I’ve been to this place twice. The food was good and the waitresses were really nice. The first time I got the banana nut bread french toast which was good but very sweet and I think one was enough. The second time I got the steel cut oats which was good but a little dry. The crepes, waffles and pancakes were delicious! The area is okay, but there were road works (not their fault though).

Google
This breakfast experience was amazing! I ordered the All-Star Combo with three eggs and crepes. The eggs were incredibly fresh and delicious, and the meats were cooked to perfection. The crepes were also incredibly tasty. I’ve been to many places with great breakfasts, but this place stands out. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the place itself was clean and had a nice color scheme. Overall, I would highly recommend this breakfast spot and would definitely visit again soon!

This was one of the worst brunch experiences ever. Although the reviews looked promising, the food proved other wise. The avocado toast we ordered was burnt black, and looked disgusting. Our server was really nice and let us order something else, which was the California omelette, apparently the “Best thing on the menu.” I have never seen eggs so unappetizing and nauseating. It was topped with plastic looking cheese, and filled with green mush. We also ordered scrambled egg which was cold, and the caramelized onions tasted old. The pancakes were cold, flat and rubbery. The toast was stale as well. They didn’t even give us any water at the table. McDonalds breakfast would taste better than this. The only good thing about this place was their server. There was a bird that flew onto our food and it didn’t even eat it. If the bird doesn’t want it, I don’t want it. I don’t know how this place is in business

We didn’t wait that long to get our table, even when the place was busy. Let’s start with the service: Melody was a 1000000/10, she was fast, took care of us all the time, she even gave us coffe to go BUT she saw my husband put creamer on his and I didn’t, so she gave me a full cup and my husband’s had room for the creamer. We got our food ready, good amount of food but everything was kinda cold, we both got the All Star Combo, over easy eggs they were on point, that was good. But the sausage and bacon were cold tbh and then the French toast were kinda dry and tasted way too much like butter, I like when they’re a little bit more sweet. Overall 7/10

Google
Today, we had a wonderful breakfast at Yolk Marina City! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was amazing. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the Torero, Crepes, California Omelette, Caprese Benny, Skillet (build-your-own), Cinnamon Roll, and French Toast. It was a fantastic experience, and we'll definitely come back again. Thanks to the Yolk team for a great experience!

Google
Stopped by on a Saturday morning and got the countryside skillet which was super filling and had good flavor. The place has a casual feel and was packed but still comfortable. The service was great and we didn’t feel rushed even though they were busy. Everything came out hot and looked good. Definitely a good choice for weekend breakfast in the city.

Google
The most amazing part of dining here is our server, Nevin! He served our breakfast with a smile, and was incredibly attentive, informative, and very courteous throughout our breakfast. If you're in the area, stop in and say hi to Nevin! Service was very fast. Coffee came out quickly. Nevin came back in just the right time to check back in and the food came out fresh, hot, and more importantly, quickly! It was semi-busy and in the middle of the week, so please always give some grace and courtesy for weekends and special event days when dining out. Thank you, Nevin for a great start to our day!

Google
Classy brunch place to go if you’re very hungry! Large and delicious plates, my chicken waffle could be less dry, it was only waffle and the chicken without any sauce so it was okay! The other plates and coffee were really good!

Yelp
Service was fantastic. Roxanne killed it! My Pumpkin Bourbon Vanilla Latte (don't judge me) with a double dose of espresso was pretty just espresso flavored. So she had them remake with more of the house-made pumpkin bourbon vanilla syrup and that made it quite good. She brought us bottled water, I think just a tall bottle of tap water, which smelled very much like chlorine. So did the little glasses, so not sure if it was just the dish tank chemicals leaving the slightest residue or what, but that was unpleasant. Both of our egg dishes were great! My wife had the California Omelet with feta and I had the El Torero Scramble with caramelized onions. Those had a lot of flavor and were very satisfying! Hash browns that came with were also good. We upgraded our side-pancake to the Sweet Specialty cinnamon roll French toast. This is a cinnamon roll, cut across the diameter, into 3 slices, which are then dipped in French toast custard/batter and grilled. THAT was ... fine. The batter barely penetrated into the cinnamon roll, so it was basically just dry cinnamon roll in the middle (which isn't bad!). I prefer my French toast custard to soak in and make the insides full of delicious custard goodness, and not just like a slightly flavored egg wash on the outside. The cinnamon roll was good, the grilling of the roll was good, but I'm not sure if it qualifies as French toast. It was worth the upgrade though. We also had some really good seeded rye toast that was fantastic with a schmear of butter and strawberry jam! Buttered rye toast with strawberry is magical, and their rye was a little extra magical.

Yelp
Had good time dining here for breakfast! We arrived here on a Monday morning around 8:30 am and were sat immediately. It's a great space with lots of table seating and booths. I loved the staff shirts since they're fun with personality like "Dinner Revival." Service was friendly, fun, and smooth. I ordered the breakfast Mac and cheese! It arrives on a hot skillet with a sunny side up egg and lots of Mac and cheese with green onion and ham. Very filling and lightly sauced so it wasn't too heavy for my first meal of the day!

Yelp
Yolk. is one of my go to breakfast stops when in Chicago. Their service is friendly & speedy, the portions are massive & everything is incredibly fair priced! The vibes are the perfect start to your morning in the city Everything I've had here has been great! The California Omelet is very well balanced & tastes delicious! The fact that it comes with their yummy pancakes as well is such a game changer; you get a bit of everything when you order here! Definitely add them to your list!

Yelp
It is a basic breakfast food place. Food is good but not worth the very LONGGGGGGGGG wait. We were a party of 6 waited 30 plus minutes while at tables that could accommodate us there were parties of 3 and 4 people seated it is a first come first serve breakfast spot that is so busy So busy i believe the host lost track of parties and seated out of order Not The Resturant's fault but a lot of construction and hard to get to if you're coming from the other side of the river
google avatar

Anna N.

Yelp
Great breakfast/brunch stop right on the river. Definitely pricey, but food and service made it worth it. Here's what we ordered: Iced chai (my go-to coffee drink, very well done) Breakfast burrito w/ chorizo (comes with salsa) Skillet with bacon, onion, and cheddar cheese A lot of the meals come with pancakes, which is a sweet side to an already large portion. We ended up taking at least a quarter of the meal home, which made for great leftovers. Our server (I forgot his name -- sorry!!) was super sweet and attentive. If I wasn't on a budget, I'd eat here all the time.
google avatar

Billy T.

Yelp
Very solid, although not cheap, breakfast experience. Our server was definitely in a rush, but was friendly and attentive. I ordered their version of a BLT, which was tasty. I substituted out the hash browns for fresh fruit, which was a great decision - their fruit was wonderful. Nice breakfast spot in a nice area of town, but you do pay for it - the menu isn't cheap.
google avatar

Sam T.

Yelp
Yolk offered a very traditional breakfast-diner experience. The service was good, but that was really about it. There was a long wait to get seated and the food was not very good. I got the biscuits and gravy with the grits, and both needed a lot of flavor to save the dish. Overall, it felt comparable to a Denny's but at a higher price point. I definitely think this place is overrated.
google avatar

Chloe S.

Yelp
Solid spot for brunch. The portions are hearty and meal was filling. We got takeaway and still got to enjoy our meal hot. I got the salmon and capers scramble with a side of hashbrowns. The salmon wasn't dry and the capers were luckily packed in their own container! You get two large slices of your choice of bread. Everyone enjoyed their meal and was fueled up for the day ahead!
google avatar

Maritza S.

Yelp
Quick and friendly service. The food is a little pricey but it was next door to my hotel so it was convenient. My server was very nice and checked multiple times that I had everything I needed. The waffle was nice. The pancake offerings looked amazing, may get that next time.
google avatar

Patrick T.

Yelp
Excellent service, good food, typically priced for breakfast in the City Dined outside, could get noisy with the construction out front on a weekday, but didn't mind it
google avatar

Bella G.

Yelp
Is this not the most gorgeous omelet you've ever seen??? it was packed full of avocado, mushrooms, green onion, tomato, swiss, cheddar, garlic, and sour cream. It was great by itself but I added some of Yolk's signature hot sauce and it was a *chefs kiss*. The hot sauce is kinda like Tabasco but way better. The pancakes were thicc af and had crispy edges. The syrup soaked in so well and I always appreciate a nice dusting of powdered sugar also- that syrup pour Overall, this restaurant was super cute and super tasty. I'm currently eating my omelet leftovers as I type this review heheh ‍
google avatar

Bode P.

Yelp
Food here is great and comes out very fast. The server was nice and it was kind of just a typical modern breakfast place. I got the eggs and protein and it was good just the eggs were undercooked but they were still safe to eat and the coffee was really good.
google avatar

Sarah R.

Yelp
I feel like their quality has gone downhill. The last three times before this time, my eggs were overcooked and it took too long to find a server to get it rectified and I didn't want to let the rest of my meal get cold in order to get properly cooked eggs. This most recent time my omelette was under seasoned and the veggies were raw which was the biggest issue. They were out of things consistently (went back a few weekends over the course of two months due to work) and the taste of the entrees just weren't what they used to be. Most importantly, their lemon blueberry pancakes also got changed--they are now less lemon forward, light on blueberries, and less moist-- those were my absolute favorite thing on the menu! At first I was chalking it up to tariffs and egg prices and such but it's becoming more consistent with each visit. I know they would say to bring it up to management but it's hard to tell them that the dishes are just not as good. We used to look forward to coming to Yolk here at this location but it's been working its way down the list and we're gradually coming less and less often. It's a shame!

Yelp
Came here with no expectations and this place blew me out of the water. The food was delicious and the service was amazing! Our waiters were really helpful with the menu and everything looked delicious. I got a hot chocolate and the Greek yogurt bowl with a side of eggs and a chocolate muffin. The hot chocolate was not too sweet and was creamy and delicious. The Greek yogurt was the perfect sized portion and the fruit was fresh and tasty. The eggs were also cooked to perfection. I didn't try the chocolate muffin as I gave it to my sister but she really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this place and would come back next time I'm in the area.
google avatar

Katie C.

Yelp
Heather was our server and she was awesome! It wasn't too busy as sat bar right away at the bar and got our food and drink's quickly! It gives off Diner food which is always consistent, but a little pricey- likely the location.
google avatar

Joey V.

Yelp
Yolk wasn't far from the hotel my girlfriend and I were staying at and we found this place on Yelp and decided to stop in. The staff was very kind and sat us immediately. Our waitress was very friendly and took great care of us. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it hit the spot. It was a good size and the salsa it came with was excellent. Overall very happy with the visit and hope I can visit again next time I'm in Chicago!

Yelp
We were seated without a wait on a Sunday morning around 11am! This location is near the river but not quite close enough to have a river view. They have an extensive brunch menu with something for everyone. We got iced teas to start which were brought out quickly. I ordered the salmon benedict and my husband got one of their skillet scrambles. Our food was brought out less than 10 mins after we ordered, we couldn't believe how fast they were! I was bummed because one of the poached eggs on my benedict had fallen off to the side and was punctured in the process, spilling all the yolk out. Not only did this affect the presentation of the dish, it also affects the taste since a poached egg with yolk intact is essential for a good benny. The one salmon benedict that was served as ordered was delicious. The combination of the lox, egg, and hollandaise was exactly what I wanted. I was disappointed that the whole dish could not earn the same praise. Either way, food was still really good--my husband had good things to say about his as well. Prices were affordable, service was good, our waitress was nice and helpful. This easily could've been a 5-star experience if the poached egg wasn't destroyed!

Andrea M.

Yelp
Great brunch. Our server was outstanding - 5 stars. Fantastic bottomless coffee (Metropolis), and she got us each to-go cups of them after our meal. Hubby got an omelette, and I got a scramble - both were great. I upgraded my side of pancakes to the lemon blueberry ones, hold the lemon glaze. Pancakes were fluffy and not overly sweet . I like that the kids meals came with both bacon AND sausage - so the kids don't have to decide between the two. The only reason I knocked a star off was because I wasn't a fan of the potatoes - I didn't care for whatever seasoning they used
google avatar

Victoria K.

Yelp
All I had was one lemon blueberry cake and the red velvet french toast and I'm prepared to fork over the five stars. Both of them were stars-- both the lemon and blueberry in the pancake were so strong and complemented the other flavor so well. The pancake was fluffy and soft and the single cake option is genius because it's exactly the amount I needed. The red velvet french toast was INSANELY sweet, but god it was good. Melted in your mouth, tasted like cake even though it was toast, and there was cream cheese goodness hidden inside. The strawberries they put on top added just the right amount of refreshing in each bite so that the sweetness wasn't too overwhelming. Again, the one slice option was perfect. Only thing that fell flat was the pistachio latte. The pistachio syrup tasted weird to me, and the coffee wasn't strong enough. The drink itself was watery from the start so I know it wasn't the ice. Food wise though, amazing.

Yelp
I visited Chicago a couple weeks ago and this was my last stop before coming home. This was a popular place that popped up when I was searching for something to eat. I joined the yelp waitlist with a 45 min wait Saturday morning, and was able to get ready in my hotel before walking over to check-in. The waitress checked us in and we walked around the bridge looming over the riverwalk while we waited an additional 15 min (I loved that the yelp wait list told us how many people were ahead of us to still be seated so I knew when we should start walking back, although we stayed close by). I got the beet-orange juice and red velvet french toast (sweet single serving) with a side of scrambled eggs; my partner ordered a mocha drink and very berry french toast. I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEDDDD the concept of being able to order a single version because I was not ready to eat 3 thick slices of red velvet cream cheese icing filled french toast ... too decadent, and I wanted to watch my portion a little bit. The waiter also offered my partner that if he didnt want 5 slices of the regular portion for the very berry french toast, he could get the small (not noted on menu) for 3 slices, which was perfect for him. The food comes out very quick, you can tell its hot and fresh, and everything was delicious! It was a comforting experience, very quick in and out for dine in without feeling rushed, and I would come back here if I visit the city again.
google avatar

Leland L.

Yelp
Pretty solid breakfast spot! I was impressed but en variety of menu items and large portion sizes. I actually really enjoyed the avocado toast. It came with smoked salmon, tomatoes, and red onions and was quite substantial. Good spot for a classic breakfast.
google avatar

Yelp
This was my first experience at Yolk at any of its locations around the country and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by what it offered. Yolk Marina City was in such a cool location located right at the base of Marina City, next to the House of Blues. It's quintessential Chicago at it's finest. The service here was fantastic. We showed up around 9:30am, right in the heart of breakfast hour and were seated within 10 minutes. We sat on the patio, in the shadow of the two towers. The menu was extensive with a range of breakfast items from quintessential American breakfast items like omelets, scrambles, hot cakes, waffles to some southwest variants and chilaquiles to chili to the santa fe frittata. If you're in the mood for breakfast, you won't be disappointed by Yolk. I had the traditional corned beef hash and eggs, served with pancakes and the serving was abundant. It was enough food for two people. The corned beef hash was an chef interpretation of the the classic corned beef hash with upgraded ingredients. It was flavorful and hit the spot. The pancakes were moist and really absorbed the maple syrup making it a juicy bite every time. Overall, I can understand why Yolk is popular at its locations throughout this country and why people continue to go back. If you're in the mood for a good breakfast, you won't be disappointed and if you're in the mood for a good breakfast and good architecture, Yolk Marina City should be your destination of choice.

Yelp
We Randomly Stopped In For A Late Breakfast, There Was No Line, And We Were Seated In A Booth Immediately. Roxanne Was Our Waitress, And She Was Great! I Had The El Torero Scrambler, Which Included Chorizo, Smashed Avocado, Tomato, Pepper Jack, Cheddar, And A Side Of Salsa. It Was Good, But I Probably Wouldn't Order It Again. My Partner Ordered The California Omelette And Also Wasn't Impressed. I Would Have Loved To Try The Oat Milk Horchata Cold Brew, But I Had Already Had My Coffee Fix For The Day.
google avatar

Nisa J.

Yelp
This was our first time eating at this location with our two young kiddos, and the staff overall was very friendly and amenable to families. The food was prepared quickly, and the service was very attentive. Also, the portion sizes are huge, so definitely come hungry. While our food was a bit overcooked, we appreciated the proximity of this location within River North and how kind everyone was!
google avatar

Ambe C.

Yelp
I I could give 100 stars I would. From the ability to join the wait line via the Yelp app prior to arriving to receiving amazing customer service - Yolk did not disappoint. As mentioned, I joined the wait line as I was leaving my hotel which was about a 10 ride away from the restaurant. Upon arriving, I checked in with Daniella who greeted me with a beautiful smile and attitude. She is the perfect person to have as a hostess. After a short 3 minute wait we we're seated outside with Mia as our server. Mia , another awesome individual provided great service and offered delicious recommendations. The food was amazing and comforting. I enjoyed not having to choose between an egg dish or pancakes as most dishes came with them (pancakes). My Country Skillet was a nice portion. I'm just mad I didn't have enough room in stomach to eat the entire thing.
google avatar

Daniel S.

Yelp
This place has excellent food, service and ambiance. We had tbe oatmeal, California omelette and the berry French toast. Everything was delicious and this is a great place for breakfast.
google avatar

Munah H.

Yelp
Customer service, food and ambiance were all great. They were extremely busy but since I was solo I was able to be immediately seated by the bar. This place is must-visit for breakfast lovers! Amazing service, delicious food and extensive breakfast menu as well as beverages. I got "The Combo" which came with eggs, ham steak, cheesy grits and pancakes. I also got the toasted coconut white chocolate mocha. So good!
google avatar

Kimberlee H.

Yelp
Even though it looked very busy and packed both inside and the outside patio, it took us less than 10 minutes to be seated. Once we got to the front of the line and there were two parties of larger groups that had just been seated before us. The Weight staff and the bus boys are kicking ass and taking names. I saw nothing but hustle and bustle from those people and they were very efficient at getting our food to us and getting our bill to us when we were ready to leave, but they never rushed us or hovered over us. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the eggs Benedict meal with hashbrowns and everything was perfect. My husband had the two All-Star combo and his French toast was out of this world.
google avatar

Ifoma O.

Yelp
Popped in for brunch while in the area, our timing was spot on because we got seated immediately (usually you can expect a wait). Waiter was very friendly and helped us with the menu. Protein & egg with a side of cheesy grits were quite good/fairly standard. Waiter suggested we upgraded the pancake for red velvet French toast which was so bomb! Melted in your mouth and was the right amount of sweetness. Chicken or egg sandwich was also pretty standard - added both types of Yolk hot sauce on it and gave it the kick I would say it was missing. Overall, this is a really good place with nice variety of dishes and drinks!
google avatar

Nicci S.

Yelp
Really great service and the food was delicious. It came out really fast too! The ambiance was very casual, lots of people were working on their computers.
google avatar

Heather M.

Yelp
I received the best bubbly and upbeat greeting when I came in! This location is BYOB and there is a small shop across the parking lot where you can purchase alcohol if you desire. The ambiance, style & decor is beautiful; large windows and was gorgeous during our visit! It wasn't too loud or crowded, and our table was spacious! I got the Corned Beef Hash which was really tasty! It's a large portion, a lot for me to eat and I got full quickly! Having that with the pancakes (it comes with it) I was satisfied and it's worth the money spent. The menu has many options, it was hard to narrow down to a selection. Our server Chris was a gem! She was very patient, kind and truly knowledgeable with recommendations and substitutes.

Yelp
i enjoyed my food, it was exactly what i was craving for breakfast, and i liked the latin-inspired flavors. at first i didn't realize this was a chain or else i probably would not have eaten here (i don't like to eat at chain restaurants when traveling). i wasn't a fan of the ambiance. it's just very... plain. it's just yellow and white inside with very light wood colors so it feels too bright. i know it's egg-themed and yellow is an important color lol but in combination with the other colors it just wasn't great. we had a great server named adam who was super pleasant and checked up on us frequently enough even though it was busy inside. i feel like the food was really overpriced... especially for chicago. the portions are massive with tons of sides and you can't really go smaller. for example, i initially wanted the hey ricky! omelette, but it's a FIVE-egg omelette that comes with potatoes or grits AND pancakes. that's enormous... and you can't get the omelette by itself or even just smaller. when i make omelettes at home, i use like, 2 eggs, so 5 + sides is crazy. i went with the el torero scrambler instead. that is still three eggs + potatoes or grits AND pancakes. i just told them to not give me any pancakes because i straight up would not be able to eat it. i did enjoy what i ate but it was truly massive so i wasn't able to finish it. i did notice that i was still charged for the whole thing as if i did get the pancakes (i had a feeling that would happen), so fyi they won't knock down the price if you decline them. it was good, but i'm not coming back. nothing special.

Yelp
Loved my visit to Yolk, not my first time going so I knew the food would be delicious (which it was) and that my service would be great. They did not disappoint, my server was quick and attentive and she even replaced my chai which came out lukewarm instead of hot. Yolk is a super neat cafe-esque restaurant. Simple menu but great intention into each dish. Loved trying the Chilaquiles this time - it might be my new go to!
google avatar

Spencer W.

Yelp
The food is ok but the preparation is sloppy at best. I ordered a grilled cheese without bacon. I'm a vegetarian and have been for decades. When I received the food I tasted bacon so I opened up the sandwich and saw bacon crumbles. The waitress took the sandwich back and when she appeared again my dining companion was almost done with his food. She said the chef was remaking the sandwich. Turning to my dining companion's eggs, we food a shell in the eggs. Food that tastes good isn't worth these issues.
google avatar

Justine F.

Yelp
Surprisingly great eggless options--and an awesome Reuben! I don't usually like eggs (I know, I know), so I was surprised and delighted to find so many eggless options here. I had the Reuben sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. My friend had the chilaquiles--which looked amazing, even if they weren't for me. What really stood out, though, were the iced coffees with their flavored syrups--seriously next-level. And major shoutout to our server, Nevin--funny, upbeat, and totally a vibe. He made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this location!
google avatar

Kay P.

Yelp
Me and my friend came for breakfast and got iced coffees, breakfast burrito, and sausage / gravy biscuits. The iced coffee was the best part of this entire experience. We waited an insanely long time for our food to come out, and then the gravy/biscuits meal was actually cold. We really hate to send food back but the server was really nice about it, and brought it back warm, but it took a little longer than expected. I only ate a few bites of the breakfast burrito and didn't care to take it home. Unfortunately the potatoes were not very crispy either. I don't think I would come back here given the plenty of other breakfast / brunch spots in the area.

Yelp
Went for breakfast while on vacation and food was amazing. I loved the sausage and the meals were a great portion for a good price. Our waitress was very nice and tentative. Very good place for a casual breakfast right by the river.

Yelp
This yolk location slaps. Quick service, consistent quality, and the yolk menu items we know and love. We came on a Friday morning after the 4th of July and we didn't have to wait. The seasonal items we got (bourbon caramel cold brew and Key lime pie pancakes) were both amazing. We will definitely be back'

Yelp
Great service and quick. Amazing food and grits were my favorite. Loved the coffee. Good ambiance for a quick stop

Yelp
We found this high rated breakfast place on Yelp. The place was packed but we were seated right away. One look at the menu and the dishes around you, can guarantee that you will skip lunch and just have dinner in the evening. I ordered the corned beef hash with 2 eggs and pancakes. Couldn't finish my food. My husband had scrambled eggs with pancakes and sausage. He did finished it all. The next day, we tried to find a much simpler breakfast but couldn't find one so back we went to Yolk. This time I ordered pancakes, potatoes and eggs, a much lighter meal, well, sort of. And yes, we did skip lunch after.
google avatar

Gus R.

Yelp
Loved the way they make their eggs and choices , service was quick and friendly and the ambiance was energetic and happy It's not ihop and neither is it a broken egg cafe , but a good fit of somewhere here and there! Although there was a wait to get a table , I think it's worth it

Yelp
Came here for breakfast. Quick and friendly service, food came out quickly. I had the yogurt bowl and my husband had a breakfast sandwich, both were quite good. Coffee was also good. We had a lemon blueberry pancake which was ok but quite sweet, would probably not order again. Only gave 4 stars because the place didn't seem super clean but overall good breakfast.

Yelp
Came for breakfast. It's a pretty large restaurant yet filled up at 830a. We came just before and were seated quickly. The only "bad" thing is they advertised creative concepts for the test kitchen (a separate location).

Yelp
In the city for St. Patrick's Day celebration and this spot (Yolk) became our breakfast spot to start the day in a great way with delicious food, great service provided by Logan and good location. Definitely I recommend it!

Yelp
The food portions to cost is excellent! Definitely got my money's worth. Unique drink options (seasonal) were tasty and not overpowering. I'm from the South, so I feel like I can attest that they did their cheese grits well. I recommend this place for the food and the efficiency of the staff/team!

Yelp
Went on a whim one morning and were almost deterred by the long line outside. But went in and were seated right away at a table outside overlooking the river! The service was quick and the food was amazing!

Yelp
Yolk is my go-to for breakfast and brunch. This specific location typically has a wait, but if you add yourself to the waitlist prior to arriving it goes fast. The food is fast and extremely consistent. Given their large menu I was surprised how good the food is but everything I've tried has been fresh and high quality. The food itself comes out quickly. This is a BYOB place and the fresh squeezed juices pair perfectly with a bottle of champagne.

Yelp
The waitlist moves pretty quickly considering how many people are typically waiting. Even when it's completely full, the food comes out in a timely manner. The portions are huge; so for the prices you're definitely getting your money's worth. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Yelp
Classic solid breakfast food you crave on a cold hungover morning, love the skillet and pancakes combo and choco milk (not pictured, always present)
