Dr Jia is the best gastroenterologist I’ve ever had. I’ve been to a number of gastroenterologist over the past 15 years. Dr. Jia is the first doctor to ever address my condition and had me feeling better. As long I take my medications and follow his instructions I feel good. The minute I don’t I feel bad all over again. Now I only take meds when necessary. I’ve been sleeping much better than before. No longer refluxing in my sleep. He’s very professional , accurate and caring , He answers all of my questions and concerns. When I couldn’t make it to the office he called me. He doesn’t miss a beat. Always on top of things. I’m pleased with the care I’ve received at this office. The ladies at the front desk are always kind , supportive and friendly. They’ve never given me a bad attitude. I’m all around pleased with Dr. Jia and his staff . The Anesthesiologist is a good friendly professional doctor as well. I trust them all with my care . I highly recommend Dr. Jia. I’m thankful !

I have been a patient at this office multiple times, and I appreciate Dr. Jia’s professionalism and attentiveness. However, I was disappointed during my last visit on Saturday and during a phone call today because of the rudeness of the receptionist. On Saturday, she refused to let me write down the details of my next appointment and suggested that I Google the Weill Cornell Imaging number to make an appointment for a CT scan, refusing to provide one herself. When I called today, she was equally unhelpful and dismissive of my questions. I hope this issue is addressed soon, as I no longer feel comfortable returning to this office.

Dear office staff, I am beyond grateful for the concern and attitude towards me I received from you. First, Dr. Yi Jia was very patient listening my complaints and symptoms about my health and from his report to me about, I noticed his professionalism. And his attitude towards clients is very different then I have seen at other offices, very humbled. And front desk ladies and assistants are very nice to clients and concerned. I am very happy with your service and help to improve my health conditions. May God bless all your works! And to other clients I would definitely recommend this office and encourage to come with confidence that people from this office will be in your best interest.

The doctor and the techs are nice and therefore I am giving 3 stars, but front desk lacks organization. I had an appointment at 11:45 and was not taken in for my ultrasound until 1:30. If you have other things to do during the day, I’d say push them or choose a day when you have nothing to do because I felt like my time was not respected.

He is the best doctor, I wish all doctors were as he calls one to know How is this would be a different world when a doctor not only cares about money but also the most important thing like Dr. Yi Jia also always cares about knowing how one is you are the best doctor never change you are a wonderful human being. A knowledgeable, kind doctor with great bedside manner. Helped promptly and accurately diagnose and resolve my issues with scopes and medication, and a year later it was still confirmed resolved. Pleasant procedures due to the use of propofol and expert anesthesiologists. Overall nice staff that are regularly on hand to answer questions. Clinic looks relatively modern and clean and I was assured of up-to-date sterilization protocols. Prep/aftercare instructions are provided, and reports are sufficiently detailed. An online automated booking system for consultations and procedures would be great.

Dr. Jia was able to locate a rare cancer in my small intestine. It is absolutely difficult to detect. Because of this, I am now receiving proper treatment to hopefully reduce the size of the tumor. Thank you Dr. Jia!

Dr. Jia is a very kind and helpful person. I thought I would have difficulty speaking and understanding since my English is limited, but he was understanding and kind in this regard, and he did a very good job of treating me and informing me afterwards. The office staff was also very understanding and kind. I definitely recommend him.
