I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant yesterday, and it was an amazing experience! The service was exceptional—Evelyn (楷欣) was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She greeted me warmly, kindly offered to store my birthday cake in the fridge, and even brought me some peanuts to snack on while I was waiting for my friends. Throughout the meal, she provided excellent service with a constant smile, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and to my surprise, at the end of the meal, they even brought me a small, incredibly tasty cake as a birthday surprise! Evelyn and the team sang “Happy Birthday” for me, which was such a heartwarming and memorable moment. I truly appreciate the kindness and effort, and this birthday felt extra special because of them. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back. Thank you, Evelyn, for making my birthday so wonderful!

I don’t even know where to start with my experience at Yellow Pot—it was absolutely phenomenal! The food was out of this world—a true treat for the palate! Every dish was bursting with flavor, but the roasted duck and sesame shrimp were the clear favorites. They were so delicious, I’m still thinking about them! The atmosphere was just as impressive, with the stunning yellow pot collection adding a unique charm to the space. And the customer service? Simply amazing! Ivy, Pearl, and Haiz went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. They even treated us to a mini photoshoot around the restaurant, which made me feel extra special! 🤩 I can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it!

Attentive service staff Pearl and Ivy. We ordered the crab and fish maw soup, sea bass with olive sauce, seasonal greens and a prawn XO fried rice. We found the soup, fish and rice too salty. Otherwise the food was not bad. They have a wide variety of teas to pair and the atmosphere is nice. Pricey meal but for an occasion it’s ok.

Duxton Reserve Singapore is a very beautiful botique hotel walking distance to the famous temple of Chinatown and Tanjong Pagar. A center for all your activities - shopping , eating and sight seeing . The rooms are newly renovated , beautiful and always clean. The hotel lobby has the calm ambiance. The food and service are very good. The staff very accommodating making sure you are at hone in the hotel. We stayed 10 days and I would like to commend the ff in the f&b area who made our stay a memorable one . Thanks to Evelyn , who happily greets every morning and make sure my meals were complete and perfect .Ms Honey , for over seeing all are in order and food is served warm and nice to all the guests. Ridz for serving and making good drinks esp during “ happy hour” . Pearl , for making sure all guests are served with their orders at the same time. Its nice hanging out in the hotel for the food , ambiance and friendliness of the staff. The doorman Jemiel too was great help in carrying our stuff, giving directions for shopping and other great places to visit. Definitely this hotel we will come back too. A place worth staying snd coming back too in Singapore!

I was here for dinner. The atmosphere was cozy and great for gatherings. The food was amazingly good! Our waitress, Li Qiong, was very nice and patient in introducing the dishes to us. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Overcrowded Monday CNY lunch. Food serve was very very slow(unstaffed) from yusheng to 1st dish waited for more than 30mins. + Missing item (Signature Duck) till we check the bill, but staff quickly remove from bill and apologise. Total damaged: s$140+ per pax only 4 glasses of wine.

Firstly, food here is really good and we really enjoyed every dish we ordered. Service is questionable. When I arrived, the service staff spoke to me across the hall way as I stood at the entrance instead of coming up to ask for my reservation details. Pointed me to a random seat facing the service doors and said that was our reserved table. We visited on a weekend and were presented a stack of menus, including a set menu which we were told was only available on weekdays after some time. There wasn’t much heart in the service for a restaurant that has labeled itself “fine dining” - just felt they did the bare minimal, bringing food to the table. Because of where they sat us, in an obscure corner, it was hard to get anyone to bring us the bill when we were ready to settle and leave. Overall, even though food was good and portions generous, due to the service I wouldn’t be thinking of returning so that’s a shame.

I must say the quality and presentation of food is not up to the price paid for it. The hot and sour soup was utterly horrible. The signature duck is nice but standard. Everything else is just a bit better than coffeeshop zichar but with truffles to make it a shortcut to fine dining
