My cousin brought me here as I was visiting out of town and wow. This place did not disappoint at all! Walked in and the farm decor was on point. My cousin recommended the spicy Mexican chocolate latte and wow that was amazing! So much flavor and it was very smooth with a tiny bite at the end. This place is definitely unique and I can see why it's rated so high. The lady took our order quick and provided excellent service. Definitely stop here, you can't go wrong! I will definitely be back for more. Thank you!! Update: about a week after visiting Yaw Farm Coffee was rated number ONE by Yelp! Definitely don't skip visiting this place! Congrats to "Yawll"!!

This is truly the best coffee shop in Las Vegas. The Yawtte Caramello is my absolute favorite. It is smooth, perfectly sweet, and topped with tiny marshmallows, which is such a fun and thoughtful touch. I also tried the Blackberry on my second visit. It has a tart, bold flavor that berry lovers would enjoy, but I personally prefer the Caramello. I have only had the drinks iced since I am an iced coffee person, though I am sure they would taste just as good hot. They only use Oatly oat milk and do not allow customizations, but the drinks are already made so perfectly that nothing needs to be changed. The coffee itself tastes amazing because you can tell they use high-quality beans. I am not a coffee expert, but even I can notice the difference. If you are interested, the beans are displayed in the café and the staff can explain more if you want to buy some. The atmosphere here is always positive. The owner, Ian, is always busy but still takes the time to greet customers kindly, even when we are leaving. The staff are also so friendly and welcoming. I used to drive all the way from Henderson just for this coffee, and now that I live closer I still make the twenty minute drive. My only wish is that they were open later in the day, since they currently close at 2 PM and are closed Sundays and Mondays, but that just shows how much care they put into roasting and preparing their beans. Also, just an FYI, they have a rule of two drinks maximum per person, and for reference my total for two drinks was $15.17. It is completely worth it, and I recommend this place to everyone.

I’m visiting Las Vegas from out of state thousands of miles away for a business trip, and I heard a lot about Yaw Farm Coffee Roaster, so I really wanted to check it out. I don’t normally drink coffee (I’m very sensitive to caffeine), but I’m currently researching coffee concepts, so I made the trip here. My first visit was during a very busy moment the shop was completely packed, so I decided to come back another day. On my second visit, I came with a friend. I didn’t love the drink I ordered that day, but my friend got the cold brew and said it was excellent, so I wanted to return and try more items myself. Today, I drove about 30 minutes to get there and planned to order 4 drinks to try and share. When I reached the counter, the cashier let me know that during busy hours they limit customers to two drinks per order. I understood, so I ordered two drinks and then got back in line to order the other two. However, the cashier informed me I still couldn’t place the second order at that time. While I fully understand they were busy and trying to manage workflow, as someone who re-entered the line and traveled far to visit, it felt a bit rigid. I hope in the future there might be a little flexibility for guests who are willing to wait again. That said I really appreciate the personal touch here. The owner brings out drinks to each guest and greets people with a friendly, short conversation, which is rare and really nice to see. The cold brew is excellent (which there was a little less on ice though), and the Yawtte was very good as well. Overall, Yaw Farm clearly has a passionate following and great product. I just wanted to share my experience in a respectful way I would still recommend trying their cold brew. It’s definitely worth it.

Alright now.... I literally left the shop .23 seconds ago and already felt compelled to come leave a review. We did have a little bit of a wait because of the sheer number of orders, but what I did appreciate was the transparency about the wait as soon as we came in, and the great communication about what orders were coming up next. The coffee is beyond worth the wait. We came to visit from Washington, DC and this was on the list of local businesses to try. The iced blackberry yawtte was by far, the best coffee I've ever had hands down.... and this, coming from a native NYer and coffee snob 🤣 I leave tomorrow for California, but the Caramello is calling my name before I leave in the morning. If there is a wait when you come......WAIT. Support good businesses, with great service and great products.

BEST SERVICE EVER! We had a long wait due to the rising popularity but the lady there made our drinks fresh right when we came back for our queue. Truly appreciated the service and blackberry coffee was incredible! The owner is so humble and recognized the long wait by thanking the costumers! GO HERE, it’s so worth it!

The art of brewing coffee. That's all they do. Reminiscent of the Soup Nazi type style of ordering without the rude or abruptness. They were super nice. I always just get coffee and never really paid attention to notes and flavors. They were spot on with the flavorings and spot on with suggestions like waiting ten minutes until it cools just a bit so you can pick up all of those flavors. I will be back.

Probably the most serious cup of coffee, or coffee roaster in the entire state of Nevada. Essentially, makes coffee drinks the way the owner / barista likes to make it. Don’t come in there with your 10 modifications order of a drink they way you’re used to at Starbucks. Here he might adjust the sweetness for you but that’s about it. In the end you’re going to get the best cup of coffee in Las Vegas .. iced or hot. Bonus: he’s cheaper than 90% of the coffee shops in town and they don’t hit you up for a 20% tip!

Great coffee but customer service is awful. Been a few times and wanted to continue to return until I experienced a trend with the same lady everytime our office orders from them. The barista gentleman is great. The tall, Caucasian, bigger set cashier lady might want to consider a job that doesn't require human interaction. First of all there is no guidance and signs of where the line is. It changes and you just have to hope for the best. Rule and regulations weren't explained until you reached the cashier. The amount of attitude was appalling when customer concerns were brought to light. You can see what demographic she acts civilized with. It wasn't just with me. I witnessed a customer today that was 2 spots ahead with me ask questions about menu and gave this woman a hard time and rushed her to order. Not only that. The lady behind her was givin their order before hers and when confronted, the cashier completely disregarded her. Can't support the hate. We just want coffee to start our day positively. This place Is too pricey for poor customer service.

Amazing people and amazing coffee . It was my first visit and I got an iced vanilla yawtte ( I'm not sure about the spelling ) :) and a blueberry one . Both of the drinks had amazing flavor. The shop itself has amazing atmosphere , very stylish and unique

I decided on a whim to grab a cup of coffee to go! I was annoyed with myself for forgetting to pack up my own coffee. I went through all the trouble to brew my own coffee before work. AND, left in a hurry and forgot it!! I decided on Yaw Farm due to the close proximity to my work; and remembered how FRIENDLY they were to me, a few years back. This place is a to-go only shop. The inside was spotless with electric decor and trinkets & coffee beans for purchase. My Americano was delicious & fresh! The male barista (I think he's the owner) was immensely friendly & gave me some helpful tips on the consumption method .

One of the most delicious coffee I've ever had in my life! I was in town and my friend who is a local to the area recommended that we try out this spot. He mentioned that he's heard amazing things about this place and has been meaning to try it. Super glad that we got to check it out! I got the oat blackberry latte and it was absolutely enjoyable! I've never had a blackberry latte before so this has definitely been an amazing first. The staff were all so welcoming! We also got to meet the owner of the shop. He was super nice and attentive to our needs. He also gave us an almond croissant on the house so that was super sweet of him! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back when I visit the area again!

This is such a hidden gem! The only reason I found this was because I vowed to stop going to generic corporate coffee shops and this is defiantly not a cookie cutter corporate shop! It's a vibe when you walk in and you can tell they are serious about their beans! The workers were all so nice and friendly! I loved my drink that was reccomend by the barista. I just wish it had a seating area it would be such a cool place to sit and write.

My favorite place to get a cold brew! No frills, just really great coffee. I usually get a light roast cold brew and it's the best. You can really taste the fruity notes.

Coffee here is top tier! I believe they only use oat milk and it's probably one of the best coffee I've had made with oat milk. Service was also quick and friendly! My friend and I wanted to stop by before our drive back to LA but they're closed on Sunday and Monday. Will definitely come back when I'm in town again. Yaw Coffee - she's an odd bird with a lot of rules: No sitting No staying To-go only Limited drinks per person Parameters around what the drinks can be No drip coffee Strange location Closed on Sunday That said, YAW produces what I would consider the best coffee in the city. Arguably the best. Magical, how did they do that?, aroma. Silky rich flavor. It's delicious when the guy makes it. It's special to have a bag of beans at your house. 100% yes. YAW also serves treats from Breizh, so you can double up on LV delights made by geniuses. It's cool, clean, and calm inside. There is a bathroom and parking is easy.

Didn't even know this place existed until today!!! I literally live down the street! Super cute inside, lots of plants.... I love plants! Coffee was divine. Not pretentious like Some other coffee houses I have visited. I will be coming back!!! Also have cute coffee stickers .... Buy one!!!

As a frequent coffee drinker with particular standards, I am rarely impressed by most establishments. However, this coffee shop 10 mins from Chinatown exceeded my expectations on multiple fronts. As much as I would love to gate-keep this place, I would prefer to see this business flourish and add more branches into my city. The ambiance is immediately striking, with its dimly lit interior, earthy decor, and a calming atmosphere conducive to both work and relaxation. Despite arriving shortly before closing, the staff were notably welcoming and attentive. Their menu is concise but well-curated. I opted for the "Yawtte" with the blackberry addition based on a staff recommendation, and it did not disappoint. The blackberry flavor was pronounced but not overwhelming, blending seamlessly with the coffee. My companion's "Yaw-hoo" cold brew was equally satisfying, boasting a smooth and refreshing profile. We both chose the medium sweetness level for our lattes, which proved to be the perfect balance. The owner, who I understand used to run the establishment alone until recently, surprised us with a complimentary sample of their classic "Yawtte". It was a delightful gesture and a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's a shame it's take-out only, as I would have loved to linger with my laptop. Additionally, the unique resin bar countertop with a glowing LED blue light stream adds a touch of visual interest to the space. While part of me wants to keep this gem a secret, its quality deserves recognition. This coffee shop offers an exceptional combination of high-quality coffee, inviting ambiance, and attentive service. While its location may not be the most convenient for all, it is undoubtedly worth seeking out for those who value a superior coffee experience.

What a little gem of a coffee shop!! The owner Ian was so incredibly kind when I was having a really rough week a couple months ago. I specifically came in for a food item that they were out of, but Ian really saved my day with their house specialty, an iced Vanilla Chai Yawtte. I highly highly recommend checking out this wonderful spot! I will most certainly be back!

This coffee shop is a hidden gem in the summerlin area. They only offer to-go coffee, but I will drive out of my way for this place. Every time I've been here, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and always greet you with big smiles. They have a seamless ordering process and make your to-go drinks very quickly. I would highly recommended the "Punkin pie yawtte" and the Carmello. I tried the spicy Mexican chocolate yawtte last time and it definitely had a little kick of spice as the name suggests! So if you are sensitive to spice, go for one of the sweeter options. I love how they add mini marshmallows to the tops of the iced drinks. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for your morning caffeine fix!

As of writing this, it's only take out. But can I say the atmosphere was really cool kind of like a modern bohemian vibe I feel I think but take a look for yourself now let's talk about the food and drinks. I got the yahoo cold brew and let me tell you it's smooth, where slight sweet and nutty taste to it no bitterness. I also got the Nutella brioche that everyone keeps posting and to me. It's good Fluffy chocolate crisps slathered with Nutella. Best TIP bring the Nutella brioche home with you. Microwave it for nine seconds thank me later.

The most delicious, high quality, and perfect lattes in town. They have a small & committed crew, so you always see the same people there. Everyone is well trained and the drinks are consistently on point. The classic Yawtee is a win and automatically comes with oat milk. The shop is cute. I wonder if they'll ever allow dine-in? My only lament is that they're closed on Sundays, so I don't get to go as often as I'd like! Ha! Overall, perfection!

I'm normally not in this part of Las Vegas but fate had it in store for me to finally make my way to Yaw... and I'm so happy I did. While I'm bummed they don't have seating (it's take out only FYI), the coffee and service are worth it. After the suggestion, I ordered the iced Yaw latte (with 3 shots of espresso, oat milk, white chocolate sweetener). It was/is very good. I'm still drinking it. And was also given a complimentary oatmeal raisin cookie! Honestly, I was nervous about the cookie but DAMN that is so good. I'm hoping it will last me all day but I don't think it's gonna make it. I love soft cookies!!!!! Ian was great-- I didn't catch the name of the other staff member who helped me figure out what to order-- but they were both wonderful. I would've stayed longer to chat but haha there isn't anywhere to sit. Lots of parking since it's in a strip mall like area. Go visit them!

I found this coffee roaster by luck! I work from home full-time. I'm always on the search for a cozy and delicious cafe to spend a couple of hours to work out of. The staff is super welcoming, warm and helpful. I asked for a recommendation and went with the Yawtee - it's a Hot or Iced Oatly Milk latte. Comes with a double shot of espresso and house made vanilla. I ordered a hot Yawtee and the first sip was so delicious I had to really stop and savor the flavor. The rich espresso paired so well with the milk and vanilla. I've had countless vanilla lattes and this one stands out amongst the rest. I enjoyed the coffee so much I bought a bag of espresso beans. I haven't tried them yet, but I'm hoping to enjoy them sometime soon. Because I work from home, I was hoping to spend some time here, but it is take-out only.

Coming from a place with strong coffee culture, I was initially a bit skeptical that I would find a local place roasting their own beans and utilizing them to make a variety of delicious offerings. This place is indeed a hidden gem off the strip. Super friendly service in a laid back setting. I ordered the Vanilla Chai Yawtte and enjoyed every last drop. I also picked up some of the Yawgacheffe beans--what a delicious varietal. I don't plug places very often, but if you're a coffee nerd and enjoy new places that are doing things the right way, then you gotta check this place out!

Got the Yawtee and LOVE IT, the housemade vanilla is so nice and refreshing but the sweetness doesn't overwhelm the coffee. If I'm ever traveling through again I would love to come back. Also the service was so nice!

A good friend of mine recommended me this place. I got the white chocolate latte and I absolutely love it! It's so rich and flavorful in taste. I love iced coffee, where you can really taste the coffee flavor. if you like oatmeal latte this is the place for you. One thing I will say the menu is very small and there's no fancy extra additional toppings for example like a cold foam. Which is fine, considering the taste of the coffee itself makes up for it and does not need any of those extras. The staff is nice and attentive. I love this place. their hours are from 8 AM to 2 PM so just take that into consideration it is not open early morning or all day but if you're ever in the area, Csn Charleston location I recommend coming here!

My friend spoke so highly of this place that I couldn't help but get curious. I'm so glad we decided to visit during our weekend trip from LA. The vibes are great, the coffee is amazing, and the best part--everyone here is super nice! I can't wait to come back next time when we are in town! (:

Awesome coffee shop hidden on the main Street but with big personalities. Most of us have heard of this place through news that this is the Best coffee shop in Vegas. I have my some other favorites but I think this place is great if you like plant base milk latte. I don't believe they have regular milk. I have been here couple of times. The barista who might be the manager/owner is always super friendly. When we came in yesterday, he offered us the Nutella dipped brioche buns to try/ It was yummy! I would suggest you grab a bakery item with your latte next time. This is more of a grab and go place. Not a place to sit and hang out. My favorite so far is the spicy Mexican latte. I will be back and get this again!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. First time at Yaw Coffee Roasters and it will not be our last. It is an amazing spot everyone from the staff to the owners all amazing and kind. I stopped by Yaw Farm Coffee Roaster a couple months back after visiting the Las Vegas Springs Preserve. The staff were extremely friendly, and I appreciated the strong emphasis on farming (and the sourcing of their coffee beans) in their business brand. Unfortunately, the dirty chai that I ordered ended up being too milky and sweet for my liking, but I will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area to give them another try.

Didn't know this place was here but so glad I stopped in. Great coffee and atmosphere. The staff is so friendly but their coffee is what brought me back a second time around. Their organic vanilla flavor is made in-house and is so delicious. 10/10 recommend. Can't wait for my next visit. Trying the kwadzilla next

Was out in Vegas for a basketball tournament. Saw that Yaw coffee roaster was rated number one for coffee roasters on yelps top 100 list and we knew we had to try it. It was a bit out of the way from where we we're headed, but it was so worth the drive. The vanilla iced yawtte was amazing. Smooth, but strong coffee with just the right amount of sweet. Coffee shops tend to be a hit or miss with us, but we loved yaw coffee! We also met Ian and he was so friendly and nice. Loved the vibes ! Even offered us an almond croissant! It was the perfect pregame breakfast. We also picked up a bag of beans on the way out. Can't wait to try them! Thanks Ian! We will be back next time we're in Vegas!

Damn this Yawtte is good!!! In between appointments, I made a short detour to get another cold Yawtte. In no time it was made and brought to me because I was checking out their whole bean selection. I had my eye on one blend that sounded interesting. Service is fast a very friendly! This is a great stop even if you have to drive a bit and not take a short detour like me! I was recommended Yaw by at least four people over the course of a few weeks and decided to go. Fun fact, I live like a mile away for the last two years and I pass by it everyday but I thought it was a logo of a helicopter. Anyways we stopped in and the staff is so nice. They are just really kind and patient and you can tell they take their coffee seriously. It's a take out only coffee shop, there's a two drink max limit per person, and apparently they only use oat milk for lattes. After my first visit I went back a couple days later it's so good. They serve most their coffee hot except for lattes. I could be wrong but I get it. I'm an iced coffee boy and they have flavor options like blueberry or a seasonal pumpkin pie. Some are served with these mini marshmallows that are crunchy and sweet and so good. This has to be my favorite coffee shop now because the flavor is just so good. I believe they even roast their own beans but I could be wrong. It's actually super cut inside and such a vibe but you can't sit which sucks.

Vegas is filled with coffee shops, this one is ran by a One Man Army. Well, for the longest time it was ran by the owner, and now he's got staff to help. This review is a long time coming but congratulations being successful! It was impressive how the owner was able to run this shop, located in the west part of town, by himself for so long. The decor, should immediately catch your attention, it's modern and filled with a rustic charm and best part, coffee bags filled with roasted beans ready to be bought. The owner is a true coffee artisan, you can tell with the way how passionate he talks about coffee, so do not rush him or his staff when they're making your drinks.

WOW! Talk about TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My first time visiting but second time trying the coffee!!! Such a warm, intimate coffee shop. There's no seating but service is super fast! I'd love to be able to sit in to enjoy the vibes this place has but the service and tasty coffee make up for this. The owner was SUPER SWEET, giving my daughter and I a free oatmeal cookie and cinnamon roll on the house! The cinnamon roll was so buttery and delicious! Please visit this establishment and show them some love.

The plaza this place is in is tiny. And for some reason half of it only parks comfortably one way. Strange. But no matter. We swung by here at around 11 on a Friday, and were able to order quickly, since we had missed the morning rush. The menu is small, and it seemed your only real choices were lattes or cold brew. Which is fine by me. I had my eye on a hot latte the whole way here. So that's what I ordered, with "Punkin Pie" flavoring. Price will run you about $7 or so, which is pretty steep considering the size of the drink. I thought the flavor was great. Really smooth and creamy. I could have used a little bit less sweetness, a sentiment echoed by my wife as well. It felt heavy and rich, which makes it super tasty. But also makes you feel like you might need a nap? Which you won't be able to take, because you're wired. It's a strange feeling. But the taste was really quite good. It's a bit out of the way for us, so I don't know how often we will be back, but I'm sure it will be semi frequently. Would love to try a standard vanilla latte with a bit less sweetness. I think that would really hit the spot.

LOVE this place! I wish that they had sit down seats. the staff is so friendly and really want to accommodate to your coffee preferences. The atmosphere is earthy and homey. They gave us a complimentary muffin!! We'll be back.

popped in for the first time (finally!!) after hearing my friends rave about this place, the owner, and the service for so long I love that everything is dairy free for the drinks and was shocked at how quickly my yawttes were made I was also given the chance to try out a blueberry muffin that they source from a local bakery and can't wait wait to come back !

Just stopped by to grab a simple coffee that ended up exceeding all of my expectations. I don't typically enjoy oat milk but their Yawtte with blackberry was absolutely delicious. Turns out they use a specific Ethiopian bean which also had notes of blueberry, blackberry, and chocolate. The berry flavor explosion of my dreams! So of course, I also had to grab a bag of freshly roasted beans. Thank you for the incredible service, Ian, and we will make this our go to coffee shop whenever we swing by NV.

Just like a few paint strokes from an accomplished artist can elevate a canvas, a barista with great technique and right recommendation on patience can bring out what a pour over coffee can be! Yaw Farm is elevating each cup and you can definitely tell from their vibe. The environment is very understated with the highlight on the exceptional roaster that was working in the back. Yes, the beans they sourced were top notch but that adds to how their importance comes out organically and it doesn't put a huge spotlight on it. The whole set up draws the customer in and without overwhelming them invites them to explore their next coffee cup. I really appreciated them telling me to let the Ethiopian coffee settle for 6-8 minutes. With the same beans, I could experience such different notes that I could never extract at home. This is the place that any pour over coffee establishment should strive to be! I hope they keep their passion for coffee going... one pour over at a time!

The taste of the cup of coffee was amazing. Barista's knowledge and suggestions were spot on. Super friendly cashier, amazing coffee roasting smells all over. The coffee was flawlessly done at an award-winning level. Hints of fruitiness and aroma give me an orgasm from coffee. This is simply one of kind. Try it. You will enjoy several different flavors every 5 minutes.

My wife and I come to Yaw almost every Saturday morning. Ian and the two barista's are very welcoming and polite. Its come to the point now where they know our orders as we walk in through the door. We love coming here and look forward to it every Saturday.

I had this Punkin Spice Oat Milk Latte, and let me tell you, it was like a dance party in a cup. The rich, spiced pumpkin flavor blended perfectly with the creamy oat milk, creating a warm, comforting embrace with each sip. The balance of spices and sweetness was spot-on, making it the perfect autumn treat. If you're looking for a cozy, flavorful beverage to brighten your day, this latte is a must-try.

The only truly good coffee in Vegas. I was there for a week on a work trip and just wanted a great iced americano. If you're into espresso and really great coffee this is the place.

Wow. Amazing coffee!! For me, I can always tell a good coffee spot based on their vanilla latte. It was perfectly balanced, good quality coffee and ingredients. You can tell the love, art, and craftsmanship they have for coffee. Staff was very friendly and engaging. I would totally get coffee here more often if I lived closer (Henderson). If I am anywhere remotely close though, you bet I am stopping in!!

This place when I first seen it, I was thinking what could this place possibly offer, I walk in and what in the world was not expecting, it's very calming!!!! Very eye appealing, super chill and very friendly. They explain as u order the other person is working on one drink and when u barely get the other tasty drink out of your mouth and done paying your order is up. They are very friendly, tell you about the coffee, very knowledgeable and not being rude but these guys actually know how to multitask talk and work at the same time which I appreciate. 1,000/10 Recommend! We've been trying to find a local Coffee Roaster and saw this little gem recommended on reddit. The interior is warm and cozy and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Not to mention their yawtte recommendations were spot on for my husband and I. They even gave my kids a free nutella muffin donut (not sure the exact name but my boys said its infinity thumbs ups ). We also grabbed a bag of beans and cant wait to try it out! Thank you for the great customer service, delicious lattes, and yummy muffin donuts! We will be back for sure!!!

This was truly a positive experience for me at a local coffee shop. Please come here! Highly recommend. I nearly let the outside keep me from coming in. Met the owner, he was cool. All I wanted was to try two different coffees. I was open to his suggestions. I got one hot. One iced. I was so happy!!! Some of the best coffee I've ever had.
