We went here yesterday for a quick dinner before we took our kids to a show. It was great in every way. Pizza was amazing! Love the decor so much! Very friendly! Treated our family so wonderful; even after my son spilled his water everywhere! 10/10! We'll definitely be back in the future!

Google
Came here with family, it took about 40 mins for 1, 10 inch and 2, 14 inch pizzas. The food was phenomenal and unique. I ordered the dragon and both my eyes and tastebuds were pleased.Server had a spill on the table but was very polite and considerate. Overall a great spot that also has parking nearby.

Been a handful of times, the only pizza I've ever tried that my taste buds really like is the "Spicy Chicken Corn Chowder." I like spicy, I enjoy a little kick every now and then! 🌶️ 🥵 🔥 But this pizza 🍕 in general isn't really spicy at all. I like the no tomato sauce 🍅 spin on this with the drizzled corn 🌽. 😋 Spicy Chicken Corn Chowder 👉 Garlic cream sauce, cajun seasoning, kale, mozzarella, chicken, corn, red onions, roasted red peppers & grated parmesan.

Google
I got The Dragon pizza and a Caesar salad. The Caesar dressing tasted HEAVILY of nutritional yeast, and it overwhelmed the other flavors. I actually really like the flavor of nutritional yeast, and put it on lots of things at home, but whatever was going on with this dressing made it not taste like Caesar at all, and it was off-putting. The large shavings of Parmesan in the salad were rubbery and unpleasant to chew. The croutons were great. The pros of the pizza: it had one million pepperonis, which is awesome, and the edge crust was crispy and delicious. The cons: the pepperoni layer was directly on the (veryyyyyyyy limp, soggy, and floppy) crust, and when I lifted it, the entire layer of toppings peeled away and fell forward from the crust edge and fell entirely off the pizza in one sheet. The cheese is on top of the pepperoni, with none underneath. I’ve never had that happen with a pizza. After I put the sheet of toppings back on and tried again carefully, it did it again but this time it all ended up sliding off onto the floor before I could catch it. This happened with all the pieces I tried to eat. I eventually gave up. The pepperonis, while wonderfully abundant on the pizza, had a sharp burnt plastic flavor that was really unappealing, and the majority of the crust was soggy and had a slimy texture where the toppings met the crust. My food was $35, so I was super disappointed. I won’t be going back even though it’s right by where I live. I absolutely wasted my money.

First time at the Rich St location, great place! We had the Chicago Style and in was amazing! Our server was also great! We really enjoyed Yellow Brick and will be back!

Google
Stopped in after a cosi trip and this place is awesome! The garlic knots are AMAZING, holy cow they’re good. The bacon and balsamic pizza is soooo good. The crust has a perfect crunch, not too floppy and very fresh tasting toppings 100 percent will be back!

Dana Dickman

Google
Pizza tasted excellent! Crust was a little burnt, over cooked, and very dry. It looked like it was left under the heat lamp too long. Our server was nice but it took an hour to get it pizza and we had to ask for pop refills and our check. It's like she didn't want to be there.

Google
I ordered pickup online & was very disappointed today. I ordered a chicago style dish pizza with pepperoni & garlic nots. Someone added jalapeños (& lots of them) to both inside the stuffed crust & on top - I can pick food off I don’t like no problem, but when it’s inside the stuffed crust?? That’s a whole other ball game 😩. Additionally, the cheese was runny & wouldn’t stay on at all. And lastly, there was a bit too much sauce in opinion. I wanted to go back & ask for a remake, but it would’ve been at least a one and a half hour wait & I just didn’t have that in me. I went back to ask for a refund, but there wasn’t anyone available - the manager/ownerr(?) was double duty working in the back in the kitchen & trying to serve the patrons who were there, the dining room was rough, they were slammed. I’m bummed about today because I was really looking forward for my pizza :(

Yelp
Pear Pressure Made Me Do It -- #YellowBrickPizza (#TheElliot) LOCATION: 415 W. Rich St., Franklinton, Columbus Last time I came to Yellow Brick, The Flying Pig and that cheesy bread came for my whole life. I left impressed, satisfied, and ready to plan a round two. This time, I switched it up and gave The Elliot a shot -- and well... let's talk. THE ORDER: Half The Elliot -- salt & pepper, thyme, light mozzarella, pears, bacon, shaved parmesan, honey, and an olive oil drizzle Half custom -- pepperoni, sausage, banana peppers THE CRUST CHECK: Still consistent. Crispy, a little flaky, and rocking that subtle char on the bottom. Wood-fired or not, the bite is solid. THE ELLIOT EXPERIENCE: I came in open-minded -- knowing this wasn't a crowd favorite and also knowing pear isn't exactly my go-to fruit. But I was curious. And to Yellow Brick's credit, it worked better than I expected. The pear and honey brought that mellow sweetness, the bacon and parmesan added salt, and everything was fresh. The olive oil drizzle? Cool touch -- added a light, fancy feel. But it wasn't enough to carry the whole pie. The marathon continues. Honestly, it just needed one more hit -- a saltier pop or a spice kick to pull it all together. Not tasteless, but definitely not leaving skid marks on your taste buds either. Just... mellow. Rick Ross once said, "I forgot what fruit tasted like. I eat pears now and sh*t like that. Shout out to all the pear." And listen, I'll give pears a shot -- just not on pizza. Respect to the fruit... but this ain't how I wanna remember it. And when your other half (pepperoni, sausage, banana peppers) is out here bold, flavorful, and dependable? The Elliot ends up feeling like the plate you get when everyone else at the table lucked out and you just... didn't. ABOUT THAT CUSTOM HALF: Zero surprises. Banana peppers brought their usual zing, and the meat duo came through. If I ordered this full size, I'd have no notes and no regrets. FRUIT-ON-PIZZA PERSPECTIVE: Let the record show: I do not fear fruit on pizza. I actually believe pineapple, when done right, deserves a seat at the table. Pear just isn't the one for me -- not outside this very specific recipe. Yellow Brick made it work, but it didn't convert me. FINAL THOUGHT: The Elliot is like that guilty pleasure playlist you'd never play on the aux -- thoughtful, quirky, and it might even surprise you... but it's not your go-to. It's fresh, creative, and respectable... just not something I'd reorder. Not when Yellow Brick's got bolder options on deck.

Yelp
The food here is always amazing! They switch the menu around & there's always new pizzas to try! I most recently tried the jerk chicken pizza, which was amazing! I usually am not a big fan of red onions, however, it meshed well with the recipe for the pizza! The chicken was seasoned & cooked perfectly & no ingredient was overpowering. A well made dish. The garlic knots were also amazing! I would highly recommend ordering them to try if you're looking for a great appetizer to share. They also have happy hour specials! The staff is always nice and the inside of the restaurant is very clean and beautiful! Would highly recommend.

Yelp
Visited on 24 JUL 2024 We were in town visiting daughter, her husband and a toddler grandson. We were told that this part of town is being revitalized. I can see that, and I wish them luck, this is always a complicated dance and gamble in non- "tourist" city. Of course there is a giant internationally known University, but still people don't have it on their gotta go there list. So as you might guess from the name this place has a bit of a theme but I really appreciate how subtle they approached it. There is nothing that smacks you in the face. They have achieved the feeling, with music, color schemes, and clean simple lines. The service was good for middle of the day, middle of the week minimal staffing. Our server, Faith, took care of us well, got the orders right and was attentive without hovering. The food is okay, there was nothing wrong with any of the meal. I would simply say it lacks "finish". The tater tots were hot and fresh but they were tater tots on a plate (which is fine, but for $7, how about a little parsley or visible seasoning or some other up sell). My wife and I both got the little italian sub. It was , little, especially for $10. The bread was standard 6 in sub roll, toasted just enough to have texture without the whole cut your mouth thing. The ham was cubed and the pepperoni diced. I didn't hate that because it was easy to bite through without things sliding around, but I'm a big guy with a big mouth so I felt a bit like I was stealing bites of grandma's lunch. There was also a 14" Margherita pizza, $20, it looked well made, the kids enjoyed it. I tasted a bit of the sauce, it was fresh and tomato forward but that's the simple taste you would expect on that pie. If we were local I would probably give it another shot, order different things, have a few drinks. Because I suspect that bar food [not knocking that] is better with a bit of a buzz on.

Yelp
In the area and yelp delivered again. Read a couple reviews and made my pick. The deep dish cheese was amazing. We find it hard to get a a pie in Ohio. We found one today. The garlic knots are amazing as well. Sorry no pic

Yelp
Yellow Brick Pizza sits in the up-and-coming Franklinton area. We got the deep dish pie, and it was ridiculously huge. Truthfully, the price seems unreasonable at first -- but the moment you get through the first slice, you realize how much pizza you have in front of you. Takes around ~45 min for the pizza cook, so I'd order ahead if you're coming in on any empty stomach like us. As far as the taste, the cheese was too chewy for my liking. The place was inviting, but the music was turned up too loud for us. While loud music is fun on Friday nights, definitely doesn't sit the same on a Monday evening.

Yelp
It's like whoever designed the menu here played a game of telephone with someone on the other side of the world who had a vague understanding of what a pizza is. Like sure it's dough and cheese and pepperoni. But it didn't come together well. My business team and I came here recently after a meeting because we were a little hungry and just needed a spot to sit for a while and knock some final things out. Well, we sure got to sit for a while. At first you come in and the host stand is closed. Fine. No worries. It's 3:50 I don't expect the host to be there yet. So we go up to the bar and ask for a table, the bartender was kind and told us we could sit anywhere we want. We took a seat and about 15 minutes later a server came over. We were the only people in the restaurant so it was a red flag on its own that it took her fifteen minutes to find us. We had to go up to the bar and ask for a server, and then it took 5 more minutes. The menu was about what you'd expect from one of these manufactured authenticity millenial hellholes. About $5-10 dollars more than everything should have been, but in a fashion that teeters along the line of reasonability. Like for example the Tator-Chos $12.96 after tax. Marketed like it's going to be delicious... "Cowboy Caviar" "beautiful jalapeño blend" etc. when in reality it was a bowl about the size of my hand with 25 tator tots in it, featuring a couple chunks of tomato, and far too much melted cheese that on multiple occasions made my mouth feel coated in slime. Overall pretty sh*tty and unsatisfactory tator tot experience. It's reasonably priced for what the menu makes you expect but vastly overpriced for what the actual quality of the food was. Now, you'd expect the pizza to be quality, or at least you'd hope. However. It was not even decent. We ordered two pizzas while here, one being a personal pizza 8? Inches.? It was 16 dollars and it was alright. Not good. But alright. You can get a MUCH better pizza for MUCH cheaper. For example, grandads pizza. Great pizza. 16 inch for $18 and it isn't just mediocre. The other pizza we ordered was a "dragon pizza" whatever that means. They had somehow messed up the ordering on this pie by putting pepperoni below the cheese. And it wasn't just that it slipped through, it almost seemed like this was a stylistic choice. The result of this was that the pizza couldn't stay together at all, because I don't know if they knew this or not, but when you put the pizza in the oven it combines the cheese with the sauce and that melts onto the dough. Pepperoni will not stick to sauce on its own. Due to sauce not being adhesive. Dough and cheese are both adhesive. Therefore. If you create a pizza in the normal method, it works. If you do it in the Yellow Brick Pizza method, it does not. On each slice, when lifted, all of the topping fell off. It actually fell down as soon as our server put it on the "pizza thingy". The eating process of this pizza was a nightmare. It was very greasy, very salty, and overall unpleasant. You couldn't just take one bite, because the entire topping department was connected by one big hunk of cheese. Which was unfortunately and unpredictably not connected to the dough. I took one bite and was forced to eat the entire slice in one bite. As the cheese-eroni concoction couldn't split between my teeth. I left Yellow Brick Pizza today feeling full. But not full in a satisfied sense, I felt probably more like how a jelly donut would feel if it got pumped up during training day by a 15 year old new hire. I felt like there was more potential than results. Like riding up a roller coaster just to have a toll booth at the top of the hill My stomach hurts two hours later kind of deal to get past my prose. One of my coworkers messaged me afterwards, "It just hit me when I got home, why am I hungry if I just ate." Followed by "I'm still hungry because of how bad it was." another one said, "the pizza was so bad I'm getting a second lunch." One thing I will give this place is the sound quality. It was nearly silent in here despite having music on. Maybe the 70's inspired tagline they give themselves is because they played a song off Echoes by Pink Floyd. Not sure. Certainly wasn't 70s prices. I got to hear every pan that was dropped in the kitchen during my stay which was pretty fun. Gave me some flashbacks to my pizza making days. The bathroom was solid. Great for peeing. Decent for washing your hands. About what you'd expect. Come here if you really like peeing in a fancy bathroom or you have no other options and hate yourself. TLDR: expensive, bad flavor, poor execution, small portions, bad service.

Yelp
Came here on a Friday night to finally try it out. Seating was quite confusing as there was no host and it seemed multiple people were confused. We ended up seating ourselves, which seemed like what you were supposed to do. Waiters eventually came around but seemed as if they weren't in communication with one another. Foodwise, I got the spicy chicken corn chowder pizza cause it sounded interesting. It wasn't bad, wasn't great, pretty ok pizza. It wasn't very spicy but the crust was nice and crisp. Due to the amount of toppings, it was also a bit wet though so again, a bit of a mixed bag. Overall, I wasn't overly impressed with my experience here but nothing was particularly bad either.

Alex F.

Yelp
Might be some of the worst pizza in Columbus. Pizza was an oily, greasy mess. Cheese was congealed and thick and chewy. Hardly any red sauce and all together it just had no flavor. For a pizza that is close to $30, I was incredibly disappointed. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Yelp
Yellow Brick have quite a lot of pizza options from their regular menu. But I love more on their specialty flavor that usually rotate every couple weeks. Currently featuring Banh Mi Pizza and only available at their Franklinton location. With the essential Banh Mi ingredients, I would say it does taste similar to a Banh Mi, but with smaller ratio of bread. I actually like this, as it is more like a snack version of Banh Mi to me. I also tried the Twice Baked Chicken Wings and it is super tender and soft. I got the cajun honey and the flavor is just on point. The heat from the cajun seasoning with a hint on sweetness from the honey.

Yelp
Avoid around Franklinton Fridays. Typically busy, and has hosted some very aggressive clipboarders at their shop. They definitely harsh the vibe when trying to have a good time. That being said, I love their pizza. They have some very interesting flavors and serve my favorite cider, Aces. Any day other than Franklinton Fridays are good.

Yelp
Live up the street from here pizza is always good. Personally I like to speed over to Pins mechanical after getting my pizza, order a TALL ss kitty paw and watch some tv on the tailgate of my truck with pizza and beer in hand!

Yelp
I ordered a pick up order of nearly $60. My cheese bread was burnt and unedible. I called and was requested to email yellowbrickpizza@gmail.com so they could credit my account. I had to email two times before getting a response (I even gave them through Monday since this happened in a Friday). Faith Pierce, co owner, told me she was sorry & would refund me. It then took several more days & back and forth emails before she finally refunded me & sent me a poor customer service response. We used to love the Old Town East location and were regulars. This location has not been up to par & after dealing with Faith we will NOT return.

Yelp
Mistakenly thinking they were part of 614's Restaurant Week, I stopped in. They didn't have what that menu had, so I made do. Got the grilled cheese and some spiced up dough knots. The first was pretty good. I could eat three or four of those, maybe with ham added. As for the knots, I loved the fresh dough but I could have done without the cumin (?); maybe they could add knots with butter and powdered sugar? That would be the bomb. The atmosphere was fine, but I think they need better windows. Something that protects against ultra violet heat. That would be nice. Finally, the service wasn't good. I never saw my waiter again after he took my initial order. The kitchen guy had to bring me the food and cash me out. Was that by design? I left 10% tip. Maybe I just didn't understand how the service works? But I'll be back. I want to try that pizza.

Yelp
So I've probably had Yellow Brick maybe over 10 times and every time it is extremely subpar excluding the one time I got it by the slice at the east market. This time I was really holding out hope it would be good. I got a simple pep and cheese pizza which for the size the price is extremely fair. However that doesn't matter because it was pretty much inedible. It came very undercooked so I thought. I'll just reheat it in the oven no problem. PROBLEM it was so thin and so greasy towards the middle it stuck to the cardboard leaving half the pizza clinging to the box. I reheated it holding out hope. NOPE it managed to still stay soggy. At this point I give up I want to get it the hell out of my house, so to the dumpster it goes! I will never ever order from Yellow Brick again. I should've just got Harvest!

Yelp
What has happened to my beloved Yellow Brick? Terrible pizza tonight. Greasy, oily, soggy. Ate one piece, regrettably, and the rest went in the trash.

Yelp
I ate here for the first time, with my wife, this past Saturday. There was an event nearby with some food trucks but none of the food there was really what we wanted. So we walked to yellow brick to give it a try. We sat at the bar. It wasn't busy at all. Maybe 10 other customers in the entire place. At 8pm on a Saturday? It looked like they do a lot of carry out business. We got a large pizza. We built our own. It was incredible. Maybe the best medium crust pizza I've had. And I've had a lot. Everything was perfect. Lots of toppings, perfect amount of sauce, nice crust. Service was great. If you like this variety of pizza, you can't go wrong here.

Yelp
NEVER AGAIN. They replaced "Dante's Inferno" with the worst pizza I've ever had. Unfortunately they've been going down hill since they left Old Town East.
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered food for delivery and the website said delivery in about 1 hour...no problem. After 45 minutes, I got a text message that said, "Your order has been cancelled." I called the store and they said, "Your pizza fell through the pan, we have to remake it and will deliver it when it's done." After 75 minutes, they called and said their "delivery service" cancelled my order, but it is ready if I want to come pick it up. I am not able to go get it, so no dinner for me! Wow, awful.

Yelp
Delish ickle pickle and build your own. Both had garlic crust. Superb. I wish ubereats had Chicago deep dish option. I was craving it so bad. These pizzas were great tho! I may have to do in house visit soon.

Yelp
I wanted very much to like this place as I've followed them on Instagram for a while, thought the pizza looked good, and they support social causes that I stand behind. Ordered a Classico pizza through Uber Eats this weekend and it was very...meh. Perhaps I ordered wrong because I'm not a huge fan of NY style, and probably should have opted for deep dish instead. But even so, it was just very average. Not much sauce, cheese, etc. No visual excitement when I opened the box. For the reputation and price point I expected better.

Alex C.

Yelp
My second time trying this place and this time the food is the issue. It was warm when I got it but everything is just lacking. There's not a lot of sauce so it just tastes dry and hard and the toppings just fall off when you pick up a slice. After modifying it it came out to like $25 for one pizza. I thought wow at that price it must be because they use really good ingredients. I'm not going to lie it tastes like a school lunch. Now I know not to go back. DO NOT waste your money here! There are gonna be better options that don't cost nearly as much

Yelp
Grabbed a late night bite at the bar recently and absolutely loved it. Had a Side Salad, Garlic Knots and a Thin Crust Buffalo Pizza. All items were great, especially the Garlic Knots. The one thing that really stood out was my Server- Matt W. He was very kind to me and everyone that he served. One kid walked in, down on his luck and just asked if he could sit quietly in the corner while he charged his phone even though he wasn't going to purchase anything. Matt welcomed him and was extremely nice when I feel like most people would tell him if he wasn't a customer that he'd have to leave. I'll definietly be back!

Yelp
Has some of the best calzones I've ever tasted and very good service. The waiting time for food is quite short and good is great.

Yelp
This place was recommended by a couple friends, so I decided to give it a try. They have quite an extensive selection, with more than a few specialty pizzas that made me say "that sounds really good". We called ahead for take out and ended up going with the "Spicy BBQ pizza". It was ready when we got there about 20 minutes after ordering. The inside is pretty spacious and has additional seating at the bar. The surrounding apartments and condos were very nice, and you can tell this is a recent addition. Although like others have mentioned, the parking was a bit finicky. Just when you think you found a spot, you realize its actually parking for the apartments and has a tow sign right in front. We ended up finding a spot in the back near the river (towards Dodge pool). The pizza was good, not great. Also, there was absolutely 0 spice which was disappointing for a pizza with "Spicy" in the title. Perhaps "Sweet BBQ Pizza" would have been more fitting. The slices were big and we had plenty leftover from our large. I wouldn't be opposed to trying some of their other kinds, but I will definitely try a few more pizzerias before coming back. Like I said, it was good, but nothing close to making me think "okay, this is my new go-to spot".
google avatar

Brittany F.

Yelp
What did I like? The garlic sauce is stellar. The toppings on the Fresh Prince were great, good portions of ricotta. What didn't I care for? The pizza crust. I did $1+ to get garlic crust but it wasn't worth it, I didn't get any flavor on it. The cheese pizza didn't have much sauce, but that may be their style. And lastly the garlic knots didn't really have any flavor, luckily I had the garlic sauce to dunk those into. Overall a OK meal. They sure do have some unique pizzas which may bring me back to try again!

Alex S.

Yelp
I ordered carry out and upon entering I was greeted right away by a friendly employee. My order was ready exactly at the time originally promised. Everything was off to a good start. Then I tried the pizza. I ordered a small Chicago style deep dish pizza. It was a fair price for a deep dish pizza considering the size. On the other hand, the deep dish pizza here is absolutely nowhere near Chicago style deep dish pizza. It's an attempt at deep dish and that's being generous. I didn't enjoy it, but of course I finished it because it's pizza lol If you've ever had the real deal in Chicago, be prepared to be disappointed :-(

Yelp
Order- Moscow mule, small Tristano's Chicago Style Pizza just pepperoni Arrived a 7pm didn't get food until 7:45pm Pros: n/a Cons: Parking is a bleep bleep bleep lol! Was trying to make it in time for happy hour but ended up driving around for 15 mins. I did end up finding parking but not in front of the business. The other areas are tow areas so READ the signs. Sooooo my order took 45 mins to cook. It was hellla long to wait for food. They do state that the deep dish takes long too cook. I saw on someone elses post that they offered mozzarella cheese sticks but they dont. When I showed the bartender she said they didnt guess I made it up in my head! I did not enjoy the pizzaz! The sauce was very tomatoey and very acidic. I was looking for a sweet sauce or a very robust herb pizzaz sauce. Unfortunately I did not get either.

Yelp
I tried the location at East Market and the pizza was pretty good. It was very slow due to it being the middle of the day on a week day, so my pizza was warmed up vs fresh, which I guess is expected. The taste was decent, but I would have preferred it to be a little crispier/ warmed up longer. The sitting area at East market was terrible- I don't think anyone sits back there because it was covered in dust and dirt like it had been sitting for a couple weeks. All in all, I would try it again but probably not at East Market.

Yo E.

Yelp
This was the worst service. My son and I came in before an event across the street for pizza. We were told to seat ourselves and someone would be over. We sat for 10 minutes before the waitress came over and said rudely did anyone come over yet , no was my response. She took our beverage order and it was 7 minutes before she came back . We were ready to order she said i will be back. So here we sit in an establishment where individuals on the schedule don't want to work . We need to send the beverage back a spite it was seltzer water, it's ridiculous that she returns with the pop ordered no ice (which was not the order) we wait another 5 min for someone to come to get our order. 1st and last time here.

Yelp
Stopped at Yellow Brick Pizza because it was close to a nearby Yelp event. It was later and the restaurant was quiet. They have some indoor, outdoor, and bar seating options available to customers. We dined indoors. The service was good. I ordered a build your own calzone. It was a good size. Easy to have two meals or to share. There was a lot of herbs on the crust, but there was not much flavor otherwise. I got spinach, chicken, and mushrooms in it. They are kind of bland ingredients but you would think it would have some flavor. The dipping sauce was good. Maybe all the flavor is in their pizza sauce. It was good because it was late and we were close. I don't think I would go out of my way to go back.

Yelp
This was one of the best pizza, and THE best Caesar salad i've ever had. it was fresh, unique and the crust was perfect. the service and ambiance were great. It's very eclectic inside. Definitely worth a try!

Yelp
It was my first time visiting Yellow Brick pizza. They have some happy hour deals for the drinks. I came here specifically for their special pizza - Bahn Mi. It was really good and tasted just like a Bahn mi. I also got a half and half pizza to try some other flavors. The tater tots was a little plain and I wish it was crispier. The cake balls were a little too dense and sweet for me. The service was quite slow when I was there. But otherwise I still enjoyed the food.

Yelp
Yellow Brick used to be right down the street from us in OTE! I ordered once or twice when we bought our OTE house. I always liked the pizza and thought the appetizers/sides were also great. I thought it was on pricy side for pizza, but liked supporting local neighborhood spots. I went to the Franklinton location for the first time and got carryout during restaurant week. The courses I got were burrata, DIY pizza (two topping) and tiramisu. This was $30. I wouldn't necessarily say it's a "steal" because I think the items should add up to around $30 but they sure are delicious. The burrata comes on this toasted ciabatta that is so good. For the DIY pizza I of course got ham and pineapple (love a Hawaiian) and the tiramisu was spongey and the perfect ending to the meal. I added on a greek salad and the spicy meatballs. Love both of these as sides/apps to the pizza. All for a variety of flavors and Yellowbrick delivers the variety on their menu.

Yelp
Premium Pizza prices for nonexistent service, one pizza so burned it was returned, and they still charged us for the pizza. (Untouched) All of the booths were dirty when we arrived and they told us to just have a seat. Never offered to wipe the table down where we sat but the booths were the only tables large enough to accommodate our group. Should have just left then. It only went down hill from there

Yelp
Couldn't tell you how the food was because we never got it. Placed a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 5:30. Went in to get it and there was no host, so we went to the bar. 15 minutes later he told us it would be another 20 minutes. No problem. We came back 20 minutes later and they told us it would be another 45 minutes. We wanted to try it, so we bit the bullet and waited again. After an hour, they told us our pizzas were still not ready and that it would be another 45 minutes. Obviously we were confused, because it was now 2 HOURS after when it was supposed to be ready. A person who I assume was a manager was awful to us and raised his voice saying they were too busy and we needed to wait. Save your time and go somewhere else. Rude, terrible service.

Yelp
Absolutely genius. Crab Rangoon pizza was one of the best things I've ever had. I love when people get real weird with pizza and yellow brick nailed it. Highly suggest!

Yelp
Nice modern atmosphere. You have to pay to park which was only $2. I went because Yellow Brick is often in the top rankings. We had tots with hot sauce and blue cheese. They were good and only $6 during happy hour. For pizza we had the Classico. Pepperoni, sausage, black olives, mushrooms, and green peppers. A medium was $24. It was just OK, not the best I've had. My wife liked it more than me. I will say that it was loaded with toppings. There were only two working the dining room and it took long for our food. Fortunately, we were not in a hurry. I'd say give it a shot. I'd go back if I was in the area.

Yelp
My wife and I have been to Chicago several times and tried their world famous deep dish pizza at Lou Malnati's and Gino's East and this is better than either one of them believe it or not. We ordered a 14" pepperoni Chicago style and asked them to ensure we got plenty of sauce (something Lou Malnati's failed at, Gino's east however did not) and we got exactly what we ordered and boy was it amazing. Surprisingly what I liked best about the pizza is the part I most often throw away, the outer ring of crust. I don't know what sort of voodoo magic they worked on the outer crust but it's got an outer shell of crispy with an inner filling of the most delicious bread. I mean this is bakery quality. All in all my wife were happy to see Columbus beat Chicago at their own game. Now if only Cleveland could do the same when it comes to sports, LOL.

Yelp
Everything about this pizza is amazing...it is is hands down my favorite pizza in existence. They have such original combinations to choose from and the monthly specials are often incredible. I can't recommend this gem enough!

Yelp
I'm going to continue to sing the praises of Yellow Brick Pizza to the mountains and back. This place just makes this Jersey girl so incredibly happy. They have satisfied the pizza trifecta: traditional, Chicago, and now square, are all perfection for this business. We decided to order YB pizza (technically "Pie of the Tiger") from their Short North Tavern satellite location. We called on a busy Saturday night, asked for Pie of the Tiger and were given a 20 minute wait time. Being that we are a five minute walk, we decided to take a stroll. Payment and pickup have a conveniently little station at the back of the restaurant. We ordered the Tiger Balls, which are essentially deep-fried garlic knots nestled in marinara and shaved parm; mozzarella sticks; and the Just Pepperoni square. Everything was incredible and the price was super fair. The dough on the pizza was inexplicably crisp, yet chewy; the marinara sauce on the pizza, knots, and with the sticks was tangy and delicious. It was exactly what I needed for a weekend take out. A few notes: I reached out to YB pizza and they are just wonderful. They are so gracious towards their customers and really appreciate every single message and review. They are also very socially active in our community and I think that's pretty damned great. Next time, I think I would get a second pizza instead of the sticks. We each ate two squares, which was plenty, but the mozzarella sticks were straight forward and typical of those you would get elsewhere. I think next time, we will get the pickle pizza in lieu. The Tiger balls are a must. I'm not a huge garlic knot fan, but the texture on these is sensational. Finally, I want to commend the value. The pizza was $11- if you are incredible hungry, it could be a very filling personal pizza. But, I think it's one of the best priced around for handcrafted pizza that is clearly made with care.

Yelp
Was really craving some pizza, so when asking a couple of friends multiple of them recommended Yellow Brick. We ordered pizza to go, but when coming in to get it I noticed that the inside was pretty big with lots of big windows and a decent amount of seating. They also have a bar area, which is nice. The decorating very colorful and seemed like this place just had good vibes in general. We ordered the BBQ pizza to go with 2 sides of ranch. The pizza was all ready for us when we came in. Overall, the pizza was pretty good. I'd say it wasn't anything super special and that the ingredients didn't have a ton of flavor, but it got the job done. What I was disappointed about was that our 2 sides of ranch were just salad dressing packets...I feel like most pizza places (at least in the midwest) will give a side of ranch in a little to go container and have their own ranch in general. Overall, not bad but definitely not great. I'd give them another shot and probably try a different type of pizza and just use my own ranch.

Yelp
Yellow Brick Pizza gets a mixed review from me of 3 out of 5 stars. On the bright side, the quality and uniqueness of the menu is fantastic. Everyone can find something good - including traditional, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diners. On the downside, the Franklinton location loses out on service. First there is no way to call ahead for questions - no answer after 9 attempts over many hours - and forget about finding an email on their website (none exist). Once you arrive it's a bizarre process of online ordering even though there are employees who seemingly could take your order. The ToastTab website is something from the 1990s that is not intuitive nor is it user friendly. And if you want refills on your drinks, I guess you have to reorder again. This is a really stupid process. Just send someone out to take orders like a normal restaurant forget this senseless "efficiency" thing that makes things much less efficient for customers. Would I go back? Yeah, the pizza is good. But the owners really need to figure out service by answering the phone and getting a couple of waiters who can write down orders.

Yelp
First timer this Saturday night. Liked: Not crowded. Parked right in front of building. Pizza was good. Disliked: Clunky Toast ordering process. Having to go to the bar for soft drink refills. Very little customer service. I think we were spoken to twice. Probably won't return. There are too many good pizza places in Columbus.

Yelp
So glad the have an open location. Miss the one on Oak St.. But glad there is one in Franklinton . Parking is tricky in the area but was able to find street parking. Plenty of vegan options, vegan cheese, vegan meets , vegan desert and even vegan sides and calzone and of course plenty of options of non vegans. I got a vegan pizza with vegan ricotta which was sensational. Also got a side of tots with vegan cheese. Yellow Brick has always been on of my top list and will continue to come back

Yelp
Great, funky pizza joint! Tons of options for vegan/vegetarian but also some tasty classics. Fun cocktails too.

Yelp
While it is a bummer that the yellow brick in OTE has moved the franklinton location is pretty perfectly located across the street from the 400 Rich arts location, attached to river and rich apartments and within walking distance of Brew Dog and Land Grant; Same great menu though! Parking is kind of a nightmare but there is a garage like a block away over on McDowell behind one line coffee. Some street parking available but very limited and pay attention to the signs so you don't wind up with a ticket/in reserved spots for the apartments.

Yelp
Believe it or not, I have never been a huge fan of deep dish pizza, in my past experiences it's always been too much sauce and not enough cheese. Clearly I was just going to the wrong locations because this pizza completely changed my perspective, it was amazing and had the perfect ratio of everything! They have a variety of menu items, including regular pizza which I have heard is good as well! We ordered the custom Chicago Deep Dish Pizza (sausage, pepperoni, banana peppers, ricotta cheese, provolone cheese) and got the 14" which was more than enough food for 2 people, it lasted about 5 meals or so. I would definitely recommend this pizza to anyone.

Yelp
I just ordered the Elliott Smith with no bacon, and it's covered in bacon. I even called the restaurant to confirm they wouldn't put bacon on it we don't eat pork- i'm not sure I will ever order from them again. And the garlic bread that usually delicious is absolutely disgusting with way too much garlic .

Yelp
I had never been to yellow brick prior to them moving to franklinton. I was excited to see they had a personal size deep dish. Living by myself, a normal sized deep dish seemed unnecessary, but the small size was absolutely perfect. You technically could split it with another person and eat it with a salad. The inside looks great, however, when I went it was still just carry out. Would definitely go back again.
