What a fantastic YETI store! Located right on vibrant King Street, this place is an absolute dream for anyone who loves the brand. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful — you really feel like they enjoy what they do and know the products inside and out. The store itself is beautifully designed and incredibly well-stocked. From hard coolers in every color, to bags, tumblers, drinkware, apparel, and even travel gear — if YETI makes it, you’ll find it here. There were even som NFL and local sports styles. Also there were even some great deals to be found, which was a nice surprise! It’s more than just a retail space — it’s like walking into YETI world. Definitely worth a visit, whether you’re a longtime fan or just curious. Loved every minute!

This yeti store has everything that you need. Had been looking for a top for my 20 ounce cup for months. Even checked our website couldn’t find it walked into dozens of stores at seller products couldn’t find it. Walked in the girl handed it directly to me within a matter of seconds, I was really surprised by the customer service and the staff. I discussed getting a new yeti cooler. A lady was helping me with it and gave me some super ideas. I would definitely return here anytime I’m in town. It’s worth the travel if you’re a customer of theirs and if you’re not check it out, it’s the place to be if you’re yeti consumer. I’ll definitely be back.

My yeti coolers are the best. Always travel with at least one in the back of the truck for cold beverages or for picking up foodie finds. Love the small one for a paddle board cooler and seat!

This YETI store is absolutely packed with an endless selection of Yeti products. They have coolers, bottles, bags, and all the accessories to elevate each product. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to answer your questions. Yes, you pay a lot for a YETI cooler, but the quality is unrivaled.

All things Yeti, but not overly marked up because of the area. From shirts and hats to back packs and of course, coolers, mugs etc...I bought a water bottle and it is quite nice. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Great staff and the most absurdly large collection of Yeti and Yeti related accoutrements you could ever possibly dream of and in every color too. They also sell Yeti Charleston stuff which is really neat - great present for any Yeti enthusiast. They had t-shirts and stickers and I think some other SC stuff that had been out of stock at the time.

I’ve literally never written a bad review for anything. Had a terrible customer service experience here - I attempted to exchange a brand new, never used Tundra 65 (in plastic, tags on) and was denied by the manager because it was “damaged” - whatever scuffs he was referring to are so minuscule you can’t even capture in a photo. I live in Charleston. I’m a chef, I buy tons of coolers. I’ll never go back

Whenever I'm exploring a new city, finding a YETI store is always a highlight. The stores are welcoming, the staff is knowledgeable, and they always take the time to show what's new or unique. It feels like walking into a friendly place where everyone actually enjoys helping you. Stopping by a YETI store while traveling has become part of the adventure for me.

My "non-yeti" bottle leaked. Luckily we found this Yeti store. It has every Yeti you can think of is here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out my color (went with Red). Additionally, they do have a restroom for shoppers. And, if you are replacing a damaged Yeti, you can bring in that old Yeti. They will recycle it and give you $5 off your purchase.

Love yeti in general but there a wide selection of not only yeti cups but also the clothes and accessories

This was my first time in a Yeti store. A friend had gotten me a rambler bottle and I was impressed that it would keep ice overnight even without a lid on, so I decided to check this place out. The Yeti store has a small bar and they do offer happy hour specials. The hubs got a local beer and I got a Froze while we shopped. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Leon and Skylar. There's a cute little area with camp chairs and a big screen tv playing and my daughter liked chilling out there. We ultimately did get another large rambler. They aren't cheap but they do work well.

I never knew I'd love a store so much until I stepped into Yeti. Have you ever had the urge to just hang out in a store? Because after having spent a happy hour sipping a cider at the store bar then perusing around looking at the goods and testing them out, I now have this urge. They definitely have made Yeti a destination rather than just a store. You walk in, there's a bar to your left that serves up beer, cider, wine, rosé, coffee, etc. and there are plenty of tables with games for all to play. To your right is a stage that sometimes hosts live music, and all the way to the back is a large screen that you can sit and watch from the most comfortable yeti chairs ever. The cool thing about them is they make sure you're interacting with and using the products while in store so you can see how great they are! Tip: Happy hour is at the bar every day of the week!?

Well, I never thought I would have frequented a Yet store so much since it's opening. This place is great, so much stuff and the products are really amazing! They've got a little bar and 6-8p i believe is the Happy hour time with 3$ beer and wine. The have frose and frozen sake sangria. The beer was served in a Yeti beer tumbler so it stay cooler longer. Product wise, If you are military you get a fantastic discount. Tons of charleston pride in this store as well for Clemson fans! We have gotten several bottles and different lids and i LOVE it! i used to carry around 2 reusables because I am out and about all day for work and by 4p my water is warm and gross, especially in hot humid weather. But since my yeti purchase, I hardly have to refill and it's cold up until i get back home in the evening. Dear Yeti... you are amazing and we love you! Thanks for keeping us hydrated! Thank you for being dog friendly and we will be slowly building our Yeti collection! Next up... COOLER!

Great store! I stopped in when I was with my brother shopping downtown. If Yeti is your thing, you have to come to this store! They have a new lunch bag that they're selling now, and I'm thinking about purchasing one for work. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted. In fact, every person who was working greeted us and asked if we needed help. A few talked with us when my brother was trying to decide what product to buy. One of the guys talked with us in detail about the product and helped him figure out which one would meet his needs. I'm very impressed by the customer service here. I will stop back in when I'm in this area!

Lowcountry Live recently had a gift guide giveaway to one local frontline worker. This business donated several amazing items for this. I was actually one of the lucky winners for the new's gift guide giveaway. I wasn't to much of a fan of the colors for two of my items so I wanted to exchange them. When I found out we actually had a yeti store locally I was ECSTATIC! I walked into the store and I was greeted by a very pleasant woman who then directed me to the managers. They were sooooo kind, polite and helpful. They even got me a new items in the box that I exchanged for. I was amazed at all of the products they offer, including Yeti Dog Bowls! Amazing! They were also extremely knowledgeable about their products and why things get discontinued etc. This location was actually one of the first 3 Yeti stores to open in the Nation, and there are now 7 total yeti stores in the country. Based on my experience today, their willingness to give back to the community and the product itself I will forever be a Yeti customer.

Absolutely loved my visit to the yeti store! The employees were not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable. I asked for help determining which product would work the best for me to keep my drinks cold while I was lifeguarding in the afternoons but warm in the cold mornings on the lake. We discusssed which rambler would be better and also fit in my hand. I despise when I have to use two hands to fill a waater bottle. I ended the visit with some snacks from the bar. Great service and a nice snack! Highly recommend you make all of your yet purchases here.

I ham happy that we have a Yeti store on King Street in Charleston. They have an awesome selection of all things Yeti including some items that I have never seen before. Yeti is way more than coolers and cups, but they are also that and do it extremely well. The store is beautiful and the layout is great for being able to easily find exactly what you are looking for. I was impressed with the experience here and enjoyed the total vibe and atmosphere here as Yeti can be more of a lifestyle and feeling than just an average store. I look forward to being able to shop here for many years to come for gifts for myself and gifts for others that love all things Yeti. Overall this an awesome store and I am excited for it.

Really cool store. They have everything you could possibly want from Yeti in all different colors and sizes. I loved seeing all of the inventory out on the floor. The salesperson was selling someone that was already sold (me) which was fine, but I was in a rush and knew what I wanted. Friendly guy though.

We've been to the store twice and love it every time. The only downfall is that neither visit did they have the Charleston hats or shirts that are exclusive to location.

I bought a 30oz rambler yesterday and filled with some ice water only to find out it leaks bad from where the lid meets the cup. I called the yeti store and "Jeremy" told me I couldn't bring it in to exchange and that I would have to file a warranty claim and that their lids are leak resistant not leak proof. So because of their defective product I have to wait 3-5 business days for their warranty department to contact me back and then see if I can get a replacement. So I'm looking at 2-3 weeks before this hopefully gets resolved. Won't be buying from YETI any longer. They claim to make the best products which is why they charge insane prices for their products but can't do a simple exchange for a defective product.

Love the products of this store!! The best coolers hands down. There are certain things worth the money and YETI is one of them.... Showed up on a sat at even tho hours on the door said 11 upon arrival. The parking lot in the back makes it super convenient... Will be back soon and binge on some yeti.
