On the menu, you can find Shanghainese and Sichuanese classics like Qili Zhuang drunken chicken in wine lees, and Sichuan boiled fish. But novelty creations such as deep-fried soufflé meringue with mango custard filling are also worth trying. The creator’s sense of humour comes through in the cheeky drinks menu.
