"Known for offering an all-day breakfast fix, Yolk is an egg-centric chain originally opened in 2006 by Taki Kastanis and now operating 13 restaurants in Chicago, Indianapolis, Dallas, and Fort Worth. Its extensive menu includes omelets, wraps, breakfast crepes, five different types of eggs benedicts, French toast, pancakes, oatmeal, and lunch items such as burgers, sandwiches, and salads. The Brickell location is set to debut in January of 2019, and when it opens it will be open Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m." - Olee Fowler
