Yard Art, where should I start. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY. I ordered to have my sign placed Friday evening as the rude Women who sets up appointment and also takes the money agreed after I paid in full. She stated that all signs are up for 48 hours from delivery date. The sign was not put down on Friday evening or night as her and I discussed at the time of payment. I called Friday night at 2:20 am and left a message due to me and my loved ones from out of town waiting all night for the sign to be placed and to take pictures. I gets a call from the disrespectful lady that sets up appointments Saturday morning. I explained to her that the sign had not been placed. She argued with me that her driver brought the sign out at 10 pm and the driver has no reason to lie,,, well sorry the driver Falsified documents and the sign was never delivered and the money was removed days before out of my account. She would not refund my money she” stated that we had been in the phone for 10 minutes now what do I want her to do? Mind you we are celebrating a death and through these hard times after I have paid my money with you company you can be rude and not stand behind customer service and what I paid for in advance. She said she didn’t have time and hung up in my face. Where is the customer service??? She was very unprofessional and I would not recommend their services for your pet. I have no reason to lie nor call you at 2:20 am as we patiently waited for the sign to be placed. This is sad please be aware of who you spend your hard earned dollars with they will take your payment and not deliver the sign when it’s supposed to be delivered. It’s sad I just simply wanted a refund and also to discuss the unprofessionalism. My family and I would not recommend this company to know one. Beware of this place and the Witch that has no customer service, professionalism nor empathy when it comes to her worker not delivering and Falsified documents on the delivery. I’m upset beyond words.
