"Sandai is a kaiseki restaurant helmed by Chef Moon Seung-ju, who appears to be steadily building his own niche in Seoul’s Japanese culinary scene. His approach to and interpretation of the kaiseki tradition are well-attested to in this space reminiscent of the Kansai region, as well as in his classic thematic dishes. The finishing touch of the exquisite course meal is a tea ceremony, featuring the likes of a unique and authentic house matcha. The name Sandai, which means “three generations” in Japanese, embodies Chef Moon’s desire to create a space frequented by multiple generations." - Michelin Inspector

My friend and I had such a wonderful and fun time at this restaurant! The female owner was incredibly sweet, making our dinner even more enjoyable. We even played games! The food was absolutely delicious, and we felt truly welcomed. We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you, sajangnim, for everything!

Of course I went here because of Cha Eun Woo but turns out the food is really good. When we came only 1 queue ahead of us and we are lucky to get the same table as Eunwoo, Mingyu and Junkook. The banchan is quite a big portion and we took the same meal as line 97 which is very fulfilling for 2 persons. The soup was really good and my daughter loves the tofu in it. The meat was tender and of course you eat it korean way with the green chilli and all the dip there. Overall, it was a good dining experience and the team were really nice as well. Definitely come back again but depend on the line of waiting.

FOOD : GOOD!! PLACE : Good! SERVICE : Good! PRICE : Fair TOILET : Clean Thanks to Google Map for making me here ☕️ Its a common korean bbq restaurant, the place is fit enough for lunch or dinner time. The staff was friendly and simple so we can order the best food easily. The Jeju Pork was delicious and the staff cooked it very well. Dont miss the spicy soup. The price was fair enough. Toilet was located at the side of restaurant and its clean. I reccommend this restaurant for family, friend, business and couple.

The soup was great. The fried rice is really good. The sauce for the bbq pork is a perfect match.

The food was avgage Highlight was the spicy tofu soup Guessing people go here because a few of the k stars ate there with photos. Service was pretty much not there we went when it wasn't even busy. But I see a big table getting all the attention. There is a button for service but it might not be working. Didn't even get our last dish waited too long we just ended up walking to register and paying.

The mood and atmosphere here was great. There was a lot of choice in meat and they even cook the meat for you!!!! The price is quite fair compared to other restaurants in the area. I strongly recommend trying the SET B for the pork on their menu it was so tasty and worth the price. Also you get free self-serve ice cream as well.

We came for late lunch and no need to queue. The side dishes are so amazing, especially the Dip saue. Yumm. Donut worry, the staff will teach you how to cook the pork and also some side dishes too. Warning: The meats have more fat portion 😂 but it made so juicy.Definitely recommends!

The pork belly was unreal, to be eating in the same place all of those celebrities go to was kinda cool and the rest of the food was good too. Service wise it was good but all of us did feel a little rushed and to be honest, we wanted to chill there for longer. The kimchi jigae was good too and it's kind of retro looking outside so good for pictures.
