Nestled at the Bellagio, Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant serves a stunning modern menu with mouthwatering dishes and gorgeous fountain views to boot.
"For top-tier Japanese cuisine and swanky vibes, look no further than Akira Back’s Yellowtail at the Bellagio. Here, caviar adorns toro sashimi wrapped around fresh microgreens and a kochujang sauce, and the aptly-named Oysters and Ossetra offers 15 grams of caviar with six oysters. To indulge in larger-format dishes, opt for a tuna pizza with micro shiso and truffle oil, or try a sushi roll like the Popping Spicy Crab with cucumber, asparagus, and Pop Rocks." - Jennifer Smith
"Snowboarding pro turned chef Akira Back worked under Masaharu Morimoto, Brian Nagao, and Nobu Matsuhisa before bringing Yellowtail to Las Vegas. Now he has his own line of sake along with some of the best sushi in Las Vegas. A 25-by-13-foot bronze wall-mounted installation of the dorsal side of the yellowtail fish sits near the entrance, while a view of the Fountains at Bellagio accompanies the meal." - Janna Karel
"The party seems to never stop at this Japanese restaurant from Akira Back at the Bellagio. Try the Frozen Beauty Sake, Las Vegas’ most expensive sake priced at $2,400, or just go for platters of sushi. The expansive restaurant with views of the Fountains at Bellagio features a 25-by-13-foot bronze wall-mounted installation of the dorsal side of the yellowtail fish at the entrance, ready-made for selfies." - Susan Stapleton
"Mouthwatering Korean/Japanese Fusion I've eaten at Yellowtail more times than I can count. It is my absolute favorite food (and it's extremely close to Bellagio's north valet, so I can wear my very highest heels). Before you even look at a menu, order the tuna pizza—trust me. Then dig into the tastiest carpaccio starters, delicious crab hand rolls, and a variety of sushi, including one made with Pop Rocks. Akira Back recently opened a second restaurant, Kumi, at Mandalay Bay, so now there are two hot spots to pay homage to my favorite chef in Vegas."
