating for those wanting to smoke shisha, which in the warm sun was such a vibe. And the indoor area was cultured and gave us a great atmosphere to enjoy. I will definitely recommend and will be visiting again when we are back in London.

We went here on a Monday for a date night, and the place was not too busy so that was good. We used a voucher from buy a gift and it’s best to book the restaurant over the phone if you have one. Service: great service at arrival, they were not really sure how to use the voucher so while we were seated they asked us about it again 😅 during our meal we kept being started at that made me feel a bit uncomfortable, but I guess it was to see if we were finished. However I would say don’t stare too much please 😅 6/10 Drinks : we had a mango juice that was a bit sweet but I liked it 8/10 11 course: we had a mix of starters as seen in the picture and videos. The food was a bit spicy, but if you can handle it you’re good. Overal the food we would give it a 7/10 Atmosphere is very cute not sure if they rent the space out but would be a great party venue.

This place was right near where we were staying so we popped in and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food, the atmosphere, and the service! We were seated right away and they had heaters outside to me cozy! The waiter brought over menus immediately and when we ordered our food came so quickly. The hummus was the best I have ever tasted with the softest pita bread! Yum!! I ate it too fast for photos! We also ordered the lamb and chicken kebabs which came with a spicy sauce that was spicy even for me! So good! Definitely a nice find and I could pack the hummus with me to bring back it is so good! I think it's all street parking and a bit of a walk to get here but totally worth it.

Well.... Staff is very nice and friendly. The fattoush salad is excellent, maybe a little too drenched but so good! The hummus is probably one of the best I've had in my life, very creamy and flavorful. The bread was meh, not so sure they make it there. The olives either came with the salad or hummus and was very good. So far - probably 4.5 stars. Ordered #72 Shrimp Briyani - I was told by the server that it was spicy. Coming from the states, this usually mean spicy hot. Well, it has had no flavor whatsoever and the rice was very limp with stale nuts - 7/10 for me on this dish. Probably closer to 4 but the shrimp was very big, almost lobster size and you get four of them. So, now I am a 4 star rating but when I presented the Yelp check-in offer of 25% off, they said I didn't spend the 100 minimum which is not stated anywhere! Lastly, the live music is great but kind of too loud in the dining area.

Not many restaurants near the Doubletree in Chelsea where we were staying so my we decided to eat at this place. Food was ok nothing to write home about. Messed up my order twice and no apology. There was a man in a suit. I think he was the manager or even the owner. Word of advice. Leave the serving to the servers/waiters. What compelled you to come to our table? Your manner was rude and you were very abrasive. If it's beyond your dignity to serve people, don't do it simple as that. Treat everyone the same and yes that's exactly where I'm going with saying that, with respect. After messing my order up not once but twice I, understandably, did not want my order. This guy said sorry you ordered it, can't refund. Oh yeah really? He eventually took it off the bill but that left a sour taste in my mouth. After paying he said "Oh American Express...it went through!". Now why wouldn't it? What are you implying? Do better my friend. Honestly. You should't be serving with that attitude. Stick to managing or whatever it is you do. Don't bark at people it comes across as hostile.

Six of us went for dinner; none of us had an entree, but our server and my son, who lived briefly in Jordan, filled us with numerous appetizers. Excellent food and service. In fact, we went again a week later.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this spot, since it seemed to be in an office-type area. But the restaurant impressed from the moment I entered. It felt very luxurious and the staff were highly attentive. I was being treated to the tasting menu and it certainly felt like it was a feast! The falafel were out of this world, and we were brought more by the maitre d who seemed to enjoy our appreciation. The spicy potatoes and the dips were also fantastic. And the salad (which would normally get ignored on a table this full) was dressed perfectly; served with excellent spicy chilli peppers! I especially enjoyed the rice and lentils - and didn't think I'd have room for the dessert. But the baklava were so cute in mini shapes and I just couldn't resist!

Poor service, poor quality food, heated food, expensive! When 3 people spend over £150 for dinner they expect something memorable. The lamb biryani was at least two days old - I am an accomplished cook so I know the difference between freshly cooked and stale food. You ought to be ashamed of your food.

Whilst Yamal Alsham in Knightsbridge was decidedly average, this branch in Imperial Wharf is significantly better. Other than not immediately receiving guests into the restaurant, and forgetting to bring a drink we had ordered, the staff were on the whole attentive and gracious. The ingredients used in the food, from the vegetables in the salad, to the cooked potatoes, to the lentils with rice, to the caramelised onion, to the baked bread, were all convincingly fresh and freshly prepared. Amongst my favourite of their offerings are the humus dip and the sesame bread that is lightly fried in onion oil. The restaurant is also spacious and relaxing and the hot tea (with a choice of cardamon, mint or cinnamon spices) was a pleasant addition to the meal. Thus the culmination of the good food and the tasteful atmosphere certainly yields for an excellent dining experience.

Went there last night for some food and Shisa. Food was very delicious and the Shisa was one of the best we ever smoked. The service was fast and the staff was OK, but with some room for improvement. Was happy that they honored our discount voucher from yelp. After the dinner it is definitely worth going for a walk along Thames.

I really loved the atmosphere of this place. It reminded me of my recent trip to Istanbul, with reds walls, dim lighting, and colorful lamps. There was also an assortment of hookahs and chairs for lounging at the front. We got a quiet table and ordered mezzes to share. The aubergine, falafel, grape leaves, and spicy potatoes were delicious. I also loved the bread they brought to the table. We ordered these spinach pastries that weren't very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean restrooms. They also have a carry out deli on the outside as well. I'd come back!

We did come here on a voucher but it was still a special meal. Be prepared to be tempted with drinks and extras though! The food is delicious, and it's complemented by the decor and atmosphere. After dinner go for a walk on the riverside, after all those courses you're going to need it ;)

This is a very very late review. This nice restaurant is located in the middle of the Imperial Wharf flats. My friends and I were renting out a flat just a few skips away from this restaurant and decided to try it out one day. The ambience of the restaurant is great and had a great and friendly staff. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly and the pricing was pretty fair. All in all if I ever visited again, I'd definitely come back!

Can't believe how rude they treated us when realised we were using a voucher which was booked already..the manager said they don't value us as proper customers unless we order loads more drink and food!!!Although the voucher was issued by themeselves.. We do NOT recommend it at all.. Shame

Wow is all I can say. Being Lebanese, we had the most amazing food and service. Definitely the best around, must visit!

Great food and great service. This place was right under our flat, so we were lucky to have good food close by. I enjoyed their lentils and rice, spicy chicken, and moussaka. The mango juice was good, also. if I'm ever back near Imperial Wharf, I'll definitely eat here again.

Went here through a KGB Deal, was not impressed at all, not treated like a valued customer at all, did not explain that a few things like the water, dessert choices were not part of the deal. Do not take food allergies into consideration which I found quite offensive as I suffer from severe food allergies. The Belly dancing was good & the belly dancer was very good. Would not go back at all, service was not good at all, definitely would not recommend to go here.

Yamal is probably the best middle eastern restaurant in London. I'm including Edgware and the east end in this statement as well. As an American living here I feel like many places Americans would like are represented well on Yelp and this is no exception. Shisha here is excellent as well as the food. The staff are so friendly it really beggars belief but you will not be disappointed, the attention to detail is excellent. For a place like Imperial Wharf which seems to gain and lose restaurants and the like every few months, Yamal is a stalwart here and for good reason.

I used to frequent this place (the takeaway / cafe / deli section, not the restaurant) when I worked near Imperial Wharf. Their hot food was delicious and their desserts absolutely divine. They also did a value-for-money lunch time deal where you can fill up a lunch box for £5. I always had that, a soup, and a muffin for lunch. Shame my office moved.

yamal alsham lebanese restaurant in chelsea on of the best. we had dinner last saturday it was great. food delicious, friendly service. highly recommended will be back soon.

Coming from the USA service in restaurants is very important to us! I stayed a week in London and ate out almost everyday! And I've never ever had such horrible service! Yesterday while visiting Harrods me and my husband decided to walk around and find a place to eat, we decided on yamal alsham! From the moment we walked in we felt at home! The service was outstanding and the food was amazing! Best food and service in London!
